Just love them Im always happy when I visit

Absolutely terrible. I called almost 2 weeks before to book appointments for 5 people for a wedding party. They took my name and number and when we got there, they had whited out our appointment. A woman who had been waiting said that when she called, they claimed they didnt take appointments. Didnt even get service done but I will never be going to them and advise other people do not either.

I cant stop looking at my nails they are horrible. I dont even want anyone to look at them. I usually go to Cincinnati nails but they were busy. I came here because I used to years ago and now I see why I left. They are friendly and the prices are good but the service I received, I rather pay double to be happy and proud of my nails. Definitely not an A+ job false advertising.

They always try to offer the best service possible for me and 2 of my aunts. We do different kinds of nails services and all seems very sturdy and beautiful. Very good quality and services by nice and experienced technicians. Thank you A plus Nails.

I’d give this place a D-. I will NOT be back. Nail tech rushed through the whole thing. My GEL manicure chipped within a week and didn’t look so great to begin with. Afterwards, she slapped some lotion on my hands and put a hot towel on them for a total of 2 seconds. I was so confused. I asked for a pedicure up front and nail tech decided to give me just polish without the pedicure part? I hate my nails and the service I received.

I love going in. If you call to make an appointment before hand, they’re great about getting you right in. For the price, they’re great. A lot of people who complain about chipped nails after a week, clearly don’t understand that If you’re rough at work, that happens no matter where you get them done.

Very nice and skilled workers, I love my SNS done here. They do such a good job. My SNS always last for more than 2 weeks. Very caring and professional. Highly recommend.

I came in today for a full-set and was seated and they finished my nails in 2p minutes and my clear normally be natural looking my nails look as if they slapped the acrylic on there and said there you go....

I made an appointment because to there is usually a wait. The service is prompt and pleasant as usual. I get SNS dipping powder which allows me to grow my nails out.

Very caring techs, they do many services that the other salons don’t. My pedicure and manicure shellac are at its best when I come.

I’ve gone there for a couple months now and my nails have never looked better.

Very good quality of this nail shop! They do a variety of nail services, dipping powder, ombré, acrylics, ..all are beautifully done.

More like D- nails. Gone here twice and my nails never turn out good. They use bad products the clear coat looks grainy on my French tip. Will never come back here

I got SNS nails here. So pretty and expertly done. The process helps my nails grow and stay healthy. You can come here and be blessed too!

They did a great job on my nails and my daughter. Quick fill in and painted with designs.

They do a good job...but you have to wait so long that its not worth it. They only have 4 techs and one of them is not very good. they really should switch to appointments because it makes no sense that u have to wait so long.

Should be renamed D+ Nails. Ill start by saying the pricing is pretty fair, and thats about where it stops. Manicure was going well until I noticed afterwards that they chopped my nails down to nonexistent length, without asking me. Ive had roughly 5-6 manicures in my lifetime, and I never thought I would have had to monitor nail techs WHILE they were doing their jobs. Id never go to this place again. First time and last time.

Worst experience I have ever had!! My nails look like complete crap. I wouldnt go back if they paid me to come. They wanted to charge me $5 for a clear coat on my nails on a manicure full set white tip???? A normal place puts 2-3 coats on for shine no they leave it flat unless you pay $5.
