Great, quick service for first time pool owners!

I contacted Pine Ridge based on a recommendation from Vineyard Pools. This is the text I got back from Pine Ridge: Sorry. I have a guy out this week and let go of another guy this morning. We wont be able to to get to you anytime soonNever in my life have I been told something like this by a business owner. As a business owner myself, I cant imagine saying this to someone no matter how busy I am.

Pine Ridge is EXCELLENT. They are so organized, and provide fantastic customer service. Our company has worked closely with theirs for years and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Rod, Missy, William, and the whole crew are absolutely top notch.

Well I guess it started good and then it just fell apart. This is my third pool and all of them have been salt water. I have always done my own pools and I said this time I will hire someone. Biggest mistake I ever made. I have so much calcium in my pool that my glass tiles are turning white and I have white powder flakes everywhere in my pool. All the owner tells me is that my water chemistry is good and it’s normal. The last two times I checked my outside camera and my pool guy is Literally there for 5 min. How do you maintain a pool in 5 minutes. So I call the owner again here it gets worse!!! So he tells me that everything is normal and nothing is wrong with my pool. so I question him again and he tells me I am going to refer you to a colleague of mine and he will now service your pool and will be able to treat and fix your pool.. this is where I am like are you serious!!! You are telling me nothing is wrong but pawning me off to another company to fix the mess you created. Oh it gets better, he also tells me that it is too much work and time consuming to come to my house twice a week because they have a drive from Clovis to Fresno... I’m like hello if you do your job correctly the first time then a second trip is not necessary.. so do your self a favor and find another company.

Had a problem with our aging pump not working well... Talked with Melissa in the office and William was out the next day... He found the problem and had it fixed in just a few minutes... because we are relatively new to pool care he took a few extra minutes to go over the system.. after the service call we have decided to replace the pump with a new variable one... mainly because of the age and unusual noise it is making, but also because of the education I got from both Melissa and William on the advantages of having a newer pump... no pressure to do this or start service... but frankly... we are going to be doing both... great company... highly recommended

Rod is great, he came and got us started when our pool first went in but we have been doing our own pool up keep. Today he came and walked me through turning on and off the solar heater and got our system all set up timed properly and ready for the summer!Thank you so much,Jeanette Voet

If I could give this guy a 0 I would. He is very rude and is so disrespectful to people. I saw him flip off a lady in a parking lot. He was in his business truck. So sad I have a pool and would never have him do
