Jared has some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Skylar is so amazing. Great to have an associate who listens to what you want and just presents options, never forced me in to anything nor talked down to me. She was really funny and felt like we knew each other for years. The 18 month 0% interest option and upgrade program cannot be passed up. I love to support local small businesses, but Jareds just has always been the best with their stones and customer service. If you are looking for a good jeweler, I highly recommend Jareds.

I stopped by there yesterday to get a new battery for my watch and I must say that I was astonished by the friendly nature of the employees. The last time I needed a battery for my watch (different location and state) the employees made me feel like I was a bother. The ladies at Jareds made me feel welcomed, valued and appreciated as a customer. Based on this experience, I dont think Ill visit another jeweler ever. I give a sincere thank you to the ladies that helped me. Being valued as a customer in spite of your appearance is what customer service is all about.

Its been quite a LONG time since I strolled into a jewelry store for reasons other than myself...needless to say, Im venturing forth into the world of romance and possibilities in these days and times and drove over to Jareds to pick up a LeVian Chocolate Diamond necklace/earring set I had come across over a week ago online...I knew there was going to be a missing heart rate or 3 when I first saw the set..along with a major smile of appreciation! Chocolate diamonds are more than just jewelry..for me, they represent a unique, rarely-seen-on-the-silkiness-of-a-womans-skin statement of distinction..and I PREFER something in jewelry that people arent used to seeing! Jareds has such a wonderful variety of this diamond presentation, so it made the super-quality jewelry shopping experience so comfortable! My not-yet-met-salesperson Eden was not in the building when I arrived this Saturday, June 12th afternoon and yet, our phone conversation nearly a week ago typified the team approach between sales representatives, and fortunately, Skyler and Catherine took the reigns as I walked in to make certain I was taken care of in such a cordial, professional, smiling manner. This might as well be a used car dealership. The sales people here are pure evil. Skyler has a nasty attitude & lacks customer service skills. They push you to order custom & don’t provide alternative options just to make a larger sale.Had one great experience with George but he’s no longer here🙁 Recently went back to work on my engagement ring & spent over an hour with a sales rep, Katherine. Turns out she gave me a phony number & email to contact her 👎👎

My husband purchased a ring for my 15 year wedding anniversary, I had the ring for a month when the diamonds prongs broke and I lost the top diamond. (No way I wore it long enough to get scratched or be dull looking)We had insurance on the ring so they asked we bring it up to be fixed and it would take about 4/5 weeks before the could find a diamond they would fit perfect for that ring. When we picked up the ring and I could tell sometime was off about my ring it’s was very dull and the 3 stones on the band that was on MY first ring were gold the one they gave me (clearly not mine) didn’t have any gold on it!!! After email them stating we knew it wasn’t my ring the process to tell me sorry you feel like it’s not your ring..... ummmmm because it’s not...... very upset about Jared and wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE!!!!!!! 🤬👎🏼

I called to see if I can bring my ring in to get cleaned. When I arrived, the woman who looked at it said that she cannot clean the ring because the prongs are so damaged and that I would have to get an entire new band. Ive had the ring for only 6 years and there is no way that I am that harsh on it. She proceeded to tell me the cost of the new band, which was a minimum of $2500. I left the store with my ring uncleaned and appalled that they would try and rip me out of that much money for a ring that isnt even that old. Go to Revolution Jewelry Works. I took my ring there after this incident and they gladly took the ring in and cleaned it free of charge. They are a local business that doesnt try and rip off their potential customers like Jared does. Will never recommend Jared to anyone.

I had a watch that I bought that had links in it, and they were able to take the links out for me, and I didnt even purchase the watch from them! The employees were super nice and super helpful! 100% recommend going there for any jewelry and watch needs!

The quality of their jewelry is no good. They have no care for the customers and dont check prongs on jewelry too. I took in some pieces to be repaired and they were under warranty, so I had them fix3 bracelets, two rings, and a necklace. They did fix the problem I went in for, but there is no way they check the prongs or clasps while its in for repair. After I received my jewelry back one bracelet had a hinge fixed, but they failed to check the prongs and some of the prongs are not even secured on the gems. The other bracelet was in for an opal to be replaced (which they did do), but the clasp i noticed when I picked it up was not even secured and when I asked before I left if it would fall off the one gentleman there hooked it together and tugged on it and said nope should be fine as long as you dont pull on it. I tried to go another route and contact someone higher up about the issues without doing a bad review and the email they sent back just seemed like they had no care for my stuff and just said I can bring it back in to be fixed if I wish and they seemed so frustrated with me. They said they guarantee their work, but they really dont and dont check prongs or anything else that should be checked while in for repair like other places do. I will never do business with them again. The treatment i received years ago and now have not changed. My husband told me to return it all to them or just throw it out since its clearly not even worthy to wear without worrying that its just going to break or the gems are going to fall out. I could take it back and have them fix it, but I have not trusted them with any piece of my jewelry since the first ring from them that the gem fell out and was told they couldnt help me. I knew then they didnt care about their customers or the jewelry. Never again will I buy jewelry or have it repaired from them.

SPGS. store in Colorado was soo wonderful in helping us to figure out diamond and ring size on the 1st visit and then helping us out with the Horrible Comenity.com credit card company that Jared uses for their Credit card company on the 2nd visit. Got there right after they opened, filled out the CoVid paperwork work, rang the door bell and stood in the toasty hot front room for about 5 minutes. Sometime finally came to talk to me and told me all the associates were busy helping someone and Id have to wait. I could see about 4 people in the store. I told the sales person that it felt like a greenhouse out there and just wanted to come look for a bracelet gift for my daughter. I took my business to Pandora at the Shops at Briargate.

After several years of doing business with Jared never again will I spend another dollar in this store. On November 24, 2020 my husband purchased a gold chain for himself and ordered me a mother child pendant as a Christmas gift through this stores special orders team member. The full transaction amount for both necklaces was charged to my Jared Credit Card. On November 25, 2020 my husband received an email from Jared that they canceled the necklace for me he special ordered, however no refund was issued to my card. Here we are on January 9, 2020 and still no refund. I have now spent a total of three days on the phone with various departments in Jared and the credit card servicer only to be passed back and forth repeatedly. Jared claims they cant issue the refund the credit card company has to and Genesis states that they need Jared to issue the refund because it was their merchandise. Genesis suggested I contact the store it was purchased in for a refund. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager Courtney who assured me she would contact me on January 7th as she could not figure it out the previous night. I never heard back from her. This morning (January 9th) I physically went into the store as I had not heard back from Courtney. Mind you in the middle of COVID I now need to bring my newborn daughter into the store because these people cant figure out how to refund my money for an item they canceled and never delivered on. After an hour in the store dealing with the manager on duty we got an I dont know we cant help you. Heres an email you need to tell the situation to and they will investigate and see if they can get you your money back. So now after almost two months I do not have my necklace and I do not have my money back. Never have I ever dealt with a company so relaxed and okay with the fact that they charged us money for an item they themselves canceled and then never refunded. So at this point we are never going to get our money back. Absolute trash company and piss poor customer service and care.

I’ve been in here before getting a link taken out of a Rolex and they were extremely nice. Came in yesterday to get it done on another watch I acquired recently and the blonde older lady was EXTREMELY rude! Snatched the $20,000 watch out of my hand and proceeded to set it on the glass without any felt mat. Then asks me a million personal questions with an annoying tone to her voice “where did you get it from” “what do you do for a living” and various other pointless questions basically insinuating that I can’t afford what I brought in or something. Excuse me if you can’t afford what I brought in, doesn’t mean you have to be rude about it or hound me to see how it was acquired. I will be getting in touch with the owner as well as corporate to inform them about this situation. Definitely not how you treat someone.This store is extremely unprofessional, I would not recommend going here for anything but a cheap ring or a super basic watch.Guess she never looked in the parking lot to see what I was driving before she got an attitude like I was some peasant walking in off the street

I have been a loyal Jared customer for the last 10-15 years and have had very little issues until the last year or so. We do everything by the book as far as cleanings and inspections but the last 2 visits have been disappointing to say the least. The customer service they provide has gone from a 10/10 to maybe a 2/10 now. Today, my wife had a ring with a piece that needed fixed so she called to see if an appointment was required due to COVID... she was told they were taking walk-ins so she didn’t need to make an appointment. So she drives the 30 minutes to the Woodmen/Academy location and is informed they are closed for cleaning between 2-3 when she gets to the door. They failed to mention this knowing my wife would be bringing her ring in to get fixed shortly after calling them on the phone. The time before that, we took an heirloom diamond in to be put on a setting purchased from Jared. When doing the curbside pickup, the associate that brought the ring to my wife, brought it to her on her finger and not in a ring box. Today, we were also taking that ring back to be resized but after reading recent reviews regarding their horrible customer service and the issues we have experienced, we have a hard time trusting this store with anything anymore. COVID has been challenging for everyone, but I guess in challenging times, you really get to see their true colors. Customers that are experiencing similar issues won’t forget how they are treated and I know we will be finding a different location and sadly probably a different company to do business with.

My fiance and I picked out my engagement ring here and had help from Adrian to make it super unique, no one else has this ring! We got the extended service plan and have been so happy every time weve brought the ring back for minor fixes. Adrian has helped us every time! So of course when it was time to get our wedding bands we had him help us again. We ended up with two one-of-a-kind custom rings that will last us a lifetime. With all our Jared rewards we were able to buy jewelry for the day of the wedding too. I wouldnt go anywhere else for jewelry. Thanks Adrian!

We have been taking my Raymond Weil watch to Jared for a new battery for the last 10 years.George Krompier isn’t there anymore so an in experienced Lady named Lisa changed the battery onMy watch which has significant sentimental value,I noticed when my husband brought it home the time was wrong.I soon found out why, she had jammed the pin into the side of the watch when she changedThe battery and broke the blue enamel stem of the pin as well..She said they will try to fix it but if they have to send it out,(Now that she broke it) it will take 8 weeks to fix.They broke it and it’s one of the last gifts my sister gave before passing away fromBreast Cancer.Never take any watch or any jewelry there for repair.

We bought our wedding set from Jared. We have my rings inspected every 6 months, stones, settings etc., They also get Rhodium dipped. During busy times, I know I will have to leave my rings to be dipped and return to pick them up another day. On my last visit, Ramona took care of me. She saw I drive about an hour to the store. She had them cleaned, dipped and ready for me in 1 hour! No return trip! 5 star service--THIS is why I keep coming back!

I had the worst experience I have ever had with this store. My now husband purchased and custom designed my engagement ring at this Jared’s location because it was highly recommended by my parents who have spend an enormous amount of money there through the years. We trusted Jared’s and believed they would be good to us but it has been nothing but a nightmare. First, when my husband purchased the ring he specifically asked to pay in cash, yet they signed him up for a credit card without his knowledge. Thankfully he was able to close it but it was still upsetting. Then, two months after I received my ring, I was putting a plate in the dish washer, not even washing dishes or anything... just simply placing on dish in the dishwasher, and a prong on my ring broke off, losing one of the jewels in the process. That very day we took it in to be fixed, they said it would be ready in 3 weeks. 3 weeks comes and turns out they had the wrong jewel and had ordered another one but not a single person thought to notify me, I found out by calling them to see if I could pick up my ring. Another three weeks and my husband goes in to pick up the ring and it’s the wrong jewel AGAIN. My husband explained to them he was deploying the next day and it was extremely important to me that I have my ring yet they still insisted it would take 2 more weeks. 2 weeks was yesterday and the day before I called to see if my ring was ready and the lady I spoke with was very short with me and told me no it was not ready because I am one day early to check. If it is not ready today, one day past when they claimed it would be, I will be contacting corporate. This is the most upsetting and horrible experience with a company I have ever had.

No. Just no. My fiance and I went in to shop for an engagement ring and while the sales lady was nice, thats exactly what she was... sales. She spent more time rushing him to run his credit him and pushing him to spend way too much even after I told her it was too much, then helping me find the perfect ring. This was not even a good experience at all. On the bright side, my love said I made his heart melt when I used our code word to leave!

Since 2010, my husband and I have been getting all my fine jewelry from Jareds. I love there selections of mainstream and unusual pieces of jewelry. Im a but eclectic in my styles of jewelry with colored stones and unusual pieces and Jareds always has the best. This time I was there for solitaire diamond earrings and a ring or bracelet due to having a budget of 1500 to 2000 dollars. I got the ring Ive been looking at for 3 years and a pair of 1/3 carat diamond studs. As always, Jareds had the best!

Have tried calling for days even though they are open they dont pick up their phone, we drove there it was open but the doors were locked and nobody came to the door, three other couples showed up while we were waiting and said the same thing nobody for days has been picking up the phone. Decent place. There is a guy who works there (Adrian) that is super pushy and I just left because he didnt listen to anything I was telling him. They wanted me to enroll for a credit card but couldnt tell me the details of it. I would say give them a try but be cautious, they seem to be confident about there jobs but when you dig further they are confused and a bit annoying. The two ladies who helped were nice but I definitely would not work with Adrian. He kept trying to talk me into a very expensive watch, even when I said I wasnt interested.

For weeks, I have been looking for a promise ring with no luck. We went to Kay, Helzberg, Pandora and everyone else and couldn’t find one that I really liked. We are also on a tight budget so trying to find friendly service in the diamond business is almost impossible on a budget. In a last attempt to find this perfect promise ring (before retreating to online shopping) we went to Jareds and were very pleasantly surprised!Lisa was incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond helping us find the perfect ring. We found one within TEN minutes (after spending hours in other stores) and it was within our budget! I am so grateful for Jared and highly recommend it for anyone looking for the perfect ring.

I went to Jared to have a sterling silver ring/bracelet adjusted and had a great experience. The initial adjustment wasnt quite right, and neither was the second or third (of no fault of the jewelers/staff; the adjustment needed was unique). Every time I came back and it wasnt right, they had a jeweler come out to help with the process/next steps. They didnt hassle me at all about the extra work they put into the fix; they went above and beyond which is really saying something considering the charge for this type of fix is only $35.Each time I went in, I was greeted shortly thereafter. Great experience overall.

Purchased a ring from this store two years ago. Although the service was delightful, I am awarding the store a one star as a whole due to their “financing” pitch. Their financing is a store credit card. Not once do they mention it. I attempted to cancel this “financing” prior to picking up my item when I discovered it was a store credit card. Two sales associates on the floor along with the manager at the time assured me the financing paperwork will be redacted if I return the item & use my personal cc to re-purchase the item outright.Well 2 years later, I receive a lovely new Jared credit card in the mail !Diamonds are diamonds anywhere you get them. Unless you get an “exclusive” piece, I would not suggest shopping here nor any Jared for that matter.

Technically I must acknowledge that as far as the fine print goes, they had the right to do what they did; however, I feel its unfair, but ultimately its your call if you want to go here.I bought the ring, kept it in my sock drawer for about 4 months, got engaged and a few months later the center stone fell out. It added up to 7 or 8 months and I had not gotten it inspected at six months (which I dont believe I was ever told to do--but I digress). I tried to explain that the ring had only been in use a few months and I could show documentation of that or provide witness from shop owners who were involved in the proposal, but even though the ring was only in use for a few months they adhered strictly to the fine print. It financially crushed us financially as I had barely been able to afford the ring to begin with and had to pay for the diamond all over again. I almost didnt have enough to get it before the wedding. Maybe Im just bitter, but I believe it was shoddy workmanship and that they should have taken the hit, or at least most of it.Im not really a small print kind of guy, I always figured that if a diamond fell out within a few months that it was a workmanship issue and the company should take care of it... I never imagined this was even a possibility.So there it is, for what its worth.

It is always hit or miss for customer service when walking into the store. I generally feel that older individuals are catered to MUCH more than young adults. I’m in my mid 20’s and had associates help someone older than me that walked in after me multiple times. I have complained to the manager at the time when I have noticed this and it’s a pretty big turn off to want to buy something when you are clearly being passed over due to age. This is a time to either make a customer for life or push them away. There are a few employees with amazing customer service but generally they are busy, because people want to buy something from someone who is engaging and attentive.....My most disappointing experience was back in 2014. It has gotten better since but not much. My husband got my engagement ring from this location in 2014. He picked a setting and stones and was told the stone he chose was too big to sit flush with the halo around it and would have to be set above it, no big deal. It turned out really nice and unique. The halo ended up having some issues and they had to reset my stones into new metal (that’s fine metal is not always perfect). When I picked up my ring the stone was placed flush with the halo. At this point they had my ring longer that I did. When I tried to explain to the employee (who I believe no longer works there) that the ring was incorrect she tried to argue with me and told me I was wrong. I had to tell her several times to look at the old setting in the bag she was holding and compare it to the ring they were trying to give me. When she figured out she was wrong she huffed away like I was an inconvenience.

We were in the store a total of 3 minutes and of all the stores we went to this was the biggest joke. We went for my fiance not for me, and the salesman who greeted us automatically didnt even look at him until we made it clear that we were not there for a diamond. He immediately lost interest, took us over to a case and started telling us why everything my fiance wanted was wrong and that wed be better looking elsewhere. We definitely wont be spending the time coming here again

We have been customers for several years. We purchased my engagement ring, wedding set, and my husbands wedding ring there and recently returned to purchase a custom ring set. We initially met with Shara, who refused to listen to what I wanted and pushed the Levian ring. We left and returned to speak to Kevin. Kevin did a great job listening to what I wanted and got everything ordered. Well, after 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I call to find out Kevin was no longer with the company and I needed to speak to George. George admitted to dropping the ball and not giving us a call sooner and then we learn there is a problem with the order. Needless to say we had to drive back to the store and approve the new ring order. Finally feeling satisfied, the ring was ready to pick up 2 weeks later. George stated the new rings were 499.00 and not 699.00 and the prongs were of better quality, which we viewed under the microscope. We had paid for 90% of the purchase up front including the warranties and when I went to pick up the rings and finalize the purchase, George told me he would have to charge me 501 instead of 499 because it would adjust the ESP price. After I told him no that he said the rings were 499 and it was not my fault that he had to adjust the warranty cost, but we should be getting the warranty for the cost of the ring. He made several comments regarding the fact it was only a two dollar difference, which made the buying experience very uncomfortable for me. After leaving, I was hopeful I would not have to return except for my bi-yearly inspections. However, less than 3 weeks of owning the rings, a ruby fell out of the better quality ring and prong setting we purchased. I went in and Brian quickly apologized for the issue and took care of getting the ruby replaced. When George called, I expressed my concern about the integrity of the purchase and questioned if we got the actual rings we paid for since they were supposed to be of much better quality and within 3 weeks I had already lost a gemstone. George made it clear he could not do anything else for me and I could expect it to be ready in 3 weeks.Over the past few years, Jareds customer service and overall quality has significantly decreased. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially if you are looking for a stress free purchase. We will return just to get our rings inspected, but we will purchase elsewhere. I have rewards dollars from our recent purchase, which we were going to use to buy my husband a new wedding ring; but after this experience, I will allow them to expire even though George told me if I wasnt going to use them I could sign them over to the store for another customer to use--appalling.

I have had so many awful things go wrong here. I’ve never had problems with my ring before, they start dealing with it and it goes bad. (Diamonds falling out, saying that they are doing the inspection and not doing it. telling me they are putting in my records when they aren’t. ) My husband payed for platinum head for my diamond and they lied and said my head was platinum when I’m fact it wasn’t. They had my ring for about 10 weeks and now I don’t have it again because they were careless with something that means so much to me. Also If they Know you aren’t buying anything (getting inspection or cleaning) you will wait forever and they won’t be friendly to you. I would not recommend THIS Jared’s . There are some out there that actually care but not this one.

Go to a boutique jewelry shop if you can! They take zero responsibility for their mistakes and blame the customer. They fail to tell you important information like when you are buying a white gold wedding band, because you love the look of it, that it will never look like that again! They cant polish & brush it exactly how you bought it. I guess our mistake for buying such expensive rings from there. After multiple issues, the service does not match quality of the rings.

Worst experience of my life!!! I bought my wife a wedding ring. Apparently it was cheaply made, it was $3000, I would expect something a little better than what we received. Constantly had to take it in and have them fix it, 3 week turn around time each time. My wife would wear it a couple weeks. It needed fixing 5 times in the first 8 months. My wife had only worn the ring maybe 2 months of that time. I fought with them and fought with them about how long it took to get replaced, and how their jewelers wouldnt do quality work, sometimes when we got the ring back after being fixed it would be aligned crooked and noticeably off-center so we wouldnt even accept it and would have them send it right back. After fighting with them for about a year, I asked for a complete and total return of the rings. I wanted my money back after they offered me gift card after gift card and I said no. I want my money back. They did the right thing and gave us a full refund. If you have had a similar experience and want a full refund, prepare to do weekly long phone calls with them to get what you want. They were probably glad I was gone because I never let up. This was my experience with this one ring, others may have a totally different experience. Just be aware of long turn around times for getting your ring back if anything is wrong.Personally I absolutely hate all jewelry stores because I feel like they are so fake and put on fake smiles and Thats SOO beautiful to anything you choose. They dress nice and put on fake smiles just so you will buy from them. Drives me nuts. This place was no different. But what can you do when the love of your life needs a ring on her finger!Good luck!

This particular store is worried about sales and not return customers. I purchased my girlfriend a ring, which she has had to get fixed four times now. The latest return required the center stone to be replaced because they chipped it. The store replaced her ring with a less quality diamond. The only saving grace for this Jared store is one employee Rebecca who cares about quality control and fixing things correctly, the rest of this Jared works for commission or the next repair and not return customers.

Madie went above and beyond for me! She was so knowledgeable and friendly that it made my shopping experience absolutely wonderful. She encouraged me to hold off on making any purchases for an additional week so I could attend a large sale they were having that brought in several jewelers with additional rings to choose from so I could feel confident in my purchase and get the best deal available. She even overnighted a ring that I found online from another store to hers so I could see it on a day that fit my schedule. I never once felt pressured into having to make a purchase or open a store credit card. Madie truly made it so easy for me and Im so pleased with the ring that I purchased. Thanks again Madie!!

Incredibly rude service, just got of the phone with them. Bought an engagement ring at 14K and they gave me the wrong size. All they tell me is that I have to pay again to get it the size corrected. The diamond is off centered and there are tool marks in the crown of the ring. I highly recommend that nobody shops at this store if they plan on spending more than a thousand dollars.

Google maps sends you to a neighborhood. From what I could tell, it was telling me to enter a persons house instead of taking me to the actual, large, Jareds the Galleria of Jewelry store which was down the street only 1.2 miles away. When I found THAT location, on my own, everything went smooth. Just not sure why Google thinks this house is Jareds instead of the actual store location...

I have never given a review to a place I havent visited, but Jared deserves an exception. I called to find out how much they would charge to remove 3 links out of my watch. They said $36 per link! For the most part, my experience at this Jareds location has been fine. I got my engagement ring back in 2016, and I have taken it in for cleaning and inspections every 6 months since then to keep up with the warranty. I got married in Nov. of 2018 and wanted to have my two rings soldered together. When I took them in for a cleaning that December, I went ahead and asked them to do that. The man who worked with us that day was awful. I wish I knew his name, but he didnt give us 2 seconds of his time to ask. I was trying to talk to him about getting them soldered and told him my engagement ring had gotten to loose on me, but the wedding band fit fine. He did not do any measurements for me, he just took both of my rings and said he would resize them and solder them. He then stared at us like he was just waiting for us to leave. Never told us when to pick it up, how much it would be.... nothing. He acted extremely annoyed with any questions we asked, and never once explained anything. The next day when we went to pick up my rings, of course they were now too small. Thankfully someone else helped us out after explaining our situation.Fast forward to today. I take my rings in to get them cleaned and inspected. And Of course the same guy was the one who helped me. I recognized him right away, but decided to play it cool. I thought maybe he just had a bad day. Automatically he acts so annoyed that he had to help me. He then decided to tell me that I am behind on my cleaning. Im definitely not. I go in every December and every June. Is that not every 6 months? He started telling me that I was behind on other things and I need to do them next time Im in or my warranty may be affected. Thats false because every time I go in, I ask them if there is anything I need done at that visit. He is the ONLY person in that entire store who acts this way towards us.I understand that he is a salesman and he is not making any money off me in those situations. But heres an idea.... dont offer that service if the sales people are going to act that way.... OR.... hire someone for that particular section. My husband spent entirely too much money to be treated that way.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They do free jewelery cleaning and can help you make adjustments to your jewelry. They have an onsite jeweler that you can work with a well. They have a fairly wide variety of jewelry though the designs arent very unique. I must admit that I was impressed with their Smithsonian collection though. There is also a play area for kids and coffee and water for the adults.

I went into Jareds with my grandmothers wedding ring in hopes of getting diamonds added to it or to add embellishment. The man we worked with was nice and although he was unsure of the capability of adding to the ring, we did come up with a compromise. I purchased an additional diamond encrusted wedding band to add to the existing ring while removing the original band. We paid for the labor and the new ring and was told it would be finished in 3 weeks.3 weeks went by and we called to ask if it was finished since I would only be in town that week. They said yes, the ring was there and we could come and get it. We went in that day and the man there went through every drawer searching everywhere for my ring, and then asked who I spoke with. Then he came back to tell me they didnt know where the ring was. Then he proceeded to tell me he had other customers, but the ring IS done but it wasnt there. He said to come back Monday.So I called to see if the ring was actually there before going in on Monday and the same man said the ring wasnt there again. He also proceeded to tell me again they had customers they needed to attend to. So I called back later and spoke with a woman and she must have told the manager we originally worked with because he did call to apologize. He said he would be there when we picked the ring up on Wednesday.Wednesday came and we walked in excited to see the ring, and a man we had never seen before seemed less than thrilled to see us. We gave him the receipt and he walked away. We assumed we should follow him, so we went over to the desk and he pulled out a clear packet with papers in it. He got on a tablet without saying anything to us and after a while we asked if the ring was even there. He said yes, its right here, but I need to do something first and I need to photograph it. He seemed very perturbed we were there. We then asked if the extra wedding band that they took off of my grandmothers ring was also in the clear bag and he grabbed it to look, and started questioning whether that was actually ours or if it was in there by mistake. After he walked away to photograph it, he finally handed me the ring on his way back and then shoved a tablet in my face to sign so we could leave. I was shocked that he didnt care whether it fit or if I even liked the work that was done to it. They also gave us no documentation except for the warranty and the receipt. It seems to me when you are spending thousands of dollars at a jeweler that they should provide you with a ring box at the very least. This was my wedding ring, my one and only wedding ring - and there was no joy or good feelings about getting it. Instead I felt completely rushed and unwanted.The actual ring was done well, but the experience was absolutely horrible. I will NEVER recommend Jareds to anyone, especially this location. Not only are they completely unprofessional, but they clearly dont care about their customers or the service they provide.

My boyfriend and I went to this location to look at engagement rings, we had came here last October and had a beautiful time so why not try again. We walked in an absolutely nobody even greeted us we went to the engagement side and sat waiting for someone for at least 10-15 minuets and nobody bothered to ask if we needed help! Minded you we made eye contact with a lady who just ignored us! Dont get me wrong we look young and have a small child but looks shouldnt matter so we left. While walking out the door an old lady (white to be precise) walked in and they automatically greeted her and wanted to help! Are you kidding me?? Is this really how you guys are going to treat interracial couples? Then I call to speak to a Manager and they hang up! Terrible place

This specific location had horrible service! The lady that helped me would not listen to me and my budget. (I get they have to try to get a better deal or up sale,) but any time I would like a different ring and if it was cheaper than the others I picked out she would pick all these bad things about it! When you couldnt even tell by looking at the ring. Then close to 5 oclock they had told me it was closing time (the lady that was helping me said its ok someone can let me out, not to worry about it) well you would have thought I was in there 2 hours after 5 by the way the rest of the staff treated me. By the time I got out of the store and into my car it was 5:07. Nobody had to wait long to let me out, it seemed like they were all still picking up and doing stuff. It was just the worst customer service ever! We chose not to purchase anything.
