We had moved into our new home and found out, there was damage to our subflooring in our living room and dining area, and need for our furniture and other items to be pack up and moved. They did an excellence job ensuring all out belongings were packed properly. Then we needed to have our items moved back into our home and unpacked. Again, they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend CC Restorations.

C&C was very responsive after our septic backed up in our basement. They surveyed the house in advance and talked to us in detail about their process. On the day of the pack-out their team was organized and set about getting the job done. They meticulously wrapped all our items in the basement including precious antiques from my grandparents. The team was considerate asking about how to handle many items they were unsure we might want in storage. Then they had to deal with our pitched driveway. Their truck was not built to handle the slope of the driveway so each piece of furniture and the boxes were hand carried down to the street.They worked ceaselessly, they were respectful of our goods and very professional. I highly recommend C&C services for your restoration needs!

The owners managers and workers of this company are very responsive and sensitive to people who have been put out of their house due to disasters. They came highly recommended and Im glad that I used Them and I will use them in the future (I hope I never do have another house fire and water damage due to the fire department putting the fire out) They cleaned the house, they cleaned and restored my furniture and personal property, and stored those items in their huge warehouse until I could move back in. I give this company 2 stars just due to a select few people I did appreciate and get along with.This is a company that needs some serious restructuring. The management is very young and needs people in place to fulfill the job titles they label themselves as. The company is ran by the owners two daughter, I believe the oldest is considered and the GM and the younger daughter, whom I thought was a receptionist, is basically the other GM? Their Project Managers need a lot of education of what it actually takes to be a PM. (Charles, I do not include you into this category. You are probably one of the most hard working employees for this company and if you do ever leave them, I hope someone takes you under their wing because you have way more potential than the rest of the management team there).For a small company, I have never seen such a high turnover rate as much as this one had. I managed to see 22-23 employees either get fired or quit in less than 3 months. (At one point, I had written all the names down because I felt as if was becoming more of a game). I wouldnt know if the owner has had any knowledge of what had been going on with her company, but I would hope that she would see that there are some issues within her company that she had built and truthfully if she would like to continue to see her business grow, I would hope she would take into consideration of who she has in place to run her business.I have nothing but respect for the owner and a few of the other employees at this company. When I state that this company has some gaps that need worked on and management that needs some serious restructuring, I dont say that too lightly.(Update)As I stated previously above, this company has had so many employees come and go that they act as if they dont know who people are. Probably should show clients/customers this company would handle or care for the work being conducted in their residence.

All of the glassware was extremely well wrapped and packed in boxes. Everything else was well packed and protected from potential damage.The crew was very nice to work with. They returned the items and set up everything the way I wanted it.

I absolutely enjoy the ladies here at this company. CC Restoration goes above and beyond to make sure each home owner is satisfied with there work and help level out their stress and losses in the serious time of need. The crew always seems to know and understand what theyre doing and makes the job get done in a timely manner. If I were ever to be in a serious crisis in regards to my home, CC Restoration would be first on my list.

This company is a joke . My pool table business stored 2 tables for this company for nearly 10 months and when it came time for them to pay up, they balked and then left 3 negative reviews on my page. They contacted me panicking before Thanksgiving to get a table installed, so moved my schedule around to accommodate their needs, and then did not hear from them for 6 months. If my home were in an emergency, I would expect better communication . Do yourself a favor and use anyone but c and c restoration

KD, and his crew, came in and cleaned out my crawlspace in no time. We had a flooded crawlspace with clean water, but the 50+ plastic totes needed to be removed to throughly dry the area. KD and 2 ladies, came to the house and in about 3 hours had the crawlspace totally emptied. I asked they.stack and store the totes in my garage and they did a great job stacking all those totes up without any damages.

Doesnt communicate, doesnt keep written Inventory of items that they let subcontractors store. Falsely blames others for their mistakes. I would highly suggest finding another compamy to help you and your family.
