My wife and kids get their haircuts here. Today I took the boys for their cuts because were about to leave on vacation. My wife had been bugging me to get my haircut for weeks, but I just didnt want to. I checked the kids in and asked if anyone would be available to cut my hair while I was there. I didnt have an appointment, but Mary was able to squeeze me in between appointments. I looked like a crazed lunatic when I walked in, but walking out I feel like I just got the best haircut I have ever had. Kudos to Mary!

Grace Howard did a fantastic job! She colored, cut and styled my hair and I love it! The entire process was relaxing and the little extras make a big difference. Also the fact that Grace took time to explain the styling products she was using on my hair and why was refreshing.

Crystal did a fantastic job on my nails. My first time to this salon and she and Ali made me feel very comfortable. Ali did a fantastic job on highlights and haircut. I will definitely return for a pedicure with Crystal! And more on my hair later. Thanks.

Easy and comfortable experience. Wore a mask, filled out a little sheet saying I didnt have Covid symptoms and went right in. Their hand sanitizer smells like chocolate! Kathy cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. Great place to relax even in these crazy times and I already booked my six week trim. Reccommend

High end stylists, but perhaps more important is the comfortable, non judgmental atmosphere. They will do everything possible to make you happy if for some reason you arent.

I was so excited to experience Valenti especially considering the circumstances of my need to have my hair done. This was meant to be a treat for myself. I have never done anything like this for myself and will never after the experience I had at this Salon. Essentially I paid 250 for the effect of a box do it your self dye job with a colored temporary tint. The effort was minimal and it showed in the final look. I do not feel as though I received what I had hoped I would pay for, especially for 250$!

Extremely disappointed in this salon! Could of done a better job myself with a pair of scissors and a 5 dollar box of hair color. Absolutely waste of time and money. Management is a joke. Want good service? Consider the aforementioned or the local stylist school.... at least they put some effort into what they consider 200 dollars worth of service!

Valentin Salon & Spa offers top notch, first class service. I love that they are an Aveda Spa as I love that product line. Though I’ve only had nail services done, I’ve been very impressed with the overall appearance of the salon and the level professionalism of the technicians. In addition, the facility was spotless. Their staff is always friend and very attentive to their customers needs. This is certainly a Salon I would recommend to anyone.

Olivia takes what I think would look good and steers me in the directions that would work for my hair type. I love coming here. I even booked them for my wedding!

I have been coming to Valenti in Mariemont for many years and I have always been greeted when I first walk in the door with a smile and always been offered something to drink. And my stylist Andi has always done a great job. When she was on maternity leave I saw Ashley and she was really good too. I recently moved to Kentucky but I still keep coming back. The old saying When something isn’t broke don’t fix it!!!!!

I can not express this enough, I get it, I’m weird, I talk a lot, I come in not knowing what I want or I do, and they say I can’t. So I’m always discouraged going to salons. And, I should have just walked away.Just as a previous reviewer wrote, I also paid over 100 bucks to not only receive out of a box from target, hair dye. My shirt was also ruined, due to my stylist not telling me to put on a smock or at the very least, place a towel around my neck. I get it, I’m the wired mother who you don’t want to talk to or even be around. But, not once do I interrupt my stylist after I ask a question. And, to the owner, don’t bother trying to KMA. I’m never coming back. Poor customer service is, poor customer service.

Olivia is amazing! Best color service and salon experience Ive had in a long time. I love that before getting started she asked me what I wanted, all about my hair history, and gave her professional opinion when I was indecisive. She did exactly what I wanted, but better! She even took the time to teach me how to use the products I purchased and curl my hair with a flat iron. She truly went above and beyond to not only give me Pinterest worthy hair, but also an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend her and the entire staff was very welcoming and professional.

In all of the years Ive been going to Valenti Ive never had a bad experience. Ever!! Ive had Christine and Olivia both do color treatments, eyebrow wax, eyebrow tenting and hair cuts for me. They are both excellent and creative when I ask them to be. The staff at Valenti is top knotch. They are all kind and helpful from the minute you walk in the door. I moved further from the Wooster pike location, but I will remain a customer there for years to come.Olivia continues to be wonderful. I tell her Im ready for a change and I completely trust her to do her magic the way she knows best. Im still a very happy customer.

My pedicure with Courtney Seaman at the Valenti Salon in Mariemont is always so relaxing. The pedicure and massage she provides makes my arthritis pain in my feet disappear for quite some time. She gives such a nice pedicure, and provides a welcoming environment. I really enjoy the visit during the pedicure as well!

Courtney was a very nice & knowledgeable woman. She made sure i was comfortable & didnt need anything. She gave a great got & leg massage. My sister & i only do this twice a year for our birthdays. We shall continue going there.

This is an excellent salon. Its always immaculate and the customer service fantastic better than any Ive experienced in any salon. The stylist that I go to, Megan Toft, is absolutely outstanding. Shes extremely good at color and cut. From the minute you walk into the front desk to when you walk back out you experience just outstanding customer service from everyone.

I went to Valenti for the first time after moving here solely because of the existing Google reviews and had an excellent experience getting my hair cut by Ashley Wagner. I took my best friend Memorial Day weekend for a pedicure, and tonight I am going back for another haircut! Everyone there is so friendly, and no one pressures you to buy all of their products if you are already happy with what youve got. They offer great service, a nice referral program (you and each person you refer receive $10 off!), and delicious tea! From my experience and the fact that they have been voted a top workplace in Cincinnati, I highly recommend them!

I needed a change, and to blend my grey. Ashleigh Piatt always does a great job with my hair, and this time she did a partial highlight and a new cut/style. It turned out great! Getting lots of compliments. Ashleigh always listens and is efficient, but never rushed. Staff is always friendly and accommodating and never tries to push products or extra services. They offer you a complimentary mini facial while youre getting your hair washed, and they also offer complimentary hand/arm massage while your hair stylist is cutting your hair! My stylist is Melissa S. and I absolutely LOVE her! She always makes me feel like Im the only person she cares about...she remembers details about my life, and I only get my hair cut every 12 weeks! I even moved downtown and continue to drive out to Mariemont for my haircuts because I love it there so much!

I have been to Valenti twice now and had my hair done by Rachel Todd at the Mariemont location. I am BEYOND HAPPY with my results! She really listened to what I wanted, and then took it to another level for me. I love my hair, and am telling everyone about it!Not to mention, the salon is clean and refreshing. You dont hear a bunch of drama going on. It also says a lot that most of their employees have been there for years.

My mother purchased me a gift certificate to Valenti for my birthday on February 1st and I scheduled and appointment two days later(I think...may have been three) with only one hours notice. It was a Tuesday and around 330/4 pm and Rachel was available. I had been planning on getting bangs soon and decided that was the day! Rachel was so AWESOME! Im normally super awkward and uncomfortable when I go the salon and prefer not to talk. Rachel was not pushy and I think she felt that Im a bit antisocial. Haha. She talked me through bangs and even how to style them. She left them a bit long so I could play with them and then gave me the option to come back and shorten them. Remember I have never had bangs before so she gave options to ensure I liked them. The salon is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Its a really nice mid-range salon. BUT RACHEL WAS SO AWESOME!! I love how my hair looks and feels. She even offered a complimentary facial with my hair wash! Woohoo. Id like to recommend Valenti in general and highly recommend Rachel! What a lovely lady!

I have been going here for 6 years since I moved from NY to Cincinnati. I have tried other salons but none compare to this salon. Both locations are great. I usually go to the Mariemont location. They have very low turnover because the girls are so great. I have difficult hair to cut because it is so straight and thick, but stylists like Amy & Melissa know how to expertly trim my hair. All the girls are great actually. I never have trouble booking for that reason. My favorite colorist is Ashley Wagner. They are all fabulous. If you want a great pedicure that lasts Rebecca pays extra attention to detail.

I was never loyal to one spa or stylist until I found Valenti. You couldnt find a place with better service. Im also partial to Aveda products because the entire place smells pleasant and doesnt stink from the nail chemicals like other places.

I have gone to Valenti for over a decade and have had excellent service at every single visit! From haircut and color, to facials, massage, and manicures the services have been very good and the atmosphere is relaxing and pampering!

*It should be noted that I completed the requested survey upon leaving, yet my problem didnt warrant resolve so I think that the public should know about the sub-par service provided by this salon.*Scheduled a back-to-back brow wax and haircut at 7:15pm. It was apparent as soon as I arrived that Molly was ready to go home for the evening. My cut was extremely rushed and I ended up with an uneven bob - one side is 1 longer than the other and the stack in the back is more of a jagged staircase. Molly, of course, wouldnt have noticed because she couldnt be bothered to completely dry my hair, let alone style it. Asking for my brow wax after my cut was such an imposition, I should have said, never mind. Im extremely disappointed in the professionalism of this salon, especially carrying the Avdea name and reputation.

Highly recommend Valenti-Mariemont. I have just started seeing Andie about 3 months now and I absolutely feel like she and the staff are very professional and well trained in their fields.However, I dont recommend Valenti-Anderson. I switched to the Mariemont location after going to the Anderson location due to the staff never running on time and not having the courtesy of informing the customer after being brought back by an assistant, donning a gown/cape and sitting for exactly 30 minutes and not a single person coming and touching base with me on the status of my appointment. All while multiple staff members where in clusters chatting and clearly not working. I was too upset to speak to a manager after waiting for 30 minutes and left. I question the management team that works there.You will not experience this at the Mariemont location. I love it there.
