If you take pride in your vehicle, do not take it here. This has been the worst repair service I have ever experienced. I was told that my vehicle was detailed after the initial repairs, and received my vehicle with metal shavings through out the car. Took it back for them to fix other issues that were not addressed and was told a second time that everything was cleaned. Still not the case. This dealership didnt even use factory hardware kits to install my parts. Two of the nuts are the wrong thread pitch, two of the screws were cross threaded, one was broken, and the rest were never installed at all. This was also some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The overall experience in purchasing my car was horrendous. From one of the managers lying to me and telling me he would not take my lender to purchase, then arguing and ignoring me as the purchaser to speak to my father who had nothing to do with the transaction. To giving me a dirty car with scratches. I purchase on 9/1 didnt actually have my car until 9/25 due to getting it repaired the way it needed to. The sales rep Brian was awesome though, he found the exact car i wanted over time and if it hadnt been for him I would have never purchased. The other manager Adam did make efforts to try and make up for the terrible experience. Although I am still not excited for having purchased a brand new 2021 car, Im glad to be done with the process. I will likely never buy a car from that location ever again and neither will my family and friends that I have told of my experience.

Mazdas are great cars. Got a new Mazda 3 Turbo in the color I wanted with all the extras I wanted. And it was reasonably priced. Got .9% financing as well. The service department is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Only down side was all the extras they tried to sell me once we went to financing, but I have never bought a new car where they did not try and do that.

More than just Mazdas. Great, quick, pain free experience. Brian in sales made sure all of my concerns were addressed and set me up with exactly the vehicle and payment that I wanted. It was waiting right out front when I arrived perfectly clean and ready for me to check out. They had recently done typical maintenance to it so was in top condition inside and out, under the hood and underneath. Purchasing on Saturday evening had me concerned with banking, Dan in finance was very knowledgeable and got me a better deal than we had discussed after I left, with a lower payment than I had expected. Adam the sales manager was nothing short of exceptional, answering the numerous questions I had with clear, concise answers. Buying a used vehicle can be a long and daunting task but employees here care about more than just making a deal happen. They actually work with you to ensure your needs are met, for a happy transaction on both sides. No need to worry about heavy negotiating at other places in order to get to a realistic market value. I purchased a new 2021 CX-5 on July 30. As part of the deal, I was to receive roof rails and navigation chip installed. The dealership had not called me about those two items by August 5, so I called them. I spoke to the Sales Manager, Adam Torres, about it. He said he would speak to the service department. Tom Rogers from the service department called a short time after that and we scheduled the service for August 12 (he said he wanted to make sure that the parts were in to do the service). So I arrive at my scheduled appointment time at 7:45 am on the 12th. The service manager (Layne) that was there told me that he had no documentation from sales regarding the installation, so could not perform the service, and sales would not be in until 9 am. Of course that was upsetting, because I had the morning off and it was the perfect time for me to have the work done. I could not wait around for someone in sales to provide documentation and then have to wait more until the work was completed. So I told them I had to get going and I would contact sales myself. I called Adam at 9 and told him what happened and he said he would resolve the situation. The work was rescheduled for August 16 at 7:45 am, so I told Adam that I would need a loaner vehicle because I had work. He said that would be no problem. So I take my vehicle back at 7:45 this morning. They had that documentation from sales, but no loaner vehicle! Now I am extremely upset, because I had to once again leave without the service being completed. So I will once again have to call Adam and have this situation resolved. I am very disappointed with this dealership! This is my second vehicle from them, which makes it that much worse.

Never once felt pressured like you do at most places highly recommend this too anyone looking for a good reliable vehicle with some great options! This company refused to honor my warranty because my husband does our own oil changes. They told us we dont know what were doing and we messed it up even though it has to do with our rear axle, not our engine. We bought this car 6 months ago, now they want to refuse us service. It has been a terrible few days dealing with people who dont back their product in any way.

One random Saturday afternoon my husband and I decided to stop at Mazda on Woodmen just to take a look for giggles. Never go there just for giggles. YOU WILL END UP BUYING SOMETHING...even when you swore from the start you werent! To be clear, they do not pressure you at all, they dont hunt you down like chum in shark infested waters, they dont smell money and push you into doing anything. I, as you have probably guessed, ended up purchasing a vehicle that day. Hands down was the best car buying experience I have ever had...and for anyone who has bought a car before, you know how painful the process can be. We personally got David Thibault and I would 10 out of 10 recommend. Not only does this young chap know his stuff, but he truly is there just to help you and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Everyone in there worked with me to get me the best deal possible ( which was an AMAZING DEAL). I highly, highly recommend this location for your next car buying experience.

***Edit. No one has even reached out to me after posting this. I emailed the responder WITH my cell phone and of course, nothing. Horrible customer service and business.By far the worst car buying experience I have ever dealt with. Everything was fine until I got home, and my used car was having issues not even 1 week after driving it off the lot. ONE WEEK. Not only that, they snuck in $6000+ of extra warranty coverage on top of everything. We were NEVER asked if we wanted to purchase extra coverage. 100% not ok and I have 100% learned my lesson. If you do buy from here make sure you look at all of the numbers ONE BY ONE. This dealership lies and will make it your fault. I am now having it serviced at another Mazda because of how uncomfortable this transaction turned out. I dont even trust them to fix the vehicle nor do I even want the vehicle anymore. The ONLY person I felt who cared and took the time to listen to me was the service manager. No one else. Buyer SERIOUSLY BEWARE.

Amazing service and parts depts, especially Layne T. in service. We were out-of-towners with an emergency fix needed including a part overnighted, and Layne was to only one in 3 states that could, and was willing to, pull it off. He even got us a courtesy vehicle so my family could still enjoy the sites while waiting on our one day in town. No possible future business and still went out of their way! Wish my hometown dealership was half as good. Thank you!

Took my 1993 Miata in for diagnosis of an engine problem. Mechanic spent three days trying to replicate the issue but could not find a problem. Service rep (Liz Bell) was quite helpful also. Not finding a problem having run numerous checks, car was returned without charge for time and effort. Penkhus has always been a reliable go-to dealer for service. Excellent Service Department staff.

Im pretty unsatisfied by them.Ethan was the person who sold me my car. He lied about it having safety features that it doesnt, he lied about getting the vehicle detailed for me, and he lied about an oil change. My oil change light was on and when I asked him about it, he mentioned the car was just serviced. If thats the case, then why am I needing to top off my fluids already? Ive had the car for a 1.5 weeks. My tire pressure lights keep coming on for two different tires. My vehicle has 16k miles, why am I needing to service it so much already? I was certainly lied to at my purchase and I would like some honest answers.

This is going to be extensive but for those looking for a quick summary - this dealership will do what it takes to make the most money from you and arent afraid to overlook issues on their end in order to do so. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere or making sure you come in with as much knowledge as you can and verify every piece of information that they give you.I recently bought a 2015 Mazda from Bob Penkhus and was less than pleased with the initial sale. After coming to test drive it and applying for a loan through my bank, the dealership changed the price on the car before I came in to sign paperwork then acted as if it didnt happen. I was able to negotiate down to the initial price, but only because I had proof of the original cost and that was just the first of my issues.Once I had gotten the car, we had agreed to have some maintenance done on it as a part of the purchase but they didnt communicate with the shop team to actually schedule me an appointment so I had to wait two weeks to get the work done. Then, because of the miscommunication (or lack of communication) I was unable to get a loaner car when I brought it in for repairs even though the sales team had assured me they would have a car ready. I had to arrange for my own transportation from the dealership and went without a car until the repairs were done.Several weeks after I bought the car I received a call from the dealership claiming they were having issues with my loan, so I worked with them extensively to try and rectify the situation. As previously stated, I applied for a loan through my bank and just needed them to submit the final paperwork. Come to find out that instead of submitting my initial loan, they applied for a secondary loan in my name, which lowered my credit score and increased the APR on the loan without my knowledge. I have spent countless hours now trying to fix the situation on my own and have been having a lot of issues getting in touch with the financial department, but this will cost me several hundred dollars if the situation cant be fixed before the original loan expires. I have also tried to contact the GM through their website but it will not go through, so Im really just waiting for them at this point.

Bob Penkus is the only place to ever change the oil on this vehicle (bought lifetime oil changes with the car). Over the years the oil pan/plug got stripped and they wanted to charge me to change the oil pan. I placed a Fumoto valve in place of the drain plug to ensure that the techs wouldnt further ruin the oil pan by overtightening the oil plug (the Fumoto valve makes it so they just have to turn a lever to drain the oil instead of removing the drain plug). The tech actually removed the valve and brought it in to show he removed it and put a drain plug back in...seemed surprised when it was explained what the purpose of the valve was. At least he offered to put it back in, but really?!

What a total failure. Service is an absolute Cluster! service pickup and delivery times are windows with an open ended time frame. No one tells you that..No one explains recalls to you, no one returns phone calls. Not recommended at all. Find another dealership, this was a day wasted for me with no car and no call backs, after requesting one. Shame on you.

Lies and Deception, stereotype used car salesmen!All seemed well when we went in to look at a pre-owned 2018 Subaru Outback. Salesman David seemed to bend over backward to help us get into this car. But once we sat down to sign papers and make it happen, things changed. Oh, still all friendly with us but heres a list of the lies and deceptions they subjected us to over the months that followed:1) David told us the ~$600 dealer handling fees were included in the asking price. They were NOT and showed up as an additional line item in the final tab.2) David pushed hard to get us to purchase the extended warranty package. We firmly refused and he finally relented, but later when we transitioned to the finance office with Dustin to sign papers for the financing, Dustin tried to slip it back into the loan with a slight increase in our monthly payments. We caught it and asked them again to take it off.3) David had also added a ~$500 charge for some Kahu security/theft system which linked to an app on our phone. We said we didnt want it, but David (dishonestly) told us it was some kind of hardware that had already been installed on the car and we couldnt opt out of it. So we reluctantly agreed, only to find out later (when the phone app would not sync with the car), that the financing office had exchanged that charge for a one year oil-change, tire rotation service package which we had not asked for either. After several phone calls and months later they finally refunded us a $299 of that $500 charge for the service package.4) David did agree to take care of the standard vehicle check-up and put new tires on the car at our request. The folks in the service shop seemed decent. But there was a small dent in the rear right quarter near the gas cap. David had agreed to take care of that dent for us in their in-house body shop. When we brought the car back a week later to get the dent fixed, they claimed the weather was too cold to mix and spray the paint (it was January). But Im thinking...you have a heated indoor body shop, why would the outdoor temperature have anything to do with that? So we brought the car back in two months later when the weather was warmer and they kept the car for a WEEK claiming all sorts of excuses why it wasnt done yet. This is our only car so we were without wheels for most of that time. They originally said if it took more than 2 days theyd give us a loaner car. It wasnt until the last 2 days after I kept calling and asking when our car would be finished, that they gave us a loaner car. I had to push hard to get them to loan us a car. I was so angry and felt lied to and manipulated. To their credit they did fix the dent and it looks acceptable though not perfect.We bought this car in late January and it wasnt until the first week in May that the refund for the service package was applied to our car loan and I could finally put this whole Bob Pankhus experience behind me. I still get angry every time I drive down Woodman and see the dealership. Such an unpleasant experience all around. I will not set foot on that dealership lot again and certainly wouldnt recommend anyone do business with them.

The customer service given at this location is exceptional. This is the only location I will bring my vehicle to. Jessica goes above and beyond for her clients. Everything is explained thoroughly. The video explanation of your vehicles service inspection is such a great benefit. It gives someone like myself who isnt super knowledgeable about cars, a walk through of their car and what is going on with it. I would recommend this location over the other one 10000 times over.

Brendan was helpful, thorough and really listened to my requests. I was on a time crunch and Brendan helped me to complete my test drive, financing questions, purchase agreement and got me out the door with my new vehicle in that time frame. Absolutely do not buy a car/truck from a Penkhus dealer!!! I’m looking at legal action against them. Not only did they lie cheat and steal from me but they also defrauded Ford when they submitted a warranty claim for my trucks spark plugs. I have all the proof thanks to a reputable dealer who identified the fact that no work was done on my truck which is why I still had problems months later. I’m not going to write a novel but if you buy from Penkhus, you will wish you listened to my warning.

Typically I have stayed away from dealership work in the past due to the tradition of swindling their customers out of money. This wasnt the case here at all. My sunroof wouldnt close completely so reluctantly I decided to take it to a dealership expecting them to charge me to break my wallet and completely replace the entire thing, as dealerships do. Jason, one of the techs, was really passionate and took a look at it and explained what he believed was going on and that the motor had lost programming. There was a rainstorm on its way and he was kind enough to put some plastic adhesive wrap over my open sunroof until I could get in for my appointment the next day. From the beginning both him and the service lady (super nice, I cant remember her name) made it known that they would be able to manually close the sunroof if the repair would be too expensive, which put me at ease because I didnt feel like they were out to take advantage of their customers. The next day, Jason got my car in and said the motor had just fallen down and he re-mounted it, and reprogrammed my sunroof. A new motor was going to cost anywhere from $400-$500 and they couldnt easily charged me for that, without me knowing any better, but instead I got out of there for $69 with a functioning sunroof and excellent customer service. Jason won me over as a customer and, as someone who works in the auto field, I completely trust his intentions, morals, and expertise. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys so much.

The team at Bob Penkhus Mazda at Powers is simply the best! Our purchase of a Mazda CX-5 was a fact-based comparison of compact cross over SUVs--its handling, its capable but quiet acceleration brought us a car that has to be best in class. That said, Team Penkhus underpinned our experience with best in class customer service. All we can say, is Wow! Brian (are we allowed to use last names in an on-line review?) kicked off our first-ever Mazda encounter with an expert but absolutely cordial introduction to the CX-5. He translated our car requirements into the perfect vehicle for us, and put us behind the wheel of a CX-5 in less than 10 minutes. His follow up was terrific--filled with information, but squarely on message that Team Penkhus only wanted us to buy a Mazda if, well, we decided we wanted to buy a Mazda. Matt then did a terrific job spelling out the financing options, but more importantly spelling out the details of Mazdas invoice and applicable discounts. He pushed across the paper with the offer details without any sort of implied urgency to have to respond. Whhaaatt? After an evening of pressure-less fact checking and thinking, we returned the next day, now 99% sure the CX-5 was for us. Jeff picked right up where Brian left off--quickly returning us to a second test drive and then confirming the same details that Matt left us with the day before. The rest of the sale was history with a shout out to Dustin who was exactly what an engineer by profession wants to get in an auto sales finance manager. Dustin laid out the alternative packages, listened to where we were, and found that win-win territory that made the CX-5 purchase even better. Lastly, we brought our new CX-5 back for a clear-bra treatment in the Service Department. Another wonderful experience. First, we literally were the only customer on the Service Department floor on the day of drop off and the day of pick up. Apparently, Mazdas #1 Consumer Reports rating for Reliability is real--Mazdas dont seem to be breaking! Second, Liz was flawless at the Service front desk--not just in orchestrating our clear-bra treatment, but also in promptly running down our technical questions with a smile. Third, Jason--the clear-bra technician--was the best. Who knew there was so much to understand and consider about the subject. His craftsmanship was superb and he went the extra mile to use the clear-bra scraps left over from our service to cover our side-view mirrors and headlights. Beginning to end, a 5-Star experience in the fullest sense. Thank you, Team Penkhus!

I went to the dealership last week to get a routine oil change and get a recall fixed. After the items were done I left the dealership and ever since then my car touch screen/speaker has been acting up. When I stop at A stoplight or Slow down to about under 10 mph my touch screen will start clicking random buttons on its own, pausing the music, going to next song then back, etc... but it’s totally fine when I’m driving. I answered an ad for vehicle quotes, got the 4 closest Mazda dealerships. Bob Penkhus was the only dealership to reach out with a phone call. After getting my must have, and my I wants Kenny found me the perfect CX-5. Then the finance guy (sorry, I dont remember your name) went the extra mile, and got me 0% financing! Im just now getting emails from the other dealers a week after buying my new car!

I hate car shopping. Absolutely loath it. My prior experience with other dealerships always made me feel as if Id been hustled, because by the time they start sliding the mountains of paperwork toward you and you discover the several add-ons that seem to be part of the deal but that later you realize you didnt ask for, want, or need, you end up paying far more than you wanted for the car you just bought. This is NOT the case with Bob Penkhus at Powers. I went to Keith because I needed a safe, reliable car for my daughter to drive. Keith worked hard to find a couple of great choices within my price range. He listened carefully to what I wanted and it was my impression that he was genuinely concerned that my needs were met - that my satisfaction with the purchase was more important than making a few extra bucks. The atmosphere in the store was also a cut above the usual, and in this time of Covid they took extra care to sanitize the car and everything else. I walked out having purchased a great car - and for the price I wanted to pay. These guys are a class act, and this was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Bob Penkhus, and my first car to have purchases used. There is no issue with the vehicle. I got exactly what I wanted, well sort of. The car itself is perfect, everything I expected and wanted. The tires were where things got complicated. I saw the vehicle on the website, requested a test drive, and even set up an appointment to test drive said vehicle. I am on my way to the dealer when they call to say the vehicle was not available, it was not yet on the lot. I had to go back the next day. Test drive went well, and committed to purchase the vehicle, I requested a certain set of tires, they agreed, set a price and did the paperwork. I was given an approximate arrival date on the tires, then when they arrived they only got 2 or the 4 tires. I was given a new date for the other two, but that date came and went. They were unable to get the tires I wanted, nationwide back order they said. I understand that they are in high demand I waited two weeks for a set for my other car. I asked what the time line would be but no one could give me a time line so I had to settle for an inferior tire because the deal was unable to follow through with the order. I was rather disappointed with the communication, the service department and the sales department did not communicate with each other or me at a level that I would expect for a purchase. They are a decent enough dealership but they could do better.

UPDATE: The general manager called me back and refunded the diagnostic fee and part of the tire balance. Still will not go back as my car’s gas gauge is still messed up and I basically paid $130 for an oil change but I appreciate some customer response on their side. I moved rating from 1 to 3 stars.Took my car there today for my gas gauge that isn’t working and an oil change/ balance rotation. Our appointment was at 8:45. At 1pm, they tell us that they have no idea why the gas gauge isn’t working but their “educated guess” is that it is the fuel cylinder for $500 or possibly the control modular for $1000 but would not guarantee either was the problem. I expected that being Mazda mechanics, and me having brought in a Mazda that I bought from them three years ago, they could give me better than a guess. Fine, I can take it to actual mechanics though. At 6pm, the car still wasn’t done so we called them. At this point, they forgot about us and didn’t have someone to pick us up so they drove it to us, but only until we paid $150 for a diagnostic where they didn’t diagnose anything. ANYTHING!!! Then they bring the car back and my tires are low; my brand new tires that they just did a rotation to and I paid for. So, they can’t diagnose their own cars they sell, but they will charge you for it. Then they will charge you for a rotation while giving you a flat tire, but only after they forget about you and keep your call all day even when you had an appointment. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!! Do not buy a car from them and definitely do not get it serviced there. Now I need to find a real mechanic to figure out what all the “Mazda Experts” messed up.

I just recently scheduled an oil change at Bob Penkhus Mazda and I can not explain how great it was to be in and out in a timely manner. I normally dread getting oil changes because I feel like my whole day is wasted but at Bob Penkhus they were so quick! Jerry did a great job communicating with me letting me know it was almost done. I will now do all of my services here for the quick timely service and great customer service. Also wanted to point out the waiting area was great! Nice and cool with popcorn and water!!

8/5/21 still no word from Bob Pankhurst and no refund of my $30007/14/21 Updated/Revised ReviewOn September 21, 2020, I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX5 Signature from Bob Penkhus Powers. My salesperson was Keith Vanhurk.I was charged for a navigation SD card for $299, even though this was to be part of the Signature package and should have been at no cost.I also elected to sign up for the windshield and tire/wheel warranty package at the urging of Keith. Despite numerous requests for same, to this day I have not received any paperwork on these warranties, have no idea how to use them or who to contact.After reviewing my sales and finance contracts once I was finally given a thumb drive with that information on October 8, 2020 (the thumb drive given to me at the time of sale did not have any financial information on it), I saw that I was charged an additional $1,250. I spoke to the finance manager, Dustin, who informed me that this charge was in error and that it would be refunded to me. This conversation occurred on October 16 2020. I also expressed that I wanted the tire/wheel warranty cancelled and refunded in the amount of $795.00. Dustin assured me that he would initiate these refunds and I should see them credited to my Mazda Financial account within 8 weeks.I have not received a refund from Bob Penkhus Powers. I submitted a request again on June 24, 2021 and was assured once again by Adam Torres that this matter would be resolved.Today is July 19, 2021. It is almost one year since my purchase, and nine months since my initial claim for refund of monies charged fraudulently and cancellation of the unwanted tire warrantee.Bob Penkhus owes me $3,337 for the fraudulent charges and warranties I cancelled and it appears that they refuse to acknowledge my claim or make good for this.

I bought my Jeep Patriot from Bob Penkhus Mazda with a one year oil change included. Before coming in for my first oil change I asked if they could install a engine oil cooler while changing the oil. I was told yes and to go ahead and make an appointment online. When I came in for the oil change and engine oil cooler install they seemed confused and irritated. After waiting an hour, the technician came back and said it would be $1000 just to install the cooler. When I told them thats more than triple what the Jeep dealership wanted (including the oil change) they then admitted that they just didnt feel comfortable installing the cooler. I wish they had just told me the truth to start with and I could have gone somewhere else.

Terrible service department built on a system of deceit and customer abuse. Even when presented with maintenance receipts the dealership refused to accept responsibility on a car that has never missed an oil change. So cause of that they decided it is my responsibility to pay them to fix my now blown engine block. The sad part is the fact that I continued to come to service department after the first few times they had lied to my face. This time was hilarious though cause I had barely gotten brand new tires installed and the mechanic wanted to rotate them. Brand new barely installed and they want to charge for rotation when I hadn’t driven a week on them: besides this fresh brake pads on time oil changes doesn’t matter they always lie about your cars condition and try to charge you for their service. Their service by the way is terrible give them a call see how they answer the phone you think it’s a machine half the time cause they respond Mazda.... that’s all they say then you start talking and they say ok transferring you to whatever. Terrible service management and low level dealership that doesn’t try to build customer relations or maintain a level of honesty when it comes to their repairs. Would highly recommend not buying a car from this dealership or going for service here.

I’ve gotten oil changes done here and been really appreciative of the service and perks they offer with rides/snacks/waiting area/online coupons, but I had them check my brakes and felt very taken advantage of. I’ll admit, I don’t know much about cars but I prefer things to be explained and options to be given rather than feeling lied to by omission. My initial quote here was 3x as high for brake work as what I got it done for at Brakes Plus by an amazing team who gave me explanations and options for pricing upfront. I felt ignorant and scared to drive my car off the lot based on what was relayed to me at Bob Penkhus and I don’t appreciate those tactics being used to pressure me into service. I likely won’t be returning for service here.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We have bought cars from Bob Penkhus before and never had an issue. This time was completely different. Our sales man Brendan had no knowledge of the car he was trying to sell us. When my husband finally decided on a car, we had to ask Brendan for the extra key to the car and we had to ask if we could clean out the car we were selling back. The sale was not finished and he was already helping another person with a car so we had to go find him. We had agreed on a down payment and when I wanted to give them the cash I was told that finance was busy and to bring the cash back in on another day. Two days later my husband received a phone call stating that they were going to charge his credit card double the price of the down payment after they had refused to take our money. This should have been a sign that the communication at this place is horrible. No one talks to anyone else.While getting ready to go away, my husband received a call from Wells Fargo bank that his car payment on the car we traded in was past due and he needed to make a payment. Contact the dealership and was told that Brendan was with a customer, but we were guaranteed he would call us back. Not to either of our surprises, he did not call us back. When we came back from vacation, we went straight to the dealership to speak to a sales manager, since they do not believe in any type of communication at all. We spoke with the sales manager Matt who told us that the check was sent to the bank, but he did not know what was going on. He did call the business office when they were open to find out that the check had been returned to the dealership because it was eligible. My husband was told that another check was sent out and not to worry about it. Wells Fargo contacted us again to let us know that the payment needed to be made and they had not received anything from the dealership. My husband called the dealership and was told sales manager Matt would be calling Wells Fargo himself and then would call him back. I also called later in the day as we had not heard from Matt and was sent right to his voicemail. I still have not heard back from him, which does not surprise me as this dealership is horrible at any type of communication and we had to make the payment to Wells Fargo so that my husbands credit score was not affected.I would highly suggest to never do business with this dealership as they are horrible and inconsiderate. They do not care about the people they are selling the cars to and they just want to make their commissions. When there is a problem they make sure to blame other people and never take responsibility for their actions. Forget ever getting a call back from them. I had to use money that was meant for other bills to pay a car payment that they should have taken care of and who knows when we will be getting that money back. If we could turn the lease in and never do business with them again I would gladly do it! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I am sure not everyone enjoys spending the day trying to make a vehicle purchase. But, this experience was one of the best and enjoyable purchases we have ever made. Bob Penkhus Mazda Powers has a very laid back, professional feel. No pushy salesmen. Rob Barrera was our salesman. He was a pleasure to work with. Rob personally went to the other Bob Penkhus dealership across town to pick up the vehicle we were interested in test driving from their other Mazda dealership. A nice personal touch, makes you feel important and a great way to start the sales relationship between Buyer and Seller. Rob was very patient and very easy to work with. It shows because he has many years of sales experience. I know if theres ever an issue or any questions he will be there to help facilitate the solution. Thanks Rob Barrera!
