Duane and Chris were polite, professional, courteous. Explained everything prior to starting work. Made arrangements for follow up. Didn’t leave a mess. Duane back on Monday, testing for moisture, cleaned up after himself, kept me informed of what he was doing and his findings. Very impressed with Duane and his professionalism, friendliness and concern to be sure I knew exactly what was happening. Made sure to answer all my questions and asked if I had any concerns.

We had a water leak in our upper floor bathroom. Deep Water was very responsive and had people out there right away. Luke Jonas, the lead tech. was the best. Very professional and knew what we needed right away and had his team working to dry out the sub floor and the laundry room. He answered all our questions and guided us through the insurance process with a referral to the reconstruction company. I cannot recommend this company enough, especially Luke Jonas !

They took care in moving and working around all my furniture and things. They showed up when they said they would be here, and if running late, I received a call. This was the worst thing to happen to me but this company really made it easy. The guys did a great job and had to come back a few times. I was not happy about this because I wanted it done in one day but I understand these things take time and for it to be done correctly I had to let them do their jobs and be patient. They really did an excellent job.The nightmare came with the insurance company. I had to jump through hoops and never had this happen before and no clue what to do or what to expect. I called Deep Water and was told to talk to Jenn that she handles insurance issues. I was transferred to her and this lady stayed on the phone over an hour with me and not once was in a hurry to get off the phone with me like my adjuster was. My adjuster kept telling me just let me handle it and it will be ok and I have to go, I will call you back (never called back). Jenn answered all my questions and she was very patient with me and she explained the process from start to finish not only with her company (Deep Water), but what to expect with the construction company too AND my own insurance company and their process. She did not have to do that she could easily tell me to call the other company or my insurance company back but she didnt. Jenn has been the best part of my experience in this whole situation.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEEP WATER. I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do then this is the company for you. They did a great job with my home and their insurance lady (Jenn) went over and beyond to help me through the process.

My sump pump failed. Deep Water were wonderful. They took my work into priority, even though it was almost midnight they arrived at my home. They take emergency services serious. The workers were Jessie and Mike D. They were very professional, good etiquette and great customer service. They were timely and educated about the work they do. I was well versed in the steps taken and to be taken to remediate my water issue in the crawl space of my home.I would recommend, recommend, recommend them.

I had the startling and horrible experience when our sewage pipes leaked. We have an OLD house build in 1966 and the pipes were iron and buried. So of course they leaked. We werent aware of what happened until our crawl space was being inspected. Not only did Deep Water come out, despite being booked, immediately; they helped me figure out the insurance process, came every day to make sure the fans were doing their job, they also made sure we were okay. We did have a few scheduling set backs, but not unexpected when working with construction. It happens. I found the process to be easy, the people to be pleasant and helpful, knowledgeable, and I feel that my family is going to be okay with the level of expertise that was exhibited. His field workers, Jose and Michael, really made our experience easy and reassuring during a stressful time. This was the ABSOLUTE BEST Company I could have ever called!!! Wow!! My main sewer line backed up and caused soo much damage in my house over night. I had no idea what I was going to do! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! We were referred to Deep Water after our hot water heater started leaking. We had huge fans in our room for several days, and vague information. They cut into my walls and floors, then left it for over a month. We had people constantly in and out of our house, & I got more information from our insurance adjuster than anybody else. And they were not happy with how Deep water did us.They performed water damage services, but we endured relentless harassment from this and another company contracted by deep water, to fix my walls and floor. After services were partially complete, we began getting harassing calls from deep water wanting money. Knowing full well we had to wait on our insurance company. The repairs in my bedroom and closet took more than a month to finish. But they wanna call us harassing us for money.They cut into my walls, took out insulation. Then come to find out from our insurance company. They created more work for themselves than was actually necessary for our claim. When we told them that we had to wait on our insurance money, they decided to start calling my spouse and harassing him as well.Deep water & The contracted company for the repairs, went as far as to call our MORTGAGE company asking them for money! They were straight denied any information.Rude, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, and COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL! Avoid Deep water and any affiliates like the plague. THEY WILL HARASS YOU ENDLESSLY. Law states that you can call someone asking for money, no more than three times a day. And if you keep calling me, I WILL PRESS HARASSMENT CHARGES. No need to reply. Wow where to begin I’m not sure where I do know that we are 27 days later after the incident happened and deep rock came out to provide their services. Now they got their money however my 88-year-old wheelchair-bound Aunt still can’t get her questions answered as to how high was the water in the house. Where was the water located out in the carpet? All these questions no one can answer but one technician who works for the company and for some weird reason for 27 days this technician cannot reach out and answer the questions. There’s no type of paperwork provided to her so we can’t even look to see where the waterlines were at where is the estimate at. It was sewage water we need answers to these questions. The lack of communication and professionalism with this company is by far the worst I’ve dealt with trying to get this nightmare fixed for her. One thing is definitely for sure you are guaranteed poor customer service dealing with this company. Oh and nobody knows who the owner is they can’t give out a supervisors phone number but again I’m 27 days into this and still can’t get my questions answered.

I should have read the reviews here before allowing this company into my house. I used them because my plumber recommended them. They made quick work of getting the fans and dehumidifiers in on the first day, and the team that was sent seemed pretty competent.Later on, when they removed the flooring in the bathroom, they had to remove the toilet. They put it in our tub that we installed last year and chipped it. Then they didnt turn off the water to the toilet and it ended up leaking downstairs, damaging the wall in our downstairs bathroom. So they then put fans there to try to dry it, meaning we had to move the fans anytime we needed to go to the bathroom. (We have two toilets and one was removed earlier)Eventually the drying part was done, and they said they would get me in contact with their rebuild team. After about three days, they hadnt contacted me so I got fed up and called them. I told them we were going with another company and to send the bill to me and the insurance company. I also asked to speak to someone about my tub to see what they would do about my chipped porcelain. The gentleman I spoke to said he would have his manager call.Then about a half a week later, someone called wanting to send the rebuild team out. I told them Id already spoken to someone about this, that we would be going with another company and I wanted the bill sent out. I also asked what they were going to do about our chipped tub. He said he would have his manager contact me.Then about a week later, our insurance company said they still hadnt received the bill from Deep Water. So I had to get on the phone again and ask for the bill to be sent, and at that time I asked once more what they were going to be about my chipped tub. Once again I was told that the manager would call me.Today I received notice that the insurance company issued a payment to Deep Water, and they still havent contacted me about my tub, so here I am writing a scathing review because I feel like I dont have much recourse.The only reason Im giving a 2 star is that first team was pretty helpful.

Amazing company. Responded to an emergency water pipe break in my home in a most seamless fashion. The damage to my my house was extensive...floors and ceilings, .two bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room. Deep Water called my insurance company on the day of the accident and from there on I did nothing. Deep Water and USAA coordinated with one another and restored all walls in a top notch fashion, The project went as smoothly as an insurance claim with an automobile accident. I have a insurance claim and my insurance company keep on sending the money I have not received it. Everyday these people call me and I told them that I dont recieved the insurance money and anything I recieved it, I will let them knw. They keep on calling me. They show up my house harassing my baby nurse even when she told them that its not me, threating her with lawyer. I ask my insurance company to send the money to my agent and I will go collect it, I got the money last week and I mail the check to them, saying payable to deep water to prove to them that I didnt get the money and take it for myself. Today they called me and I was at work, couldnt answer my phone and this is what they send to me. Remember they just received the insurance today

I had sewer water back up into our basement on 17 July 14. I called Deep Water on 18 July 14 and they were on the job that afternoon. They assessed the damage, moved all the furniture, removed and disposed of all padding, carpet and damaged drywall. They decontaminated and clean the basement floor. Lastly Deep Water setup blow dryers to dry the basement areas. This process took five days to complete. Deep Water took meter readings to insure the drying process was complete. Their personnel were very helpful and professional. I am so happy Deep Water did our clean up. Thanks.

I was surprised with how fast they got there because it was 4am when I called. So we’re just renters, but our leasing office sent these guys out to our condo while a pipe burst above us. It’s an awful situation, and it’s not quite over. But I want to totally let these guys know how great they are. Yanni came to our property immediately, he handled the situation so well, by getting in contact with the unit above us and shutting the water off. Our below neighbors were out of town, so we connected them on the phone and they started the water removal process below us too. But I want to absolutely commend this group, because not only did they take care of all of our items (covering, and moving carefully) but they set aside my migraine medicines for me. Which is wild, because I forgot to grab them the first night. And they immediately did that for me. This crew is amazing. I seriously can not recommend them enough. Horrible company! If I could give no stars, I would. This place is the most ridiculous, rude, unprofessional, and just overall complete worst company I have ever encountered or dealt with. The dry out process from my water damage took 3 weeks, when I found out later that it shouldve only taken no more than a week. Complete scam, and I believe they took advantage due to insurance covering. During the dry out process, I experienced nothing but inconvenience. People did not show when they were scheduled to, and I would give them past the time they appointed. After waiting up to an hour, I would call the office and they would only offer an excuse and finally relay that they would not be coming at all. The problem is not that they cannot make it, but the company should let the customer know beforehand. I wasted a lot of time, and it was only after I called and asked about the progress, was I told that they would not show. And beyond all of this, the front desk lady, Angela, was always very rude and offered only excuses when I would call. I dealt with this for 3 weeks. And when the guys did decide to show, many of them came in to my home smelling of marijuana, I often worried about the quality of work they offered. Once the dry out process was done, I then had to worry about working with the contractor for the rebuild. I decided to stay with the company against my better judgement, because it seemed too difficult to switch that far into the process. The contractor, which I was told was a different company (found out they are actually the same company, but by law they have to have different names) was just as bad. Eddie would not give me ANY sort of timeline for any of the work to be done. Mind you, I was out of a kitchen during all of this, so I wanted a general idea of when the work would be completed. He wouldnt give me a timeline, and he laughed at me several times on the phone when I asked for one. He also started to be very condescending with me. When I told him I did not appreciate his tone of voice, he laughed and said, how can you expect me not to be rude to you when you are being rude to me?. I was not being rude, just firm and trying to get answers like any other person wouldve done in my same situation. After that situation, I was done. Nothing had even been started with the rebuild, and this was two weeks after the estimate was complete. Thankfully, I was able to get out. As soon as I got an estimate from another company (HomeFix, which is great by the way), I received a timeline and they got started on the work very soon after. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

To summarize they exaggerate problems to capitalize on what they can convince insurance to pay for but dont take into consideration the stress all of the repairs end up costing you at your own expense.We had a plumbing problem that resulted in a leak in the wall so we called a plumber out (BullsEye plumbing, which now after this circumstance I would not recommend). They said we needed a water restoration company and called Deep Water and called them to come out for us. Yanni came out and basically they turned a small problem into a huge problem because they knew they could get insurance to pay most of it. They began ripping out hardwood floors and carpet basically before we knew what was happening. We put the brakes on as soon as we realized that this advice seemed wrong (luckily that happened before they ripped out 3 rooms worth of dry wall which is what they suggested for leak that barely touched one wall). We then had 8 different professionals ) from other plumbers to drywall companies, painters, etc.) come out and they all told us the same thing...Deep water exaggerated the problem so they could get more payout on insurance. The other professionals agreed that we would have been able to get this fixed for $1,500 or less. That is less than what we even paid for our insurance deductible. We also paid $6,900.00 from our own pocket that insurance DID NOT COVER. That does not even begin to include however the stress, time off work to meet with repair people, and inconvenience it was so have insurance adjusters come, our house torn up with repairs for 2 months etc. Call another company!!!

They did a thorough investigation of the mold damage I had, and presented an estimate for the repairs in a timely fashion. In the end, my H.O.A. agreed to cover the damage and they selected a different company that they had already worked with previously. But I would definitely hire Deep Water in the future and know they would do a very professional job

I had a substantial amount of water come through my cieling from a drain leak above. Deep Water was able to save and dry a lot of my drywall and keep the damage to a minimum. They responded quickly, and were very professional. I highly recommend using these guys for all your restoration needs!

Horrible service. A job that was supposed to take literally two days was going to take more than two weeks. During those two weeks, they were drying and de-humidifying with a broken de-humidifier. Demolition was supposed to occur on the second day. The person who was supposed to come out and check for asbestos never came and delayed the whole process. Side note: our house is a manufactured home built in 2015, absolutely no need to test for asbestos. I found out later it was not even required. On top of that, the first guy that came out heard the word insurance and immediately laid duct-taped Xs across the bathtub, floor in bathroom, several walls, and flooring in a closet. Only about 10% of what he marked actually had to be removed. He would have demoed our whole bathroom when all that needed replacing was the closet wall/floor next door. Lastly, they were not thorough, did not crawl under the house to inspect and just assumed everything needed to be replaced. I fired them two weeks into the job, used another company and the entire job was completed in two days. Use another service.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I originally called a plumber because of a burst water pipe that flooded my crawl space they then contacted Deep Water and I wish I couldve had the opportunity to look into restoration companies and called one of my choice but that wasnt the case. The only thing they did was pull my floors out and set fans everywhere. They said they would be back to check on the sub floors to make sure everything was dry. The initial incident happened on Monday and Tuesday they came in and said they needed to remove the wood from the subfloor but didnt have time. So why did they come out if they didnt have time to do their job? They set an appointment for Friday and when Friday came around, they didnt show. I called Aaron throughout the day, left voicemails, sent him texts and never got a reply. So unprofessional. I finally called the main office and they said Aaron took a day off and they rescheduled me for Saturday but nobody told me that. I took Friday off from work when I didnt really have to because nothing got done. By Saturday I was expecting Aaron to just stop by with his crew to pick up there equipment. But Aaron again didnt show and they were an hour late because their truck broke down it may or may not have been true but my problem is that they didnt contact me to tell me that. Anyway, they get there and they insisted that the fans must stay in till Monday because the sub floors werent completely dry. They didnt want to place new wood anymore but just wait for them to dry. I said fine whats a couple more days. Monday roles around and what do you know, they dont show AGAIN. I called the main office and they said the guys would for sure be there at 830am on Tuesday. On Tuesday they didnt show up till 1030am and again I had to be the one to call to see if they were on their way. They never bothered to call and let me know they were running late. I was so upset I began to take there equipment out of my house just ready for them to pick it up and leave when they got there. And to my surprise the fans in the crawl space were never even on! Such a crooked and unprofessional company.

They were very polite and quick for mitigation. The rebuild manager Eddie.. didnt seem to care much about getting my job done in any type of quick fashion. I had to call and tell them I was getting another opinion and all of a sudden they wanted to work. I should have gone with another company who would have tried harder at getting my house repaired quickly and with quality. Probably would have charged less but I thought it might be too hard to switch mid claim. I should have though as i hadnt signed a contract yet. They Also left nails and exposed floors giving my child splinters (we blocked it off as much as possible but it was my entire kitchen and floor in the hall and bathroom...) It was left like that for 3.5 weeks. They also replaced it with cheaper items or at least cheaper looking then what i had so i feel like they ripped off my insurance. But the job once completed looks good. Just didnt seem like they valued us or our living situation.

These guys are unethical scam artists. Im surprised they havent been busted for insurance fraud yet. They bilked a 90-year old neighbor out of $4,000 for remediation that was unnecessary and tried to strong arm her into $20,000 of additional work that two subsequent plumbers and an insurance agent said was also entirely unnecessary. In order to ramp up the pressure, they tore out her carpet and disposed of it before the insurance adjuster could inspect it.

This company is a total scam!!! THE WILL TRY TO FIGURE OUT ANY POSSIBLE WAY TO OVER BILL YOU. I had a category 1 damage at my house which clearly is stated on the IICRC that rain water is CAT 1 which is what entered my house. They treated it as a CAT 3 so they can charge more by ripping out walls, carpet and set up air scrubber all unnecessary charges. If you dont want to get SCAM call another company!!!!!

Not good. I had water damage due to burst pipe back in end of May 2016. Had representative from company promptly show up to the house within 3 hours after first call.Talk to him before everything gets started so the repairs will be completed without paying out of pocket expense for me.Everything was going fine until the payment from insurance got cleared with them. Rep from company no longer there ,the deal was off, got referred to other restoration company. Two individuals who took damage photos and estimate no longer work there. only for litigation process got charged almost $1200 out of insurance portion and NOT INCLUDING REPAIRS .Billing Department send me PIF receipt and GOODBYE and so sorry for inconvenience. Owner Yanni(or something like that) getting payments from customers without finishing agreed work. Now i have torn carpet and no $$ to pay for repairs since whole ALLIED INSURANCE check was cashed by them. UNPROFESSIONAL.
