I purchased my first Cadillac (a 2021 Escalade Sport Platinum) several weeks ago. The stellar experience I had with Simone Rasher of Red Noland Cadillac has prompted me to write this review, again, my first ever after a purchase.From our first meeting before I configured and ordered my Escalade, Simone was attentive, but never pushy. Helpful doesnt go far enough in describing Simone. Incredibly helpful comes closer. Once I ordered the Escalade, Simone stayed super engaged - the goal was to get a buildable order which could be picked up quickly by the factory. I didnt know it at the time, but there were numerous people on the Cadillac forums who had placed orders 4-5 months earlier whose orders were not picked up by the factory - the Onyx package was one culprit - and they didnt have a Sales Consultant like Simone to help them navigate their way to getting the order picked up by the factory. All of the parts in the package were available separately except for the wheels. I was happy to get the wheels I wanted later. Simone did the homework and knew how to get my order picked up. Self-serving? Maybe. Id say self-and-customer serving, which is just as it should be. This was a cash purchase for a very popular vehicle with near zero bargaining room. Simone took the time to learn that I had a road trip planned and I was willing to compromise one feature. She listened and gave me options. The deal was done for me when I placed the order. Simone could have stopped there and given the average to below average experience one expects these days, even at this price point. Simone differentiated herself and Red Noland Cadillac by her excellent service, attention to detail, and skillful navigation of the process to make this more than just a sales transaction for me. It was pleasant because Simone worked to make it so. Buying a vehicle has never been pleasant before and Ive certainly never purchased one I where felt truly helped by the sales person.Once the order was picked up, Simone kept me informed every step of the way. She set my expectations perfectly. No false promises. Where there was uncertainty, she told me. Where there was more sure information, she shared it. Once we had a delivery week, Simone worked around my schedule and delivered the purchase agreement and the vehicle to my home. Knowing that I didnt have to spend several hours at the dealership while juggling a demanding work schedule cleared the excellence bar with plenty of room to spare. Several weeks after the sale, Simone ordered floor liners for me with just a text message, and again, will deliver them personally. The same attention to detail that Cadillac has put into the 2021 Escalade, Simone has put into making sure that I received a fantastic customer experience, making her a perfect representative for the brand.Thank you Simone. As long as you are associated with the brand, you will have my repeat business. For those of you reading this, you could do far worse, and probably have.

Service at Red Noland gets an F.I’ve been to the service center twice. The first time for an oil change and 60K check-up. They changed the oil well enough but drained the coolant and forgot to replace it. As I was driving home the engine temperature spiked and the Engine temp warning light came on. Fortunately I was only a few hundred feet from my driveway. I pulled in, raised the hood and discovered I had no coolant in the engine. I called the service manager who apologized and said it was a new technician who worked on my car. I asked what they planned to do about it and was told I should probably purchase coolant and put it in the car. Thank you Captain obvious. I wonder why would’ve happened if I were driving on the interstate and my engine blew up from their negligence? Maybe they would’ve suggested I purchase a new car?The second trip to the service department should’ve been easier; I asked if I could purchase a spare tire, since the ATS did not come equipped. After 20 minutes waiting for the parts manager to research an answer, I was told the dealership didn’t sell spare tires but I should check around junkyards and after-market options. Once again, Red Noland proved completely un-helpful.

My review is based on customer service in service department.I moved back home to the Springs this weekend. On the way I noticed some issues with my car. I took my car to Red Noland Cadillac since they are only Cadillac Dealer near me.Long story sort, ROBERTA FERRIS-EMMONS the Service Advisor Assistant, presented me with an attitude when I had questions. She never once made me feel welcomed into the dealership. This is not the level of customer service that I expect to receive anywhere, especially from Cadillac!

Horrible experience with service department. My son in laws vehicle was brought in for repairs and he was told there was an issue with ECU. Once vehicle was repaired he started having the same problem a few days later so he brought the vehicle back in. This time they kept his vehicle for over a month which they stated was due to parts. Then they tried to charge extra labor for this work which they failed to correct the first time because as they stated We got tired of going back and forth with the warranty company. We had to speak with three different people before I got any resolution and was told at one point I would be removed from the property. Not once did I use any profanity nor get aggressive other than speaking firmly to get my point across. We were extremely disappointed with the service we received and excuses given to us for having the vehicle so long my son was not offered a loaner vehicle which was a logistical nightmare for him and his wife to get to work and get their son to daycare with just one vehicle.

I recently took another one of my vehicles in to Red Noland Cadillac for a second opinion on repair work that strongly recommended by the repair shop that specializes in my particular make of car. I authorized Red Noland to proceed with whatever repair they felt necessary to perform in order to keep me and my family safe as well as prevent any future damage that might occur if repairs were not done. I cannot express how much I appreciate their honest, integrity, and professionalism. My vehicle was not needing the very costly repairs that the other repair shop insisted on performing. How comforting to know that there is a dealership/repair shop that puts customers first over making a buck. This was my first time using Red Noland Cadillac, and I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received. The dealership was clean, well laid out, and very comfortable to wait in (they have snacks and drinks and free wifi/TV, even though I didnt wait). Keith at the Service Desk helped me and was very professional, and most importantly a GREAT communicator - which is huge for me. (the reason I switched dealerships was being promised something, and then not having any communication if something changed - which can happen in repair situations). Ive since had several of my GM (non-Cadillac) vehicles serviced here and have had nothing but positive experiences - I will be back :)

Purchased a 2008 Cadillac Escalade ESV for $72,000 CASH. The dash cracked so I called the parts department to get a quote on a new one. They(Scott) wouldnt give me the GM part number to see if I could find one cheaper, as they said they wouldnt make money if they gave out part numbers, I guess I wont be buying my next Escalade there . I called a dealership in Utah, they gave me the part number and was $121.00 cheaper, ordered it on the spot. I guess I will have to drive to Utah with cash in my pocket to buy a new Cadillac. Cant wait until I get the next Red Nolan Preferred Customer postcard in the mail.

I purchased a car at Red Noland a year ago and have consistently been treated with less than quality customer service. I was told I was to get free full synthetic oil changes - did not happen, I was told I had to have theft protection on my car purchase - I unwound that with a lot of difficulty, I had to purchase floor mats for a Cadillac!, I was told that an updated nav system was put into the car - did not happen the first time. I could go on and on. This time, with warranty service, I received an poorly installed clear bra and my headliner was defective. Getting those situations fixed has been an on-going struggle. In short, Cadillacs are great cars but expensive. I do not think that expecting quality customer service after the sale is unreasonable. I have purchased 9 Cadillacs and have never had trouble with a dealer like I have with Red Noland.

I went to check out a used jeep that they had listed for sale with 22 pictures on their website. When I arrived they said that it wasnt ready to show and was being serviced. 30 minute wait expected. I think if you list something for sale and new in stock it should be ready to see and drive. Not impressed. I will look elsewhere in the future. Plenty of options out there.
