They created a beautiful custom piece for my engagement ring! I love it!

I could not be more pleased. Caitlin helped us create a completely unique, from the ground up, pair of wedding sets. I was able to recycle some old gold and source our center stones myself. Some of my original ideas didnt translate well to reality, and the designers made adjustments without batting an eyelash. Some design elements I didnt know how to incorporate, and the CAD designer created a piece beyond my imagination. The rings are stunning.

We worked with Revolution for over a year and spent thousands of dollars up to our wedding. My husband had a custom emerald ring made for our engagement, then had a matching earrings and necklace set made for me for a wedding present. We used my mother’s wedding band for my ring, but I purchased a black tungsten band for my husband with a rose gold stripe. I’m sad to say that after only 7 months, the black has completely worn off and the ring looks terrible. We’re extremely happy with my custom emerald set, but wish I could have gotten more guidance on purchasing his ring. I wasn’t aware that the plating was weak. I had originally wanted to repurpose some black diamonds into his band somehow, but they said it wouldn’t work (?).I’m just shocked at how awful it looks for something that is supposed to last a lifetime.UPDATE: Thank you for the reply! I really appreciate it. We will bring it in for the warranty and hopefully it will be better this time around. And we really appreciate the credit. Maybe I can do something for our anniversary with it. I am changing this to 5 stars for your great and timely customer service :) Thank you

Before coming to Revolution Jewelry Works I had been searching for a custom shop for about 3 months and I had the best experience here! Everyone is so kind, considerate, and take their time to get your piece exactly how you want. I had a custom ring made for my wedding and I could not be happier!!! Did I mention that that I live 896 miles away? They helped me through the custom process from another state and it still has amazing. When I had any concern (or was showing the typical wedding stress) they talked with me and found a solution. My wedding is in 6 days and I am so happy they made this process so easy and fulfilling.

I had a fabulous experience at Revolution Jewelry Works! From the very first response to my inquiry via email, I was confident I picked the right business for what I needed. I brought in my original engagement ring to have reset into a solitaire. I felt my request was treated with the same care and interest that would be given to a customer looking to spend more than I did (customer service here having significantly outshined that of another local jeweler I visited first). The pricing was beyond fair and I am now with the most incredible ring on my finger. I will gladly recommend this business to anyone I encounter in need of jewelry services. This is not a jewelry store to go to if you wish to sell fine jewelry. They buy based only on weight of metal & stones, as scrap. Zero consideration is taken to the piece as a whole. I had a few pieces that I took to multiple stores in town. Revolution’s offer was drastically lower than the 3 other stores I took my jewelry to. If you are selling, the offer you will get at this shop will be equal to, or less than, what you would be offered at a pawn shop.

Took my faded Gold Tiger Eye wedding ring to Revolution & they said they could restore it for a third or 30% (less than half) of what other jewelers estimated. They restored my Gold Tiger Eye to beyond what it originally looked like when we first got it! Florentine etchings were impeccable!

Just want to give a shout out to the best jewelry store we’ve ever been to! Jennifer and her staff aren’t just jewelers, they are artists. Jennifer created a custom piece from state of the art computer programs but the whole process still was so personalized. She posted the casting on Facebook so we could see the casting in action and felt like we were there for each step of the process. She created a one of a kind piece that is super unique and a show stopper! So glad we heard about them on the radio and stopped in! Fair pricing, right on time and friendly each step of the way. The staff at RJW is 2nd to NONE. Jen has been so easy to work with. My husband and I have marked several occasions in our lives with custom work by Jen (engagement, wedding, and now baby). Shes cut a Herkimer diamond for me that will never be able to be replicated. It is the most precious thing I own, besides the custom wedding ring set she and I created together! The experience in creating my own jewelry has been like nothing Ive ever done and I recommend it to all my friends and family. I had been searching for months before stumbling upon Revolution. I like how Revolution is NOTHING like the Big Box stores which mark up ridiculously just to markdown and are extremely pushy. The atmosphere at Revolution was awesome from start to finish! I was able to sit in front of one of their many computer stations (which they have many). I worked with Aimee to create a custom engagement set while on a work trip out in Colorado. She was not pushy at all and even encouraged me to go out and see other stores, which to me showed great confidence. Im from across the country and you would not have even known since the process was so smooth from start to finish. I chose to adapt from a template ring that I found in their gallery. We worked on it together, picked out the diamond, I was able to get high-quality materials and even some custom engraving. The lead time for my custom ring was less than 6 weeks, including shipping time, which I also through was great! This is mainly because they do all the setting and metalwork on-site in their shop This shop is visible behind glass and cool to look at BTW! Aimee responded quickly to phone calls and only called and emailed me when I advised. The management and other employees were also very polite and not pushy.

Upon a recommendation from a jeweler who was unable to fix it, I brought my engagement ring to Revolution after it had broken. Mason was able to quickly determine how to fix it and relieve some tension on the intricate detailing while reinforcing it so that it would not break again. The work they did to fix my ring was wonderful - it looks new and they were finished before the estimated date!A few months later, I decided I wanted a custom wedding band to match my engagement ring. I wanted a thin band to sit flush against my engagement ring, but there were some complications with getting the details on the rings to line up how I wanted them. Janelle was super patient and worked with me to create 3 different renderings until it was perfect.I found them to be friendly, honest, and fair. I would highly recommend this studio for your jewelry needs!

Last year for my birthday my fiance got me a beautiful dragon ring with mystic topaz, my favorite! I love the ring so much and the process of choosing the ring was seamless. We have also gone in a few times for the amazing grab bags! We also love java punk, two places that should be visited!

Revolution allowed me to spend literally over a year to decide on a ring design that was exceptionally beautiful and perfectly crafted. Their no-pressure staff let me take my time to pick what I wanted, and even let me have access to a site they used to design the custom pieces so I could be sure the design I wanted was perfect. When (predictably) I built something that busted my budget, they answered dozens of my questions and provided great crafting ideas to bring me back in range. When I showed up to pick up the ring, it was somehow even more jaw-droppingly beautiful than I imagined. From top to bottom - professionalism, knowledge, expertise, design, craft, helpfulness, beauty, and price, there is not any way I could imagine my experience being better in any category. If I ever wanted jewelry or even if I saw a piece somewhere else, I would never buy anything before checking here first because it was so perfect.

Revolution was recommended from more than one person while asking around. I needed my ring sized down to a 4 and was told by another jeweler that if I sized my ring down that small I would lose diamonds. So, after a year of putting it off, terrified, I took it to Revolution to get a second opinion. Aime was awesome! She took my ring back, cleaned it up (for free) and started explaining what all we could do and took it back for a jeweler to look at. They sized it down, pulled and reset my stones and even rebuilt my prongs to make sure I dont lose a diamond. Which made me way more comfortable. Also had my band soldered to my ring. It turned out PERFECT, I love it!😭😁

These people are so friendly and talented too! I brought a ring to them that i had been told was not repairable because of the metal under the gold plate. These guys put it back together in 10 minutes for me and looks as though there was never a break! While waiting i noticed lots of very unique jewellery and a wide range in pricing. As an avid antique jewelry collector, I put off some critically needed repairs for years as I was hesitant of entrusting my investments with ‘just anybody’. After going in and speaking with a member of their staff and asking them a plethora of questions, I took the plunge and had them repair my absolute favorite piece so I could finally wear it again. I entrusted RJW with my grandmother ring and my engagement ring. One needed sizing and the other needed to be reset. They did an amazing job and I am thrilled with the results. The pricing was fair and the turnaround was great. I cant recommend them enough!

Want to say thank you to MJ who helped me and my daughter. My daughter was doing a school research project and she was researching about Tsavorite Garnet. I am not one to just let my kids learn from books and computers all the time. I called and asked if they had any and if I could bring her in. They did have the Tsavorite Garnet. MJ was very friendly and helpful with her questions. She also let my daughter see some uncut and cut Tsavorite too. They even let her take pictures for her to use for her project. By the time we were done they gave my daughter a gem poster and was able to find a synthetic Tsavorite that she could have too. I was very pleased to see how much a business is willing the help children and willing to let them come in and see what they have too.

I went in to have my center stone on my engagement ring fixed after falling out. They did it right then and there. No charge. So kind and helpful. Caitlin helped me look at rings and continued to be helpful. She is wonderful at sales and of o could have i would of walked out with a beautiful ring.

They advertise a qualified silversmith on duty for repairs, but I was told 2 silver & turquoise rings were unrepairable because the stones would have to be removed to fix the shank. I removed the stones in 5 minutes at home! Ill take my business elsewhere from now on.

From what to do with Grandmas broach to creating your own exclusive piece from that collection of one earrings, broken bracelets, or rings with a missing stone, THIS is the ONLY jeweler I recommend. They assisted me through the whole process of creating my own master piece. I was able to watch them make it in their onsite work shop! Just look at what they help me create from old rings!! My experience is for their return policy only. I purchased a very standard necklace for my wife. Had to return it as it was too big and she already bought another one so I didnt need to exchange. Come to find out this store offers no return, only in store credit which I did not need. In the end they took the necklace back but took out a hefty restocking fee. Every national jewelry store has a refund policy. Kay jewelry offers 60 days to return, Hertzberg Diamonds is 30 days, Jareds is 30 days, Shane company is 60 days. There is zero reference to their return policy online only on the receipt after you have already purchased the item and its already too late to return. So buyer beware, make sure your wife is completely happy before you purchase and dont buy anything as a gift in case your wife dont like it.

Such great people! Im currently in the process of paying for a ring that I custom designed and Im involved in every step in their process of making it! First they let me hand pick the main jewel, then they made a digital representation, then a wax model and next they will cast it! I cant say enough awesome things about the staff and the designing process!

I brought in some loose gold from panning in the Rockies and a pair of gems I bought overseas into Revolution Jewelry Works without any real idea what to do with them besides getting earrings made. The staff was patient and walked me through every step of the design process to get me exactly what I wanted. Knowing gold panning was a hobby, they invited me to come see the smelting and casting process, which was really awesome. They are my wifes favorite piece of jewelry.

I brought a couple things here to get appraised. The sales consultant who helped us had the owner look at the items to be sure theyre real before taking any money from us, which was very appreciated! As it turns out, neither piece was real, one was glass and the other was CZ, so this little thing saved me $150!We ended up buying two of the gemstone mix bags and theyre definitely worth it! Both bags had an excellent assortment of gemstones which are all amazing quality and safely packaged with the name of the stone and the value.Super happy with Revolution Jewelry Works!

I cannot say enough GOOD things about this jewelry shop! All of the sales consultants I talked to were very helpful and knew what they were talking about. The jewelry designer Caleb is absolutely amazing!! He kept me up to date on the progress of my ring being fixed (had lost a diamond and the whole inside of my ring needed a lot of work). He even had photos of all the damage and reconstruction to show me when I picked it up. He basically rebuilt my entire ring so that it would be durable enough again!! If you go to Revolution Jewelry Works youre going to have a good time...I went in knowing nothing about jewelry but had an idea of what I wanted to get my girlfriend for our one year. I was quickly greeted and the staff took the time to explain everything I needed to know about what my investment was going to be. After telling them that I specifically wanted quality over quantity with a budget of a college student, the owner came down and bent over backwards for me to make sure I would be able to get exactly what I needed to make my girls night unforgettable. She somehow found the exact diamond that I needed and was able to get the whole necklace made in a day. When I arrived to pick it up prior to dinner, they had the necklace ready in an unbeatable display. They also even went out of their way to pick out the perfect card for what I needed as I was so busy I wasnt able to pick one up myself. Their customer service is unmatched. My engagement ring is from this location and it is stunning. The staff is so accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable.For example, I was unsure what kind of stone I wanted but had researched a few names based on colour. She compared the hardness of the stones I had chosen against that of a diamond, recommending against them based on the fact they would scratch after little wear. She then recommended different stones that were just as beautiful but would also be tougher. I ended up with a stone that would not only resist daily wear but was more beautiful than I could have imagined! The cherry on top was that it was completely within budget (actually below what I thought it would have to spend).Im so glad I found this place. I did go to some other places to see if they could do what I wanted, but they all came short and their service just does not come close to Revolutions. The staff at Revolution was so helpful in the decision process of sizes of jewels and how to make the piece balanced. Their service is amazing and the owner is so passionate about what she does. I took my engagement ring and 2 wedding bands here to get resized and soldered together. I was extremely impressed with the staff, their attentiveness, and friendliness. The initial evaluation of the jewelry I brought in was very thorough. Buzz looked at each ring individually and took pictures of all of them prior to doing the work. The work was able to be done in the shop and was completed quickly. My rings look brand new and I am so thrilled with how they turned out. I will definitely be returning!

I cant say enough good things about Revolution Jewelry in Colorado Springs. The owner, Jennifer, worked with me from start to finish on my design...the materials...and the final outcome. I custom-designed a mens wedding band with Jennifer. She managed to take my loose idea and turn it into an A+ reality. It has been almost six months since I got my band back, and I am STILL over the moon about the finished product. I look down at my ring all the time and think what a marvelous experience it was working with the team at Revolution. Pedro is a fantastically talented jeweler. I have not yet purchased anything from Pedro (my poor wife :) ), but there is no doubt I know where I will go when the time comes. I restored my late Mothers most favorite ring that she wore most of her life. I had it resized and the five turquoise inlays replaced as they were worn/cracked and even one that my mom filled with similar color clay and would protect it with clear nail polish! ;) (that was my Mom- resourceful!) After her death I had her ring kept safely put away....until REVOLUTION JEWELRY WORKS brought it to life for me!! They listened and reviewed all the options...at what I believe, was a very fair cost to restore and produce such a wonderful tribute to my Mother...I know she would have been so happy with the outcome of her ring! I know I am!!!

My fiance and I are not traditional in any sense. We decided to get a court date and get married when we wanted to after being together for almost 6 years. Time was an issue and on a whim, stopped at Revolution to take a look. I was so impressed with the service, customization, and price we had to get the rings right then. Revolution told us they were busy with holiday orders but would try their best with our narrow window. Not only did they beat their estimated date but had them sized and ready to go. I am amazed at their service, integrity, and quality. I will be back to get a second set of rings when I can afford to build the steam punk rings me and my soon to be wife really wanted. Took my wedding set in for some repairs and adding a new stone to the engagement ring. They did a beautiful job of repairing all the prongs on the settings and placing the new diamond without changing the style and character of my 34 year old rings. Wonderful customer service. A long overdue review:In December my son found an old custom silver ring I had made for me 12 years ago. I hadn’t seen it for the last 6 years and thought it had gotten lost in a move. Since it was the season he wrapped it up and put it in my Christmas stocking. While I was happy to get it, it had certainly seen better days. It was crushed and cracked. The enamel inlay was severely chipped with large pieces missing. I took it to Revolution Jewelry Works thinking it would be cost prohibitive to repair, but just to see how much it would cost. I was quickly greeted by a very friendly woman (feeling guilty not getting her name) who treated me as if I was bringing the most precious & valuable piece of jewelry anyone had ever brought in. She quoted me a very reasonable price and a one week turn-around time. When I came in to pick it up I regretted not taking a “before” picture. The repair was remarkable. It looked better than when I first had it made. It’s 3 months later and the ring still looks amazing. I would recommend them for any jewelry need before you venture into the mall or a larger store across town. Thank you so much for showing such care for a beat up, old, inexpensive silver ring. You have a customer for life.

I can not express my gratitude and appreciation for this company enough. The whole team is welcoming the second you walk in. The detail and craftsmanship of each piece they provide is truly incredible. My husband sat and custom designed my wedding ring with the owner. Her whole team made it a one of a kind experience for us. After going to Revolution I will never go back to a big box store for my jewelry. To me I would rather pay a little more for their unique skillsets and know I am getting the quality that I am seeking.We’ve purchased an array of things from their company so please note that while I adore my wedding ring/bands I also love the smaller pieces we’ve got such as opal earrings for our young daughter who has sensitivity to metals and due to her age they set the earrings so she can not take them out and lose the opals easily as well as creating an earring that would work with her metal sensitivity. I also purchased beautiful pearls for my bridal party- you can find pieces that range from $20-$100 then of course up to $1000s but either way I feel confident and safe with my purchases and referrals to this company knowing there is (or can be) a piece for anyone with any reasonable price range.The number one thing I can appreciate is when I called them and told them I was concerned my center stone was becoming loose on my engagement ring, but I wasn’t “sure” if that is what was wrong, they were more than happy to help. I took it in and they thanked me for being proactive the second I realized my stone was loose and got it quickly tightened up for me sharing that if I ever am concerned to bring it in, if not bring it in for 6 month “check ups”Thank you again to the whole team that works there for impeccable customer service and unique talent.

Had a bit of a dispute with this company after 2 years of working with them, at first I was very upset and displeased with my last visit but the owner Jennifer reached out to my wife and I personally to clear up the communication gap. They have worked on all my jewelry for years and I can absolutely say that they work extremely hard to keep there customers happy and informed.Ps.Did I mention that they have the finest jewelry and jewelry repair team in town!

The diamond in my wedding set randomly came loose, and I havent had my rings properly sized in 5 years. I went to Revolution Jewelry Works and they had to cut my rings off of me. The gentleman who helped was so nice and friendly, and I think he was more nervous about it than I was! They finished my rings 3 days earlier than expected, and the work is beautiful! Highly recommend this shop for anyone in need or jewelry or any repairs!

I am beyond happy with my engagement ring from Revolution! It turned out beautifully! My boyfriend and I were looking for a jeweler and the owner, Jennifer, not only answered my questions and helped significantly for Facebook, she recognized us when we came into the store to look the stones and work out what we wanted. It was definitely budget friendly, the customer service was amazing, and my ring is unique and exactly what I wanted! Im so glad we went with them. And we will definitely be back in the future! Definitely consider this shop for any jewelry.

I have never been more satisfied with a jewelry store in my life. Believe me - I have shopped around! This team is educated and were happy to answer all of my questions. I left an heirloom ring for repair after talking to Janelle - who explained in detail everything that needed to be done to secure my great-grandmothers diamond and restore her ring. The quote came in $200 under what any other store had quoted my for the major overhaul - and when I got my ring back I cried. It is more beautiful than anything I could have hoped for. Just to set my mind at ease, I took it in to a jeweler who told me my ring couldnt be fixed to have him check the repairs (because I am a person who need reassurances). He said he was absolutely impressed with the craftsmanship and care that went into the repair, and he couldnt have done it better even when he was in his prime. Revolution has a new customer in me for life.

Jennifer and Pedro totally rock!! They worked closely with my girlfriend to bring life back to a custom ring that the big chain store ruined. This ring was very semimetal to her and once Jen and Pedro got to work on it, it was amazing She totally loves her ring again and receives compliments all the time about the ring. The staff are great, kind and attentive, and they treat you with respect and attentiveness no matter what youre spending. Incredible expertise and people.

First visit spent hours with me to design a one of a kind ring full of religious and personal symbolism for the lady I am marrying. They also recieved some jewlry to clean. They did an excellent job making the ring and cleaned the other jewelry well. My fiancee and I enjoyed seeing ring cast.

This business is great! The owner is personally involved in every sale and design. They are extremely personable, friendly, and helpful. They walked me through the process, explained terms I wasnt familiar with, and were in constant contact to keep me up to date. They worked late to finish my custom design and got it to me two weeks early. It looked perfect. It was an engagement ring I sketched up. My fiancé loved it. They gave me a discount on top of everything. Best jewelry buying experience Ive ever had. I highly recommend Jen and her team!
