I only go here for the temperature polish. They will try to do what they want to your nails. I only do rounds nails and he still almost gave me pointy nails which I had to fix myself when I got home; the polished look like a kid almost did it! I will not be back! Not worth the polish. And be careful because they will give their own prices despite their price chart!

They did my nails very good. The shop could be a little nicer in appearance, but they did a good job. I paid about 10.00 more than what I normally pay for what I had done, but it was worth it.

They have been doing my nails about 4 years. Sometimes you have to wait awhile, because its only 2 people. But my nails always look good.

I went here because I recently moved on this side of town. I normally go to Ambiance in Finneytown. I didn’t look at their pricing because in my experience, most places are about the same. Well, I will never go back here and I will drive to Finneytown and here is why…I paid $132 for a gel pedicure and gel manicure and that’s not including the tip! They didn’t massage my legs and feet after the pedicure like Ambiance does, I didn’t get a hot towel like Ambiance, they didn’t massage my arms and hands or get a hot towel after the manicure either. It was very basic for the price you pay! I get the same mani and pedi with all the massages and hot towels at Ambiance for $80 and then I tip 20% unless they spend a little more time and then I’ll give a little extra. They did do a good job and my nails look great, but not worth the price when I can get better service at a lower price.

The older lady that did my pedicure was horrible!! Could clearly tell she had she had a bad attitude from the star. When it came to polishing my toes she half’s polished most of them!! I had to keep telling her .. no you have to fix this! She looks at me crazy! I told her.. I do not like how my feet look! She walks away! Ok guess what.. I will neverreturn to this place! I will not give you my money for this!

Love love love her...she is so great all the way across the board. Been with her for almost a year and never once have i had a nail break, chip or been unsatisfied with any part of my nails. I will be moving soon and know that I will still Be driving to roselawn to get my nails done.

Its ok really kinda unprofessional. Been there twice. Both times they do not acknowledge you when you arrive. First time they took someone in front of me. Just really good if you want nails done with no design. Just polish only. Im just not from the Cincinnati area but Im going to try to find another shop. Lady never talks and the man doesnt really talk either.

Called at 1:23 pm on a Tuesday to check to make sure they were open for business and I was told closing time was 5pm. I arrived at 1:53 And they were already closed for the day.

Worst mani/pedicure Ive ever gotten. Manicurist didnt even cut cuticles and pedicure only lasted one week! Dont waste your $ here.

Terrible!!!! Wanted to get tips on ones that broke and then gel over the tips... They wouldnt do it!!!! So then I still talk myself into getting them done anyway and these people let someone that came in after me go before me. Absolutely the worst nail salon ive ever been to. I had a appointment at 10 am that I was on time for I didn’t get seated for my pedicure till 11:15 the woman who did my nails put the tip on Crooked the top of the tip was pointed upward and not even laying on the nail I tried to ask her to fix it before she put the S&S on she didn’t I then told them that I wanted them fixed someone else try to say that they didn’t need to be taken off and re-done after being there till 230 I told them just take them off they charged me 15 for takeoff customer service was terrible

Came into nail salon at 2:24 . The lady was sipping on a,drink and said I cant do your nails. I said why she said because you come here before and let somebody else do your nails. Excuse me.......... your salon goes by sign in sheet. What ever go clean your dam empty salon up.
