I honestly feel like theyre expensive, for no good reason lol. The sales people have also contradicted one another, giving advice on how to care for my pool. Waste of money and time.

They fixed my pool vacuum after my pool guy worked on it & I worked on it! Gotta love Brice in Clovis. He knows it all.

This is the first time we have ever used this leslies. We called first and asked if they had what we needed and they did. They were the only place in town that had what we needed.

I am very upset and disappointed with Leslies Pool Service. About a month ago we went to the store in Clovis to inquire about a pool heater. We were set up with an appt with the technicians. They came to the house and gave their recommendations of what needed to be done prior to the installation. We hired a electrician to make the adjustments that needed to be done in accordance to the technicians recommendation. We went back to the store and purchased the heater, we were told by the person that assisted us that our card would not be charged until the unit had been installed, that was not true. Our card was charged the same day it was processed at the store. We waited 2 weeks to hear back from Leslie as to when the technicians would come back to make the installation. After not hearing back we went back to the store to find out what was going on. After this visit we received a call from Leslie to schedule the installation date, which was 2 weeks out. Finally, the day that our heater was to be installed, we get a call from Chris and Joshua to let us know that they were on their way. When they got here and they tell us that we needed to have a pad, and that they only set up the unit but an electrician needs to hook it up, they also tell us that they dont service the unit and lastly they say that they cant hook it up because we dont have a pad. They were here a month ago, and they didnt tell us anything about a pad, they waited until installation day to tell us that?? These guys are rude, unfriendly, liars and have horrible customer service. We have spent about $6,000 getting everything ready and paying for the unit. We are beyond upset with Leslie and we will be seeking legal councel about this.

Service was good staff seemed knowledgeable and didnt try and upsale me on anything. Prices were a little high

I was FiberSeal pools right hand man ,for a very long time, or known as Dads son, we got shut down by EPA, anyways, I thought , I would put a true review up, and sorry people!Leslies pool supply, is one of the worst places to get stuff for your pool, the biggest rip off, Steve will just sell you more and more. Im writing this reviewed, because Im tired of people asking me, about Leslies pool supply. And by the way, get the Clorox tabs, at Costco they work so much better. there will be a update soon.

Leslies has always been wonderful to us. Today we had a new pump and filter installed. Chris A. was the technician who was sent out to do the install.Chris was extremely polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question promptly and accurately, and his customer education was on point.He made every effort to walk me through each step I inquired about.Being in the service industry for years, I have come to appreciate good service as it has become a rarity these days, and I hold techs to a higher standard and today I was not disappointed.Thank you Chris, and Thank you, Leslies. I rarely leave reviews, however I felt that this visit necessitated it.-Robert

First rate store, always helpful, never tries to sell me something I dont need, always offers the least expensive way to fix my problem. Last week I bought a bearing for my pool pump and tried to install it myself but could not and brought it back to the store. Manager worked on it for an hour and installed it for me. Cost? Zip! Wouldnt take anything for it. Love this place....

Steve Perdue is the best! He will never lie to you, will only give enough information to make an intelligent, informed decision and is absolutely dedicated to making sure you have an algae free, perfectly balanced pool to get the most pleasure and enjoyment!

Had to go back three times for a tank gasket...then told me I needed to go over to the Blackstone and Herndon location..no thanks..I had the old gasket with me..$32 for the wrong gasket..went to Pool Kingdom..right gasket first time for $10

I brought my pool cleaner for a check up. They told me I needed a new cleaner. I decided to take my broken cleaner home and it fell apart in my kitchen! It was working when I brought it to them and was destroyed when I left.
