Rented a 6 chipper to grind up a few trees at my house. Reserved it online, the guy here called me to confirm and help me with the timing/ pricing concerns I had. Taught me how to use it and helped me hook it up to my tow hitch. Cheaper than other places and good insurance option too. Definitely recommend.

Great place to get real work done. They have anything imaginable here to help you get some heavy duty work in. I rented a brush hog from here, and the staff was very helpful. They loaded it up for me and gave me a good overview of how to use it. The prices were really reasonable for what you get. I rented on a weekend, so they only charged for a day ( because they are closed Saturday and Sunday). The brush hog itself was a beast. I originally got it for a small area of yard, but quickly found out I could clear almost an acre of overburden with no problem. If you need anything to tackle a home project I would highly recommend these guys.

Rented a concrete cutter to do a job for customer. Turned out the customer wanted to wait to do the job. When I went to return the saw he the guy asked how did it run for me and I told him I didnt get to use it. He said without hesitation well if u didnt use it, I dont see that we should charge u for it. He checked the saw to make sure it still had gas and I showed him the rust that was still on the blade that he helped me put on the saw before I left the store. Without hesitation, he issued a full refund.. Great people and great customer service here.. Will be back for sure

We rented an auger to put in fence posts and bushes. The store is nice and the auger worked perfectly. they helped us get it in and out of the truck. Really friendly and professional folks.

The staff is very knowledgeable and polite , all the equipment is cleaned, serviced, maintained, and refueled before you pick it up or have it delivered , they have all the necessary safety equipment to go long with your equipment also they carry alot of the odd parts and peices that are hard to find . This location is closed during the winter all Rentals are processed through the Cayce location frontage road exit 1 off interstate 77

I went in to the Sunbelt rental place, because I thought this is where the professionals worked. Of course I had no knowledge of what to ask for and the rude clerk Chad, yes Chad became frustrated. Told me to call my husband and make sure I knew what I was talking about. Well why did I have to do that when I explained to the very inpatient not busy human. Guess I just wasnt the most important person of his day. I will still do business with them because of the location just hope I do it when he is not at the front counter.
