They’re very unorganized they lady waxed my eyebrows in 5 minutes and the guy use watered down nail polish.. I have to go back today and get nails repolished.. Just poor service I figured nail polish not a big deal. The lady who owns it seems real nice and real good but my service was unprofessional look like kid work..

There is so much drama in that nail salon... they make you pay a tip its just extremely too ghetto for some Chinese people.. tell u one Price then over charge your card... this lady in picture talk the whole time... dont waste dont waste your money here go to ambient its so much more peaceful and they dont overcharge

I got a soak off and basically did my own soak off in the salon. Wasn’t it wasn’t until the end that someone came over to start taking the acrylic off with the nail drill. They didn’t even make sure all the acrylic was off my hands and nails. I understand it’s not a high price value service, but this is uncalled for.

I paid over a $100 dollars to get full set acrylic nails installed. After 2 days the nails started to fall off. They peeled off just like they were stick ons and anyone who is familiar with acrylic nails knows they won’t budge till after 3 weeks and only if you get them removed with an acetone solution. I can’t believe I was charged $$ for very poor quality nails. Definitely will not return and do not recommend.

The price was reasonable for me and my wife. It was her day to be pampered. It was my first experience to get a pedicure an a med. Very relaxing for my wife and I. Ill recommend. The only draw back was that they work kinda fast. I believe we was there for about an hour an some changes. It did get busy once we got there. Again for the price it was worth it. The people there doesnt speak English well self for the owner I think. My wife was had a good time getting her hands an feet done so did I.

Usually do a pretty good job, unfortunately there popular and the wait can be like 10,15 min if you dont have an appointment, occasionally there might be some light bickering amongst the lady customers ,Mrs Lee does a pretty good job of handling that,the prices are a bit expensive but not over the top,the atmosphere could use some work,like adding TVs,are piping in music,etc, Marshalls used to rent in that area,be cool if they moved to that space in the mall(in Norwood) would be more space they can make it bigger and add more nail technicians.

Waited over 50 minutes after I was told that there wouldnt be a wait. I paid $60 for a fill-in mind you I just got full set 2 weeks proiry got same amount $60. I asked how I was paying same price for a fill-in that I paid for full set? They are really unprofessional. They lack knowledge and customer service skills. Techs need supervision at all times. I really dont see how this establishment is still up and running. Will be reporting them to BBB. Nothing was sanitize or sterile. Floors dirty full of nail debris. Tables arent cleaned between customers.

The woman shaved off ALL of my old polish (instead of nail polish remover for the last layer) and made my nails extremely thin! I could feel the thinness every time I touched anything. I got them cut short with gel on top. Two of the nails chipped in less than 24 hours! I went somewhere else bc you can’t fix shaved down nail beds. They got me in quickly and were nice. But I believe their desire to be quick is prioritized over quality.

The wait was long but that’s not my issue the fact that I went on my birthday an spent over 185 buck just for the nails to come off in less then a week is unacceptable!!!! Basically all I’m saying is that they must use the cheapest of cheapest products and price Gouge something terrible!! It’s really sad I don’t recommend this place to anyone AT ALL! Warning do not go. I got my nails done by inna or Anna on 7/1/21. When I got home my acrylic nails already looked as if they needed a filling. Also she didnt dry my toe nails so the paint came off. I didnt have time Togo back and get it corrected. I paid over $100 for services and I was highly disappointed. Also theres no pricing guidelines for services thats displayed for customers. To much money for what I received.

The service was really nice but after about 3 days my polish on my toes start to chip off... everyone knows the toe nail polish stays on forever

The first sit was at booth #10 and my nail cracked in the center on top of my gel nail polish started peeling and bubbling on day 3 i went back and Cathy was to fix the nails after she fixed them instead of painting them back black they are blue and Lee argued that with me and said no it looks like that cause the polish faded after only being on my nails a few days there are now three different colors on my hands and the polish bubbled and peeled AGAIN i wasnt even offered a free complete job this is crazy its bad enough i come in and clean my station myself because Cathy tried to go straight from doing someones feet to doing my nails!! I need to know how to share the pictures because i have the first set and second

I definitely enjoyed my pedicure and my manicure Bowl French white tips with gold on the ring finger gold toenails service was quite well definitely will recommend and definitely will be back for a visit

Loved my nails and tech prices just to high. Just use to fill in starting at 18. My 2 nail repair was $10. Fill in and designs it came to 65. Thats what I pay for full set with more details. If you got it go for it. If money low dont

I showed the technician at Lee Nails a picture on my phone of what i wanted and they exceeded my expectations. They gave me quality nails in under an hour. I will definitely be back!

My friend and I came in with appointments for pedicures at 6:30. They said it would only be a moment, but we ended up waiting 40 mins to get in a chair. Once in the chair, a tech started on my feet but no one came to start on my friend’s service. My pedicure only lasted 10-15 minutes and was rushed the entire time. In the middle of my service, he was arguing with other clients and staff about the nails he had done prior to me. None of the equipment looked sanitized, dirty towels were on the floor, and dust was everywhere. My friend opted out of even getting the pedicure because of the wait - even though we had made appointments prior. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. This salon was not clean, not professional, and every client inside seemed extremely unhappy with their experience. Don’t recommend.

It was a good experience , but the Tony didn’t know how to place crystals properly on the nail but the manager fixed it with no problem they look great btw!

Extremely high costs for no reason....$36 Pedi + $20 for gel polish. No wonder girls came in with nails glued down in order not to pay full set prices smdh. 1st time visiting a nail shop in OHIO and I can say that us Americans are stupid to keep dealing with what they want instead of getting the quality work we pay for. Then upcharged $2 for a decision/option that was recommended....Anna does a great job with pedicures, again the pricing is pretty steep for the basics

My daughter and I went for a full set and fill in. My daughter needed a fill and had just got her nails done 2 weeks ago the lady took her nails off without asking me and gave her a full set then charged me $45 and an extra $5 for just clear nail polish!She put gel on there without asking, this is multiple times that Ive been charged for extra stuff here ridiculous. The owner did refund $5 but everytime I have been in there are complaining even yelling guests.. I see know why. I am not one to leave bad review s but people need to beware!

I have never been to a more unsanitary nail salon than this one. The nail tech hands were dirty and he had just walked in the door, they dont enforce customers to wash their hands, they dont sanitize stations between use just uggh. My pinky nail cracked after the first day and the middle broke after the third day. It hasnt been a full week yet. If I could give -1000 stars I would.

I think they do a great job here. I dont have any other place to compare it to because its the first place I ever went. I was nervous getting a pedicure because I really dont like my feet touched but Kim did an amazing job and I finally have pretty feet lol. My little girl got acrylics that glow in the dark so that was a bonus. Their pricing is reasonable and we will definitely keep going here. No need to ever go anywhere else because we found our comfort zone right here.

They were over busy unorganized and he ended up putting super glue all over the end of my fingers and the nails were too thick wish they would have done better

My nails are sore and feel like they are going to fall off and the lady who was doing my nails had the drill too close to my cuticles and I got cut and my nails aren’t on all the way and they are not the shape I wanted

I got one color (shellac) and I got med/long length, it hadn’t even been a full week and two nails started lifting up. I was charged about $55, this was my 3rd time going to this nail location, haven’t been back since.

My wife and I went in for mani/pedis and were seated relatively quickly. Her pedicure was started immediately while mine took about 15-20 to start with my feet in cold water. When the lady began she started rushing through the motions to the point that it wasnt relaxing at all. It actually kinda just teetered between uncomfortable and downright painful depending on what she was doing at any given time. My wife and I finished at about the same time despite mine starting way after hers. When I went to get the mani I was sat at a table with an extension cord stretched shin-height in front of it so I had to awkwardly lean forward for the duration of the manicure which managed to be more painful than the pedi. Ive had manicures before and Ive never had my cuticles removed in such a rough manor. Needless to say, I wont be going back but apparently the dude that did my wifes nails was pleasant so Ill give them one extra star for that.

I recieved the best service from the nail tech named Sandy(#8) she is the best. And so down to earth. Made me enjoy my services that much more.

They have a new sign in screen since I was there last which is good for privacy, instead of a dign in book. Also the technician is new because of the amount of instruction one of the other text was getting them on how to do my nails the only thing I did not like is that they did not put enough of the product on especially for the amount that they charge me.

Lee nails is alright with me! I started going back in August 2017 and they have been great. I strayed away once, but quickly realized Lee nails is the place for me! Mrs. Lee is the funniest person EVER!

Terrible service I will not be wasting my money here any more had to get an entire full set because they messed my nail shape up then when i brought it to their attention they all started acting dumb and start speaking limited English no refund no nothing and my hands were so swole to the point I couldnt close it never happened before they need to be shut down

Diane is the nail tech that I would always go to, but she isnt there anymore. She was very nice, took her time and made sure you left her chair happy. The other techs are a hit or miss... very long waits and good work isnt guaranteed.

Being that I work nearby, I decided to use my lunch break to treat myself to getting my nails done. I am not impressed!The man who did my nails was very nice but did a horrible job. My nails were too wide and thick, they looked ridiculous. I was running short on time and had to return to work. Even my co-workers said I should get them fixed/complain...which I did immediately after my work day was over.I spoke to Ms. Lee and she started on me right away...BUT...stopped halfway through to work on someones feet. I was ok at first but a couple minutes turned into 15, then to 20. While waiting for her to return I listened to what other customers were saying. Many of them requested repairs to their nails that have lifted or popped off. The woman whose feet she was working on was upset because she had been there for a long time. It took almost 2 hours to fix my nails, they do look better, but only 3 days later I have two that are already lifting. I am a single mom who doesnt have this done often because of cost and I feel cheated out of my hard earned money.

Extremely disappointed. My nail tech cut open my toe and continued to mess with it without apologizing, even after I said “that hurt!” They kept trying to push gel or powder on me even after I said “no thank you.” And then they didn’t clean the utensils after use. Just wiped them down with the towel I used to dry my hands. The nail file that was used was disgusting. Hope my toe doesn’t get infected!

Full set of acrylic nails looked terrible, I had to ask them to fix them because of how bad they looked, and then didnt notice that they still werent fixed until after I was already in the car. Waited almost an hour to be sat for my appointment. Told them it was totally unfair that they were charging me 60 for two sets of terrible acrylics and they gave me $2.00.... NEVER going back there again. Chaotic, messy and super stressful.
