Vineyard Pools is a business like no other. From the first time we met and they put our dream out on a big screen totally envisioning what my husband and I wanted, to the finer details we got to choose with Sarah. Vineyard Pools made every step of the way an experience to remember. I thrive on updates and they were amazing updating us every step of the way, prepping us for what was to come and what to expect. Any and all questions were answered very quickly.The girls are at the office are the sweetest and friendliest, they make you feel right at home, yes even in the middle of a pandemic. Ben and Mike are just as amazing, explaining in detail all, and coming to check on things on his own. Kathryn is such a sweetheart too. The love and care is shown through their work and the way they are.If you’re wanting a pool, Vineyard is the way to go. So many beautiful options that are included, such a friendly staff and such attention to detail, you can’t go wrong. I’ve already told my friends about them, even random strangers (I’m one of those that can talk to anyone anywhere about anything). When needing a pool, look no further, this is the place to go.

Vineyard Pools far exceeded our expectations from start to finish. It was an easy choice when selecting a contractor to use for our pool. Communication and experience is what set Vineyard apart from the rest.We worked with Jeff as our designer. We designed the pool together and he answered every question and explained what to expect from the construction process. There were not any surprises.Kathryn and Sarah, in the office, updated us weekly on the process and what to expect. They were a dream to work with. Always friendly and went out of their way to answer questions and keep us informed.Their subcontractors were respectful and kept the noise and debris to a minimum. We were told 8-10 weeks for completion and they finished our pool in 7 weeks, during a pandemic!The process was seamless. We enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them to any of our closest friends or internet strangers.

During the Covid year Vineyard Pools did a very good job in designing and putting a pool in my back yard. They had good ideas, such as a waterfall, lighting for the pool at night, concrete around the pool, and a basic creation of an affordable pool. It turned out great and now the hot summers of the Valley are tolerable.Things didnt always go as planned but they called me every Friday night to personally give me an update on the progress. The true selling point was they were honest and easy to work with. I would recommend them.

New construction and family is thrilled with outcome. Due to covid, I was prepared for long delays, but vineyard met the deadline. The professionalism and communication from Kathryn, Brandon and Sarah alleviated any concerns. Also Mike made the design process a breeze.

With the pandemic still going on, we had an awesome experience with the company. Staff was amazing, always made sure we as the clients were well informed about upcoming pool procedures. They made sure the design of the pool was perfect and accommodated to our family.

Just as important, though, was our positive experience with Mike. He was very patient and always responded quickly with answers to our questions. We had a great experience with Vineyard. Jeff designed our pool and made all of the adjustments to the design that we asked for. Ben stayed in great communication with us throughout construction and answered questions immediately as things came up. Kathryn and Sarah were excellent at providing updates each week and answering questions. Although there were a couple of hiccups outside of their control, Ben and Jeff were very responsive, problem solved quickly and resolved everything immediately. We passed all inspections and things kept moving despite it being their busiest season.

When looking into pool contractors, I received about 8 quotes. Vineyard was able to bring down their price while still offering the best equipment. Vineyard Pools did a sensational job on my pool. Taking only 7 weeks from start of construction to us swimming, Vineyard exceeded our expectations. We worked with Mike . He was able to take my design and make it my reality. Very responsive and professional. They worked efficiently through the pandemic and were consistently meeting milestones. I would highly recommend using Vineyard Pools.

Overall we had a really good experience with Vinyard pools. Mike and the team really helped us get our ideas into a design plan that worked with our yard. We love how it turned out and I felt like they were always timely to keep us informed and help when we had questions. I would recommend them to others for sure!

While getting bids for our pool we had many different companies come out and not only was Vineyard one of the reasonable pricing but we had other companies speak highly of them and although we appreciated the honesty of the other companies we had to go with vineyard because of the fact that their work is proven to be of great quality! Jeff really knows what hes doing when it comes to creating your pool design! We have a smaller backyard and at that were at a corner slope so he definitely had to spend some time figuring out what would work best for us! Ben his brother is also a huge help he came out to our home a couple of times just to make sure contractors are doing what theyre supposed to and doing it to a high standard! The girls in the office Sarah and Kathryn have the best customer service theyre so kind and also know their pool stuff!! Sarah always answered my questions rapidly! In person if she seen that I had a confused face she would give examples and show me pictures of steps and I always left the office in the know :) Most importantly, we love our pool!!

Great customer service, and response times. Had our pool built and are very happy. Shopped prices around and found everyone to be about the same. It came down to customer service and vineyard pools stood out. I appreciated their patience and suggestions throughout the process. Would recommend without reservations.

Great experience from A to Z. My wife and I worked directly with Jeff throughout the design and customization process. We valued the one on one service and Jeffs recommendations that never came off as a sales pitch. The office was very diligent in keeping us updated on the process, and were helpful whenever there was a hiccup. Do I recommend them? Yes.

Vineyard is the best!!! We’ve had other pools built by different companies and they don’t even come close to the service, dedication, and the superior customer service we received from Vineyard. Ben and his entire staff are superb! Ben helped us from start to finish with the design and accommodated us with a few changes along the way. Ben is intricate and wants to build you the best pool he can. He has a passion for detail and he was constantly dropping by to check on the work being done. He is truthful and trustworthy and will be up front about any related costs. The staff at Vineyard is also great! Sarah, Kat, Jose, and all the hard workers we’re all exceptional. They constantly kept us updated on what was to come next and quickly answered any questions we had. Our calls were always answered and we received emails of every step of the build before hand. We feel like we have the most beautiful pool and backyard in the world!!! We love it, and couldn’t be happier with the outcome! We’ve had several swim parties and all our friends and family are wowed when they walk into our back yard! I can’t tell you how many times I was asked who designed our pool and who was the builder! But the best compliment is when the people tell us that we have the perfect pool with the perfect back yard!!! Don’t waste your time looking around. Go straight to Vineyard!!!! Very happy with the whole experience

This is my second pool with Vinyard pools. Both times I did my reasearch and acquired multiple bids. I am pleased to say I found the best company both times. Save your self time and just hire them!!!! Best customer service you can imagine. They keep you informed Throughout the entire process. Fast, clean, organized, Professional and very detail oriented company. Oh, their office staff is also amazing and ready to help!!!!

I spent about 2 months researching different pool companies in the Fresno/Clovis area before deciding on Vineyard Pools. I had heard horror stories about contractors doing sloppy work or even not completing projects, so I was extra careful. Since I live in a fairly new development, a lot of neighbors have contracted with pool companies over the past 3 years, and I was able to get a lot of insight into who was good or bad. I heard nothing but positive stuff said about Vineyard pools, and decided to go with them. Now that my pool is completed, I know I made the right call. John Van Ornum was the guy who was in charge of my construction project, and he was brilliant. He was patient while I tried to make decisions, always responsive to my questions, and genuinely friendly. Kinda rare these days in the world of sales. He seemed more interested in me being happy with the pool than trying to sell me anything. Super cool. The staff at Vineyard Pools were superb as well: all of them were supportive and friendly and they worked with me on payments and whatnot. I was also impressed with the contractors who came out: they got projects done in impressive speed, coordinated with my schedule, and their work product was top notch. Finally, while talking to the county inspector recently, I gleaned that they have not had issues with Vineyard Pools to date, and that only confirmed what Ive experienced. When you have to spent the kind of money a pool costs, its relieving to know you can trust the work will be done well, and on time. Very, very satisfied.

I would have to commend Vineyard on a quality product built in a timely manner. Vineyard started my pool in their busiest part of pool building season. They scheduled work to be done in a very timely manner and finished the pool by their promissed completion date. Eveyone who came on my property was extremely professional. They did what they said they were going to do and continue to stand behind their product today. They are not the cheapest builder in town, but I truely believe you get what you pay for.

Still building the pool but so far everything is as expected for such a project.
