Took my 2012 Cherokee Overland in for a scheduled recall. It has been months of waiting for a part to come, which in the current environment is understandable. I was told the part was in and a time was scheduled with the service department to do the work. Roll forward to today and I show up for my appointment, the service guy calls the parts guy and there is no part to do the work. I was told sorry but there is nothing we can do, we dont know when a part will be available, and will call you when it comes in. So, my question is what happened to the part that was on the shelf when I made the appointment the week before? What a huge waste of time. I have no confidence in this business and Im guessing I could wait 6 months to a year and still not get a call. My recommendation is take you Jeep somewhere else if you need service.Update: I reached out to Harrison, the service director and he was able to correct the parts issue and get me scheduled for the service the very next day. Additionally, he arranged for my jeep to be picked up and dropped off so that I did not need to make another trip. And, he threw in an oil change at no charge. So, how does a rating go from 1 star to 5 stars? Through excellent customer service. And, remember this was recall work, so I did not spend a dime of my own money. I want to say thank you to Faricy Boys and Harrison for getting the work done and the excellent customer service.

This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! My salesman Sean was personable, helpful, he was not pushy in the least bit. Thank you! Arin sealed the deal being exceptional with his knowledge, taking time to listen to me and explain. Arin went above and beyond by not only explaining the protection plan and the loan but to help me make this all fit into my loan. I walked away feeling confident I got a great deal and the peace of mind from the protection plan. Everyone was so friendly and courteous, The entire process was really quick. What I was pleased with is that we werent surrounded by the sales people just trying to make a sale like vultures. Told our sales guy what we wanted and we were looking for and he gave us exactly that, nothing more nothing less. I have to say this was by far the best car buying service weve ever experienced. Purchase experience was smooth 3 years ago when we bought our Jeep. The service department, however, is slow and lacks communication between the advisors, mechanics, and customers. I would do services myself, but services were included with purchase of the vehicle. It has taken no less than an hour to two hours for an oil change and tire rotation which used to be drive-up only, no appointments. It appears, though, appointments do not rectify the organizational issues this shop faces.My motivating factor for this review was our experience when our Jeep needed the oil pump replaced under warranty. Our Jeep was left at the dealership at 9AM per our appointment. It took 4 hours to diagnose this even though I provided the OBD code (oil pressure sensor fault). I was assured the part was in stock and the vehicle would be ready that afternoon since it was a 3.5-4 hour job. At 4:30 when I checked the status, they could not find the mechanic and the Jeep was in no condition to leave. I was later told at 5:30 that the mechanic left at 4, the only thing accomplished in 8.5 hours was that my Jeep was put on the lift (9.5 including time until 6:30 close), and no work had begun since the mechanic was working on another vehicle the whole time. They offered to take it off the lift and schedule another appointment, which I declined. I received a call the following day at around 1PM notifying us that the Jeep was ready for pick up.What is the point of an appointment if the work doesnt begin until the following day? I know I sound like a Karen, but I dont appreciate being intentionally misled and being subject to poor organizational skills in a professional setting. My working family of 4 committed an entire day to not having our vehicle but Faricy Boys service department wouldnt commit to working on my vehicle until the following day.UPDATE: In a vain attempt to appear responsive, Faricy Boys posted a reply as they have to all other negative reviews, which are all regarding poor organization in their service department. My experience is as stated above. It can be confirmed by speaking with the service advisor to whom I was assigned, by checking when I dropped my vehicle off, and when it was picked up. I have no interest in devoting even more time to the service departments lack of organizational competency.Faricy can make this right by correcting the issues illustrated by my, and that of others, experience.

I was skeptical about going car shopping due to some terrible experience’s I have had in the pass. My experience at FARICY was totally different. Let me tell you about it. So I went in to look at a Dodge Charger I was very negative my hopes were not very high due to my credit score being pretty low. Anyways I test drove the Charger and loved it...so as I thought the numbers were extremely high because of my credit situation. I was not able to get the Charger however FARICY gave me options they never put that pressure on me that Car sales people make you feel. CORINNE was amazing she was able to get me in a beautiful Nissan Maxima with a payment in my budget. She did an excellent job and her, Jamie and the rest of the staff were excellent. I never felt pressured or forced into the deal. Everything went smooth and I’m extremely happy with my new vehicle......if your credit is banged up and need a new car do not hesitate to go see them. This is the worst service department there is. No call backs or communication, parts sit on their shelves until I call and check up (because I have time to do my full-time job AND theirs). And no option to switch from one service technician to another. The only reason I still take my trash Jeep Renegade here is because the thing is still under warranty and would cost me thousands otherwise. Seriously, stay away if you have the option.

My experience with the faricy boys staff was great. I had a good idea about what I was looking for. The moment I got to the vehicle Kerri, the sales lady, was not pushy or insistent on a bunch of vehicles. She said give me a second to get the keys for you. We were in test driving the pick-up truck within 5 minutes. When we got back she asked how the experience was. She didnt keep pushing like many sales people would. She let the vehicle do the work. Overall I spent about 10 minutes total talking, which is exactly the amount of time I wanted to spend. I decided to purchase and the trade value was fair. They worked with me on getting price I wanted and getting paperwork signed took less then an hour. I was all done within an hour in a half. This was one of the best experiences I have had buying a vehicle. I will definatly do business with them again!

Our third Jeep and Faricy never fails to deliver outstanding support before, during, and after the sale. The entire staff was simply outstanding. My old Jeep had some troubles and Paul in Service was able to get it in and assessed Saturday (expected it would be late Monday). He stayed in touch with follow-up calls and was very helpful in providing guidance and options. Nicki in Internet Sales set up the sale with her initial contact and coordination with sales, finance, and service. Corrine in sales lined up our appointment and vehicles for us to test drive, and walked all over the lot so we could see different models and colors in person. She arranged to bring the vehicle we wanted from another dealer when they did not have one on Faricys lot. She coordinated with Paul and Jamie in Finance to settle on trade-in and financing, handling multiple calls and emails over several days while we made our final decisions. Jamie in Finance was great to work with as well, presenting all the financing and additional warranty options without pressure but with a lot of communication so we could understand the best choices for us. Jack (same consultant we worked with 11 years ago!) wrapped it all up by spending a great deal of time explaining and demonstrating all the new features. It is such a pleasure to work with someone as excited about a new vehicle as I was myself, and that extends to the whole team. I did check with a couple of other dealers, but spent my time and money with Faricy because they are just such a great group of people to work with.

Worst experience at a dealership in my lifetime!!!!Service advisor Courtney Martinez should not be working with customers at all!!!!!! He should be working in the utility closet away from people. Very rude and unprofessional and gives the Faricy Boys a terrible name for employing people like this. I will never purchase or service a vehicle from this company again in my life. I was told a price from a parts guy and Courtney basically called me a liar and became angry about a $20 price difference that a parts employee quoted me. When you want to build rapport and gain repeat customers, you dont treat customers like garbage.

A few weeks ago, I came in and worked with Craig B to test drive a few different jeep types. I wanted an all wheel drive vehicle, and my heart was torn between a dodge challenger GT AWD, and a Jeep Gladiator. Very different vehicles, both awesome. Unfortunately I did decide to go with the Challenger, but I was extremely impressed with the Gladiator, and Im sure my next vehicle will be a gladiator from the Faricy boys. I wanted to write a review about Craig and my experience with the Faricy boys, because it was the most respectful experience Ive ever had at a car dealership. When I told Craig I still wanted to test drive the challenger before making my decision, he asked if there was anything he could do to get me to accept the offer. I politely declined, and explained I really wanted to try both cars before making a decision. Unlike other car dealers/salesmen, Craig respected my decision, and gave me a written quote and his business card. He politely followed up via email, and once I said I had already decided on the challenger, he didnt pressure me any further. The integrity of the written quote, and no pressure sales ensured Ill be back. I would never buy a jeep from any other dealer after the extremely positive experience I had with Craig and the Faricy boys, and Ill be sure to send friends and family your way. Thanks Craig! This was our best car buying experience ever. Our sales person was Alyssa Kane. There was no pressure in buying our new Chrysler Pacifica. She was very knowledgeable and if there were things that she did not know, she did not hesitate to ask someone else. All of the new technology in the new van was overwhelming to we older folks. She spent much time showing us how to navigate our new systems. We are going back in a few more days for another lesson!! Also, the financial person was great, too. Our last car buying experience left us feeling that we would never buy a car from a certain car dealer, that I will not mention by name, ever again. Their finance man was terrible. The Faricy Boys finance gentleman was the greatest. He gave us his options and never tried to pressure us into anything else.

Last week I came in to buy a 2019 Cherokee Limited, but they had a 2021 Cherokee Latitude Lux available for lease. Jim Carroll greeted me and pulled out the Jeep for a test drive. I drove a long way to buy from these guys. They had a broad selection of gladiators to choose from and a user friendly site to browse through.Craig Berhost was awesome. It was a weekend and he was super busy. But that didnt stop him from busting his butt to get me the best deal he could.Craig was friendly and very knowledgeable on Jeeps. He also created a more relaxed and non typical mood than Ive experienced at other places. It felt genuine.Id definitely buy from them again anytime. I know Id get a fair deal, a great car, and a good buying experience.

My experience with The Faricy Boys was great! I arrived knowing pretty well what I was looking for and my sales guy Jim Carroll was awesome at showing me around the lot while still focusing on the specific Wrangler that I was looking at. I wanted something that could easily make it up my snow covered steep driveway in the middle of winter. I knew the Wrangler was more than capable of doing so. Jim was able to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle and if he couldnt, he got back to be with the answers in a timely manor. I didnt feel overly pressured like I had from some of the other dealerships around town. I purposely waited a month or so to write a review, that way If I did have any problems I could see how well it was handled. I did have a small issue with a missing wheel lock key, Jim reached out to me right away and let me know that it would be handled next time I was able to bring it in. Overall it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I Would highly recommend Jim and The Faricy Boys!
