I love going here. They are all so nice. I normally go to Andrew, he always does such a good job. Highly recommend going here. The nails last awhile as well.

After I was asked to remove my shellac myself so the tech could work on other people, the techs each took turns popping over to do a little work on my nails so they could work on more people. I received the worse manicure and my shellac was done no were near what I asked for. They are making over $50 an hour but definitely treat you as if you do not matter.

New to area US Nail was first place I tried since moving and it was above my expectations.. Staff is so friendly and kind and my nails look amazing.. Definitely have a customer for life here!

Super great quality and easy to book an appointment! They have a very wide variety of colors from gel to sns to acrylic and many talented artists with high end skill sets.

It’s been 5 days and my daughter already lost 2 nails. They came off completely. They didn’t look that good to begin with. Full set cost $45 plus tax plus tip. Terrible job!!

Booked an appointment for 7:15 at the US nails in Harrison Ave in Cincinnati. At 745 I finally asked a male working there ( I was told it is the owner) if someone was going to get to me. He literally turned around and screamed that he only had 2 hands. He held his hands in the air and said see look! Only 2!! The entire salon was looking. I was mortified. I left crying and will never be back

Will never go back. me and my friend went in. the guy was so rude. i told him the length i wanted and he told me it was ugly and tried to make it shorter so i again said i want them too here and he said whatever. didn’t talk the whole time. rude as all get out. was not worth the price i paid. because in the end that are not fully painted. they are bumpy and all scratched up.

This place is amazing! It does get busy a lot but the location is amazing because you could just go shopping until they call you. They do a great job and I would really recommend it here!

Guy doing my nails cut 9 of my 10 fingers! Woke up to my fingers red and 2 bleeding. Called there and told “sorry, put medicine on it. You be fine”and she hung up. Will NOT be going back!

I will NEVER RETURN to this place EVER AGAIN. First of all we were told it would be a 1/2 hour wait ( which was fine) but a 1/2 hour was up and we still had to wait an extra 1/2 hour. They begin a pedicure on my daughter ( they made her sit on her grandmas lap) and in the mean time 4 other customers walked in and get their services before my mother did. They could have very easily taken care of my mother first instead of making her and my daughter share one chair. Two other customers got seated in a pedicure chair ( they didn’t have to wait) at this time my mom had already had to wait an hour and a half. Why they didn’t just sit her in her own chair and take care of her before the other customers who arrived after her?Not only did the customer service SUCK they didn’t even perform full pedicures on their feet. All they did was soak their feet, clipped their toe nails, then painted them. We could have very easily did it at home.They will never get my service again.

I spent a lot of morning to get down here for my wife to get her nails done for her bday. An hour before they close they tell us they are close. We got here at 7 called beforehand ask what time they close they told us 7:30. So we are beyond disappointed with this store. Good luck to the rest of you.

I have been getting my nails done here for several years and Sam always is eager to please. They are very attentive to your nail needs and take their time to make sure you are happy with the results. I have walked in with a problem with a nail that I caused myself and without a question they always fix them. Small but best place on the west side!

I loved it! Only thing was the day after I realized he actually gave me scrapes on my heals and big toes from the exfoliating sponge thingy. It hurts now! Which sucks bc I’m leaving for the beach in three days! Other than that nice people and great atmosphere.

This place is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. I thought I would give them a second chance as they did my nails and my daughters nails and did a terrible job and so I just went back to give it a second try. I waited one hour 10 minutes only to be told by a gentleman that had not even cleaned his table off there was nail clippings from the last client that he could not do a manicure because he had another appointment coming in! Worst place I have ever experienced !!!!

I will not be returning my sns was the worst I’ve ever had it, it was all thick and ridged around the cuticle and they started falling off like 2 week after having them done. Sns typically can last me well over a month when I get them done at mk nail in forest park.

I made an appointment and was about 5 minutes late. They were still able to take me and there was no waiting. Everything was very clean and neat and I have never gotten a better finish with the SNS nails. I was in and out in less than an hour. The price was absolutely reasonable. You cannot beat the convenience being right there in the Meijer grocery store.

Must admit I was rather disappointed. Ive been here several times and typically dont have any issues. Today however I was displeased. There were quite a few people I had not seen before, which should have been a warning. I felt the service was rushed and when I said I wasnt satisfied with how my color turned out, I wasnt offered an apology, offer to fix it or anything. I was just given a blank stare and a charge to my card. I really like the old staff, and probably wont be back.

I was in the area so I came to US Nail for their cheaper SNS prices ($35 vs. the $48 I usually pay). I received the quality I paid for and I’ll be returning to my usual spot for higher prices and higher quality from now on.

If I could give less then one star I would guy was rude. My daughters nails were not done right. Place is to small no waiting area

Went here 3 times! every time my nails fell off within the same week. Will never go back !! Im not happy with them or there work they do . floor was dirty n table i was at wasnt clean. So if you ladys want your nails done ! Dnt go there

They are completely over priced along with surprised fees added in at the end. Me and my friends nails looked absolutely horrible and weren’t even painted all the way! For just 2 full set acrylics it was over 100 bucks and yet it was the worst service i ever received along with them being rude by saying horrible comments under there breath. Will never go there again and ive never once seen them wash their hands, owners daughter has been caught stealing from the meijers multiple times and its now to the point that she isn’t allowed to walk around by herself. Do not spend your money here especially since the price you are paying is not even worth the product you are receiving.

I went around 2pm today. First time customer and new to the area. I asked for oval shaped nails, not really sure what this is that i got but hardly any of my nails look like one another. He was too busy talking to his buddy the phone to even ask me how long i wanted my nails. He cut a couple pretty short then asked me how long i wanted them. I should have stopped him there and left, but i let him continue. He said 3 words to me the whole time and seemed annoyed i was even there. As he started to apply the acrylic two ladies returned and one began to peel and cut an entire bag of onions. The smell of acrylic and onions nearly made me throw up. He sat me at the dryer and gave no acknowledgment as the macuine cut off so i quickly got up and left with a quick thank you. Not to mention the amount of anitfungal nail stuff they sell and have on display there is disturbing. This was the worst experience Ive ever had, it wasnt worth the $40 i spent. Needless to say, Ill be driving an hour to kentucky to get my nails done for $70 for now on. Never again will i enter us nails.

Very nice place to look at very nice equipment and love the music however some very bad nail techs and their constant loud Asian voices are very annoying.
