Had the pleasure of working with Casey, Tanner, and the other guys in the crew after a pipe burst in my basement and flooded the place. They were timely, efficient, honest and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and was at ease knowing that everything was taken care of the right way! Thanks guys!

Kudos to Ray and the crew at Jenkins, handled a catastrophic garage fire that caused smoke and fire damage throughout the house. The place smelled terribly of smoke and there was a fine layer of ash everywhere. These guys know what they are doing.

Highly recommend. After a large water damage Ray was able to save my brand new floor. I appreciated the thorough explanation of what needed to be done and had good communication throughout the process. The completed work was very satisfactory.

Ray and his crew were awesome! Pipes burst in the crawl space of a listing of mine. He was there that day, got it all drained and drying. Super responsive, great communicator and professional!

The work done was good. No complaints about that. But I have ALL of the complaints about communication (or lack thereof) and rescheduling without warning. When we first got in contact with Jenkins, they asked when we were available and then were told they would look at their calendar and call us back, even though they called us to begin with. I feel like you should have your information together before calling to schedule. That was the first problem. Then they sent the wrong info to our insurance, but didnt realize it for a week since the guy who did it went on vacation right afterward. So once he got back, we had to sign everything again and have them send it to our insurance, wait for the approval and *then* we got to pick out new flooring. We sent our preferred flooring options and didnt hear back for several days, if not a week, that the flooring we picked was not available at *their* preferred warehouse, so we went with their recommendation, they ordered it, but things were still not happening and our floors were still torn up from the damage a whole month after the incident. We were starting to get impatient and were wondering if they were ever going to come do the work since theyd already been paid by our insurance. We *finally* got the drywall guy scheduled and he did a good job, but the communication with him getting there and what time hed be getting there was a nightmare. Once we got the carpet scheduled to be replaced, my husband requested that day off of work only to have them come back and tell us the night before that it would be pushed out another 3 days. At this point, we were frustrated beyond comprehension because we didnt feel like we had any say if how this business was run and we felt if we complained before they finished the work, theyd do shoddy work (like I said, theyd already been paid by our insurance!). So my husband had to change the day he was taking off work and we had to change all of our plans. They did come and do the carpets on the day they said, but they came almost 3 hours later than they originally said. Then the next guy who came to install all of our bathroom amenities and put doors back on their hinges and put trim up said hed be back to finish the next day, but didnt tell us until after several hours of waiting that he actually wasnt coming until the next week. Once he did finally come to finish the work, he showed up late and didnt have enough materials (even though he measured beforehand), so he spent a good portion of our time out getting materials and was unable to finish that day, so he came (late) the next day to finish, still didnt have enough materials, left again, and had to come back (LATE) the next day for about 30 minutes to finish up, which was actually about 3 hours. And each of these days, he was working in our house until 7 or 8 PM. By the end of all of this nonsense, it had been over 2 months since we had our sewer backup that caused the damage to begin with. The overall experience was EXTREMELY unprofessional and we will never ever use Jenkins Restoration ever again. Though the work wasnt shoddy (as far as we can tell at this point) it is absolutely not worth the headache trying to communicate with them to get your house fixed.

Jenkins was recommended by my insurance company after the roof leaked. They were there right away drying things out. Jeremy was my project manager, he was fast to respond when I had questions, kept me up to date throughout the project, and worked with me to help accommodate my changing plans along the way. Everyone who came to the house was friendly and respectful of me working from home on the phone all day.

Project Managers are disrespectful and non professional. Dont know their jobs. They are never on time, dont have enough material to finish the job and always have to leave. Can not hold dates of what and where they are supposed to be. The work is half done and done wrong. This was supposed to be recommend by the insurance company. It was the worst experience ever.

Highly do not recommend - the water mitigation crew was professional and decent, but the folks they hired for every step thereafter, AWFUL, including smoking in my house, not just cigarettes, messes not cleaned, repairs not completed, and an inept finish carpenter (think that one was actually a Jenkins employee??) I did 100% better job of finishing my trim, completing the insulation that was not to standard, on and on. Its always tough finding good help that will show up and do a decent job in the mountains, but this was beyond BAD. Id be embarrassed to run a company in this manner. Some other reviewers seem to feel the same. 1/7 update: I guess you didnt read my review owner NO your branch manager and project manager did not get the job done, I gave up and fixed it myself, at my expense.

I am feeling really frustrated with the lack of progress at my house. I dont know why it is taking so long, but I am now on week two of living in a hotel and the flooring isnt even in at my house. The progress is pitiful at best. There has been food left out by contractors and I have an ant problem at that house, so food left out is unacceptable. There was also plaster on one of my dining room chairs. I dont know what on earth is going on over there but I am very unimpressed with the entire process and the appalling lack of communication and accountability.

They have been “fixing” our kitchen for two months. Came tore out our sink and cabinets, barely contacted us and then barely have been back to fix our kitchen. Tore out the floor, didn’t put flooring back under the cabinets. They literally have NOT done their job. Do not use this company unless you wanna spend tons of money on eating out for months without a kitchen.

The end of March 2020 one of there drivers it the side of my car doing close $6000 in damages. The police report said it was there fault. When I got out of my car to exchange info I gave the driver Dennis Lutz my insurance card. He said he did not have a copy of theirs but gave me his business card. Here it is 4 months later and this company refuses to talk with my insurance agent. They use the excuse that they were on furlough but yet they are essential company and still working. If you could do that to someone and not take responsibility of hitting their car how can you take responsibility if one of your workers goes inside someone’s home and does considerably amount of damage and they won’t own up to it I feel this company has no credibility and I would never use them

Im totally disappointed this company is on the USAAs water damage restoration preferred companies. They demolished my entire bar because the sewer system backed up through the bar sink and caused water damage to the entire bar. Now theyre telling my insurance company that the counter top was not damaged so its not covered. Ridiculous... How can everything else experience water damage and the counter top was not damaged? It had sewage running across the entire length! Where is their integrity? BTW... theyre NOT a complete restoration service. They refereed to a third party to come in and make the repairs after they did the demo. Always go with someone who can do the demolition and the restoration so things dont get lost/confused in the transition.

Jenkins did some restoration work for us after a plumbing leak. They were at the mercy of our insurance company and did a very good job of communicating with us during the process. We appreciated being assigned one main person, Jeremy, that we could text or call at anytime. When one contractor did work that was not to our expectations, Jeremy took care of overseeing the work himself. We would do business with them again.

I sincerely hope this company has improved over the last couple of years. The subcontractors they use are pretty good. The project management was not. Nice, but not good. I understand he is no longer with the company so maybe things have improved. It took over five months to complete the work that others say should have taken three at the absolute longest. We were trying to get the house ready for sale and needed to have other work done that was not related to the restoration. The project manager complained we were in the way even though we were not working in the same part of the house (except for installing a bathroom fixture). We would stay away for several days only to come back to find the restoration crew had not been there either. As it came down to the wire for closing, we had no choice but to go in and do our work. We tried to stay out of the way of the restoration crew. The day before the appraisal was scheduled (actually less than 15 hours before), the project manager called to say he was pulling his crew from the work site because our people were there and had turned the water back on. We actually did not turn the water back on; it was one of his people, but he didnt investigate - just pulled his crew then called me to say they werent coming back. Their work was not finished and the house had not been cleaned - layers of sheet rock dust in every room, carpet not installed properly, vents missing, shower fixtures not installed, etc. Thank goodness for our realtor who called in a crew to help us get the house ready for appraisal. There was one subcontractor who stayed to help on his own time which we greatly appreciated. If you are thinking about using this company, do some very thorough research first. We also never received survey so were not able to post a review on GuildQuality to let others know or experience.

We experienced nearly 6 months of disappointment and frustration at the hands of Jenkins Restorations (out of Aurora, but is operated by the Colorado Springs location). An upstairs toilet overflowed damaging the master bedroom and bathroom it was in, the adjacent master closet, and the bedroom below it. We had a Jenkins out, at the recommendation of our insurance, to do the rehabilitation. There were documented issues from us and our insurance with craftsmanship and quality, no qualified tradesmen (tilers and drywall), and lack of project management from Jenkins.Specific quality issues included: too much drywall removed, excessive tile lipage (tile height above other tiles), tiles not laid straight or level, grout not removed from shower pan (so it had to be re-demoed and re-poured), second tile job didnt have cement board backing properly affixed to the subfloor, poorly mixed grout that flakes out, visible ceiling joint lines, bad wall texturing job, and more. The job went on for as long as it did because Jenkins only had one good guy to work for them at a time. If Jenkins did not have the labor or means available to successfully complete such a project, then they should not have bid on it.

I really want to be done talking to Brantz Winkler about completing my windows, but since his workers cant be bothered to do a job on time, or even complete the job, I keep having to follow up to make sure the work will be done. Terrible customer service...I even waited a week for a call back once, but that call never came. As a result, I had to wait until after my substantial completion date to get my windows fixed...in the dead of winter. They forgot to bring the screens so now Im waiting for those, too. They gave me a date for those...shouldve never expected them to stick to that date.

This company has still not finished its work....and wants me to sign over checks from my insurance company. Its been a year our kitchen, laundry room and parts of our basement were flooded. They didnt finish the laundry room, it took 3 times to even get close to finishing our hardwood floor properly.....and that was a huge fight! Hardwood floor: 1-wrong finish and lower quality wood than originally used, 2-worm holes all over, 3-finally got a knowledgeable guy! Scratched my tile In the laundry room. Didnt listen to me as far as what time would work for getting this done. They did get there tear stuff up, but used many poor quality contractors after. Wouldnt recommend them, I have seen a whole house redone from flooding in the time it took them to just get a few areas done correctly.
