Doug O. is always so helpful and informative. This is my second time working with him and he always goes above and beyond! He takes the time to explain the bells and whistles of the car. He genuinely wants to help put you in a great car with everything you’re looking for. I appreciate him for always making the car buying process a breeze. Steve E. was also wonderful. We had a really great experience. Terry Mitchell was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable! We let him know what we were looking for and what price range and payment. He steered us in the right direction and explained how certain cars would effect the payment. Kevin was really great working out the financial end of our deal. I’ve been dealing with this service department for over a year now. I can’t think of one time there that was pleasant. Thinking of taking my vehicle there now gives me an uneasy feeling. Specifically, they are rude. They make you think the problems are yours and not covered under the GM warranty. Example: The right side folding mirror wouldn’t fold in during cold temperatures. It only seemed to work when truck was running. As the day warms up it works. Even then, it was slower than the left mirror. They said it works as it should. About 3,000 miles after owning the truck, I blew a tire. I took it to Goodyear for a replacement tire and they told me my tires had less than half their life left, that they couldn’t replace just one, and that it looks like the dealership sold me a truck with used tires. I took it to the service department and was argued with and told no way that they were used and it was due to my driving… 3,000 miles? No way. Another time I called for an issue and was told I would be called back. Almost 2 hours later, no call. I called again and was told I would be called back shortly. No call. For the rest of the day, no call back. No worries, my truck is in good hands at Ferguson now. It was shocking how much better the atmosphere over there was and how polite the service representative was. I’m sorry, but I don’t think I could ever go back there for anything the dealership has to offer. I’ll buy and have my vehicles serviced elsewhere.

My wait was pretty long, but my service writer kept me informed and checked on me several times. Apparently there was an issue with my drain plug that was also corrected. The service was great and I would recommend Alpine for your GMC needs. Anthony Benson was fantastic and is an asset to the Dealership.

Ive had not so good and also good experiences at this service department. My recent one made me feel better for sure. I spoke with the new Service Manager Brandon who had Eric take on my service issue. Eric has been consistently responsive, communicative and helpful during my visits here. In this instance they fixed my truck by the next day where I was told by other dealerships and shops it would be a week before they could look at it. Each customers circumstances differ and Im sure the turnaround time wont always be so expeditious but I was impressed with their response to this issue.

Mt boyfriend and I went in for the $ 49.00 down n pay the price on the window , there were 2 to pick from one had obvious electrical problems the other wasnt at all what we were after , ended up getting a jeep a week later told the same deal ( that deal doesnt exist ) so after all the extra warranty n all it had brake issues , squealing really bad they said that would be fixed also a broken tail light lens , they would detail the car that had never even been vacuumed out , so a week or so later we get the car , brakes squealing light still broke and still dirty , were told brakes were fine , that it was just brake dust ?? ( dusty brakes huh ) asked about the light if they got the part I could change it myself , was getting really disgusted by then and wanted to just give the car back , the GM said he would make the 1st pmt. if we just kept the car , well I dont even have plates on it yet , they forgot some important paperwork to do that with and the car is back there with check engine lights on and dying when you turn into traffic. Cant seem to get a loaner ,so test drove another today that had sat for so long battery was dead but I couldnt have that as loaner while that building they call service sits around doing WHAT ????? 😕 Would not recommend this dealership to anyone !!! Cant wait to see whats next LOLOLOL

Brought in GMC Yukon Denali XL first thing in morning for scheduled Lube Oil Filter service and to have a bumper sensor replaced. Work was completed promptly including complimentary tire rotation. Service team also found a GMC bulletin about auto door & remote door sensor issues and they replaced a remote antenna on warranty. Had car back by noon. Excellent service. Thank you

The buying experience was great. My sales rep, DJ, greeted me as we arrived on the lot. We walked the lot and found a truck I was interested in. DJ got my trade-in appraised while we went on a test drive. After deciding we were interested, the process was incredibly smooth. DJ and the sales manager provided a great price for the new truck and a quality trade value.The process with Ed, the Finance Director, was equally smooth. Ed was professional and provided the various options to us with no-pressure.Overall, this was the easiest car buying process I have ever had.

The service team here was great. I went in for an oil change and when I arrived I asked the service advisor, Eric, how long it would take. He told me it would be about an hour to do the service. After a little while he came in and said there was an additional item that needed to be done due to a recall and that it would take about 30 minutes. He was right on the nose for both times and I was out of there on time with no issues. I really appreciated that.

I was not prepared beforehand the process that was involved with the recall performed on my vehicles dashboard. It looked like it was done as quickly and cheaply as possible. If Id been warned beforehand that there would be a hole cut quickly and roughly into the dashboard I wouldnt have been so shocked at what I discovered upon receivership of my vehicle. It was obvious that quick and rough was used due to the broken out corners of the cut.I was expecting that the process included removal of the dashboard covering from the vehicle to access the airbag, not to just ramshackle a huge hole through the dash complete with cracks radiating from corners.

Good service, average wait time. Mostly good customer service. Went it did a routine service and had them patch a tire that had a nail. Went to look in the bed of my truck abs saw my spare. First place that I have been that hasn’t put the spare back where it belongs. Would of been 4 or 5 stars if it wasn’t did that

The service director was very nice but the assistant manager, Anthony, was very disrespectful. I had stated to the representative over the phone that my vehicle died and wasnt sure what was going on with it and wanted a full inspection after I had to get the car battery jumped. Had scheduled the appointment and had my husband drop off the vehicle along with receipts from Goodyear about what they checked. No clue why Anthony asked my Black husband if he had stolen the vehicle, yet my husbands name is attached to the registration, car insurance, and the invoices from Goodyear that were in his hand. He also asked my husband if he could even pay for the services that theyll provide. I wonder what could have prompted a manager to state that to someone, and if he asks every customer that same question.When we came to pick up the vehicle, after I recorded my conversations with Anthony over the phone, I also recorded how he treated my husband and I at the time. He thought it was OK to play childish games as if we were on a friendly basis with him but trying to get my husband to grab the keys from him. Then he tried to ask us why we were still standing there when a service member was pulling up in our vehicle. I had asked him if they would send a survey. Anthonys face dropped when I asked the question, and he stated in an unleveled voice to write a review. Our vehicle ended up with the same problem as Anthony stated it had been fixed. Ended up selling the vehicle so we wouldnt have to deal with this service department again.I will keep the recordings in case I decide to contact a certain type of agency as proof.

I brought this vehicle in originally for an issue with the driver’s seat and 2 issues with the side mirrors. When we dropped it off I asked them to take a look at the transmission again. (We brought it in months ago; they couldn’t duplicate) 1-the repair of my transmission seems to be great. It’s frustrating that I had to bring it in a second time for this issue and could have missed the repair being covered under warranty; especially considering the issue was a well known issue for this specific transmission. The vehicle feels completely different now, so idk how the original tech couldn’t duplicate. 2-I’m grateful this tech took initiative to repair an issue I was unaware of under warranty. 3-the service writer is HORRIBLE at communication (and customer service). We dropped the car off at 8am on a Thursday because they’d need it for a day. We were called at 2pm to verify why we left it there. (6 hours later) It was there for a week before a resolution was found for the transmission (again a well known issue for this transmission; TSB created a long time ago), but to get an update WE had to call every time. Once the repair was figured out they needed it for another week. It seemed the main focus was the transmission; great, but I had other issues. 4-they found and fixed the seat issue; seems to be fine. Happy about that, too. On the 13th day of having my vehicle Eric (service writer) called to say the vehicle could be picked up by 3:15pm, but I told him we’d just get it the next day. Well, when we call the next day around 745am Eric says it won’t be done until after noon. ??? When we picked it up Eric says it was postponed due to the seat repair. (That couldn’t have been handled while waiting for the transmission repair??) 5-one of the issues with the mirrors was determined to be a misunderstood feature rather than a faulty component; they clearly didn’t even know this was a feature and could have avoided my frustration and wasting their time by doing some question asking. 6- they had my vehicle for over 13 days and could not get my other mirror issue to duplicate… this issue started a couple months ago and would literally occur every time I used the vehicle, so finally I turned the feature off to avoid the annoyance while waiting to take it to the shop. They tried it 4 times. Four times in 2 weeks! 7- when we arrived to pick the vehicle up Eric gave no pleasantries or apology for the amount of time they’d had my vehicle; he didn’t review the repair or ANY details at all, he literally just told us the amount we owed. Horrible service. Why would I want to come back here?

I didnt get my truck serviced yesterday. Im pretty sure they still owe me one, but it hasnt happened yet. Hopefully this notification that I just received isnt a way for them to get out of giving it to me. I do have to say that when I purchased my $90K truck that they couldnt even fill it full of gas, it had been months since it was serviced, and wasnt even half full of DEF fluid. I was told that it would be full of gas, it had just been serviced, and that it was full of DEF.

I stopped by Buick and wanted to look at a 2020 encore but it was no longer in the lot. Kailey offered to let me check out the 2021 encore gx and stated that they would try their best to get me in that 2021 for the same price as the 2020. Quinton and Kailey did an amazing job of getting my financing processed and getting me in my new car in under 3 hours. Which was amazing in and of itself. I purchased a vehicle 1 year ago and was given a credit for a coupon that was not used on the final deal. When I tried using part of this credit for service on my car I was told they were unaware of any credit and refused to do anything in regards to this because the manager who was a part of the deal was off on the day we were there. I have yet to hear from them since we left that day. They are ready to do and say anything to make the sale but don’t take care of their customers afterwards! Not very happy with them at all!! I even showed them the email that was sent to me in regards to this coupon credit and was told they could not do anything for me.

Drove 2+ hrs to look at a vehicle to be told it was loaned out. I asked to see the same car in another color because they had 2 other ones. They told me those had been loaned out as well. So all 3 of them online for sale but not available for sale....makes no sense to me. Frustrating. Then called the next day to see when those vehicles would be back on the lot. Lady said they would get back to us on that but never did. So I took my business elsewhere and bought the same type of vehicle closer to my home.

Would not trust them! Was explicitly clear that I was looking to take advantage of deal advertised all over alpines website ($49 down, $299 month 84 month gmc terrain), after sharing this request with multiple members of sales team, they noted they did not have any vehicles that would qualify here, but would look in surrounding areas and I could test drive a similar used model to see if I liked in meantime. After test drive went well, was happy to find out there was a vehicle in Denver that would qualify and would be able to ship today. Unfortunately, after proceeding with paperwork was disappointed to see price estimate more than double what we were expecting, and sticker cost for particular vehicle they found was more than 30% more than advertised special. After asking why the descepancy in cost, the manager noted the add was wrong, was suppose to be for a loaner vehicle with around 3k miles, this particular one had additional equipment even though same trim level (noted dual climate which is standard on all cars newer than 2010 i think and a roofrack that I guess is worth around $12k 🤣) and also that people think just because theres an add online means we will have that vehicle or be able to offer that price... ok. Wish the team could be transparent with customers and honest whether or not advertised deals are applicable for them upon their request (dont waste my time if not and try to sell me a $34k terrain thats near base model, when Im clearly not interested from the start at that price, no one should be), or at very least prior to making hard credit inquiries on potential customers who are not at all interested. Would suggest alternate dealers and hope no one is paying anywhere near $700 a month for a terrain instead of $300 because it has a roof rack.

They charge $80 labor to change a fuel filter on a 2021 duramax! $80! It Literally takes 5 minutes. Not to mention it was already on the lift for an oil change! They double charge for labor. When your vehicle is already in service and you’re paying for the time it takes to get your vehicle ready for that service, they shouldn’t double charge you the time. I argued the price, and the service manager tried to tell me that the fuel lines needed to be bled! Lol. Not on these trucks! He doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Just know that a 5 minute job here costs $80! That equates to $960/hr. Dishonest, no integrity. I know shops have to make a profit, I own a business as well. This is not good business. Btw, I’ve done the fuel filter change on this truck, it’s not like I don’t know what it takes to get it done. Adding 5 minutes and $80 to change the filter while it’s already up on the lift for the oil change is ridiculous. The only reason I’m having them do the work, is solely so GM can’t blame me if the truck has issues in the future.Edit: The service manager (Shane) reached out to me this morning (the next day). He spoke with his technicians and management regarding this service. After learning what is involved in changing the fuel filter, he agrees that it does not constitute charging $80 for the filter change while the truck is already in for the oil change. He let me know that they will no longer be charging that rate when the service is being preformed simultaneously with the oil change. He also said he will reach out to other dealers in the area to try to get them on board as well. They have refunded my $80, and apologized for the situation. I asked they still bill me $15-20 for their service, but they let this one go.I greatly appreciate their attention to this situation and making it right. As a business owner myself, I know it can be hard to admit sometimes when I am wrong. It takes a lot of integrity. Thank you for making this right! I will continue to have my truck serviced with you.

Very disappointed with the service department of this GMC Dealership. I booked an appointment to get my Yukon’s struts replaced and they booked me out two weeks. Only to get a call the day before my appointment and get told a mechanic called in sick and now I have to get pushed one more week to the right.It’s not like I don’t need my Yukon. I have a family and we can’t fit everyone in a small car. It’s bad enough that you don’t have loaners to give out for long lead services.

Very disappointed with the service department. Advisors just trying to sell you anything and are rude and incompetent. I had my car there multiple times, codes would populate but instead of finding the problem and fixing it, they just charged me and send me on my way with a broken vehicle. I had also multiple oil changes there, and apparently they never seen that my air filter was dirty either. I would never recommend them to anyone again!!! Buick corporate will hear about this as well as the better business bureau!! Go to FERGUSON BUICK ON SOUTH ACEDEMY instead!!

It kept happening so my husband made an appt to have it looked at again. Nothing was found...ok, but the fact we didnt even have the truck a week and it had to be brought in, worries me. To top it off...we had to pay for the service that SHOULD have been looked at/done when it was being purchased so this was an unnecessary expense that we shouldnt have had to deal with.

The man I dealt with in the service department was short, cold, rude, and unhelpful. It was very apparent he was unhappy with something and I was the lucky customer he got to take it out on that day. It was a complete waste of time any how he didn’t even give my a courtesy call by 4pm letting me know my car wasn’t seen and wasn’t going to be that day. One star for rudeness and inconsiderate attitude

I would not do business with this dealership I was sold a vehicle told that it had been thoroughly inspected and passed all inspections. The vehicle only lasted for a few weeks and before completely giving out was told the engine was no good and the dealership refused to do anything about this and infact got hostile with me over the phone when I called to inform them of the vehicle failing withing q few hundred miles

The free oil changes arent even worth this much hassle. The guy has no information and is very rude every time I call, I have to re ask my questions multiple times and the person still cant answer it. Like is this place a joke? Because it feels like it is. If you work somewhere then have knowledge of the work place and all that.

My new 3500 HD wouldnt maintain engine power on my way to work on Feb 16 so contacted service department. Without hesitation, they told me to bring it in to have it serviced. I had it towed over around 1 PM and left it over night. The service department (Eric) promptly called me around 0700 the following morning to let me know the diagnosis: gelled diesel due to the extreme cold. They also performed a thorough inspection on the truck, and topped-off the air in my tires. Everything went better than expected.

Bought the car here, got the service plan and now that is all I get. They change the oil, no car wash or vacuum. They change my seat settings and no other service. Big step-down from VW.

EDIT:The review below was written prior to the manager reaching out to me and solving part of the issue. I would like to state I was asked to edit my review in return for solving the issues they stated would be taken care of the day I bought the truck. I was very thrilled to hear from the manager directly and hear my Silverado was going to be painted after a month+ of waiting. Finally, I was scheduled to get the truck in and it was returned with a beautiful paint job! I was impressed how quickly they were able to paint it this time. However, again they missed an area on the tailgate. I hope they can understand why I am going to keep a 3 star rating. I bought the truck in early February of 2021. It is now the end of April 2021, and it was more than a hassle to get this truck finished for just a few scratches. As much as I would like to edit my star rating, I cannot. I would hope this review not only helps others shopping, but also the dealership as well. No hard feelings, but I will not be returning. Thank you.ORIGINAL:I recently purchased a beautiful Silverado from Alpine Buick South. I was very satisfied the first day with the salesman. I have zero complaints in that department. However, maintenance is another story. I brought the truck in for a recall repair on the passenger airbags. While they did repair the damages, they didnt finish attaching everything back to my dash above my glove compartments. I also purchased the vehicle with paint and glue damages on either side of the vehicle and with scratches on the tailgate. I was told the very first day it would be taken care of. I was very satisfied to hear that I wouldnt have to pay for the repairs! However, when I brought the vehicle to be painted, they only painted one side of the truck! They completely ignored the other side and the tailgate! I was shocked! Customer service up front is beyond wonderful, however I believe I will not be returning for any repairs or services on this truck. FINISHING a job is basic work ethic. Thank you.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!So we purchased a, 2016 Chevrolet Silverado, about 6 months ago. Within the first 2 months we started having TRANSMISSION issues. The whole situation has been a nightmare and they have refused to work with me. The first red flag was sitting with, Yolanda, from finance. She was very unprofessional and went as far as telling me I couldnt afford the vehicle when I was well qualified with good income and high credit score. Only because I wasnt happy with a higher payment. After going back and forth she was able to get me a payment I felt comfortable with. Which it could have all been avoided from the beginning. But taking the truck to varies mechanics it was obvious this truck was defected before it was sold to us. Please take your business elsewhere.
