We needed help with getting our new clock to work and the gentleman that helped my husband was superb. He knew right away what the problem was and was able to do same day repair. My husband dropped his watch off to get fixed and they said it needed to be cleaned. They said it would be $85 (rip off) and take 7-10 days. He called them on the 11th day since we havent heard anything to find out that they didnt even do anything! Then told him it was going to need a new crystal because its scratched. Thats not what we asked for. Told us it would be $140...we told them no and then said that the $85 was an estimate now its $100! We told them not to touch it and we will take it somewhere else. This place is a joke!!! You really need to work on your customer service!!!!

They could very easily have told me that it needed a lot of work but they didnt.....simple fix and a ten buck charge. Very honest and proffesional group of people. They packaged and shipped a family clock for me. Very reasonably priced and great people.

Staff is nice enough, price was substantially higher than I expected. My particular watch is a neat novelty, but getting it serviced cost 4.5 times what I paid for the watchEdit: Not only does the new illumination on the hands not work, the watch runs fast. Not going to bother to go back as I dont hold much hope theyll make it right after the time thats gone by

Visiting from out of state I had time to look for a leather band for my watch that I had been wanting for some time. Came across this place on a google search and called. Super friendly on the phone and said they had a good selection of bands. They weren’t wrong. Thing is I didn’t buy the band but saw a beautiful vintage Seiko with a leather band for an incredible price that I bought instead. This place is awesome and you know immediately the staff all know what their doing and we’re amazingly helpful. Wish they had another place in Austin

Workmanship is always great. It would be nice if they started back setting the watches. That was a bonus. It is my impression that all customers arent treated equally...that is a negative. I will say they werent always this way.

This is my first time with this company. They have a rep for quality work. When I dropped something off for repair, I was assured I would get a call within 10 days at the most. I never did. On day 14 I called them, only to be told they are understaffed and could not call, harshly, as if I should know. Tell me that up front. When I picked up item I got a generic receipt. I asked for something itemized, and got a Xerex copy of the words that described the work. NO store name, no date. When I asked for the name and date to be added to words I was told that was what the generic receipt was for; just staple them together. There was NOTHING legal and binding for my records. When I pointed out that I needed something complete for my records, I was told that Its in OUR records, meaning the stores records. They may be the best people in the county, but my records should be as complete as theirs. What happens if a part is missing and I have no proof of what was done to protect ME?

People are friendly and i had a watch i took to walmart to replace battery and they messed up watch back kept falling off . now i go to tic tock , they do it right .i had ti throw away watch walmart screwed up

The gentleman who showed up to pack up our German grandfather clock was completely unprofessional. He showed up before time and luckily I was home because I went to buy packing material for my delicate stuff and he told us that he would have to charge us for it when they quoted us with packing material and all. Then, he was unpleasent during the packing and wasnt wearing a mask, didnt take his shoes off at first until we hinted about it, and wasnt wearing gloves when he removed the weights from the clock, which you are supposed to because you cant have any type of oils on them, it will ruin them. He needed extra help. He was going to charge me almost double the price, so I decided to call my husband to see what they had quoted us, he asked me not to call him which I responded to him that I was still going to call him. I provided 3/4 of the packing material, and my 2 friends had to help him, and one mentioned to him that she had cancer and he still had her help.I wont use their business again.

They offer a wide range of different types of wall clocks grandfather clocks and many, many, many clocks . They have a decent assortment of wrist watches and some pocket watches as well. I used to love this business. Lately, not so much. They have gotten busier with more customers. However, they continually keep raising their fees for working on watches or clocks. Recently, I left a fairly expensive wrist watch for repair and the promised time was late by almost 2 weeks and pretty expensive at that. When I finally recieved my watch, they made some excuses but offered no discounts, no explanations nor apologies. For what they do they are okay, BUT, I think I need to find another such business. Ive never felt like a valued customer here. I believe this place takes customers for granted and more concerned about their revenue. They dont seem interested in offering personalized service either. If one does not feel as a valued customer they probably need to go elsewhere.

Weve used the Tic Tock Shop because they have mobile service that we were able to use because our Grandfather Clock stopped working and we live in Florissant, CO. Very good at what they do and they dont overcharge.There shop in the Springs has easy access and a lot of beautiful clocks. They also change batteries in watches go for what I believe a very minimal charge. I also forgot to mention that the employees are very friendly!

Bad service here. I was waiting to be serviced and another customer came up to the counter after me. The employee behind the counter looked my way, bypassed me and serviced the other fellow without even asking if I needed assistance. I take that very personal. Possibly, the employee didnt like my appearance, I do not know. It was definitely unexpected and unwarranted. There are other watch shops in the city, thankfully. First time and last time here.

My wife and I know very little about cuckoo clocks. We express that at our first visit today and were educated in various issues to consider when selecting a cuckoo clock. No pressure from the salesperson, just information to ponder. This is refreshing.

Has to be one of the coolest shops to ever exist. Entirely based on clocks they have designer brand and antiques for purchase. They offer a phenomenal selection of watches and repairs / battery replacement. They also repair clocks, but I havent used this service.

My brother needed an expensive watch fixed. Every other watch shop within driving distance wanted to charge almost half of what my brother originally paid for the watch except the Tick Tock Shop! The watch was fixed, polished and called to pick up within a week! Thats awesome business!

This is the only place in town that I and my father trust with our collections. Went in yesterday to have some betteries switched out and replace a crystal and there were a dozen people in the shop doing all sorts of things. The staff is excellent, and I ended up buying a Timex digital that I found while I was waiting (well played. sir)

I took a vintage clock to Tick Tock to get the cabinet repaired. It took a really long time (more than a month) to get back to me with the evaluation and estimate to fix. I was a little perturbed about that. However, they did an excellent job with the work. I do have more clock repair work to be done and probably will for a while as I collect clocks. I will give them another chance because waiting for great work is sometimes worth it. I do hope my clock work can be done more quickly next time.

We took our Tudor watch in to be conditioned and had a bad feeling when we picked it up but paid over $150.00 for the so called service. We just took it in to a qualified watch repair person for an overhaul and he said the previous person who worked on it did NOTHING, probably did not even open it. So, basically we paid Tick Tock Shop who did NOTHING. How can you know unless you take it elsewhere. Am really burning 🥵 about this. This is so horrific to think a shop does this, certainly not just to us. No way to run a business of trust. Shameful.

I was recently gifted a grandfather clock and the staff were very helpful. A fair price to move it from Denver to Colorado Springs. Great care was taken in transport and setup along with a lesson on taking care of the piece. Would recommend them for all clock services.
