Everyone is so nice and it is always relaxing.

I would NOT recommend this store! My wife had an appt at 11am and she got stuck in accident traffic on I-71..as a courtesy she called the location letting them know that she is going to be 9-10 minutes delayed.The hair stylist told her that My wifes appt cannot be kept as that will mess her day. I think my even my physician allows 15 minutes for the right reasons.On top, this individual was rude as well. This was my daughters gift to their mom for Mothers day..so it even has a larger impact.If you are planning on taking appt at this location, please make sure, every minute counts...

Gina is amazing! I went in after growing my hair out for a while and wanted to donate it. We managed to get enough (it was close) for a donation. She made my newly shortened hair look amazing! Im pretty sure she can work with ANY hair!

My color was terrible. I let the stylist, and receptionist know I didn’t like it. Management was supposed to call me but never did. Days later, I had to go get my hair fixed at another salon. Terrible management and owners. Save yourself the money you’ll spend getting your hair fixed at another salon.

I have seen 3 stylists over the past 10+ years that I have been having my hair done at Pure Concept Salon and Spa. Each one has spent time listening to me and has done a fantastic job with my hair, cut and color. Love the mini facial which is included. Pricing is reasonable.

I just moved to the area and was really nervous about getting my hair cut in a new place. Ive had several bad experiences in the past with new places. Pure Concept was recommended to me and so I checked it out. I absolutely loved it! I loved the complimentary services and everyone was really nice! The atmosphere was very nice and clean. I love the cut Karen gave me! She was also so friendly and easy to talk to! Im so excited I found my new salon so quickly!!

This salon is a very warm and welcome place to step into! I love that the Nail/Waxing department is in a separate area away from the stylists so that the interaction between the nail tech and client is so much more intimate and serene.Mercedes does my nails and I’ve veen following her and her work for years. She is outstanding in her technique and compassion for her clients. Not only does she make me feel cared about my entire service- she has become a wonderful friend and someone I look forward to having appointments with.

I was in today and got my hair done by designer Lauren. She is awesome!! I have thin and flat hair and I am very particular about my haircut (as i cannot take chance) she patiently listened to my requirements and gave a perfect cut. I am definately visiting again. I highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful experience here with Karren, super relaxing, pleasant conversation but not too much to disturb the relaxation. People actually noticed my skin looked fresh. If I would live nearby Id definitely become a regular.

This place is awesome! I got a haircut by Sharissa and loved it. The haircut included a massage and mini facial while I was getting my hair washed. Sharissa explained each product she was using but did not pressure me to buy them which I appreciated. Heads up they only take cash or check tips- not by card! I would highly recommend this place. Great service and not overpriced.

Dan is wonderful. Had trouble finding someone that could cut my sons hair the way I wanted. Should have just started here.

I was unfortunate enough to have Nicole do my highlights. She was very rude and rough on my hair. The highlights were not good but they were expensive.I have found a great salon called Greenline.They are nice and do a fantastic job.Wolf NEVER go back to pure concepts!

Pure Concept Salon in Kenwood is an outstanding facility with highly trained service providers, fresh clean air, charming decor and just about anything a person could want in a salon.

I always get hair color and cut from Gina and she is very good.
