This place is a hidden gem, Sein and Kimberly tag teamed my color job and i couldnt be happier. From start to finish it was the best haircolor experience ive ever had. They started by asking me several questions to understand what i wanted as far as overall look, maintenance level, pricing, and upkeep. Sein explained what process was needed to achieve the different ideas i had and what to expect before starting on my hair. She was great at explaining and showing me what she was doing at each step. I was impressed with her expertise and how she corrected my color issues that surfaced from previous coloring. And the absolute best part were the awesome results!!! Couldnt be happier with the service i received!!!

I’ve been going to Dream for 5 years now, and they have become family! Their whole staff is amazing and I always leave feeling so relaxed and peaceful. It’s like the “Cheers” of nail salons- they really do know your name, and they’re truly always glad you came! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I’d give this zero stars if I could, I am furious! I have previously visited this salon twice and always had a decent experience, but not today. I booked an appointment for a nail removal, which is listed on their website as a 15 minute service. Because of this, my husband and son decided to sit in the car thinking it would be quicker to just wait than go home. We were greeted by a wonderful woman named Tiffany who applied acetone and wrapped my sisters fingers. And then we proceeded to sit for an hour plus watching as people passed us with no acknowledgement or even a second glance. Once we stood up to leave after over an hour, we were then asked if we were leaving and only once we were walking out the door were nail techs apologizing and telling us someone would be with us shortly. The kicker? The nail tech I booked with WASNT EVEN THERE 🙃 I won’t be back, and will not be further recommending the establishment.

Started coming here in November, during the pandemic. I haven’t found a hair salon worth sticking with since I was young. I’ve found some that were fine, but none I felt compelled to return to. I think Dream is it. I have been impressed with the hair services I have received, the pleasantness of all of the staff, the welcoming atmosphere, their commitment to ensuring satisfied customers & helping make their clients feel good about the results they achieve. Today I accidentally booked at the wrong location & when I determined this & was about to leave; the owner happily squeezed me into her schedule. She was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, passionate about her work & pleasant. She gave me a discount despite the scheduling mishap probably having been my fault. It is not often you come across service like this. I would recommend Dream & will be back soon!

This was my first visit to Dream Salon & Spa. I got the works - haircut, manicure, and pedicure!I was very nervous when I arrived as it had been a long while since I had gotten my hair cut. It had been almost two years. I had an off experience with my last stylist who gave me bangs right before the pandemic and the cut was a bit lopsided - so I had a little bit of fear coming into a new salon. However, Kaity was an absolute game changer in my choice for stylists.I showed her a couple pictures of what I thought might look cute and gave her full reign on what she thought would look best. She did not disappoint! We went short to chin length to hide my outgrown bangs and she added layers. My hair is wavy (2b/2c in some areas) and she said this style would add texture to fall naturally well for my hair. She styled my hair by adding waves to my hair so that I could see what it looked like once it was cut.Kaity even took the time to show me how to curl my hair with the hair straightener because I asked her how she does it. I have not been able to get my hair to curl using the straightener - but she gave me some great tips that I will use!I had mentioned to her that I always wanted to color my hair and she showed me a couple options of what we could do on a future visit. That made me very happy! I will be back to visit her in a couple months and have her give me the under color we talked about!!After the cut, I was up for my pedicure. I had not had a professional pedicure for probably 10 years and Coco was absolutely wonderful. The massage chairs were great once I figured out the controls and was not being bounced around the chair (LOL!). I picked out a beautiful teal color for the pedicure and it turned out wonderfully. Coco also did my manicure after the pedicure with the same color.I think my mani & pedi ran over the closing time as I was the last customer to leave (45 minutes after 7pm). I appreciate Coco staying to finish taking care of me as my appointment started at 4:15pm and they were quite busy today.Overall, I loved my visit and will definitely be back. Everyone was so friendly and talkative. I have found my new favorite hair stylist in Kaity!

My daughter and I have been coming to see Sein and her team at Dream Salon for going on 5 years now. We LOVE it here!! We feel at home every time we come here. It is a family owned business and Sein’s family’s story is so inspiring!!She came over here from Cambodia and began a family of her own. She soon started DreamSalon which is exactly that - HER Dream Salon.The atmosphere is calm and fun at the same time. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. I’m very picky! And I won’t take my little girl any where else either. Sein is sooo accommodating you my busy schedule. I just love her and her family!We get a mani, pedi, cut and wash every time and I get my grays colored. She does a fabulous job each and every time!! An easy 5 stars.

This was my third and probably last time attending Dream Salon & Spa. My little sister and I scheduled two spa pedicures today but were seemingly conned into receiving two deluxe/seasonal pedicures during the session—instead of performing the scheduled spa pedicures (with the addition of extended-stay nail polish) the technicians gave us a choice between two lotions (we had thought) which turned out to actually be the names of two deluxe pedicures (which we again were totally unaware of). At check-out we explained that we had scheduled two spa pedicures and were unaware of the lotion names actually being the names of two deluxe pedicures and the technicians apologized for the “mix-up” but still charged us for the deluxe pedicures minus the measly charge for extended-stay nail polish for my sister’s pedicure ($5) because they wanted to thank her for being a second-time customer. I’m very uncertain if we’ll ever be back though the ambiance was nice and the technicians were mostly thorough and kind.

Always a great experience! I have gotten regular gel manicures and pedicures here and the staff is all very thorough, nice and attentive. Bo did an amazing job today. Highly recommend!

I asked for recommendations for pedicures in the area since I am moving in and hoping the find my go-to spot. Someone recommended Dream Salon and Spa to me and I’m so glad they did! Bo was so welcoming and nice to talk to, and the pedicure he did was amazing. I can proudly say I found my spot and I highly recommend this place to others.

I only went to this place at first because they were the only salon in my area that was opened on Sunday and I was desperate to get my dip powder extentions removed. And my experience there was okay.The employees were friendly and the place seemed to be pretty clean. Its small, so dont expect super high quality stations and equipment or a large selection of polish colors.Once my dip powder was removed my nails were very rough and didnt feel very smooth, even after polish, which is something I hadnt experienced with dip powder in the past.They do not do sns in the salon, which wasnt told to me when I called ahead to ask if they could do what I needed, so my nail tech tried to remove them like I had on gel, which didnt really work out. She then resorted to scraping with a metal tool and using an electric file on my nails, which burned at times.I went with my friend who just got a basic manicure, which turned out okay. It looked a little rough around the edges, but she said her experience was fine.The pricing was decent (except for the pricey up-charge for the dip powder removal) and my experience was okay, but I dont see myself going back to that salon.I apologize for the essay, but I wanted to make sure I hit all the necessary points 😅

I never wrote reviews on anything but I have to for this one. I have been looking for good nail salon for a while in Cincinnati area.First, this place was so welcoming! Everyone working there was nice.I have really thin, damaged nail and I am also really picky about cuticles and smooth finish. Person who did my nail did really great job on making sure I have my cuticles trimmed to the point I wanted!I had to pay little more than I used to at other nail salon but it definitely worth it. (I got nail enhancement +gel nail)If my nail doesn’t chip for more than a week, I will definitely go back to get my nail done regularly.

I’ve only ever written one other Google review (which was positive), so needless to say I was not super pleased with my service today. I went two weeks ago for a gel manicure and pedicure with no issues. However, today I went for a gel polish change only (hands), and the nail tech was pushy about getting a manicure instead of just a polish change. I understand the idea of upselling, but I had to tell her no twice. I picked out a color that looked like what I got last time (and is still on my toes). Once I realized the name of the polish didn’t look the same, I vocalized this but was repeatedly told it was the same as the color on my toes. I didn’t want to argue because the color was still nice, but you can now see that the colors are similar but different. There was also confusion about the price of the service when I got to the front to pay. The nail tech insisted to the person working the front desk that it cost more than the price listed on the computer (and in their online booking portal). There was a lot of back and forth between them. Because she was upselling before, I wasn’t sure what was going on. The person at the front desk was nice, but the tech did just an okay job and I probably won’t be back.

Nae’ did my hair and did a wonderful job. My hair was light and flowing, she gave me a trim and did not cut off too much it was just as I wanted.

I scheduled an appointment with Cameron for a blond Balayage, I spoke to her before the appt and she stated she was a “specialist in balayage”. She also stated this on her profile online.During my treatment she admitted she just graduated in September and has never been trained in balayage. I walked out with flat red hair that looked as if I had bought a box of red dye and used it myself.I spoke to the owner Sein who refused to refund my money, stating she wants to try to fix herself, only I searched her bio and she has never been trained in any kind of coloring. This places excellent reviews are due to their nail services. If you want coloring don’t go to this salon, they are not trained.

I took my daughter for a surprise makeover spa day and we had a great time! Allen was great to hang out with and did an amazing job on our nails. He even managed a pedicure on her ticklish feet! 🤣 We will definitely be back!

I have come to Dream Salon and Spa many times and have always been very impressed with the cleanliness, professionalism, and welcoming environment. I went this past Saturday (May 16th, one day after they were allowed to reopen) and was VERY impressed with all of the additional safety precautions the staff is taking. I have attached a picture of what the pedicure station looks like. The staff is being very accommodating of guests, and they go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. I always go for the seasonal pedicure that is available, currently it is a lavender pedicure. For the price, it is an amazing way to treat myself and I always feel as though I received a FANTASTIC level of service, especially for the price point! Booking appointments online is easy; I would recommend booking an appointment today!

I have tried countless nail salons and then I have been looking for a salon I can go to regularly and this is definitely going to be it. I had Bo do my nails for the first time yesterday and I asked for a design for the first time ever but he did amazing and he made sure they were exactly what I wanted! He was so nice and we also had a good conversation while I was there.

Today I came to Dream Spa to get highlight and hair cut. It’s a bit challenging because my natural black hair color was showing but wanted blonde highlights and brown base. Sein did a great job and the color turned out really nice. I highly recommend coming here if you are around the area. Very clean and you’ll definitely have a excellent service experience from the staff. Sein also gave advices on how to take care of your hair and style your hair for work.

I love this place! I go here for all my manicures and pedicures. The last time I came, I needed a last minute pedicure and they squeezed me in right away. I got the lavender and vanilla pedicure and it left my feet feeling so smooth and refreshed. It was quick and the quality of work was spot on.Sein is the owner and she is the nicest there is. We made an appointment for two and when we got to our appointment they couldnt get us in together. It seemed like there was a lot of confusion at the salon. We loved the two young ladies that did our nails. The tipping process was confusing. Certain polishes were $5 extra which were not clear.

Stylist was nice and very thorough explaining the process, however I didnt get what I asked for and when I reached out, I never received a response. I tried the email on the business card and it bounced back stating it was invalid. Calling was hit or miss, first 3 times I called I didnt get an answer and no way to leave a message. I finally had to reach out through the website. The parking lot was a little tight but Im not going to hold that against them. Like I said, they were very nice, I liked my Stylist but I didnt feel heard and the follow up was nonexistent. Not worth the pricing in my opinion.

Allen did an amazing job on my acrylic nails and shellac today. The whole staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They worked me in with only a half hours notice (called ahead).Allen worked extremely quickly, never sacrificing high quality. He was very thorough with laying and cleaning up the nails, and was helpful with color advice (he looked at a picture of my dress and helped me complement it).The salon is very clean, with nice dedicated spaces for hair, nails, and pedicures. They play calming music and the salon feels nice to relax in. As a total bonus to this lovely atmosphere, They offer you water or hot tea if you wish. This was my first time at Dream, but not my last!

I recently switched over to here from Ambiance and I couldn’t be happier. Mareina did my first manicure and she did amazing! It was very reasonably priced and she even did a cute design for Halloween. Ive been to Dream Salon a few times now for dipped manicures and have had a very positive experience each time. All staff are extremely pleasant and helpful - I am greeted as soon as I walk through the door and they are ready for me at the scheduled time with no waiting. The salon itself is very clean and attractive, and they have put the necessary extra precautions in place. My manicures have been professionally done and wear well in the three weeks between visits. The prices are in line with other quality salons. Overall, I am a very pleased customer and will keep coming back!

I’ve been going to Dream Salon & Spa since I moved to Ohio in October of 2015. I was looking for a salon in Hyde Park to get manicures and pedicures. I remember looking on Yelp and came across this salon. What caught my attention was that Sein, the owner, responded to customer’s reviews and what that told me was that she cared about her customers and the experience they had. So I called and made an appointment and I have been going there ever since! I no longer live in Hyde Park, but I still get on the highway and head south to go to this salon. Are there places I could go to where I live? Sure there are, but I have no interest in trying out those salons because, at Dream Salon & Spa, the service they provide is great! Everyone who works there is friendly, professional, and are like family to me. They are hardworking, thorough, and attentive. They really strive to do a great job every time. And they don’t rush the work they do or make you feel rushed! And if you’re worried about venturing out during the pandemic, understandably so, I feel very safe there due to the safety precautions they have in place. Let’s support our wonderful small businesses, always, but especially in times like now! :)

I had a wonderful experience going to Dream Salon. It was my first time there and the staff was amazing! Bo did my sns nails and they turned out beautiful. Also Amara did my hair and the color turned out better than I expected! At first it wasnt what I had envisioned but the owner and Amara made sure I left happy with the exact color I wanted!! Bo did a great job on my nails even with my thumb nail all messed up! I called early Saturday morning hoping to get an appointment same day and there were able to fit me in. They were very kind and inviting. Store was clean and comfortable. Great price for a really quality job with attention to detail and hospitable staff. Best part is that they will fix your nails if you chip or scuff them for up to 10 days after for free! They are being very safe with Covid as well, sanitizing spaces and requiring masks. Will definitely be returning!

I have been coming to this location since June and it has been an amazing experience. Booking appointments is fast and easy and its never over booked. Social distancing is enforced and all are required to wear a mask. Allen is a great tech he also does childrens services for us and we have both become repeat customers.

OMG!!!!! My husband and I were on a 3-day getaway from our life in CLE. We wanted to get pedicures just to relax a little bit and read and researched the reviews on different salons. I ran across Dreams Salon and Spa and the reviews did not disappoint one bit! Everything stated was true: welcoming, clean, on-time, professional, excellent and relaxing.We had the Lavender and Vanilla pedicures. Bo and Marina took great care of us. Im not going to say anything bad about this place, as to why? Because siena made it right for me! SO id like to give this salon 5🌟s, my hair dresser was Amara & granted my first visit ever did not go as planned, I came back to get it fixed today.. & well she went ABOVE & BEYOND! I had paid for a partial and in my past I used splat in my hair so once the foils were tooken off she said I see pink and red, she had mentioned about toners. She put toners in my hair and once it was dried it was an ashy brown with very little spots of blonde showing. I was upset, not gonna lie. I came back today and she took extra time on me and not once but twice did she come in early for me!!! she did an exceptional job. Siena was also very sweet and got me in the same day, and back the next day for the inconvenience. The salon is very chill and relaxed, nice hip music that is enjoying while getting your hair done. Pretty quiet and very respectful. This salon you have to wear a mask and you wash your hands right when you come in. Siena is doing everything and then some to maintain a clean friendly sanitized salon 💜

Due to the quarantine in our state, I drove almost 2 hours to Dream Salon and Spa. I had previously googled top 10 nail salons in Cincinnati. Once I arrived, I was greeted by everyone. Everyone was so pleasant and professional, all safety precautions were followed and my service and results were amazing. I truly wish I lived closer but will definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area. My experience and results were great, not to mention they stayed after closing to accommodate me. I’ve been coming to this salon for years. Sien is an artist! I’ll never let anyone else touch my hair. They do a great job on manicures and pedicures too. Friendly and professional service from the nicest people!

No waiting .Good pedicure. And FREE PARKING! In Hyde Park City no less,you cant ever find a place to park in that town .Loved it. I would go back in a New York second!

Dream is my favorite place in Cincinnati to get my nails done! I usually see Mariena, who is absolutely amazing, but Bo and Allen are awesome too! They arent a huge chain like Ambiance, so they actually take the time and effort to make sure every customer, new or regulars, are happy with their nails. Ive added just a few of the many manicures they have done over the years.

The whole staff was so friendly and place was so clean. Many precautions for health/safety were in place, there was a plexiglass shield while doing the pedicure. Will definitely be back, loved my visit!

I had the SNS (dip powder) nails done for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful! Bo was wonderful and professional! It was the first time I got the dip powder done, and they were patient with answering any questions I had. The place was very clean and I like the shields that they have in place as a covid countermeasure. I highly recommend this salon!
