New Image came out to lay the Wetedge for our new pool and they did such a wonderful job. They were kind and professional, showed up on time and on both days they knocked on the door to check if we needed to move any vehicles out of the garage before they started working. The crew we had worked so well together, they got the job done quickly and they cleaned up the area before they left. Our pool finish looks gorgeous and we love it.

New Image remodeled (resurfaced pool with marcite and replaced tile) my 30,000 gallon swimming pool in December, 2020. The experience was one of the better moments in an otherwise dreadful year. Everyone was great to work with, ready to answer questions and to make important suggestions. The remodeling crew was very efficient and professional. 5 months later, I couldnt be happier with the result--its like having a new pool! Yes, I highly recommend New Image.

Communication between them and their client is poor. We have a small hole in the plaster on the bottom of the pool a week after plaster and pool is filled. We called and were told the person that takes care of that is out of office, we will put in a work order They have not communicated with us since. All we want is to know we are being taken care of.

Search no further. New Image did a wonderful job of replastering our pool and installing new tile. They brought our pool up to county standards. Each worker was pleasant to speak to and they cleaned up after themselves daily. It was a pleasure to have them working on our pool. Thanks to all your people, Lee!

Just had the finishing touches done on our pool today and we are very happy and satisfied with the outcome! The crews that came out throughout the process were awesome and very professional. They cleaned up after every job and we would definitely recommend them.

From start to the finish, New Image was a joy to work with. They gave us an amazing timeline and stuck with it. The workers were efficient, clean and did an amazing job. From the office to the field workers the experience was seemless!!!! Thank you for a job well done!

They did the plaster on our new pool and we are not happy. It apparently wasnt acid washed properly before filling. It had weird designs/marks on the bottom. They came back and attempted to correct they told me that they would brush it in the mornings and we were to brush it in the evening. They did nothing. Me and my wife had to do all the brushing. My pump has been running 24 hours a day for 2 weeks. They do not stay in contact with us to let us no what is going on. My pool light is still on the deck and powder is all over the bottom of the pool. Paradise pools were in charge of the construction a d were not to happy with them either. I suggest you stay away from New Image period.

Lee jr is seriously immature when theres an issue. He should take a human relationship course. His crews are great. Without them he would be nothing.

This company is hands down the best company in California, they have an amazing team, hands on owners Juan, Raul, and Lee that go above and beyond to meet your expectations. They really care about their job and what they do. They have amazing workers that are very respectful. They always do an amazing job, I am really happy with this company and will continue to use them.

I do not recomend this place! These people are only money Hungry. You pay them for a job and when you let them know you are not satisfied all they do is tell you they will come back to fix it but they never come back. Not only that trying to communicate with some Guy named Luis who only seemed to understand half of what I was saying.
