Very busy, so have patience, but obviously that means they are doing something right. Mr. Ronnie assisted me in my purchase of a new Husqvarna trimmer. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I will be returning to this location for future equipment even though I live in Lexington. Obviously I have dealers close to me, but I appreciate and notice when someone cares even if Im only buying some trimmer line or a toy for my son.

I took my Hustler in a few weeks before Thanksgiving to have the drive shaft fixed. I was told 5 to 6 days and shouldnt cost more than 150 bucks.After a two weeks I called to ask when it was going to be ready and they said, they havent started on it and it was going to cost a little more now. Okay, I am thinking another 50 or so. They said they would call me when it was done. Three weeks went by and I called and they said they had it fully apart, but they found other issues. Other issues, my lawnmower was fine. I said just fix what I sent it in for. They said okay, now three more weeks go by and I call again. They said it was ready, and it was going to cost 544.00, I said what the heck have you done. They said just repaired the drive shaft. I went to go get it today, and I found that my side covers were broken. I went inside. And they came out, and said well that is how it came in. I said no its not and you can tell it was freshly broken. I want this fixed. They said well its your word verses our word. I started to get mad, the owner came out and said I need quite down, bc they didnt do this. I said you have had my lawnmower for nearly 3 full months, and never once called me. I had to call you, then you charged me dover double the cost. I said I am going to write a review and strongly recommend people not to go there and use their service. Hilton Power Equipment is a joke.

Waited almost two weeks for Hilton’s to look at my mower for service and adjustments. Each time I called to check on it their representative seemed rushed, bothered, and uninformed. I finally got my mower back and on its first use the control arm detached and fell off in my hand. Lets hope its not another two weeks before they fix my mower because right now it is immobilized in the middle of my yard.

Buyer Beware With This Business. Its all about how much money they can get out of you as a customer and forget the warranty that is provided. Purchased a new 2020 Husqvarna and had a part warranty issue from a factory deflect on my deck in the Spring. I have called several times and even stopped in a few times to check on the status and still awaiting a status on it. They will not return calls and will put you off in regards to warranty details/information. I have even Husqvarna HQ call Hiltons Power Equipment which tried everything to decline the warranty while on the phone with them. They made several excuses to the point where the HQ representative apologized for my experience with them. They really need to lose their ability to be a dealership with any manufacturer due to the lack in their ability to take care of the customer. Ive had better customer service in a third world country. It is now October and still have not heard back from them in regards to the part warranty from them.

Needed a belt for my mower. They looked up from my serial #. I couldnt figure the belt routing, so they text me a diagram..A1 service. I will be back for all my equipment needs!!!!

Took my mothers new lawn mower here because it wouldnt run. The turn around time was two weeks never received a phone call so I called them and apparently it had already been diagnosed but never got a call. They wanted to do a service and put a head on it because my mother cross threaded the spark plug. Still have no idea as to why it will not start and run because they are so worried about the spark plug. They stated that the repairs would be $597.00 and it wouldnt be covered under warranty because of the spark plug issue. The spark plug will spark whether its in straight or cross threaded but you can rest assured they still charged me $50 for the diagnostics and didnt even figure out the main issue we brought it to them for. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone looking to have repairs and expected to be under warranty.

I was told a piece of equipment was in stock. I left home during my lunch break with my 4 month old to make the purchase only to find they actually did not have it. I was told they would call me back in 2 days because they were ordering it. Never got a call back. I ended up giving my business to Carolina Power in Cayce. Very pleased with Carolina Power in Cayce.

Hiltons is a family owned outdoor equipment dealer and repair shop that specializes in pro and prosumer level equipment no box store junk here. Best thing is they can fix whatever you break and you will probably break it before it breaks on its own. Brent help me source parts for a older husqvarna chain saw. Great people who know their stuff. Buy quality once and youll pay less over the longhaul

Beware of the parts department. You have to know to the exact detail what you need as well as part numbers before you call them. They are no help what so ever. You order a part and when it gets in, if it gets in, and it is not complete what you need. They will say you didn’t tell us that is what you needed. They are extremely poor at knowing parts and what to order.

I have always been very pleased with the service, staff, and extensive inventory of parts and equipment. The staff members know their stuff inside and out. They are pros through and through. Equipment repairs have been done right the first time at reasonable and fair prices. I have never had a bad experience here so I cannot comment on that. I recommend this shop very highly. They are good people and straight shooters.

Theres a hurricane hitting Columbia on Monday. I called on Wednesday and they said as long as the necessary part arrived by Friday they could repair my generator. I call on Friday morning to see if the part (carburetor kit for $160) arrived and they said they werent sure but they would call me back. They never called back. I called later in the afternoon to find out if the part had arrived and they said it had but they had a truckload of generators they had to unload and the mechanics werent going to be able to get to my generator until Saturday morning. When I asked with that mean I could pick it up Saturday they said maybe because they open at 9 and close on one on Saturdays. I went and picked it up myself. Im doing the repair myself. But I had to pay them for a half hour labor so that they could order my $200 in Parts. Not great customer service. The only reason Im not doing one star is because they actually ordered the parts I needed. There is no way that I will ever come backEditIt turned out to not need a carburetor. The fuel line was clogged. Im not sure what the 30 min of labor was for of they didnt bother checking if gas was flowing. I needed a $4 fuel line; not a $200 carburetor. 1 star

My husband and I purchased 4100.00 zero turn Hustlers mowers (brand new) in October of last year with warranty. The mower has been repaired 4x since and they are constantly giving my husband the run around. The first time he asked for a replacement they denied him. They so called fixed th issues which is is still having. The Manager there is unreasonable to speak with. Stated to my husband that the starter was not covered under warranty when it is. He recently was there and they were extremely rude and told him he should not depend on this one mower(that is brand spanking new)and it will be a while before they and put a new starter on if they do warranty fixes all day they will not make any money. Hows that for customer service??We will NEVER spend a another DIME of our HARD EARNED MONEY THERE AGAIN.

Overpriced . Slow to work with and all out dishonest would never recommend. We have a lawnmower that basically brand new had been used maybe 3 times prior to my husband being deployed for 2 years. We drained the gas and it sat in garage when he returned we couldnt get it to start Hiltons had mower for a week after saying the could handle in 2 days. claimed we needed a carburetor needed an additional 100+ on top of the 45 deposit. Thats basically the price of new one. My husband declined the service pissed about the 45 he waisted. Took it to another shop same day (today) LITERALLY they fixed it within 30minutes cost us 20 bucks my husbands outside mowing lawn now. These people are scammers.
