They said they were done but I had missing flashing. Which they replaced. Less than a year later I have water damage to my ceiling, because they forgot flashing on my roof. Calling another roofer to figure out the damage and then maybe a lawyer. Complete incompetence.

On July 19, 2019, we received major hail damage to the roof of our home in Monument, CO. I contacted Whitney Smith at Seaback Roofing and Restoration to assess the roof and determine if an insurance claim should be made. After his inspection of the roof, it was determined that a claim should be filed with our insurance company. After the roof was inspected by our insurance company, we received a check for our claim, and we hired Seaback Roofing and Restoration to complete the repairs. Work began on our roof on August 15, 2019.Up until this point, there had been minor delays. When I compared the sheet of what was supposed to be repaired per the insurance claim, to what Seaback Roofing had repaired, we ran into some discrepancies. Initially, there was a delay because an incorrectly sized skylight was delivered. It took weeks to have the correct skylight installed. New vents on the roof were to have been installed and upon closer inspection, they never were. This was remedied by Seaback Roofing only after I protested and questioned whether they had inspected the work performed by the roofing crew. There was damage to an exterior window frame which took weeks to resolve and the final repair involved the extensive use of clear silicone for the “repair”.Once Seaback Roofing and Restoration had determined that their repairs were finished, we were invoiced, and final payment was made on October 4, 2019.On October 26, 2019, we noticed a sizeable water leak coming from the ceiling in our children’s playroom. I immediately notified Seaback Roofing and Restoration about the leak. There was no action taken by Seaback until November 16, 2019 when one person showed up to repair the ceiling drywall. As evidenced by the photos, the work performed was extremely substandard. After I protested, another crew was sent out to repair the repair. Again, their work was substandard as evidenced by their willingness to reuse the soaking wet ceiling insulation. I again protested and Seaback sent out another employee to try to repair the drywall. This person did a great job and their work looked good.On December 5, 2019 the roof began leaking again. I contacted Whitney and he claimed that he was sending a crew out to tarp the roof. No such work was ever performed as evidenced by the photos. Our roof continues to leak to this day and our children’s playroom is no longer usable due to fears over mold and mildew.Seaback Roofing and Restoration has ceased communicating even after multiple attempts to contact them.

Seaback Roofing replaced roof on my house. Years later a leak developed. They came out multiple times and even charged me once for the repair. It still leaks. An engineer looked at it and said they did not properly seal the roof around the vents.
