I have mixed feelings about this one... They had the make and model fall into my lap which was great! It even made it to the dealership earlier than expected. I was pretty excited. Jerrod was great on getting a hold of me right away and saving it knowing it was exactly what I was looking for. Its a gorgeous one for sure. I can thank him for all of this happening.But then when it came to my trade in..... They got me pretty good. I should have just sold that myself knowing when they are going to make off of it from what they were willing to give me. I know dealerships are known for low balling customers, but I thought they were going to be better than everyone else. Lesson learned.Overall, I got the vehicle Ive been dreaming about for the last year and its been exactly everything I was hoping for! So in that aspect, thank you for making that happen. Also, got a great financing deal that they said doesnt usually happen so that was great too, but they seemed slightly bitter about it. But when they say they are there to service you and help you get the things you want/need, I didnt feel that so much. They dont really work with you on any deals even though there is always room for a deal with how everything is so marked up in this current market. I felt like a cheated my car that has been nothing but good and ran/runs great, but gave me just a little over what I would have made scrapping it after an accident or something... Pretty disappointed on that.Decent dealership, but I think Ill sell my own car next time...

I had a great experience here. I worked initially with Jaycee Cartmell on a Highlander Hybrid and she gave me very competitive numbers right from the get go. We had a small snafu regarding multiple security deposits on the lease and payment but ultimately everything was resolved and we got a great deal on the car. We also worked with TC Moran the sales manager and he was really good to work with. The best part of the whole process was that they delivered the car to us all the way up in Lakewood Colorado and we had out papers signed in probably 15-20 minutes. I would definitely shop here again in the future.

I recently been my a search for a car. When I walked in the dealership, I was greeted by Tyler. He was really great. Tyler was (is) professional, knowledgeable of inventory, willing to search for me, while returning all my calls and texts promptly. I cant say enough about him as a person -- and that reflects in his professional life.

I brought my car in because it would randomly lose power before I tried to start it. The whole process took almost two hours and they said we charged your battery, but found nothing wrong with the car. There was no need to charge the battery. But I dont even think they did that. The employees here dont know anything about customer service at All. Do yourself a favor and go to the north location.

My truck come with 2yr service and on my second service (10000mile) they did not top off all my fluids. My windshield washer was empty the first week after that service.makes wonder if they just checking the box to get over the free service that Toyota offers. From now Im going to check everything before leaving that place or go somewhere else.

Sales person was great. So was the price. BUT the delivery was way too long do to the Sales manager taking forever to check the paperwork. He has to be at work so he gave no consideration for the customers time.

Check your paperwork!! The finance department is probably one of the worst Ive dealt with in 3 states and almost a dozen dealerships. I purchased a 4Runner in April and told them I was moving soon. This is important because the finance guy chose to add a service package, to pad on more money ultimately. I specifically asked him if this service contract was transferable to other places because of the upcoming move. Almost 4 months later my service warning popped up so I made an appointment with my local Toyota dealership. I went through all of my paperwor, found the name of the company and called them. I attempted to reach finance after my conversation with the company because its not transferable. Our salesman also offered a windshield replacement that the finance guy said would be free, but turns out we were charged $450 for. Oh and they threw in a replacement key contract for $400 but, again, never said anything. THEN, good luck getting anyone from finance on the phone. They literally never answer it. So to the GM: I either want $1000 sent to my bank for all of these extras that I either never asked for or agreed to; or you owe me a new extra key (I was only given one) and a service contract I can actually use where I am now. Either way, terrible customer service and shady behavior on the part of Paul Quintana. Thank god I moved because this entire transaction with him would be why Id never buy another Toyota again.

I found myself carless and knew exactly what I wanted so I called every dealership between Colorado Springs and Denver, and because of the car shortage, I was looking at 1-2 months of wait time. When I called here the first time, Jarrod remembered what I was looking for and called me the second one reservation fell through. He was more than accommodating working with me while I sorted everything out in order to obtain the vehicle as soon as possible. He also was the most knowledgeable sales person I talked to after calling every every dealership between Denver and Colorado Springs. Very happy to have a car again and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I ended up waiting barely shy of 3 hours for my first 5000 mile service on my new Camry. Others around me I could hear talking about the long wait and were becoming upset. When my service was finally done the Service Advisor was apologetic about the long wait and mentioned they had a Technician that was sick and called off of work. My appointment was at 1pm. I would figure that if the service was running later than normal that wouldve been discussed when I checked the vehicle in. My vehicle wasnt touched for 1.5 hrs because I received the alert on my phone app when the vehicle was moved. I did not receive a multi-point inspection sheet and the invoice I did receive states right on it, that I would have the inspection sheet provided and discussed, which did not happen. The Invoice I did receive has a few areas to place measurements that were blank. I have received the multi-point inspection sheets from other Toyota dealers, prior, when I service my 4Runner and they have been thoroughly discussed with me. This time the only response I received was that everything is good! I would hope for a new vehicle it would be but not one thing was discussed with me of what the 5000 mile service covered? It really makes me wonder if I got a through 5000 mile service?

Friendly service. Tried saving time on paperwork and waiting on the floor by getting qualified financing and giving all information necessary the previous Friday. My wife and I traveled 640 miles one way (from Fort Scott, Kansas) under the impression that it would be beneficial to trade up as a returning customer. Upon completion of signing all the paperwork we were given 2 WalMart gift cards as a show of appreciation for traveling so far and choosing Larry H. Miller Toyota to purchase our new vehicle. They were $5 gift cards. 23 hours driving 1280 miles total round trip. The appreciation shown was $10.Nothing special or different for pricing or savings than other Toyota dealerships. I was even refused the military discount I inquired on. Overall a bit disappointing and a tad insulting after being on the floor for 3 hours (a period of time we thought had been circumvented the previous Friday). We like our vehicle (which we could have bought locally, and should have, saving $150 in travel expenses and 23 hours traveling time) but wont make the mistake of returning under such pretenses. Thanks for the gift cards🙄.

Verry disappointed with the service center. They wanted to charge over $3000 in labor just to replace battery & wiring harness. Thats highway robbery! Please shop around before you decide to go to this place!!!!!

The service department is horrible... Last oil change on my 17 Tacoma was performed by this dealership. I went to do an oil change today and the oil filter housing teeth shattered because the technicians at this dealership overtightened it. Now the Tacoma is sitting in the garage without being able to be used until I can get an impact wrench to remove this semi-destroyed filter housing. Dont use their service department since they dont torque filter housings to spec.Edit: I got a call today from a Service Manager at the dealership and they offered to make it right. I already purchased a new replacement oil filter housing and a few other tools to make removing the old housing a bit easier. I was able to finish the oil change today. Since they offered to help, Im upgrading this review from a one star to a three star. I still wouldnt take my Tacoma to this dealership for maintenance unless there was a recall.

JB Burrows the sales person did an excellent job, the Finance person was helpful in completing the paper work. I feel there needs to be more transparency in cost breakdown, especially when taxes, title, and additional items are included. I found a nice truck so am thankful for their help.

Decent service department but I got new rims and tires for a 4runner that was 3 months old and they kept and then lost my original sets. After 4 months of asking what happened, I just settled for a full size spare (just the tire not even a wheel) to match my new set. They do decent work but keep your eye on them.

Bought a 2021 Supra 3.0 from Larry H. Miller Toyota--a sale facilitated by JB Burrows, a sales associate I was fortunate enough to meet that particular day. I stopped in to look at the car, but really to meet JB... mainly because Im usually as interested in forming a relationship as I am buying a car, which is almost a byproduct of the ritual. He was accommodating and personable. So, I looked at the car, told him Id be back after a few stops to look at other vehicles...and sure enough, I did return. There was a nominal hiccup with the price, which he offset to my satisfaction and had all the paperwork done in under an hour. He made sure the car was detailed before I left the dealership--and even lent a hand to make sure it was done right. I have a follow up appointment so they can take care of some cost effective, worthwhile additions to the car and to activate the navigation--necessary because I have a terrible sense of of direction. But, I now know how to get to one of the best auto dealerships in the Springs. If you are looking for your next ride, give JB a call.

I had a great experience at Larry H Miller Liberty Toyota with Jarrod Staggs, Online Sales Mgr. When i made an inquiry online, he quickly responded and explained what was coming into the dealership on the 2021 Rav4 Hybrid. He lined up another Rav4 for me to test drive. When I was ready to buy, he handled my purchase professionally and assisted me with some problems with my trade-in and the Carfax. We were able to resolve the problem and I traded in my 2010 Nissan and completed a good deal for the new Rav4. The rest of my experience with waiting for and then closing on my new vehicle was also handled professionally and to my satisfaction.

With the Toyota 4Runner shortage, it has been difficult to find what I wanted, but Tyler Johnston was very helpful and I ended up with my 4Runner in a month after talking to him. We just found one that was coming in and it had everything that I wanted on it! He followed up with me regularly and now I have it! I am very happy with my new truck and with the service I was given at Larry Miller Toyota!

I am very impressed with my dealings with both the dealership and my salesperson, Jaycee. My experience started with a search on True Car which led to a follow up call from Jaycee. They had the car I wanted, took a deposit for it over the phone, never tried to renegotiate the True Car deal, never tried to switch out cars or play any car dealership games. And when Jaycee learned I was selling my leased vehicle she was able to match the offer I had on it, and handled all of the lease payoff details. Within a day, and with very little hassle, Jaycee pulled up to my house with my new car and the paperwork to sign, and drove away with my old car.

Randy was great. He noted my concerns, gave me an update, a proper estimate, and then handled by questions after the work was done. I dont think they get many requests to replace a transmission but it was done properly and came with a year or 12,000 mile warranty. Thanks!

Best group of people I have ever talked to at a dealership. Everton took care of me and helped me find the truck of my dreams when no other dealership could. Travelled all the way from California and not disappointed.

If I could give no stars I would. A family member who is a service member took his vehicle to this dealership for a pricey repair. The entire experience was good until we got the car back. Someone stole everything from the center console of the vehicle. The items ranged from prescription glasses to tools to personal paperwork. Not long after items were stolen did I receive a call for an account with a major box store asking if I was trying to make a large purchase. I have yet to speak with anyone as the service department has been closed since picking up my vehicle. But I want to warn you to clean valuables and valuable information out of your vehicle prior to takin it here for service. I hope when I do speak to someone we can find a way to make this right.

Service professionals take great care of cutomers. They keep us informed while waiting. I brought my car in to correct a problem from previous service. The did it quickly, professionally and did not charge me for getting it right.

When I purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle from the north dealership, the sales people told me multiple times that the car comes with a 1-year free maintenance. I started to become suspicious of this offering when nothing about it was in my paper-work. When I enquired about it, I was told I would have to call the sales. When I called sales they told me again that everything is OK and Service will have the information. Recently, I took my car to have an oil-change and tire rotation done. The service rep asked if I had a maintenance plan, and I told her that when I bought the vehicle it is supposed to have a 1-year free maintenance; they had nothing about it. The service rep even asked other services reps and the service manager if they knew about any maintenance plans for certified pre-owned and they all said no. At this point they tried to sell me a maintenance plan which I said no to, and the cost of getting an oil-change there way more than I was willing to pay. I asked for the sales manager, but it was too early for this person to be in. Frustrated, I asked for my car back. Needless to say, but this was a wasted trip top this stealership, and now I have to waste more time to hash it out with some sales manager.Whatever the sales people promise you at this place make dang sure you get it all in writing! Caveat emptor!

Thank you for that, it means a lot especially with these current times weighing on us. I wish they left a name on the checklist but after the work on my vehicle was done they sanitized it too! I mistakenly made an appointment at 10AM today for the Larry Miller Toyota on New Car Drive rather than this location. I arrived at this location at 9:55 AM, and to my embarrassment, the attendant that checked me in told me that I had made an appointment at a different location. I asked the attendant if they had any same day appointments available as I was already there, and he told me that there were none. Unfortunate, but it was my mistake.I had a small errand to run, and after completing it around 10:20 AM, I decided to see when the next available service appointment was for this location. There were appointments available for EVERY SINGLE time slot the rest of the day. Annoyed, I scheduled an 11AM appointment, arrived, and the same attendant from earlier greeted me. I asked him why he told me there were no same day appointments available earlier when there very clearly were. He told me that service managers typically didnt like taking same day appointments, and thats why he told me there were no same day appointments available. Thats all I really needed to hear to know what kind of customer service this place truly offers. Good customer service when its convenient for them, not for you.Im leaving a 2 star review because not everything was negative about my experience. The service was done in a timely manner, and the employee I spoke with after the initial attendant was very kind and helpful. Perhaps consider teaching your service managers that your customers time is as important as theirs, and dont turn away customers that need service on their car because your service managers dont feel like taking them.

If I could rate my experience a zero I would. I bought this truck from the Larry H. Miller Ford agency in Lakewood, Colorado. While my initial purchasing experience was satisfactory, I purchased a lifetime powertrain warranty. I went to utilize the warranty last year during the middle of COVID (June 2020), and it took them over 4 weeks to repair my truck. I found this to be very disheartening as they were just trying to ship it to and from dealerships to save themselves money at the expense of my time. Ultimately, this affected me getting my car back and using it. It wasnt until 1 week from getting my truck back that they offered a rental car for me troubles.Fast forward to June 2021. I drove an additional 10-15,000 miles on the car and my check engine light came back on. I took it in, they sent it to 3 different dealerships, went back and forth with the warranty, kept my truck for over another month. When they finally told me what was wrong with it, they said it was a known spark plug issue and not covered by the warranty. I am not upset that it wasnt covered, but they over a month to determine it was a known Ford issue. This is the second time in a calendar year. Again, no offer of a rental car.At the end of the day, Larry H. Miller Group has no value for my time or my vehicle. When I picked up the car, it still had the check engine light. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this dealership to buy a vehicle. To top it off, my intention was to sell my vehicle before I had the issue. Because they have kept my vehicle for a known vehicle issue for over a month, my vehicle has depreciated $1,000 for the KBB Instant Cash Offer. This dealership is despicable.
