I am very pleased with the outcome and I will be using Log Masters Restorations for all future maintenance or restoration projects.When I first started looking for a company to perform the work on my house, I thought I would need to find more than one company to handle the projects I wanted to get completed this year. In the end, I decided to have Log Masters Restorations perform all of the work (e.g. logs, gable panels, facia, porch, porch railing, deck, deck railing, etc.). For me, it was a one-stop-shop!I oversee a Customer Service team for the third-largest Mortgage Lender in the nation. We use Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) as Metrics to measure our Customers Satisfaction. With that said, would I refer Log Masters Restorations to my friends and family? Absolutely!The crew was professional and respectful. They were willing to go above and beyond throughout the entire project. Im still working from home, so I had the pleasure of interacting with the crew in the mornings and the evenings. Customer Service is a two-way street, treat them how you would want to be treated, and you will get the same satisfaction in return.I look forward to working with Log Masters Restorations again!

Nick and the crew were awesome. They explained every detail and were able to fit us into their schedule at the last minute. We really appreciated their honesty and integrity during the restoration process as well and will definitely use them again if the need arises. .

This restoration was a very large investment for us so I was anxious about the project especially in light of the inconstant quotes that we got from competitors. We needn’t be.We found Scott and Nick to be VERY qualified craftsmen. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations......and these guys work hard!!!While on site we had them help install 7 windows, 4 of which were 3rd floor height. We knocked this out in less than one day including set up of scaffolding several times. They also repaired some soffits and painted the garage door.We’ve lived with the completed project for a couple of months now and I’ve yet to notice any defects at all. Paint lines on the trim are perfect and the consistency of the log stain is perfect as well.The point being that these guys truly do restoration work. They are capable of just about any task required and aside from the high quality....the cost was Very reasonable.Highly recommended. If you are considering a log refinish project don’t limit the scope to just the logs. If there are other issues that need to be addressed they can handle it and do a very good job!Paul and Kathy B.

Log Masters built my wooden pergolas for my pool area and added on to my existing deck. They did a great job and were very professional to work with! I get compliments all the time on the work they did for me. Great work from great guys!
