Amazing people! We rented a drum sander & edger to refinish our (very old) hardwood floors. This was our 1st time so we were nervous and they gave great tips & tricks. The sanders did the job and the employees were amazing! Thank you AARO!

I needed a metal detector to help me find a lost college class ring. AARO had exactly what I needed. The gentleman who helped me was courteous and professional. He explained thoroughly how the equipment worked. Checking the equipment back in was very simple and quick This place has just about any kind of equipment you need for rental. Great experience. ... Oh, and I found my ring. :)

I work for a church who needed to rent a 12 a frame ladder in order to do some work in our worship center. We always rent from Thompson on Two Notch, but for some reason they were closed this past Saturday when we needed the ladder. We searched and decided to give Aaro Rental on Two Notch a try. We rented the ladder, which I add, was exactly double the price of the same exact ladder from Thompson. We rented on a Saturday and were told by the employee to have the ladder returned by 7pm on Monday. We recieve a call early Monday morning b/w 7-9 am saying that the ladder had to be returned between the hours of 7 and 9 am to not be charged for another business day of rental. (NOT WHAT WE WERE TOLD) Come to find out, Aaro does not stay open until 7 pm, so we do not know why we were told this! Well we returned the ladder on Monday by 7pm, of course were charged for another day of rental, and were spoken to very nasty when we explained the misunderstanding. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Being a staff member at a local church, I value myself on telling the truth among other things. What reason would I have for lying about what his employee said?! Just wanted to put this out here, so that others would know NOT to use them for the same purpose.

I used Aaro for my wedding, everything was in great condition, delivered and picked back up on time and the gentleman I believe his name was Christian was very kind and helpful! I would highly recommend them for your wedding needs. I also use them for the roofing company I work for. We rent equipment from them frequently and are always pleased!

I recently rented a power washer and when I couldnt get it started I called in for some instructions. I spoke to the owner. When his instructions didnt work, I suggested that if I couldnt get the washer to work I might return it for a refund. He became irate, yelled at me and accused me of damaging his machine. I dont know if Ive ever had a business owner yell at me like that. I was eventually able to get it started on my own (the machine was not damaged). I will not be doing business there again. Given that his business is tool rental, you would hope the owner would be a little more patient with people trying to figure out how to use the tools.

The place for rental and repair

I will never do any business here again. The owner, I assume, was VERY VERY RUDE! I called them on Wednesday to ask about their backhoes and excavators. I told them that I needed something that would dig about 10 feet and I ended up reserving the excavator on Thursday morning. I took the day off Friday and I picked up the equipment, the guy(different man) told me it would only dig 8.5 feet. At that time, I went ahead and got it because I took the day off and figured that I would get some digging done. I was wrong! The equipment was not maintained and the excavator was spewing hydraulic fluid out of just about every piston on the thing. I called him and he said to bring it back and he could give us a backhoe. I agreed, but upon seeing the backhoe we thought that the bucket would be too small. He accused me of breaking his equipment and would not give me money back for my non-use due to his improper maintenance of his equipment. If anyone reads this and is spared the hassle of dealing with this man and his company, I will have done my job. PLEASE, DO NOT GO HERE!

I used Aaro Rental center for my wedding. I rented tables, chairs, linens, columns and arches and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything was is great shape and the delivery and timing was early and very professional. The prices were the very best and I even called alot of places and it couldnt even touch how great the pricing was here. Thank you, yall made my day.

HORRIBLE SERVICE....I spoke with them while out of town about renting equipment for a job which they agreed to rent. My company and our client was expecting the job to be done on a certain day. I went to pick up the equipment I ordered to rent and they already rented. Was VERY rude about THEIR MISTAKES. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
