This company does not care about anything but MONEY ! Once they found out the insurance wasnt going to cover our flooded basement they put us on the back burner and would show up at 11 and only work a few hours a day while MOLD was climing our walls! The workers took the mud and wrote on the walls, punched holes in the walls. They even played dart with a screwdriver in the wall!! We were devastated we just lost half of our home and call a professional to help and they come in and play because they dont care about anybody themselves!! we got another company to come in and we were very happy with them! Servpro fought us did not want to give any of our money back even tho they done more damage to our home!! Got lots of pictures if anyone dont belive me! Just putting it out there they cant be trusted and do horrible work!!!!

Tim was available to explain procedures, answer questions, and offer assurance during a lengthy and potentially frustrating process—all with sincere, professional, and pleasant demeanor.

Tyondre and his team were punctual, courteous, and extremely attentive to my needs. My house was flooded on two levels, they were quick to get the place dried out and the wet flooring and drywall removed. The came back regularly over the course of 10 days to check the progress and make sure everything was in ready shape for the reconstruction phase. I would definitely recommend these guys!

These guys are fantastic - in any type construction things don’t always go perfect. What matters is how the company responds if something doesn’t go well. Jordan handle the issue very well. I highly recommend ServePro - Side Note, this was the first time I have ever had water damage, so I did not understand that I had to be the general contractor and figure out what needed to be done and then call multiple companies to schedule. Servpro only does water extraction, I hope this helps if you have water issues.

9/18/20 - Update to my last review, I had to call SERVPRO again! I came home last Friday from work to a leaking pipe and water trapped between my 1st floor and basement. When they advertise emergency response they mean it, I called and Austin made arrangements to get drying equipment out ASAP to my house. It was dry by Monday and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars from having to file an insurance claim. Kudos to this company!!Excellent communication, quick response, personable staff. Would definitely recommend them if you are going through an emergency.

We have had several sewage floods in our leased space over 5 years When service pro arrived today and got to work, it was immediately apparent they were knowledgeable in all aspects of cleaning up after chaos. They even helped us understand how much remaining damage existed, from previous poor clean ups, from non professional services. Upon discovering a huge/strong water burst in my master bath did not start my day out very nice. Called insurance company and they called ServPro. (I would never have known they existed) Dillon and Kenny were very professional in what they were doing and just letting me know things were under control. My in-laws had a leaking water supply line that resulted in a serious mold problem under sink, cabinets and in walls. SERVPRO of North Central Colorado Springs was recommended to me by their insurance broker and I gave Austin a call. He was able to show up quickly and get an estimate in the works. I also explained to him that my in-laws were elderly with the health issues and lived on a fixed income so a very expensive remediation process would be financially difficult for them. Austin explained some things that I could do to prep the area for his team that saved me almost half off the original estimate of the job! I was extremely pleased with the work done by the SERVPRO team and the excellent level of customer service I received throughout the process. I was nervous after my first claim with the insurance. Its a brand new house and we had water damage on 3 levels. I found SERVPRO on Google and called Jennifer who calmed me down and got me scheduled for less than 1 hour out. I didnt know what to expect but Doug arrived exactly at noon just like he said he would (Thank you Doug!) He answered all of my questions immediately got me in touch with a plumber who also came out right away because I used his name. Doug informed me of his plan to dry out and restore my home and was available for my insurance guy. He made sure that all of my damaged furniture and clothing were also made part of the claim. I would not have known what to do without him. This company really does go the extra mile. 10/10 would recommend.

Man, these guys are awesome.... yall crazy to call anyone else. I manage an apartment complex so I always kept Austins card handy and I needed it a couple weeks ago. My dishwasher sprung a leak and suddenly I was faced with a serious situation. There was so much water I couldn’t even contain it. In the panic I could barely remember there’s a shut off valve for the water. By the time I shut off the water my kitchen, dinning room and basement had water in it. I quickly grabbed my phone and googled. I called Servpro panicking and the woman with the most calming voice on the other side calmed me down so I could tell her what was going on. She told me she will have a crew there within an hour. I was grateful for her to go the extra mile and comfort me in this time of need. The crew showed up in 45 minutes. I was already impressed but these guys went to work to get the job done. Before I knew it they had all areas cleaned up and were leaving. I called Servpro because of a musty odor in my childs bedroom. I had the room tested by an environmental company and it was off the charts for dangerous mold. Someone or something broke our window and we were not sure what happened, but there was glass all over the carpet in our home. ServPro responded immediately to our early morning kitchen flood. They worked fast to mitigate damage and protect our home and were courteous, friendly and respectful of our home. They have been and are still proactive in helping us on the path to closure and have interacted well with our insurance agent. We would highly recommend this location to anyone. We’ve also used their carpet cleaning services over the past several years and will continue to use them in the future.

Not trustworthy! Matt the owner promised (quoted) me the job would be done by close of business Friday. I went with SERVPRO as they were the fastest so i committed to his company. Friday came and went and they ended up showing on the following Tuesday. Job was done 7 days late! I was barely able to close on the property and move on. The job was done correct the first time but to not answer your cell phone and apologize...unacceptable. I wanted to withhold payment 7 days late but that wouldnt help anyone. 3 stars only because they did the job within Mold inspection standards the first time.

SERVPRO came to our rescue! We had a problem with the manifold on our sprinkler system which flooded a bedroom in our finished basement. I called a friend who said to call SERVPRO of North Central Colorado Springs. Matt quickly returned my call and had a team out the next day, even though it was a Saturday, to do the remediation work. Quite impressive service! They explained what they were going to do and completed the cleanup quickly. They set up fans and a dehumidifier and when the team returned a few days later they had meters and checked to make sure everything was dry.
