I love US Nails! It’s a family owned business and they are all so hospitable and kind! not only that they always do my manicure and pedicure in a timely fashion which I love, while still taking the time and care to really do a stunning job! I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out, your first time surely won’t be your last!

Great service. Small shop but huge amounts of personable employees and personal service. The owner/tech is very quick & efficient but takes pride in her work and happy to fix anything you’re not satisfied with. Fair pricing for quality service. Definitely plan on making this a regular establishment to visit!

I have been going to this nail salon for years and had the absolute WORST service I have ever had today. I went in for SNS as usual, Lynn sent me to an older man who appeared to be newer there. I was hesitant, because I dont like just anyone doing my nails, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He did a horrible job, cut me multiple times and didnt even bother to apologize or try to make me feel comfortable! I had to have Lynn file my nails and remove the cuticles around my finger nails before I left. Once I left I realized they were a lot worse than I thought. My nails had no consistent shape, different lengths, I had a few really thick nails and some very thin nails. I went back to have my nails fixed, at least shaped correctly. I waited an hour before Lynn had her husband ask me if I could come back. I explained that I am not happy with my nails and they were paid for, I would like for them to be satisfactory. It came down to them refunding me and removing the SNS. The same man who messed up my nails wrapped them in acetone, which burned all my cuts, I could barely stand the sting. They left me sit there for another 20 minutes while they worked on customers who came in AFTER me. I finally confronted them and let them know I needed the SNS removed so I could continue on with my day. The man yelled that I needed to keep the wraps on to remove the polish. I explained that I couldnt because it burned. He began yelling that he did not cut me and he wouldnt remove my SNS. That was it for me, I began to walk out and Lynn stopped me to say Im sorry. Im sorry did not fix my nails. I walked out with cotton balls dried to my nails and SNS still on my finger nails. I had to go to another nail salon to get the rest removed. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. This is not how you treat customers.

Had the best pedicure ever by Lauren!! Relaxing is an understatement....I almost fell a sleep!! 🥰 And then Lisa did my acrylic nails....best experience I’ve had in a very long time at a nail salon. DEFINITELY will be going back! ❤️❤️

This place was not okay at all! The younger lady did my nails and she did not know what she was doing with the acrylic or polish. They also charged me extra for picking out a glitter for my ring nail.

Very good experience at this salon, very attentive, good customer services, and high quality nails. They treat me like family. I read some bad reviews on here at the salon but when I have experienced myself, I found them very polite and do a very good work on nails. My mom and all my sisters and aunts have chosen this salon. Highly recommended!

My Daughter and I made a Friday 530 appt for Manicures and Pedicures . They were ready and waiting for us. We both were very happy with our Guys we were in and out in 1 hour and 30 minutes. We will definitely be back.

Brought my mom and aunt for their Mother’s Day here to get pedicures and manicures done. Very relaxing atmosphere feeling like home and caring technicians. They don’t rush the services like other salons. Also Love their new SNS; very beautiful!

Bridgetown nails is a joke dont spend your money at this place. They dont care about your feelings or you. They are a joke. The lady did not speak to me at all she did not ask what I wanted she was disrespectful to me. She was not letting me tell her what I wanted she keeped telling me to shhhhh and she was not letting me talk at all

They are fast and good. They do drill on your fingers and cuticles for acrylics and too much multitasking when doing my nails like doing other people’s nails while doing mine, that’s why I gave it a four.

I hate writing bad reviews, but hopefully me posting this will save someone else a bad experience. I got my nails done here today. Everyone was extremely friendly, but my issue wasn’t with the workers it’s with the way my nails looked. They were so bad that I had to have him polish over some nails before he placed a top coat on them. Once I left the salon I noticed how bad they looked in natural lighting. They were all different shapes, some had scratches on them, some weren’t covered all the way. So I turned around to have him fix them... well he only polished over two of them! At that point I was getting mad so I just left. I had to call SNS nails to see if they could fix the mess. Will not return

Great prices, friendly staff, good customer service. Clean environment, wide variety of nail polishes to choose from. Awesome pedi cure / leg massages, they put the lady sitting next to me asleep she was so relaxed.

Love my pedicure, very thorough, they take their time and making sure to satisfy customers. They do such a good job on the SNS too.

I got a pedicure. First off, my cuticle was cut. Then, they wanted to charge an extra $5 to use a pumice stone on my heel. Then I used a Visa Gift card to pay. I was told they tried to use it but couldnt, so I paid with a debit card. A couple weeks later I tried to use my gift card at the grocery and was told it had a $0 balance. When I got home and checked my balance, since I had registered it, I could see that the whole $25 was spent at Bridgetown Nails.

Came here with a friend to get acrylics. My nails were done quick and beautifully. Cant wait to come back for a full in and some sparkle maybe get my feet done

I was looking for relaxation today and 2+ hours later I left with SNS nails that were supposed to be more natural and they are horrible. Its all over my skin around my nail, not smooth and looks fake. Im so disappointed. Guess Ill have to pay somewhere else to have them removed and done right!!!! If you are expecting quality, this is not the right nail salon!!!

Slow service, the young lady didnt seem like she knew what she was doing and was extremely slow, and I was the only customer initially I wanted a Mani and Pedi but she took so long on my Pedi I didnt even get it, Im not sure if Ill be going back

I went in to get my SNS removed for a concert, I usually go to Vivi nails in Delhi but we needed somewhere closer to home since it was late. They charged $17 just to remove the SNS and the guy cut me, left polish and cotton all over my fingers and they have no sink to wash your hands. I had to go all the way home just to get the powder off my hands. They left some of the layers on too. The walls were dirty and everything was just nasty. Do not go to this place. Its terrible.

I loved my nails the 3 times I went. But, the racial biases, aggressive staff are enough to put you in tears. They assume its going to be a problem with every question. Sitting next to a white woman we both were asked the same question and both gave the same answer. We opted for the same services pedicures and acrylic nails. They were very kind and respectful to her. While they kept trying to trick me into pink and white and after I declined. They would hand me things to pick a color from although I declined that service. I said no thank you every time. They were very aggressive and kept switching names and acting like they didnt understand my request. She rushed my pedicure in half the time and stayed angry. She shooted and talked in her language while roughly throwing my feet around. She tried to use the blade and got mad because I told her not to. I had no white or dead skin build up. I literally get pedicures for the massage that I didnt get. The aggressiveness was so bad I paid and passed on my nails. They told me I worked with my hands and with all my kids I needed the service. I have worked behind a desk since the age of 19 and I dont have any kids either.

After patronizing this business for about 8 months, I decided to spend my money elsewhere with a shop that values my support. I noticed a pattern in the way that they treat Black customers; during my last visit, the owner stopped working on my nails because she didn’t want to keep a lady who came in after me waiting. I confronted her, and she got right back to doing my nails.

I live the staff at Bridgetown Nails. Always friendly and they do an awesome job!!!!

I had extremely strong nails that never peeled or chipped. This place used an electric sanding file before putting shellac on nails, then did the same thing to remove the polish when I went back 2 weeks later. My nails have been peeling and breaking for a month since then. Do yourself a favor and go to a place that shellacs nails without electronically roughing them up first and also soaks nails in acetone to remove the polish.

They did a very nice job for my manicure and pedicure! Very nice staff!

Went with a friend for her mani/pedi and they completely destroyed her skin for 2 hours. She even left with a sore on her foot. When confronted for a refund, the staff was completely rude and refused the refund, even with fresh blood on my friends hands. Stay away.

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE rating I would! I recently went with a friend who had a mani/pedi with shellac done. The same guy did both her mani and pedi. This guy was VERY rough and inconsiderate while doing both. He cut multiple of my friends fingers and toes. To stop the bleeding, he put acetone on her open cuts. She pulled her hands away. He then continued the manicure like nothing was wrong and put the oil on the open cuts which burned and then lotion which burned. The whole time my friend was shaking and holding back her tears. The next day she returned to speak to a lady who seemed to be the manager. She turned out to be just as rude and inconsiderate. No refund. No Im Sorry, how can we make this right?. Nothing. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

THE OWNER USED THR BLADE TRIMMER AND WAS TALKING AT THE SAME TIME OF COMPLETING MY PEDICURE THUS CUTTING MY BIG TOE...I BLED AND BLED AND SHE ALSO CUT THE BOTTOM OF MY FEET...VERY RUDE AFTERWARDS DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND I MISSED 3 DAYS OF WORK BC OF THIS INCIDENT..DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS...

Got a full set of nails Jan. 9th cost me a total of $42.80Not a very good job I will spend today soaking the nails off and some where else to get redone.
