Easy to get an appointment, and they did a great job!!

I attempted to do a walk in on my lunch for a quick polish change on my toes and quickly walked out. A women who I was Informed was the Owner was very rude to patrons and unprofessional. I heard a patron complaining about her nail shape and and the Owner flat out was rude to her and refused to correct the issue. I typically go to Ambiance for my nail care and never have any complaints and am always treated with respect. I work hard for my money and refuse to spend where I will be treated poorly. After reading reviews this seems to be a pattern of behavior for this nail salon. I would NOT recommend.

I had two nails repairedand a fill in with gel nails. Im only 16. I felt taken advantage of because of my age. I felt like they knew I wouldnt complain. Im glad my mom made me come back and stood up for me. She is teaching me to fight for whats right. Its not okay to take a childs money and give them poor products and services because you know can walk all over them.Dont shop with them. They are rude.

They do a very good job on my nails I always ask for David... and I have just do my eyebrow wax, I am always satisfied when I leave there...❤️❤️🤟🏽

Its your basic nail salon. The ladies were nice. Walked in on an early Monday afternoon and they werent busy so they were able to accommodate us for pedicures right away.Its in the mall under the Hilton.My technician was a bit rough on my toes when she was was clipping them and pushing the cuticles back, but she overall did a good job.I got the most expensive non-gel pedicure for $45.

The man that did my my nails. Cuts da top of my fingers three times. I had hell of nail Cuticle all on my fingers i got neon pink polish. Da lady polished my nails polish3 them where it look likd i need a full in already and i just got them done yesterdayI have hell of nail polish u under my nails wen i got from da dryer and picked up my purse polish was getting on on my purse and hand. I i told da lady all she did was got da polish off my hand. I will never return back to them. It was onlg three ppl in da salon i see y it was only three ppl cause they cant not do nails.

Pedicures looked great. The older lady did my daughters nails, spent 15 minutes on them and they looked horrible! Acrylic nails where thick and uneven, tops where wide and not clean or straight. I demanded the man to fix them. They yelled at me and tried to bully me into accepting the horrible job, but I pushed and got them fixed.

If you’re looking for ambiance as part of your experience, try some place else. Although this place was very clean it is buried in a mall that might as well be abandoned. The interior of the salon is dull and lackluster! We booked an appointment for 3 at 4:30 to include manicures and pedicures for all. Since one of the technicians didn’t want to do pedicures they couldn’t seat us all for the same service at the same time. We were looking for an experience and this place seems better suited for convenience. I’m giving it one star for overall cleanliness.

DO NOT GO HERE! I am from Arkansas. Needed a Pedi so decided to get one while in Cincinnati on a work trip. This was open and right by where I was staying. Should have never gone. The lady cut the skin above my big toe because she was distracted and was filing my skin not just my nail. I made her aware as soon as it happened. It was bleeding so she poured some liquid on it. Whatever it was stung bad. She apologized several times so I let her finish. Now I am home and it is infected. I called to simply ask for a refund and the manager refuses to even ask the employee if it happened and says I am just trying to scam them. I’m sorry but who has time to scam nail salons. For real. I would NEVER recommend anyone going here.

I was given one price before the service and then charged a different price at checkout . When I spoke up about it I was over talked and felt bullied into paying the new price she presented . The nails are uneven and not shaped the best . I won’t be back

Very nice and clean place. It was hidden inside of the mall but not too hard to find at all. Staff was friendly and thorough. I received a basic manicure with clear polish and the job was satisfactory. My wait time was very minimal for a walk in. If you have an appt, they get you in sooner or at that appt time. Do consider I went in on a Tuesday at midday.

They were very fast, but did an exceptional job! The prices were very fair and let me know what it would cost throughout the time I was there. My only complaint was the lady was a little bit rude when I didn’t understand what she was saying. But, other than that, I love my nails and if I lived in the area I would definitely go back.

I had about an hour in between work and a charity function at Paul Brown Stadium yesterday afternoon, and I was able to get a fantastic gel removal and repolish in less than 60 minutes. I was a walk-in and the gentleman did a terrific job! I cant say enough about how pleased I am to have discovered such reasonably priced manicurist just a couple of blocks away from my home and work and am leaving MY FIRST REVIEW ON ANY WEBSITE EVER to say just that!

My girlfriend got her nails done and eyebrows done. The nails seemed fine and not to rushed, however the eyebrows were horribly done and chose not to give a refund. The literally cut most of girlfriends eyebrow off. I am furious because she is unhappy and we are going on vacation Thursday. Shame on you workers.

Wrong color, very sloppy, rude, horrible customer service

Terrible Customer Service, never greeted us as we entered the salon, it was downhill from there, after an hour wait and no service, we left. One of the nail techs said she hates the weekend of the Cincinnati Music Festival because they get all these people in here, every year and she is sick of it.

I visited while in town from NYC for a wedding. I stopped in, just expecting a standard mani pedi. However, I can honestly say that the service I received was truly exceptional. Bing is an incredible nail tech, and Ive truly never had someone be so meticulous while doing my nails. I felt so cared for the entire time! While drying, I smudged a nail while grabbing my phone (sigh, I know) and she fixed it without me even saying anything. I was ready to just let it be, since it was my own fault, but she swooped in to fix it. This was exactly what I needed after an early flight. Thank you so much, Bing!

Not a good experience never been first time I walk in no one spoke no other customers just three staff members I said hello are you closing soon she said what do you need we have an appointment soon I said oh well ok I said so you go by appointment only she no what do you need I said well my nails done she never said ok sgin in have a seat nothing she just kept mentioning the person with the appointment soon but why ,what do I have to do with that appartment I just left the other two staff members never moved from there seat or said a word the lady was rude I wont be going back . No problem there places with much better services I guess all 5 appointment was going to show up with only a three person staff and get services in one like I said it was empty no customers when I arrived how if your closing at 7 pm . I went to ambiance like I normally do and recieved the best service like always and there salon was very busy I only waited 5 min 🙂 so Im still a happy customer

My friend and I came here, I wanted gel nails and she got fill-ins. She tried to ask the woman to do a full set a couple times but the technician more or less said “nope you’re doing fill ins sit down”. My technician took her time and seemed to do an excellent job, but my gel started lifting within days. Won’t be back.

The lady who did my nails was the salon owner of Elite Nails. Im from out of town for work and I asked for a fill and shape change with a light color nail polish. She asked me why I didnt go to my local nail shop and I told her I didnt have time, which I thought was odd. She also did not sanitize my nails and used the brush to dust off nails, to dust the desk and the floor. She then painted my nails and when I came out of the dryer there was dust and bubbles and dark lint got on my nails. I informed her of the dryer had dust and because it was near closing time, & she tried to gaslight me and deny the poor service was given. I insisted she fix my nails since I already paid with a large tip and she did very begrudgingly while yelling over and over that she never heard of anyone complaining about that before. I yelled back that she should thank me for saying something as her salon was empty. Needless to say she had to fix my nails twice more as the same issues reocurred due to old polish. She proceeded to gaslight me again, and to tell me off because I was from out of town and said that I was not normal. I just wanted pretty nails and not nails with defects which is why I paid her to do it. Even though the place closed at 7 she turned away a young tattoed girl at 6:30. Not a good place to go.

Pretty sure they charged me extra after finding out I was from out of town. $53 for a fill in?!? And they refuse to do any design. From the time I left until I arrived at my hotel across the street my nails needed repolished...I paid for gel and this is what I get. Wow!

The service was terrible, absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Me and two friends came in to get our nails done and there was only one other customer their. I asked about a full set and was told no you can’t have that done because only one person could do it and she was busy. The person was currently doing my friends pedicure and I was getting a pedicure as well so we would have been done at the same time. Once she got done with that she sat on her phone. When I asked why she couldn’t do them so proceeded to yell at me and told me she was done talking to me to talk to the owner, which I did and he did nothing. I feel they were extremely racists because the other customer was white and she was not being talked to this way. I would not recommend any person of color to visit this establishment ever!!

Booked three manicures and they were all horrible. Nails were trimmed at angles, the Polish was chunky and had bubbles all over the place, was absolutely not worth the $20. They also have you pay and tip in advance. Better off doing it on your own!

My dog could have painted my nails better! And she would have been more gentle! This is exactly why I usually paint them myself. But this time I couldnt because I needed the SNS powder from my last manicure removed.

They are racist never going again if your black find somewhere else to go spend your hard earned cash . She tried to rush on my gel polish after the other guy got upset because the regular polish paint job he did was not neat.. So I PAID an extra 20$ plus a TIP to get gel and you rush?? I waited for Dave which he attempted to fix, but I still left unsatisfied.. Thanks Dave, but I wont be back! Your wifes demeanor sucks, she has HORRIBLE customer service. And yes, she was even worse when the shop was upstairs!

DONT GO HERE!I thought I found my new nail salon that I could go to regularly but definitely not. I thought they did a great job on my nails but 3 broke within 3 days and one came completely off. I went back in as soon as possible to ask them to fix the nail that was gone at least (because things happen - I was kayaking so I wasnt very upset the nail broke). However I went in at 12 during my lunch break and was told they were busy and couldnt help. I asked if I could come back at 5pm that evening or the next day at 12 and she just kept telling me No, we busy without looking at the books.I understand nails break and you were busy when I first walked in but your salon should be able to help your customers fix their nails when it happens. Not tell them the only time you can help them is when your not busy at 2pm and I have a job. Now I am forced to go to another salon to have them redo my SNS since your TOO BUSY to fit me in within 48 hours for a 5-10 minute job.Seeing that I am stuck with no other options then to get all of my SNS taken off and redone, since they have a completely different brand than most nail salons. I decided to try and call for a full SNS appointment- and I am getting in tonight.Due to your customer service I will be finding a new salon to go to after you fix my nail. Take care of your customers so they return.

Let us be honest.. those that work there every day are indeed racist. Dear white women, when you read this and I catch you encouraging their behavior, you wont like the effect. Every single worker here, is racist. Yes, they are talking about you. Watch out for the skinny quiet one. Dont trust the men.. the owner was awesome tho. They dont like to touch black feet but take black dollars . Theyll half do your nails. Dont pay until it is how you want it. Period. Ive watched them half do black womens pedicure barley touch their feet. But get down and dirty with women of other race. 1 lady, the woman manager I guess,,, she even snatched me by my arm. This is real.

I ordered a shellac manicure, and the entire process seemed very rushed. I also failed to receive any sort of hand massage or lotion with the treatment, and the filing job was horrible. For the $34 price tag, I couldve went across the street to Salon Beck, a place where I know the service will be excellent and I would receive the entire procedure. The manicurist was friendly, but I will not be back. Not worth the money!

Ughghg... In the end, my pedicure looked good, but.... They are incredibly rude !! I came in for a gel pedicure and when I asked them not to use the drill to take off my old gel polish, she got very upset. She finally agreed to soak them off and then she left me in the chair to soak for 30 minutes and completely ignored me as if I wasnt there. If I am paying for the service, why would they get so irritated by this ?

I went there to get my nails done because my shop was closed, the older man did my nails and they were done horribly! He goes on to say your nails too long, my clients come every two weeks I reply, Well my shop was closed otherwise I would have already got my nails done at my normal shop! He painted my nails so bad, they are chipping in a matter of days and he filed them down way too much now its been not even a week and my nails are falling apart! Not to mention he charged me almost 30.00 just for a fill in and my own color polish I brought with me! If I did go back I will not be have that man do my nails ever again! This place is not a place I would recommend! HORRIBLE!
