Went to have a pin replace on my watch. Small local friendly shop. I have had watch pins replace here before. Each time I visited this business the service was great. The man working i believe the owner has always gave quick and perfect service. Watch repairs done as I wait and under ten minutes every time. The cost for the repair was very good.

This is the first time I had a battery replaced in my watch at this shop and the experience was great and I’ll definitely come here for future battery replacements/jewelry repair. He was friendly and sweet to my two year old daughter and had a toy she could play with while we had a short wait. It was so fast only took him 5 minutes or less to replace the battery and it was working again. Also loved all the plants in the shop.

Have been going to this shop for many years! Best place for watch and jewelry repair! Now live in Hawaii but recently visited Colorado Springs and was thrilled to see this shop and owner still available. Had my new Bolivar watch that needed attention and as usual, Ramsels did a great job with a great price! Mahalo!🌴

Took my watch for repair and he didnt call for a month. I called him then he says he just couldnt do the job.. disappointment

I took my invicta watch here to get sized. They only take cash or checks so be prepared. But, i will be taking all of my watches and jewelry here. He did my sizing right then and there and didnt have me wait at all. I had gone to multiple shops to get this sized and was turned away for one reason or another. I would highly recommend this watch shop. They had some really cool pieces you could buy as well!

All i can say is if your a watch repair shop be able to accommodate all reapairs! And all watches! Tried charging me 85 dollars for a pin. Did even look it up. Do not recomend.

Very good service! Stopped for a couple of watch fittings and was very quick and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I’m glad i tried this shop first.

Brought my watch in to get it repaired on a Monday morning, and the proprietor said hed get to it in a day or two. Three days later he didnt answer the phone during business hours, and didnt return my call when I left a message. Four days later I went to the shop in person, and he hadnt so much as touched my watch.I took it to a place in the mall and they called me first thing in the morning with an estimate. Youd think that someone who repairs watches for a living would have more respect for his customers time.

I always get fantastic service here. Have had watch batteries changed at the mall and the back was scratched. That has never happened at Ramsels. Great customer service. Very good prices.

Kevin was so helpful, replaced 2 batteries, attached the seconds arm on my divers watch, and did it all in about 15 minutes. No need to check elsewhere: he is the go to guy for any watch repairs.

This jeweler charges for things that should be free, they take too much time just getting back to you about what your estimate is going to be, Kevin (store owner or manager) is extremely rude, did not want to hear my complaints about having to wait so long, and he ended up hanging up on me! PLUS, they sent my ring to Manatou Springs without my knowledge or permission and when I said I would come pick up my ring today, he said he will not have it back until Monday. Again, tried to express my frustration and unhappiness, and Kevin would not hear of it.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want your jewelry actually repaired. This company will hold it hostage for over a week and return it to you with absolutely nothing fixed.

Where is this place? I drove there and it looked closed up to me and some paper sign on door. Dark and no lighting. Nothing.
