I was hesitant about going to this nail salon because of the negative reviews, but I am so glad I decided to give them a chance. Nancy was amazing, friendly, personable, and professional. This was the first time I got SNS and I love it! My nails look amazing!! Will be going back!!

Me and my girl are new to ohio and decided to get our nails done at this place. The entire experience was rushed. Her toenail polish is cracked, they didnt get the calluses on her feet. She cut my toenail, my toenail is about to fall off. My girls nails are all differently shaped. When we said something the owner got very rude and stopped speaking in english too us. We payed $180 to have to pay another $180 somewhere else. Will not get my business again.

Sophanna is amazing with SNS. She takes her time and makes sure your nails are amazing.Kim always does my girls nails and she is very good to her.

This place does such a good job. I have had every tech that works here do my nails at least once and every time my nails look amazing. I know things are crazy right now and they’re booked but they will do what they can for you it’s well worth the wait!!!!

Nice people, horrible service. Out of 6 times coming here only twice was I semi pleased.

My nails were In Good shape before I got shellac here.Too much grinding now they are thin and bendy even under the shellac, which is why I get it..to strengthen them.One lady started.. she seemed new..another finished. My nails are different lengths and the polish has areas you can see through(not even coats) probably old product.I will not be back and feel sorry for the new lady there as she seemed afraid for some reason.

I loved my experience there. The tech was very helpful and friendly. Gave me honest answers to all my questions. Nails still look great and its been two weeks.

Sophanna is amazing! She does an Incredible job. My nails always last at least 3 weeks, and my toenails could easily last two months if needed. The entire staff is always nice and professional. I am always happy with the outcome. It is worth my 30 minute drive to come here.

TERRIBLE. not even a week since I got my first set and it’s already breaking off. My friend told me I had the owner doing my nails, you would think she would give me the best service- hard no. She kept getting up and leaving and when she was doing my nails she completely rushed them. Happily never returning.

I have had my nails done several times already. Nancy done my nails and I was very well pleased with them time. This is the first time I have had gel nails and I like them. I have to drive almost 30 minutes to get there but it is well worth it to me.

Ive been going now for over a year and my nails look better than they have in my entire life. I started with brittle nails that cracked and split often. A year later using SNS monthly my nails are healthy, strong and fast growing.

Total scam in place! Greeted at the door by a man selling me on a new process that is SO MUCH BETTER for your nails. Only five dollar more. I have natural nails and dont often purchase a manicure. Im all about the pedicure. The nail technician starts by grinding on my nail surface, Im quite sure this isnt MUCH BETTER for your nails. Some type of gel process. By the way no manicure, ground my cuticles back with her grinder. No exfoliating, no lotion. My pedicure was smeared, polish on my toes. I saved the best part for last... Not 5 dollars more, 35 dollars more for a process that is much more damaging than a coat of polish. I truly cant think of a good thing to say other oh yes they are friendly while they up charge and offer a terrible service.

Do not go you will be sorry..l was disappointed with the service and they would not fix what they mess up. The owner wanted to charge me. Do not go. I wish l would have read the reviews.

It was my first time coming here and I absolutley loved it. The workers were very friendly and welcoming and they did a great job on my acrylics and toes. Everyone had a very great personality. I am definitely coming again!!

Treat someone who needs a simple toenail trim/file as if they were getting a full pedicure. She cut me with the nail file, only filed the toes on one foot, only sprayed my feet with alcohol. No water or anything. Kept trying to upsell me. I had hip surgery and cant take care of my feet very well. Its winter, I did not need or want a full pedicure. I should have walked out, however, I paid $10 for nothing.

I had a terrible experience. The older lady that did my full set and pedicure was very rude , making comments about me messing up “her” nails and belittling me as a person. She did a rush job on my nails and my nail broke the next day! I don’t even want to go back to have it fixed because I don’t want to deal with the horrible service I received the first time around. I will never go here again nor would I recommed this shop to anyone looking for good quality service and hospitality.

First time and will be my last horrible . 100 for a pedi and gel nails. I have glue all over my nails 1 day and 2 are already gone. Just horrible.

I’ve been here twice and left unhappy both times. The service is lacking majorly. The last time I went the Lady who did my nails did not check the lengths after she clipped and shaped my nails so they are very uneven. She did not paint my nails down to the cuticle so it looks as if I already need a fill in and I just got them 4 days ago. I thought I would give them a second chance but it didn’t go any better.

I was very disappointed with the turn out of my pedicure. They only soaked my feet for 15 mins and then did not cut my nails and did not get the dead skin off my feet. and the nail polish looked my 5 year old niece could do a better job and way over price. Almost 50 dollars for that experience. No thank you.

I have never left a nail salon that unhappy. About fourty minutes after I left, my nail color had massive air bubbles under on three nails. Three days later my nails broke and I went back and asked for a refund because of both my problems or to not use their S&S because it was not good and they were very rude and interrupted me and would not let me finish what I was trying to ask for.

I walked in to get my full set taken off. One of the lady’s was very rude and wanted me to get a full set again saying “ that will take so long” I felt pressured to get a fill in on my nails. My nails where very pretty BUT she did not take off the lose parts of my nail from my last full set. So in the end they where lose feeling. Two days later my middle finger just popped off. I ushily go to ambiance to get my nails done. I have never had a problem with them and my nails are never lose and the workers are very nice. I am very upset and will never go back.

They were nice but in such a hurry that the did my moms nails thin. My daughter nails are in different layers to the point they look different shades of red. My nails are ok except the gentleman kept filing and filing to the point I have stubby nails. Nice people just not good service. They also are to focused on other employees instead of there customer.

I just moved into the area and with my usual salon being 30 minutes away i needed to find a closer place to go. i got a few recommendations to try this place so I went ahead and gave it a shot since they advertise there fill in price as 17$. when I got there I was greeted well and sat immediately. first of all, they automatically assume you want gel polish without even asking you first, they don’t show you the difference between their gel colors and regular colors, they just hand you a chart. the guy who did my nails was quite the entire time, which is not a problem but personally i like to chat when getting my nails done. for gel color being 15$ more you would think their gel polish wouldn’t be so cumpy but my polish job has bumps/lumps all in them. least to say, i most likely won’t be back 😕

I have been coming here for a year and a half. I absolutely love them, the owners are extremely hard workers too!!! Warm, inviting atmosphere, with very dedicated staff! I love thier SNS product! They treat me like family and I wouldnt ever go anywhere else. Best Asian nail salon I have ever been to. They always work hard to make your wait as short as possible. I definitely recommend them!

The tools were dirty. When we started to put on our shoes to leave they agreed and pulled out tools freshly sanitized. If I didnt say anything they would have used dirty tools.We left anyway. Dont go

Highly disappointed. 4 technicians took turns doing my nails so some fingers had one coat and others had 3. This left bumps and unpainted sections. When I questioned them they were very rude. Overall very very poor service.

My first visit was horrible acrylic was so uneven really thick at the base of my nail and thin at the ends. I went back the next day and the guy fixed it ,only for my nails to come off in a week!

This is the worst place ever to get your nails done and the most expensive!! The people there speak no English at all and are very rude. This woman screwed up my nails so bad and im never going back. Why should I spend $40 plus dollars there when there are atleast 20 more places in the area I could go. NEVER AGAIN!!

Me and my grandma went here I got a full set and she got a fill in. With my full set some of the nails are already coming off after one week along with them not getting close enough to the cuticle and my grandmas are not close enough to the cuticle. Most salons do this so you come in sooner or they dont know what theyre doing, well be finding somewhere else.

Rude staff, did not answer questions I asked, technician did not know how to do SNS nails, so he was asking his coworker how to do it in front of me, and he left clumps, and chunks of white powder in my nails. When I asked him if the clumps would go away, he ignored me. I had to ask another worker who fixed my nails by ripping them off and rushing to finish the job. rude staff, would not go again.
