Nails didn’t even last a week and one popped off. Every cheap product. Asked for square and got a uneven squoval shape. Charged me $55 to get white Acrylic powder….. will never be back.

The male techs dont know how to talk to people. One tech said to me if I need a good job done i need to tip good. You dont tell me how much to tip.

I would not recommend this place save your money! the application of the gel on my toes was terrible and the employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was not properly attended to and was left waiting while people who came in way after me got their treatments done before me. Application was rushed and we did not feel welcome terrible customer service!!

Had to wait almost an hour just to get my nails done. Waste of time, but nails ended up looking great.

Went in for a manicure and polish. Cuticles werent trimmed well and polish application was horrible. Wasnt till I got home that I saw how poorly my nails had been done. I will go back one more time. I will request that a lady instead of a man do my next manicure and see what the quality of a simple manicure will be this time. I was able to post pictures. Ive been coming here for 6 yrs.and today was my last time.Today it was almost an hour with appointment scheduled in advance. He has been late several times even though I always make appointments, but it only got worst. He had just started a pedi. He also was doing a fill in on the same person when he finished her pedi. I didnt discover this until he came to his station. I had soaked off my nails. Which I usually get foil. Hes starting her fill in, and didnt ask me if I mind waiting until he was done. Im not tolerating the inconsideration that Mike had for my time as a person. I told him I was leaving, and thats what I done. They had my number and couldve called me to reschedule my appointment.

4.19 Update: I have decreased my rating from 5 stars to 3 due to the fact that this nail salon seems to be heading in the same direction as many anymore... The snotty attitude that several of the staff have (*not all) is ridiculous! Ive been getting my nails done around Cincy/NKy in various nail salons since I was 15 (*23 yrs now)... I dont expect the world from anyone, just a good job on my nails (and I tip very well too, usually anywhere from 25 to 40% depending on the service/outcome - which is more than what I see most other clients often pay) - w/out feeling like Im bothering you... I never understood why some of the techs in these places are so rude/disrespectful at times. And dont use the cop out that its part of my culture because we ALL know thats BS...🤨Best of 🍀 to yall - I wont be back. Hope it was worth losing a good client... I have been coming to snow nails for 3 years. They are NEVER on time. Today was the last straw. They make you make an appointment then they are late. They take white people ahead of black people even when you have an appointment. I will NEVER come here again. I will spend my money elsewhere and I urge you to do so as well.

Made an appointment the day before and it was not honored. Not only did we arrive early, but They made us wait 30 minutes and proceeded to take a walk in who arrived after we did. They then claimed to have called us when we were all standing right outside the salon and none of us received a call. extremely unprofessional and a waste of time.

The owner shes rude and if you are not a regular she wont take you she will tell you to come back next day

I wouldnt even give this place a one star. Dont even waste your time here. I go in and not ONE person greeted me. Then, I finally get told to take a seat and the guy who did my nails didnt know what he was doing. also I did not like the color at first and he kept saying that it was going to change once he was finished (I got the Mood changing nail polish). It ended up being orange instead of red. So, I was very upset and had to have someone else FIX my nails. The guy who fixed my nails would not let me change the color. Dont even waste your time, I will just stick to Att nails in fairfield, shouldve went there in the first place. Keep your money!!!

Im a guy so 1 pedicure is same as next long as female does it. I was surprised it cost 35. I figured typically 30 tops. Plus ya gotta tip. They got nice decor. Clean looking. And relaxing environment where you can daze off into whats on your mind while they do service. Thanks.

Definitely lost a valued customer.. Been in this place twice today 2nd time was an appointment which was set for 7pm it is now 8:07pm and i still have not been seen so i noticed all the workers were working in a slow manner of course since its around closing time and they still have about 5 people so since i walked out to my car now people are done and coming out i guess since they lost a few they can hurry and get through the remainder waiting customers all in all place going downhill attitudes etc. Dont like your job please find another

No prices are posted, since the remodeling, in summer 2018 they have increased their prices and you cant see that before service. A fill in is $25.00 you can get this for $22.00 at other nail places. Everything is more and owner herself isnt nice to blacks, she acts like she doesnt want to wait on you.I would recommend NK Nails - great, great work.

When I walked in I was not greeted. Their was a lady that came in after me and she was seen first. I still wanted to give it a chance, now its time to get my nails painted I show the guy what style I want he immediately says nope I cant do that. I say okay I show him two more styles he says I said I cant do that. (One style was lines going down the middle, another was lines going in different directions) I say okay well is there someone here who can do this. He says (rolling his neck and louder tone) the girl that does designs is not here. I politely pay for my fill and leave. I am very disappointed. I have never been treated like that going anywhere else.

I get sns my first visit to that location, my tech was nice did a good job I thought, but after 1 week my top coat started peeling.

I got a pedicure here and I’m very pleased. The price was $35. They got to me quickly and were very attentive and polite. Definitely would recommend!

They did a great gel manicure, but I went when it was really busy and it took about an hour and a half once they got started. I had an appointment and they took me about 20 minutes late. But my nails looked fabulous.

Honestly an awful nail salon. I came in on Tuesday and paid $48 + $10 tip for a gel pedicure. On Thursday I had my baby so I was in the hospital until Monday. On Monday when I got home I noticed one toe already chipped off. Then on Tuesday another chipped off. My boyfriend called to see if I could get a credit for some money off next time since my nails shouldn’t have been ruined that quick considering I was in bed for 4 days and the only shoes I had worn were flip flops and I paid extra for gel polish. They told him there was nothing they could do since I couldn’t come in and they were SO RUDE on the phone. How could they expect me to come in when I have a baby who’s not even a week old and I’m recovering from a csection ?? I’m SO pissed and hormonal right now especially how they handled the situation. They shouldn’t been more considerable especially since I’m a new mom. I know they remember me because I was huge when I came in there. Will never be returning.

I had my nails done on Monday & needed a repair. I taken within 5 minutes, no questions asked. The nail tech, Wang did a fantastic job

Nails always done with perfection!

Waited for almost an hour with my feet soaking in water to the point where my feet began to swell. Numerous nail techs walked past me and didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me. I honestly thought they forgot about me. After 45 minutes of wasting my time I walked out. Don’t go here. Everyone works slow and it’s dirty.

I called beforehand to ask the wait time told 30 but I must be there before 7. Got there the wait time was about 30 minutes. I recieved great service. He was professional. He asked if I was okay with water temperature. I didnt know how much my feet needed a scrubbing and massage.

Recently raised their prices. Quality is still good.

Paid for SNS nails. My nails only looked good for one week. The nail tech was not professional and told me that I look like I would be a democract. I will never return to this place.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! Second time having a bad experience at this place; customer service is horrible. My guest and I werent greeted by any of the staff when we entered. We waited about 30 minutes before a nail tech ran the water for our pedicures. While we soaked, the nail tech serviced another customer. We waited about 45 minutes before deciding to leave. There was absolutely no communication from the staff at any point, not even when we got up to leave. And the place smelled like stinky feet aka corn chips.... Never again!

Didnt like the service I got Shellac and asked for the color blue and it turned out purple and was not shellac! The polish was peeling off 2 days later and whatever they used weaken my nails. I will never go back to their salon ever again. Very poor customer service. And the guy that was doing my nails was very rude and talking about other customers that was coming in the store that sits in the back corner.

Went here for graduation nails and the expirence was terrible. The salon is messy, the worker was rude, and at the end of it all my nails looked terrible. I would never go here again espically when they’re so many other places to go that are way better.

Horrible experience! Unprofessional. I got a color on my toes and was told they had the same color for my feet. After getting my toes painted I was told that the color was lost and could not be found. I was told that I could get a different color painted that didnt match!! (With paying $100 Id like my color to match! Lol) I refused. I said that I would settle for white tips.(Even though I really dont like white tips) I was told that would be a $10 upcharge. I asked if this could be waived. Manager said no. I will never be returning here. Sloppy work! Unprofessional!! Not happy

Overall this place a nice and Ive always had a good experience but yesterday I went to get a full set and the guy name Dan who did my full set seemed like he was having a bad day and he cut my skin really bad and it started to bleed it was very painful I will never ever go to him again
