I have yet to visit a jewelry store in my life. I am going to give this establishment a shot for my first visit with an inquiry on any knowledge of the over all business of jewelers. I also have some beautiful items, a bit of a mix & am looking to sell them whilst understanding the bottom line that the business needs to make there monthly dues as well as I would like to meet a value of my own for needs that are very important to my life! Owned by a very nice family! I thought my Tiffanys necklace couldnt be repaired due to where it had broke. They repaired the chain super fast and it came out beautifully!

I needed to get my fiancée’s ring resized and did not want just anybody to handle the ring. Express Watch and Jewelry Repair were extremely professional and the resizing fits perfectly!We had to really look to see the work done to this ring, it looks like we didn’t have to get any work done at all. Will definitely be using these guys again!

The gracious n professional owner, literally at t last 2 minutes b4 closing, on t phone, gave me directions 2 his location n stayed open after closing even for a small watch battery replacement n displayed t highest degree of professionalism n courtesy, treating me as if i were purchasing t most expensive diamond! Highly recommend to anyone searching for t same degree of service n attention as if at Tiffanys. Will b returning for all my jewelry n watch needs!

Ive only ever had good experiences here. Had 2 rings resized and 2 rings re rhodium plated. All the work was done quickly and done well. I will definitely be using their services for any work I need for my jewelry in the future 😊👍

I bought a necklace and i had issues with said necklace, they were very understanding about the situation and explained what happened how it happened and honestly were very helpful and guided me on products wpuld highly recomend this place for jewelry and watches.

Very friendly and honest repairman, was super efficient and quick. Was in and out of the store in no time. Brought in a broken gold chain necklace and got it repaired for $35 and you can barely see the repair. Nearly half the price I was expecting, will be sure to come back again!

The employee there was impatient, pushy, and basically tossed my fiancées ring back at her when we said wed think about the pricing. Needless to say, we did not have them resize the ring.

I went there to get a new watch band and they were rude, impatient and ran me out of the store insisting I go to the jewelry store down the way. I didnt like the way the band fit and he insisted i get it and became very frustrated with me because the band didnt feel comfortable on my wrist.

My wife dropped her wedding ring on the ground on her way to pottery class. She discovered it missing and went back to the parking lot of the pottery class only find the ring was not there. She went to a near by store and ask if anyone found a ring and gave it to them. To her surprise they did and it was her ring however it had been run over by a car and was in about 4 different crushed pieces, but all the parts were there and the diamond was intact. After thinking we may as well buy a new ring I decided to at least try a jeweler to see if they can fix it. They said they could not fix it. After about a third time trying to get it fix a Jeweler in the mall said they could not but check with James in Express Jewelry repair upstairs. So I took it to him. long story short, WOW!!! Not only did he fix the ring it was better then new!!! My wife was amazed!! James is the greatest!! Thank You again

So glad I found this place! I went to a jewelry store downstairs at the Citadel mall to get my ring sized and they quoted me $105. I lucked out and found this store and he quoted me $45. I was so happy that I got another ring sized which I was on the verge of getting it sized or not. Two rings for the price of one! He is such a nice man and very professional. I cant even see the repair work! On top of that, I finally found a Michael Kors watch that Ive been looking for. Thank you so much! Ill be sure to be back!

The owner had 2 links, and 3 batteries done in less than ten minutes, a total of 4 watches serviced with no scratches including a big faced watch which no other watch company can get open to change the battery. Dont come here! OVERPRICED & RUDE! The man is very short, snappy and could care less about the valuables you bring in. He charges 15 plus tax for the most basic repairs. Ramsel watch repair is alot better. Overall he doesnt care about you. Engaging the customer and thier concerns or questions is almost non existent. Came in with an automatic watch. The man scratched the glass and denied it. Left with his fingerprint on the inside of the watches glass. Obviously was not concerned about his craft or persons valuables. RAMSEL watch repair and jewelry is 8 minutes from the citadel mall!! The man who owns it will take care of you and wants to genuinely make you a customer that comes back. No lines. And prices are agreeable.Once again. I am a real customer! Ive visited this store three time now and each time Im dismissed. Thier is an element of human connection thats missing from this store. The sad part is the only thing they care about is the bottom line. Genuinely asking questions and being inquisitive will get you nowhere with this man. Obviously he doesnt write his own replies. Hes given that job to someone else and that should be proof enough that he doesnt care about your name or your concerns. If youre in the mall go somewhere else. Not to be hateful but their are better places to purchase your goods.

The wife and I have been to their store on many occasions. Several watch batteries, and jewelry repairs. As well I have brought many gold items for my wife, their prices were very good. We have had nothing but Great service.

Completely unprofessional service. I came to the store to get my watch looked at and possibly a new battery. I told the man at the counter that I thought I might need a new battery for the watch and before he could even look at the watch he tells me $19. I inform him that it might not be the battery and how much would it be to just take a look and see if it was the battery or something more. He dropped my watch on the counter immediately and told me it was too complex of a watch and send it in to the watch maker. I repeated, You cant even take a look at it? He said no, too complex. There are right ways to deal with customers and wrong ways and this guy lacked tack when dealing with me. Rude, short, and completely unhelpful. Ill never go back and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone personally.

This place is fantastic! I had been severely mishandled by a chain jewelry store in the same mall, when I stumbled upon Express Watch & Jewelry Repair. All I needed was a watch battery in a fine watch, but no one wanted to touch it. James had already closed the gates, but when I told him what I needed, he happily opened up and changed my watch battery at a very reasonable price. I was on my way in 10 mins. Scott

It seems like other people have had good experiences with this watch shop but when I took an older Citizen Eco-Drive in for repair, it took several weeks to replace the battery (he didnt tell me about any other parts?, and cost me close to $100), then when I finally got back it didnt even work! He told me that it needed to be in sunlight for a long time which I did, and it still didnt even charge the battery... Then he denied it didnt work at first until I showed him it not ticking. Then he took it back with a bad attitude like it was my fault that he didnt repair it correctly. Then after several weeks he gave it back to me in the same attitude and it finally worked. He has a great selection and a LOT of nice watches, Im sure if you bought something from him he might not have such a bad attitude but I would NOT recommend getting a watch repaired here!!!

I took my engagement and wedding rings today to get resized and soldered together. Because he works on site, service was very quick (2 hours). He also provides military discounts. Very affordable while still providing exemplary service.

This place sucks! I knew it sounded too good to be true when they said it was only $25 to clean my watch. I took my watch here on New Year’s eve to get it cleaned. Well first I called to see if they were open and see if they cleaned and polished watches The young lady who answered the phone didn’t know what she was talking about because she said no they only repair watches but on their website it said that they did so I just went down there instead and asked again she said that was her fault she misunderstood me.....I don’t know how that was misunderstood??? Anyways so I drop my watch off they tell me it’s going to be 45 minutes I go back in about 30 minutes later I tell the guy I’m back for my watch he said oh yeah I’m still cleaning it then goes back to start clean my watch he does something to it I don’t know exactly what but then comes back about 15 minutes later and hands me my watch and says it’s $25 my watch has black like tar stuff all over it and has scratches all over it now Then he proceeds to tell me how beautiful it is and it’s really shiny HA I don’t know what kind of polish or cleaning they thought they did but my watch was in better shape before I dropped it off to them would not recommend this place to nobody. I should’ve not just been in a hurry I should’ve just been patient and took it to Zales like I originally had planned and wait at the four weeks to have them really clean and polish it smh

They messed up my engagement ring. Resized it and then the metal started chipping. Took it in for a refund and they wanted to argue with me over it. Completely unprofessional. Now requiring a copy of my bank statement to be able to refund it like what the heck!

I did the mistake of taken my watches for battery replacement to that place, I choosed premium batteries with three year warranty, when he finished with the batteries I was with him about to pay when another costumer showed up and started asking questions about the watches and I had to wait to pay for about 15 minutes, I looked at the watches and noticed that the dates where not accurate and I asked him if he could adjust them, to my surprise he said that didnt have the time to do it, after paying I noticed that just got a simple receipt, since I paid more for premium batteries I asked him for a written warranty and all sudden he changed his attitude, obviously angry just wrote with a pen the serial numbers of the watches, I think that after paying more than 130 dollars to replace 24.99 per battery plus watch we deserve a better service, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE, Im shure that any other place will give me a better service.

Employee was EXTREMELY rude to us. We came in with a watch that was missing a screw and all the employee said was well you broke it instead of offering any advice or helpful information. He was on the phone constantly and gave us barely any attention. $25.00 for 1 small screw and to be constantly told the missing screw was our fault. (We never said it was anyones fault)Strongly recommend against anyone coming here. Horrible customer service skills.

Spoke to what I’m assuming was the owner on the phone. He told me they had replacements parts but needed see the watch. I brought the watch in and he didn’t even look at it before telling he couldn’t help. He was completely disinterested and wasted my time driving there.

I have been there three different time for different things, invicta watch repair witch no one will touch because they are water proof. They fixed both of my husbands in an hour for a reasonable price! I lost a diamond in my wedding ring, they replaced it and you cant even tell the difference. after the repairs we didnt want to go any where else to look for my husband new ring witch we found with there wide selection of beautiful womens and mens rings. Wouldnt go any where else thank you guys so much!

I came in with a broken pocket watch, n the guy there instantly pointed me to the door saying he didnt have parts for it, didnt give me any advice on where to get it fixed, he only just said No ..I would of only given one star but the store did look well maintained but beyond that,#1 Im sure their products are over priced compared to the interwebs, #2 repair services might be applicable but at the owners discretion, so thats kind of a negative..so good luck, hopefully your just going into this place to get a ring resized

Had a small gold cameo ring that needed to go up half a size. Only took an hour but it was 65 dollars and when I got it back it had a scorch mark on the band and the cameo itself was encrusted with dirt. Youd think for 65 bucks they could at least clean it off. Also you could plainly see where it had gold added, the new metal had a bunch of lines and looked bubbled in one area. Still trying to figure out how to get the scorch mark off the band. Very dissatisifed, I should have gone somewhere else

Do yourself a favor and take the ecalator to any other jeweler. Terrible customer service and not a certified gemologist. The owner charged $95 for a google document appraisal.

Repaired the baguettes in my diamond ring that other jewelers did not think could be repaired but James not only repaired them he also made the ring beautiful again.

Long story short my roommate had pawned a gold chain a few times at the same pawn shop and he broke it one day and had it fixed here, once fixed he took it to the same pawn shop but now the chain had to much false gold in it to take.......
