I have always trusted Phil Long since going there in 2003 and meetinh Paul Ringo. The quick lane, although expensive, usually gets the repair done quickly and accurately. Today the mechanics again did a quick, reliable job. The issues were in the overall performance. First, free coffee awesome, but no cups. OK, someone ran out and bought some after an hour or so. Second, I watched my vehicle leave the repair shop and it took another 1.5 hours for the paperwork to be completed. Then as I was walking to my vehicle I noticed a huge overcharge for a service I was offered and accepted. The placard had a different and lower price than the computer charged me. Had I not inspected the final paperwork I would have paid over 200 dollars more than the published price. Happily the manager corrected the overpayment without a battle, but I almost drove away without noticing. I was informed that new placards are being made.

I recently worked with Joel Ewing to purchase a vehicle. I live in Dallas and that was not an issue for Joel. His customer service is second to none. Always available to answer any question I had. Made the car buying experience enjoyable. This is the type of person you want as the face of your franchise. I flew into town and he had everything ready. I signed and was out the door. He has followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and how the entire deal was handled. Could not be any more pleased. I would buy from Joel again.

Went in already knowing what I was buying. Trevor the salesperson that I spoke with met me at our discussed appointment time. He was committed to have me as a new customer and we struck what I feel was a fair bargain for my trade-in. Im very pleased with the F150 I purchased and my experience with everyone involved with the sale was outstanding. Raymond and TD went above and beyond to find my new Explorer. It took a few hours to find one online that would work. They ultimately found one in Texas. The next morning they send a driver down to get it and it was here by 5:30 that evening.This is the 8th vehicle our family has purchased there and we have all been very pleased with everyone we have dealt with, from sales to service and parts. We would highly recommend them.

I went Phil Long to upgrade my challenger, which buying a car right now doesn’t make much sense anyway because of the markups but none the less, I see it, I want it, I go get it.I already had a trade in, my credit is fine I have no problems getting financing but my issue with Phil Long is the finance office..Those people manipulate you, add services you do not want, they guilt trip you and just overall whenever I buy a car I feel SO GOOD until I talk to the finance guy. Then I wanna give the car back, cancel the loan and never shop again.After meeting Justin…I just don’t trust dealerships no more. My payment ballooned, I have product and services like “secure mark” and identify theft protection.. that cost me extra $1000’s …. Why? For what?They low balled me on my trade and then flip around an list my trade in on the website for $10,000 more than what they gave me for it. 10,000? And they even helped me roll over negative equity from that same vehicle.But they will make a 10k plus profit….My salesman Burt is the man.Everybody else in this place should really consider how they treat someone’s time and money. I leave Phil long NEVER wanting to shop a car dealership again in my young life…. Proceed with caution and the finance team is not your friend. They are there to screw you and do it with a smile and some free water…

Lucas and Adrian where the best sales reps I have ever bought a car from. They never talked down to me or put any pressure to hurry up and make a purchase. They were patient, and if one didnt have an answer, to my questions, the other did. They helped me with every step, from test driving many cars, to placing my order. They communicated well with me, through all the stages of my custom order, from when Ford received it, to when my car was delivered on to the lot. They make a great team! Dominick was THE ABSOLUTE BEST! We stopped in late on a Saturday evening & he went out of his way to show us the multiple vehicles we asked about! We went on to Wyoming but came back to Colorado Springs JUST TO BUY FROM HIM! He has called to check-in on us daily, offered us other inventory as it became available, and shown us around the lot again today! A+ salesman and great experience at this dealership! Took my F-450 in for a factory recall for a computer issue and decided to have both fuel filters replaced while it was in the shop. I received a quote of $159 for replacing the filters prior to dropping off my vehicle. I wrote it down and my wife also overheard the conversation with the service advisor. When I picked up my truck, the filter replacement had escalated to $265, including a $33 environmental fee. The Quick Lane counter person implied estimates arent dont mean anything. Learned my lesson, and will never go back to Phil Long for service again. Forget owner Jay Ciminos current TV campaign touting, the best customer experience. Suggest Spradley Ford on Pueblo, so far they have not tried to gouge me.

Our car buying experience was a 2 day ordeal that involved bank issues and multiple dealerships. Bert Smith was our sales rep and he was very accommodating and patient with us. He did not pressure us and when he realized that we had been through the ringer at other car dealerships he was respectful and helped speed up the process a long. My son is a cadet at USAFA and when we were visiting in March we worked with Bert. My son wanted a Bronco Sport so Bert showed us one and went with us to test drive it. We went back the next day to see it again and Bert was awesome and very patient with us and our questions.My son decided to order a Bronco Sport so he could get everything he wanted on it. Due to the chip shortage there was no estimate on when his vehicle would arrive . When some Bronco Sports came in Bert called my son and helped him to get a car that was very similar to what he had ordered. My son is thrilled with his vehicle and we are all very happy with the service Bert provided. Bert even took pictures of our son with his car before leaving the dealer so that we could see him with his first new car. I highly recommend Bert and Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills!

Purchased a ford for my daughter. Had the car less than 2 months and the transmission went out! $2584 to repair but I purchased the extended warranty so did not have to pay. Also when I purchased the car, I was told the mirror would be replaced because it was broke. It hs been over 2 months and the mirror still has not been replaced. I have spoke to Chad multiple times. Everytime I have been told the mirror is taking a while to order but I found a website where i could order the mirror and have it in 2 days! Also spoke to the sales manager hoping it could be fixed while the transmission was getting repaired and still nothing has been done. I will never buy another car from Phil Long!

So, apparently both this Ford dealership and the motor city one have an issue with a lack luster service department. Appointment was at 7am yesterday, but the car was towed in the day prior. Not a peep from the dealership. So I called this morning for status at 730 and spoke to Robert. He said he would speak to the tech and call back. 2 hours later nothing. After waiting 15 minutes on the phone for someone to answer in service, I advised I have yet to hear back from Robert. Robert comes on the line says the tech didnt spend much time looking at it and I said he had all day yesterday. Robert said well they didnt finish the car in front of yours. I said because of your delay you are costing me more money and he said he would let the tech know I am waiting for an update. I said I expect a phone call today. Roberts response was ok, bye. I said did you just really hang up on me before I was done talking? I know for a fact that if I would have waited on the vehicle yesterday it would have been looked at, but because it was towed in, they blew it off. Roberts excuse he gave was he wasnt in yesterday. Waiting for a manager to call. We shall see if not I guess next step is corporate and the BBB.

I waited to write this, as I totally understand and try to give grace, especially at this time. I purchased a car July 2021, for my son, didnt even notice th raido never worked, I have been in contact with our sales gentleman and he had a huge lack of response.  I have been told over the last 2 months that the raido was ordered then no word for a few weeks had yo follow up and the part is on back order another few weeks go by, had to follow up again and it now has been a few weeks no response from my sales rep and I am supposed to be hearing from the service department. I am totally frustrated with this whole process, lack of follow up and care. When I bought the car the sales rep said they treat people like family, I said only while I am stiiting here in front of your face, and he said oh no, but unfortunately that seems to be the case. We just had to put new brakes on the car and we have barely drove it, as my son just recieved his license. So do your research when buying a car and think twice about this.

Isiah Valdez took great care of me. He was extremely friendly (as most car salespeople are). However he was not pushy in anyway. As it was my first car purchase he listened to my needs and wants, instead of forcing a car that I don’t want or can’t afford. I spent multiple hours there and not once did he express any annoyance toward me. Military friendly as well. He did his best to take care of me and met my needs. With the shortage of computer chips, it wasn’t easy to find just the right truck at a good price. I called in the beginning of January to schedule recall service for my Fusion. They scheduled the appointment at the end of February because they “had to order the parts to be available for the service”. The didn’t have the parts when I came in February, because it’s “possible the car wasn’t affected”. Then told me they would call within the next week to reschedule the actual service.. it’s June. I have called back 4 times, never able to talk with anyone in person, leaving messages each time with no response. Avoid this place if possible, they might be great for an original sale but they absolutely stop caring after that!

Offered to buy a car, then wouldnt honor the price offered even though it was written down and signed by their salesperson. Lots of excuses given at this dealership. Definitely do not recommend.

The only reason for a 1 star is I couldn’t find a 0! The reviews above can be very very misleading! They don’t believe in returning your calls and order parts without your prior approval. My grandson’s truck was In for 4 days without any communication or return calls and nothing done on his truck. We will NEVER take our vehicles there again. They’ll never get satisfied customers if this continues to be your practice.

Phil Long Ford at Chapel Hills worked with us repeatedly to solve a problem we brought the car in for at no extra charge when the code came up the same. After bringing it home 2 different times and driving it around the check engine light came again and each time it was the same code. Phil Ling honored their work and worked to fix the problem. Phil Long Ford Service department has my eternal gratitude. We were 1200 miles into a 3300 mile family vacation/journey - our 2002 Excursion had an aftermarket hub go bad. On a holiday weekend. I thought we were totally out of luck. Visions of having vacation canceled, Excursion taking a long expensive hotshot home, flying the family... Andrew Selk in service saved us with the help of Wade. Absolutely horrible customer service.. I’ve been calling this company all day and I keep getting a voicemail! The only area that seams to be open is the sales department. Once I tell them my issue they transfer me to the service department and once again greeted by the voicemail that no one ever checks. All they care about is selling and not taking care of their current customers.

I made a service appointment to bring a vehicle in for an oil change, and 2 1/2 hours later it still wasnt even pulled into a service bay. And somehow my appointment got deleted in the system, so my vehicle wasnt given any priority.Making appointments does nothing here. If you need service, I recommend going elsewhere. Or plan to get a ride home with someone. Otherwise you will sit here all day, and there is nowhere really to sit that is quiet and private.Very disappointed in the service here.

First time having routine service here at the Quick Lane. First off there was a variety of trucks parked in the quick lane and couldn’t even get in. Once in-no one ever greeted me or asked how help. Waiting room was very cramped. Scott the service tech was not friendly-kept talking to another customer about his recent house buying experience. When I got to my car the service tag was still in the windshield the protective floor mat and seat cover were still on the drivers side. You will find those all laying somewhere in your parking lot. I won’t be coming back.

I purchased a vehicle from Phil Long Ford Chapel Hills the beginning of May. The vehicle was in good shape with the exception of a defective AM/FM radio. As part of the contract, Phil Long Ford would cover the cost of the radio repairs. I repaired the vehicle in exactly the way they requested me to, and spent the following three months constantly trying to get this dealership to honor their end of the deal and reimburse the expense of the radio repair. It was three months of excuses, shady reasons for the delay and untold number of unreturned texts, voicemails and emails. At one point I was trying to communicate with two salesman, three managers, a finance representative and the general manager; all ignored. I finally got in touch with an employee that answered, and was able to get me a check. However, it was only for ⅔ the cost of the repair. How they determined that was sufficient or justified is unknown to me. There was no dollar maximum or restriction on the repairs in the deal we both agreed on. Once again, all attempts to contact the dealership have gone unreturned. I will avoid this dealership in the future, and would recommend that if anyone does decide to do business with them, dont leave the lot with we owe terms on your agreement. They will do whatever they can to not honor their end of the deal.

I have had my care serviced 2 times total. Both times I asked about tire pressure and fluids. Both times I had to pump the tires up the very next day. This last time, my windshield washer fluid was low, and I specifically mentioned it to the tech and he said all fluids are checked and topped off. The washer fluid light and low tire air went off as I was driving away.I have since been txted and emailed numerous times to review my experience so now that I have, please stop emailing and texting. If you want me to say something good then dont lie to me, just say...we do nothing we said we would do and if you want to take proper care of your car go somewhere else

I cant say enough about the service at Phil Long Ford. They are very professional, customer oriented, and have a service communication program that is state of the art technology. While the above are important to me from a customer perspective, the technicians workmanship and quality of their work is really what makes me feel safe and secure. I am a full time RVer and travel all over the USA. I winter in Florida and travel out west each summer. I need the comfort of knowing that my vehicle is reliable and can tow my 42ft RV, with no issues. I travel through Colorado Springs twice a year to visit family and always schedule service during these visits at Phil Long.If you havent had service there, now is the time to experience it.

I found the vehicle online and decided I wanted to see it in person and test drive it. Drive down and after asking a couple of people I was directed to the lot where it was located. Each person was eager to assist and together they were able to quickly locate the vehicle for us to safely see and drive. It was exactly what I wanted and we started the paperwork. The process went smooth as I paid cash and didn’t need financing. The only downside was the detailing prior to delivery took longer than it should. Overall I would buy again from Phil Long of Chapel Hills if they had the vehicle I wanted.

Spoke with salesman, Ian, who lied pretty much the whole time we spoke with him. First, he told us about this great $7000 discount he could get us on Ecosports and Escapes. After we test drove the Escape, he ran the numbers and took off $2000, saying that he only meant the Ecosports got that discount. He took down our information and told us that he would run a soft credit check. We both ended up with hard inquiries on our accounts, unauthorized. Then he said that he was going to try to hide the hail damage on our car from his appraiser to get the best deal because he knows all the tricks. When we said we were planning on getting it covered through our insurance and were planning to use their collision center, he said that they were backed up for 3 months and wed be better off just trading it in. My husband walked over to the service center after Ian left our table again to ask them if that was true, and they said that they hadnt heard anything about that. Even the online chat assistant (Anna-something) tried to sign me up for a test drive for a vehicle that wasnt even in stock (we didnt find out it was not there until after we already drove 30 minutes to get there).I did call in to speak to the manager about the hard credit check, and he took my information and said hed talk to Ian and then call me back in a few minutes. That never happened.Do not go here. The way they choose to conduct business is illegal.

We went looking for an SUV that could pull our trailer. We wanted something that would have room for the grandkids to stretch out and not be cramped. We found the Expedition on line and went to take a look. The place was packed with buyers. Trey came in and asked if we needed help and even though he is a new salesman, he had an impressive knowledge of Ford vehicles. He helped us locate an Expedition that had everything we wanted and then made the negotiations on the price go smoothly. I would definitely go back to buy from him again.

Pretty decent transaction. Was very effecient and done almost completely online via Txt which was a preserence for me. Car was also delivered to me door though it was clear that a fee was being added for that. Biggest gripe was just that some of Information about the car was not clearly disclosed: there was Carfax damage reported but not without any detail - did they confirm by examining the car it wasnt frame damage? No, only one key provided - that would have been nice to know as a copy for this model runs about $750. All in all though, about what youd expect on a used car from a dealer.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Phil long Ford at chapel hills. My experiences there have always been extremely pleasant, professional and welcoming. They never tried to sell me something I didn’t want and never tried to force me to buy something when I was there to just look around. Adrian down at truck world has always done his best to get me a great deal that works in my budget. I know they work on commission and maybe this is just a testament to how good they are at their job but I never felt like they were trying to sell me something just so they could get paid. They wanted to make sure that whatever I chose was what I wanted and that I would be happy with my purchase later down the road. For as long as I live in Colorado Springs I will never buy a vehicle from any other dealer. Oh and I have been to dealers in motor city my advice for that is STAY AWAY!

I found a car I really liked at a decent price and bought it. I was not informed that the key they had given me for the car did not work for either the drivers side or the passenger side door. I was locked out of my vehicle the first time I tried to drive it after leaving the dealership. They told me they would have someone come fix it the following Monday, since I purchased it on a Friday.The person they sent was very unprofessional and made me wait around all day for him, and he did not even finish the job! I am now able to lock and unlock the driver side only, but not the passenger side. So I was told to bring the car back in today to have it fixed. I got up early to bring the car in. I was under the impression that it would be fixed. Then, the guy came back and said he could not do anything for me! After I had gotten up early to bring the car there being told they would fix it for me. Then I attempted to call the dealership to see what was going on and no one answered my phone calls. Terrible customer service. Definitely would not purchase from this dealership again, which is too bad because I do really like the car! They just should have told me about the locks before I purchased it first of all, and should have fixed it for me like they said they would. I am very disappointed.

I was not intending to buy at the time of my visit, but the offer for my trade in and the Ecoboost product made the sale. Im waiting to hear why this 2020 XLT come with the satelite antenna, but does not have the capability to receive the transfer of the XM service from my Chevy 1500 trade-in. With the newer models coming with out CD players, I am now relegated to listening to AM/FM radio station. I do not have a smart phone to play in the truck. This is not what I expected from a $50,000 vehicle. I sure would appreciate any assistance in a resolution to this disappointment. Other than a vibration problem that is being looked into by the friendly service techs, my experience with your sales force was a very pleasant experience.

So far, I like everything about the vehicle except the navigation system. This is the worst NAV system I’ve ever experienced in anything.Zooming in and out is awkward and hard to get to work. Add + and - buttons to make it easier and make it less of a distraction.White roads on a light blue background are difficult to impossible to see! Add other contrast schemes so we have some choices that allow us to actually see the roads on the map.No indicator to show where North is on the map at any given moment. Have a little compass that’s constantly showing where North is in relationship to the vehicle’s direction of travel.No Miles/kilometer scale to be able to relate to distance at any give zoom level.Nothing that shows altitude. Display altitude in a corner of the screen.These last 3 things are basic information for navigation.Study what other car manufactures have done with their nav systems to get some good ideas.Thanks for listening!

Overall experience was not great. Long story thats not worth going into. Id think twice before ordering another Ford or buying through this dealership a second time. The salesman did try as hard as he could to help but honestly it seems like the overall system is broken. If I was just rating the salesman, it would be a much higher rating.

Service is so slow, I showed up here at 10:00 for a simple oil change, it wasn’t busy and a employee told me it would take about 45 min to an hour to get me in and out but I didn’t get out until 12:00. Also a customer that came in after me was serviced before me.

Service guys deeply gouged the front bumper on my lariat f150, I imagine on the huge dip exiting the service center on their test drive. Then DELETED my dash cam footage. Called and spoke with Justin about a pickup that was listed for sale on their website. We discussed the pickup and gave him an offer over the phone as I’m several hours away and could not just stop in. I was told that he would need to talk to manager / finance guys or whoever to make the deal and that he would call me back. He did call back about a half hour later and being at work I missed the call, attempted to call him back several times within the same hour, and the next day with no answer and no call back. Find out today the pickup is now sold. Awful customer service.

I would never ever recommend this establishment to anyone-our car was purchased and the first car payment has not been made and the car broke down while driving. Each time we called we received the run around. What happened to care, compassion, dignity, and standing up for what is right. For the employees at Phil Long Ford Chapel Hills the stand for non of those. Not once did a mgr call us and say this is what we can do, it was all the cant do. It saddens me in times like these when money for all is tight and you work hard for what you need to make your family comfortable and safe you have to deal with lies and deceit.

Classic dealership experience. Friendly for sure, but they try to sell you a bunch of extras which takes time. They also sell your personal contact info: Ive been getting warranty calls and letters as well as satellite radio offers and expirations etc. They also said Id get two free oil changes but that wasnt a real thing.

If you need a car, you should definitely buy from this dealer. Absolutely wonderful experience. Found a used car on the CARFAX website, so came to Phil Long’s used car side to check it out. Salesman Trevor Pierce helped us through the whole process. Was incredibly professional and not pushy at all. Was worried about dealing with the stereotypical shady used car experience, and this was most definitely NOT.Zach Moore of their financial division then helped us nail down the money details and he was also incredible. Kind and professional through the whole process, and again, not pushy at all. Didn’t try and get us to buy a bunch of extra stuff, no hard selling, and was upfront about everything.I will tell every person I know who is looking for a car to come here first. Phil Long has earned my business for life. I reside in California, but found the exact truck I was looking for at Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills in Colorado. I was apprehensive about buying a vehicle without seeing it in person first, but I went ahead and bought it over the phone and flew to Colorado to pick it up. Steven Mosman was my sales agent, and he was incredible to work with. I had several questions, concerns, and issues come up and Steven handled them all to the very end. Even after I had gotten home with the vehicle and he had no obligation to help, he continued to offer his assistance in any way to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. He is a true professional, and he puts his customers first. If youre shopping online and cant see the vehicle in person, give him a call and he will put your mind at ease.I also had a minor warranty issue come up once back in California and was obviously unable to take the vehicle back to Phil Long for service, so I called the Phil Long of Denver service manager Martin Dale, told him about my issue, and asked if he could help in any way from 1400 miles away. He immediately leapt into action and coordinated the repairs with my local Ford dealership and assured me that Phil Long would take care of everything and that I wouldnt be charged. He held true to his word and I picked my truck up today from my local dealership and was not charged for the service.No matter where you live, in or out of Colorado, there should be no question as to what dealership to shop at. I would gladly travel from California again to get the quality customer service and professionalism that I received from every employee I had contact with at Phil Long Ford. My wife and I went here to look for a hybrid Escape that Phil Longs internet chat agent told us was there and ready to test drive. As we were leaving (after we realized the agent was probably just trying to get us in the door- the car wasnt there), a salesperson named Ian tried to get us to stay by saying he could get us $7,000 off of a new ecosport or escape. We ended up test driving the escape and sitting down to talk numbers and have our trade-in appraised. Ian had us write down our names and details about our trade, then asked us to write our socials and signatures at the bottom of the sheet. I asked if he was running credit and he said Just a soft check, so I said Okay, and off he went with our trade-in keys and that paper.Ian told us that he would try to conceal the hail damage on our car from his boss because he knows all the tricks (lol). He insisted that we keep the claim with our insurance and collect the check for the damages to the car and pocket the difference after we have already traded our old car in. This seemed sketchy so we said wed rather get it fixed through insurance and pay the deductible so that we can get a better trade value and lower payment. He insisted that it would take us 3 months to get it fixed because all shops are slowed down because of Covid. When I walked over to the service department to ask an employee about this 3 month wait, they were confused by that statement and said theyve heard nothing about that sort of back-up happening right now.The $7,000 ended up being $2,000 off the sticker price (so he basically offered us MSRP...woohoo what a deal!). We end up leaving, because we realized we were just getting toyed with, and as we got back to our car we saw notifications that the dealership had run hard inquiries on our credit. If youre going to run out credit without our permission could you all at least tell us what our scores are?Side note, my dashcam was on when he moved our car...lets just say you should NOT let anyone here touch your car if you care about it. Why did he have to move it? Nobody knows- they gave us a pathetic offer for it so obviously his little tricks didnt work.Anyway, my wife called to talk to someone about why we got hard inquiries (Pete or something?). He said hed call her back in a few minutes, but the call never came. If anyone is gonna ghost my wife, its gonna be me.I sold cars, Ford specifically, I get dealership shenanigans to an extent. I came to this dealership with the lowest possible expectations of integrity and honesty and was STILL disappointed. We already told our insurance that we were planning on getting our hail damage repaired at the Phil Long Collision Center here in town, at this point were planning on calling them up and asking if were obligated to use them anymore- Im not sure if were going to take our car here to get serviced anymore either. We came to this dealership with realistic expectations, seeking the sort of deal Ive personally facilitated, as a Ford salesman, many times in the past.We had every intention of leaving that dealership with a new car today, but Ians dishonesty and incompetence has completely turned us off from buying here. What a shame, we really liked the escape.Edit: after getting a phone call from Ian, regarding this review, I asked that he no longer contact me as I wasnt going to be purchasing a car from him. He continued to text me regardless, so I ended up just blocking his number. My wife and I went down the road and bought a Subaru that was priced higher than the escape that we test drove with Ian.Crazy how budgets can become more flexible when youre treated with dignity. Im happier with the build quality of Subaru (after having been a Ford guy for a decade), and Im elated that I dont have to take my car to Phil Longs service center anymore.

I had an issues with my truck which was a warranty issue. I was concerned that I might get some hassle from the dealership trying to avoid taking care of the problem as I only have 6 more months left on the warranty. I was directed to Jason Wooster who put me at ease right away. He explained that they will correct the easiest possible problem first and if it was still having the same issue, he would make sure they did the more extensive repair. Unfortunately the simple fix didn’t work which had me concerned that maybe now I would get that hassle that I was expecting. I was totally wrong. Jason had been promoted in the mean time and a representative named Robert (Rob) took over my case. These two guys followed through and took perfect care of me. They were both professional and courteous. They both fulfilled their commitment to making my truck right. Under never had to force the issue or complain. They just did exactly what they should have done and what they said they would do. I’m very grateful to them both. Jason set a very high bar for his successor Rob who cleared the bar perfectly. Hats off to them both.

Our visit to Phil Long has probably been one of our best truck buying experience ever! We drove to CO for a funeral from GA and along the trip our previous truck began to have issues and needed immediate care. We called the service department the day we were getting in town and they automatically said they could help us. When we arrived they did the best they could for us, which went above and beyond! We decided the next day to return back to look at buying another truck. We were paired with the best sales guy and sales manager and they also went above and beyond to help us out. We were blown away by the kindness of every employee and how much they cared for their customers. We truly feel like going to Phil Long was a blessing from God.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Phil Long Service Department at Chapel Hills yesterday for two main reasons. One, the staff there, Alex at the counter and service folks that I spoke with, the valet guy, and the folks at the snack/coffee bar in the waiting area were ALL extremely professional and courteous. Two, the work was done extremely well with no mess left behind. I only take my vehicles to professional folks that treat me with respect and that perform the work well. After every service that I have done to my vehicles, I get on my creeper in my garage and inspect and wipe down any fluid messes. I have to say, these folks did an outstanding job and left no mess. I purchased the maintenance plus package yesterday and will certainly be visiting Phil Long Service Department again for vehicle services and maintenance.
