We hired through suggestion of our insurance company, We ended up having to end our contract with them before all work was completed due to poor communication both with us and with the employees in their own company. There was no professionalism in keeping us up to date with the timelines of work needing to be completed or when they would be coming to do what little they did complete. I highly do not recommend this company unless you want to spend months waiting for your project to be completed.

I highly recommend this company! They were honest, professional, and respectful of my home. They patiently answered my questions they were careful not to damage my home during the repairs. They also completed the job in a timely fashion. Plus, their work was high quality. If you have a water disaster, call this company!

DSI was hired by a roofing company to repair interior damage to my condo caused by a roof leak. They were excellent. Courteous, efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

Professional, quick and friendly service! The workers were efficient and friendly when working on my house and even gave my wife additional information to assist us after our repairs. Had an issue with my insurance deductible and the folks there were extremely helpful and understanding. I will never look anywhere else if I am in need of services again, cant say enough good things about this business.

I was very impressed with DSI. We had a home fire that did over $100,000 in damage. Job was our on site rep and Kent was the general contractor. They both did an amazing job. Always available same day for question and concerns. Everyone at DSI was always friendly.

I very rarely send reviews unless over the top service, or the opposite. Brandon came over to fix a carpet issue, he was very friendly and professional. He asked what I thought when he finished, and it was perfect, but he went over and just made sure one more time. Awesome!

Just curious - why does the company respond only to the GOOD reviews on here, but does not address the poor reviews? I would like to know if the issues were resolved before I hire them to do work at my house.

The DSI Team did an AMAZING job from start to finish in every area of the emergency AND restoration process (throughout) on my home project. They were completely and totally professionals (both with each of their jobs, as well as their attitudes), they were kind and thoughtful with regard to how each step might impact me or my home, and the were a cohesive team in that they were respectful and kind to one another and genuinely seemed to act as a family: whom not only cared for one another, but, were extraordinarily concerned for me. I have dealt with many contractors and repair people (large and small business operated) and DSI are absolutely among the best I have ever experienced! I think each member of the team from Nikki in the office, to Jason, the team lead, and Kent the project manager (as well as every single member of the team) are all shining stars in business where so many others do not always show that level of excellence, commitment, and dedication! I will not only recommend them to everyone I can, but, if the need arises, I will confidently look forward to using their services again!

UNPROFESSIONAL, NON-RESPONSIVE, AND VERY SLOW. On 25 December 2016, a tree fell into our house in Colorado Springs. It took them 3 months to repair and did not complete the restoration as promised. After numerous emails and phone calls to get an update on completion, the only response I received was an invoice. I sent email after email and I still have not received an answer to the request for a breakdown of the $4000 bill. The bill only contained a balance due. After three months of emails, I received a PAST DUE Notice. DO NOT USE THIS company unless you need SLOW REPAIRS.

DSI has been truly awesome to work with. Dennis is a true professional along with Nicky his manager and his office team. My client had a timely roof issue to handle (along with the rest of the town during a bad hail season) and DSI went above and beyond to get things done and took care of things quickly. Not only were they pleasant and professional to deal with, they also performed top notch quality work in a short amount of time. If you are looking for someone to help with any type of restoration or roofing needs, I highly recommend calling DSI!

January 2019 - I had to have all the tile replaced in my entry/dining area/kitchen. There are high spots by the front door and closer and the site scrape on the floor. It had to be regrouted twice because they didnt seal it like I requested 4 times. The grout is coming out by the kitchen door and I cant even mop the floor without the grout coming out! They broke my pantry door, which they partially fixed, and had to me called back out to fix the toe kick and sink floor. They had to pull the counter and cabinets away from the wall to tile underneath, did not recaulk there counter to the wall. The 2 person crew was unprofessional, yelling at each other and one calling the other names. They were recommended by USAA, definitely wont do that again.

I would never recommend them to any of you even with your insurance claim. They said 2-3 weeks it took 2-3 months, work got done and it took another month before anyone came to check on the work and see if I was happy with the work done. Ask management to call me they never did, 2 months later I get the rest of the bill.............so disappointed with the way Companies treat their paying customers. Please dont waste your time with #DSI here in Colorado Springs!I most certainly would be ashamed if I allowed my business to be run like this.Very poor ratings for you.

Timely in response to our disaster that happened at our store and timely estimate return.

In May of 2018 DSI was the recommend company by USAA to handle my water damage claim. The entire room to be repaired was a grand total of 12 square feet. This restoration took over 2.5 months and they still didn’t complete the job properly. In August of 2018 they were asked not to return to the house. Now October 3rd they have claimed through USAA that we have to sign a certificate of satisfaction. Which is completely unacceptable! Do not use this company.

Very poor communication. Does not want or try to be customer friendly. Never calls back when they say they will. Secretary does not respond to emails.

This company was sent out by my insurance company to do an emergency patch on my roof. First, they did areas that didnt need patched and could not plain why to me, second, they were calling the next day for payment, third, they call to try and get me to sign paperwork after the fact I requested to speak with a manager and never received a call back and finally my insurance is paying this in full and they will not believe you when you tell them. My insurance company had to call them to get them to leave me alone because apparently they will assume you are a liar instead of making any effort to follow up and check the facts. Not customer friendly at all.
