I called ahead and asked if they could do what I was looking to have done I was told that both mine and my nieces nails could be accomplished... Once we got there and showed them what we wanted we were told we couldnt have that, then we had to pick basic nail polish They didnt do a full manicure just slapped nails on and then moved on to the next person some nails were crooked and the price was not as same as it was online... I appreciate their time but I would not return.

This was just a bad experience all aroundThey dont wash their hands between clients They wear gloves after they do clippin the toes but put them on to massage ur feet for literally 3 to 4 minutes which it didnt feel good at all. They were so busy switching places wit eachother as they kept taking clients before finishing the ones they had. I had 5 different people on me. My nails looked like they have little hills on them like they curl an they are snagging at the cuticle. Its been 1 day. They kept burning me with the files and equipment. The clip my finger and my baby toe, burnt me with the chemicals they put on ur feet to remove the dead skin. My feet are now all dried out peeling from the foot scraper thingan they feel just scaly. This was a horrible experience. They were worried about bringing in more money than the quality and satisfaction of their clients. Wish I could post pictures on here cuz I def took some

They took their time by doing my nails no long wait to get a appointment they nice respectively.

I called and scheduled an appointment for today when I arrived they had scheduled me for the next day at another time and said I had to wait until they finished all the other clients after they had already removed my polish, if they had not removed my polish I would have left. They tried to tell me that I had made that particular appointment, like I didnt know what day or time I made the appointment being that it was the previous day, how could you not know the difference. They need to keep better records. I would have been okay if they said they were not available or called to reschedule. I will move on.

Customer service was nice so thats why I added two starts otherwise I would pass on this place. My gel polish literally came right off 3 days later and they didn’t even think to clean my nails.. they just put polish right on. My pedi was even worse sadly. It wasn’t a clean job and I was left dissatisfied. Wont be coming back unfortunately.

The youngest worker there creates good artwork on nails. Recommend highly!

It was clean. My mani/pedi looks nice.I dont think that I was unwelcome but everyone on staff was super indifferent.I took in my own polish and had a photo from a previous manicure. There wasnt any attempt to match it.I wont go again anyway because I like places that soak off the gel polish instead of grinding it down with a tool.Also, if it matters- Newsmax was on one of the televisions. I would have probably skipped trying here if I had noticed the TV before I sat down.

I really enjoyed my experience. Zhu was great and so nice to talk to. It was a really relaxing 90 mins and I would definitely recommend!

My experience was amazing. The place was clean. The energy was wonderful. Meme took so much pride in every stroke and my toes and nails never look so good. Zu did the shape of my nails to perfection. I loved the people and the atmosphere. I will definitely recommend Katys Nails Salon.

Went in to get a full set reg nail set ! Mimi did my nails and they are horrible this was my first time going to her but my nails are to thick I have polish under my nail most are not trimmed under at all and 3 of my nails are not same length!! I was and still is upset I have not had this problem there before at all but I will never go back to her it’s like she was rushing and I spied 70$

Went in for a pedicure. I have always had ingrown toenails. I usually get it taken care of it at urgent care when it gets bad. This time i was proactive and got it taken care of when i started seeing signs of it. They went above and beyond to cut the nails to relieve pressure and gave pointers on length and style to leave it in. Been a few months and my toes still are happy for it.

I hadnt been to a nail salon since shortly before lock down so my feet needed a miracle. My tech was so gentle and sweet AND my toes look presentable again ❤️ Thank you! 💜

Been a Katys fan since the 90s. I always wanted them to offer a better pedicure option. This new location? Tru has stepped the game up tremendously!!! Very very nice and professional inside. Everything has been upgraded and I love it!!! I do my own nails, but Ill be here for my pedicures forever!!!

I was very impressed at the fact of how quick the service was. How precise the technician was. I dont know if its the products or what it is. Its only four days my nails should not be chipped away and the top layer stripped off very dissatisfied. My nails started peeling day 2 :( !!! I was unable to post pictures I really wanted to!!!!

Did a rush job didnt clean around cuticles at all or anything just got right into putting the nails on and then cut my nails without asking first how long i wanted.. Then when i told then it wasnt the length i wanted he got mad told me i had to pay extra to get the way i originally wanted... Smh... Ill never go back

They put to much acrylic on your nails. Unless you like the thick nails look but i prefer more natural professional looking nails. But there a good place to go if you just need something done to your nails real fast.

I was very disappointed in my service. My nails do not look good at all & when I tried to ask her to fix them, as Im crying, she cut my finger & acted like it was my fault because I said the tool was hot. I still paid full price & tipped, but I wont be back & I will not recommend this place to anybody.

Wasnt busy on a tuesday afternoon. My pedicure was $34 with tax and is worth every penny. I will say limited selection on colors so if you want bring your own.

I’ve been a customer for 20+ years and I have never had a complaint. Even when I refuse to sit under nail dryer and then proceed to mess my nail up they always fix it without making me feel silly or charging extra. Service is always prompt and professional. I haven’t visited new salon but I’m excited to go next week. Judging by photos it’s is beautiful.

They okay but Id have been there a couple of times me and my fiance and they manicures do not even last week. They put one coat on your hand is cheapest breaking up falling off I dont think I want to do business with Katies you know they okay but it aint to my satisfaction for his business and only a quality of work I think the crew time with the Chinese people have better clientele better Business aspirations on how they treat their clients in there people that come that patronize them and spend their money cuz I know its nail polish to last me two I wants two weeks I dont know what they use in that cheap nail polish and gloss they should be using that bonding stuff that keep your stuff on there for a long. Of time

Highly Upset I just left the establishment with destructed nail beds and terrible service. My nails are not completed and look terrible. I sat down and asked for a gel fill in and the man starts an acrylic fill in completely ripping up my nail bed and destroying my nails. Then continues to tell me that I dont know what im talking about, I havent had acrylic on my nails in over a month and i know the process of getting them done....and the man insisted on doing an acrylic fill in.NEVER returning.

Got a pedicure and SNS manicure here about 3 weeks ago before I went to Cancun. The service was so prompt and professional. The whole salon is nicely updated and so clean. The staff is very friendly and my nails still look amazing! Only heading back to get my nails redone because theyve obviously grown in 3 weeks, but they still look great even though I bartend for a living. Highly recommend!!

Great service, but SNS was $40, $10 more than I pay in Springdale. Its only two blocks from my job and I was pressed for time, so I paid for the convenience, but probably wont go back for the high price alone.

Disappointed my shellac manicure didn’t even last 5 days. I had my nails done on Friday and they were already chipping by the next Monday. The nails techs that I had were nice but maybe they need to do a better job setting the shellac.

When walking in I ask for the owner due to me being his regular, he wasnt there so I asked could the gentlemen service me he refused. I was confused cause Ive never caused any problems when Im there, so I waited until owner arrived and still no explanation was given of why he refused to service me.
