Had our pool built by them and the worst customer service experience. They do not communicate, you have to call them constantly to see where they are with progress. They do not answer and when they do answer they tell you something different every time or not follow through with what they say they would do. Our pool is finally finished, they were supposed to come back to clean up tiles that were left stained and most likely that will not happen now.Other than that, I have to say The final project did come out beautiful and exactly what we expected on the design.

Just starting my pool. So far Im pleased with how everything is going.Update. My pool is complete and I couldnt be happier. Construction took a bit longer then expected but Im okay with that. I know timing with subs and inspections can cause delays. We went with the Altima quartz by wet edge and we really like it. LED lights look great at night. Overall I would recommend freedom pools.

Freedom pools has been great and we are really happy with how our pool turned out!

Very bad service, I haven’t had people come out to work on the pool in a month. They finished concrete and haven’t came back since. Don’t recommend if you are looking for a pool to be built on time.

Pool came out pretty good, price was decent compared to other companies, and customer service is good

The jury is still out.... Im waiting on a warranty fix but I honestly would not refer them to anyone. Their attention to detail is so non existent. They were very respectful up to the point of the final payment. Ill update my review once I see how they honor the warranty..... stay tuned.

They took all my info and promised me a quote and a call back! Never happened! I’ve called several times only to be told SOMEONE would call me. NOPE never happened.So I’m not even gonna wait to find out how they would respond if I needed them AFTER I purchase a pool.TOO BAD! Your loss. I suggest you take your money elsewhere

Freedom Pools is currently working on our neighbors house as i type this but they have no respect for the neighboring property lines. They left tractor tire marks on the our yard, they keep walking all on our side like they own the place and just messing up the whole look of our yard.Thanks for the dried up cement you left on our grass.

Freedom pools transformed our backyard into an amazing piece of art. If your looking for a quality finished product, I would highly recommend Freedom. Like any build, its stressful and frustrating but in the end the Pool is amazing.

We have dealt with Freedom Pools indirectly over the last month or so as theyve handled the construction of our neighbors pool. It has been an extremely unpleasant experience to say the least.We initially agreed to grant them access through our side yard, which meant the temporary removal of our fence (a couple of days). This has turned into a month of our side yard being destroyed and in upheaval with no repair in sight. There is dirt and gunite ev-er-y-where, all over the front and back yards, the driveway, and now inside the house through the windows. They have made zero effort to clean up any of this. They also park behind the cars in our driveway, making it difficult to leave or get anywhere on time.They consistently arrive before 6 am despite city ordinances requiring them to wait until 7. They have woken up my husband and I and our kids several times by LOUD construction before hours.I built a pool a year ago. Half of my neighborhood has built pools in the last year. And Ive heard nothing close to the level of unprofessionalism and terrible service that Ive experienced from Freedom Pools.

We felt like the process was ok, but after a year there were still shoe marks at the bottom of our quartz finish pool. Once we called to get it fixed we were told that we were out of warranty period.

Id give them a 0 if I could. They claim to be a good company however have no respect for other peoples property or belongings. They are currently working on my neighbors house and somehow managed to scratch not one but two of our cars. We talked to our neighbors and all they would state was I dont know. So we reached out to the company, emailed pictures and tried to find a resolution. They will take responsibility for getting our cars full of dirt however will not take responsibility for the scratches they caused. They are terrible and have no RESPECT for other property. Beware if this company is working on your neighbors house, watch your property and cars.
