The employee helping us was very patient and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured or rushed at all when picking out a wedding ring to fit nicely with my engagement ring. I was able to try on several until I found the perfect one! It was an enjoyable experience!

My partner and I just bought two amazingly beautiful wedding bands for each other at the Zales in the Chapel Hills Mall. Ecko was our attending, and she was THE BEST. So amazing, so personable, so kind, very generous with the information that she shared as well as scrupulously concise about the size of our new rings. Ecko, we can’t thank you enough! We’re so glad we decided to come see the rings in person, you were so right about the brilliance of the 1 karats! This is the kind of purchase that you wait your whole life to make and you helped make our moment so very special for us! 10/10 service, taste, and professionalism.

I cannot express how frustrated I am with this store and this company. I bought a ring 12/25/20 and had a gem fall out of it within 6 days, I got it replaced and then needed it resized. When it came back from being resized the middle gem was loose. They told me they would special order the ring in my size so there was no chance the stones would fall out. I have now been waiting 12+ weeks with no information on if my ring has been ordered, if it is unable to be ordered, nothing. Every time I call they say they have no information or the associates assisting me are out, and the manager is also out and will give me a call when they return to work but I have not received any calls back from the store. I called customer support and while they were empathetic they could only tell me to talk to the manager. When I talk to the manager they tell me to talk to the associate that originally helped me with my claim, the associate states they do not have any info and they will get back to me. This has been the cycle for over 12 weeks and I’ve pretty much given up at this point. The associates are nice, helpful. But only initially. Otherwise you’re left in the dark with no info and no one to talk to in order to resolve the issues. It’s just incredibly frustrating and disheartening after I have attempted to be incredibly patient and understanding.

An associate told me to go to a cheaper store near them, to purchase something because I didn’t want to pay over $1,000 for rope chain, for a 13 year old. She showed me 2 chains. I was mad. I just wanted to get my Son something for his 13th bday and get out of there. Customer service, is bad and I had a feeling, it had something to do with the color of my skin.

My anniversary band came back from the shop and was deemed “broken beyond repair”. It is missing 4 small diamonds - no big deal. We have the diamond warranty plan and wanted to know our options. Two separate sales associates insisted that we speak to the store manager Ron. After hearing our options from the sales associate (Echo), she went to get the manager to talk to us. He wouldn’t leave his post and didn’t even bother to look our way or provide any level of client experience/service. Echo restated what we already knew and we decided that there was nothing on inventory we wanted to trade.Fast forward to coming home and finding a beautiful ring on their website. I called back and spoke to the salesperson (at this same location, who was the original person to tell us our ring was not repaired) and I wanted to know if it was an option to trade in my broken ring and buy one off of their website. She put me on hold to find out and when she returned she stated; “The consensus is that you could trade in the ring and we will get you a gift card so you can buy the ring off the website.” With that said, we packed up our stuff and headed back to the store. When we arrived and met with the salesperson we spoke to over the phone, Ron interrupted and said that was not possible. I shared my frustration with the misinformation and no apology was given. “It is what it is” kind of mentality. We gave him the SKU of the ring we wanted and even shared locations that had it in stock. He was going to call on Monday (this has now been over a month ago) to see what options we have and even offered to find out if it could be special ordered. Never hear back from him and he didn’t follow through. No phone call. Nothing. Called another Zales who also never called back. So frustrating and disappointing. Wish we would have never purchased the ring with Zales and wished they had a better client experience especially with the diamon warranty plan. This location in particular is awful.We have been back to the mall several times and Ron is always there. His head is down, always focusing on paperwork and never greeting or interacting with clients.

My experience with this location was simply amazing! Zales being a large chain jewelry store, I didnt know what to expect. I went by the store in person several times as my first trip into the store I forgot my wedding ring (my fault entirely). I spoke with Ecko and she gave me advice on how to handle my issue. Fast forward a few days later I went back into the store because corporate couldnt handle my situation over the phone, as it was originally explained to me. Ecko was in the store and helped me with my issue. It took her a few days, but she diligently worked to get my issue resolved in a positive manner. I know that others have not had a good experience, but this is my experience. Im so thankful for the time, effort and energy Ecko gave to my husband and me. She is a great associate and works hard to please her customers!

Amazing experience! Jake is an absolutely incredible jewelry consultant! So knowledgeable about the jewelry industry and he has such a fun personality—you’ll feel like you’re talking with a friend and not just a salesman!Every time I go in to this store I leave so happy and confident that great care will be taken with my jewelry. My fiancé and I found the perfect wedding bands here (great selection and prices!). We had both of ours sized (his sizes down, mine sized up) and they came back perfect. Recently I took both my engagement ring (not from Zales) and the wedding band I purchased from Zales back into this store to have them soldered together before my wedding. I also needed to have my engagement ring dipped because it had some significant scratches on the sides. I was worried that the tight timeline would cause issues, but Jake assured me we had just enough time. He submitted the servicing order and I actually had my rings back in my hands 3.5 days later!!! Seriously magic!! Another worry I had was that they wouldn’t come back centered perfectly (and of course with the wedding so close there would be no time to have them realigned), but boy was I wrong!! They are PERFECT and look so much better together than apart! 10/10!!

Significant improvement since my last visit!!! I’ve been going to this Zales for some time to have my ring inspected every 6 months. The new manager Jake is awesome! He helped me with a ring that wasn’t purchased at their store, caught a loose stone on my ring from them, and is locally sourcing work which I hugely appreciate. I’m excited for the positive changes with new management at this location.

I stopped by Zales at the Chapel Hills Mall today to have a watch band resized. Even though all employees were busy helping other customers when I arrived, I was greeted right away and assisted quickly. The associate who helped me was very friendly and efficient, and they took care of resizing the watch right away (I chose to do some quick shopping while they worked on it, but it was ready for me when I returned 20 minutes later). We went in for our bi-annual inspection of our wedding rings and to get a battery for my watch last weekend. Jake was really nice and also helped us with a necklace that I had that was missing a diamond. He took time to actually explain everything, which we really appreciated!

Not much help. Need to edit hrs on internet. Closes at 5 due to covid. Will definitely chose anther store next time we buy jewelry. So called manager was rude and not following any covid precaution s. Stuck w 1 ring that has broken on us 4 times due to a poor fix. Now is the wrong size and of no use to us.

After going to the outlet and having my ring sent out to have stones tightened, I noticed that the gold plating on the ring had been rubbed off. I was so worried my ring was ruined! I brought it to this Zales and they made me feel at ease that it could be sent to their local jeweler and corrected. I’m very thankful we got the lifetime warranty! Jake is the absolute best. He is so helpful and does his job the way it should be done. He helped my daughter and son in law have the wedding of their dreams by fixing my daughters ring miles away. My daughter lived in Colorado when her husband, then in the army proposed to her with this ring. A stone went missing when she moved back home to New York. The NY store turned my daughter away for not having her original reciept on hand. When your in the army you move around alot and things get lost or misplaced. Jake stepped in and made sure my daughter had her ring fixed for her wedding vow renewal reception. Jake the world needs more workers like you. Thank You so so very much for your help!!!! We went in today because one of the diamonds fell out of my wifes ring and went to get it repaired. We were not told about the 6 month checkups you have to do to keep the policy valid. But rather than deny us any assistance they were very helpful and even took the ring in for repair free of charge or fee. It was a major blessing and we couldnt be more thankful! Zales has just shot to the top of my list of recommended Jewlery Stores. Service and Care 10/10!

Sorry I was a customer there...dont worry though as I wont make that mistake again. I purchased a nice single diamond necklace there over the summer. It cost me less than $400. I declined the special warranty. Fast forward 6 months. The connector on the chain broke. I went into the store fully understanding that I declined the warranty and was prepared to pay a reasonable price to have the chain fixed or replaced. The only offer I was made was to purchase a $325 replacement chain that would fit the diamond. Then I was smugly told that I should have bought the warranty. I went across the way to another jewelry store and they offered to fix it for $38. Perhaps not all the workers in the store are as rude, disrespectful or unappreciative of their customers as the Asian woman that I dealt with, but my recommendation for everyone is that there are a lot of jewelry stores in that mall that will appreciate your business and treat you with respect even if you dont buy their warranty.

We purchased what we thought was a high quality diamond. A few years after purchase, we found that we were paying for two grades higher than the quality of the diamond that was actually placed. The store approved the return and had us give the ring back. Its been 4 months and we still havent seen the money for the return. We ultimately had to pursue the issue further in small claims court. Dont waste your time here. If you do, get the ring appraised to make sure you received what you paid for. Good luck on having anyone competent calling you back.

I ordered two rings, mine and my husbands. I was told I would have my ring sized and back in two weeks, so I called when it was two weeks and they could not find my order or ring, it took another five days to receive my ring. I picked up my ring and got home to realize one of the diamonds was missing already and they had not inspected the ring before giving it to me so just called the store very upset, I had to take my ring back and have it sent out to be fixes already. they graciously expedited my ring without charge and I picked it up four days later. Now on to my husbands ring, it has been eight weeks for special order and I called to see if it was ready and again they cannot find the order or the ring. Hear we go again! I would not go back to this zales for a special day again, this has been such a headache for our special day, we waited ten years to get married and and the rings are supposed to be special and heart warming. If I could do it over I would go somewhere else that makes you feel like your important and cared about on your special day not just another customer lost in the system.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The person who sold us my ring told us the $600 warranty would cover if any of the diamonds were damaged or fell out. Wrong! One of the small diamonds on the side of my ring fell out, so we took it in and they said no we had to pay for it. Every person there tells you something different and it is just a scam. Wish I would have never been there. Go somewhere else.
