Today I got my nails done for the very first time and I love it. The lady who did my nails was so nice!!!! I will definitely coming back

I also purchased a groupon. I called four times with no response. I finally drove over there. They were open. The lady was rude. I was just dumbfounded. I went ahead and bade an appointment. After reading reviews and being in there myself, I cancelled. I didn’t feel comfortable. So $20 wasted, could have saved the $20 and went some where much more professional and nicer. Trust me, do that. Pay a little more for being treated nicely.

I have been going to Gini Love over 25 years love her work and she does all her art work by hand .God truly blessed me to have her as a great person I let work on my nails .But God blessed me to know her as my best friend .

It has become tradition for me to have a girls night at the spa for my birthday. This has been an after-hours party at the same salon & spa until this year. However, that spa recently underwent new ownership and, after I had already booked the date & time, sent out my invites and received my RSVPs, the new owner called and said that she could not accommodate our party. Thus leaving me only a few days to secure a new location for 13 people.My sister had heard that The Nail Spot did after-hours parties, so I took a chance and called. After I explained my situation to the owner, Ginni Love, she asked for additional information and said that she would check with her girls, the ladies at Amy Davis A.N.D. Salon, Beyond Beauty Skin Care, and Massage, and that she would get back to me that evening to let me know if they could do the party. Not only did they arrange their schedules to accommodate us, they bent over backwards to make the entire night special for each and every one of us. When I walked in, I immediately felt welcome and comfortable. We were all pleased with their services. They were a fun, but professional group of women and I look forward to visiting there again.

This was my first visit to Nail Spot. I got Shellac done by Nelly, she was a delight and my nails are still fabulous! I highly recommend!!

Bought a Groupon and could not fit me into their schedule so I had to give it away to someone else. Were not at all flexible with the expiration date. Too bad...missed out on a potential long-term client because they werent willing to work with me.

This is the most unprofessional salon I have ever encountered! Rude is a mild word to use ! I attempted to schedule an appointment 6 times. Left messages each time . The message actually says theyll call you back in a day or so lol how unprofessional ! You couldnt pay me to go here. When I finally got ahold of them and said I had a groupon ... I was immediately treated poorly and like I was an annoyance to fit me in . Are there negative stars ?

My friend and I both received a shellac manicure, but neither one of the two nail techs painted the nail close enough to the cuticle. Just a couple of days after the manicure, it already looked like wed had them painted a week ago. There is a large selection of shellac colors, but you would have to go once a week to keep your nails looking nice. The nail techs were also a bit pushy about trying to get us to return for pedicures or nail art. I dont think we will be going back.

Had a massage from Lori. She is the very best.
