We bought a HotSprings spa from Mark last week. The delivery crew brought it and set everything up with my electrician this morning. The whole experience was pretty easy! They let me be picky about exact placement of the spa. Afterward, Mike set me up with all the chemical treatments and education I needed for great water quality. I know if i run into a jam, I can lean on their expertise. Great service!

Nuco Pool & Spa has been there for me for a long time, but the time it meant the most was during the purchase of my spa. I needed tons of information and they always had the answers that were right when I fact checked. I purchased my Hot Spring Jetsetter after much thought and anticipation. Nuco was beyond competitive with the price, and after their quick and easy install I was ready to go. I have had the spa for months now and not a day goes by I do not get in my hot tub. My sleep is better than ever, my back is better than ever (I have herniated discs), and I would have to say my overall well being is better than it has been in a very long time. Thanks to my spa, I dont need painkillers and I have found my solution with water therapy. Its a necessity not a luxury in my eyes. I am a firm believer now that every human being needs a spa, and if you live in Eastern New Mexico you should ask the guys at Nuco. Always very helpful. Great for cleaning supplies and paper products.

Over charged and very pricey. Had a few questions about credit cards charges and was very short with a response and couldn’t provide answers.Had cleaning scheduled for Fridays would show up any day for the cleaning. Then complain to us when we wouldn’t have the pool unlocked on unscheduled cleaning days.
