Wendy gave me the best pedicure ever. She was so nice and really took her time. I pretty much have brand new feet now. Well worth it!

I made a appointment a week before for a Saturday around 1:00 and the lady on the phone took my name and said it was okay time to come around. arrived at my appointment 10 mins early and the girl said she didn’t have my appointment but when I talked to the girl on the phone she said it was okay. Then instead of telling me a wait time she told me to go somewhere else. I really loved this place and this would’ve been my second time but after that I won’t be returning! Very unprofessional!!

Ive been going there for awhile. I like Tony that does my nails. Ive have a couple of the other girls which did a fine job. But Tony really takes his time to do them right for me. His also has done a pedicure and he does excellent work. Ask for Tony youll be happy you did!

The gel polish came off my left thumb nail the same day. The next day the polish on my other hand came off. I was able to easily pull the polish off the rest of my nails. Would not recommend.

I honestly never feel compelled to leave a review, positive or otherwise, but I was so dissatisfied with the service here that I thought I should warn others. I went to this salon at 12PM, was told there was an hour wait and to come back at 4:45. No problem, I was a walk-in taking a gamble on a technician being available at noon and I lost. Came back at 4:45, the same person looked at me like Uh...can I help you? Yeah dude, I was here literally 5 hrs ago and made an appointment - have that many people really walked in and out since then? Please spare me the attitude. Long story short, the technician talked me out of getting the service I originally came in for - SNS, because they said it will look bad. Well, if you are the technician and giving me the foresight Im about to waste my money, I probably should have taken that as my cue to leave. But, here I am writing this review. Gel polish was cured totally over my cuticles and even under my nails, making for a sloppy look for over a week and me hiding my hideous manicure until I was able to have it removed. Absolutely terrible service and experience.

I totally disagree with the other reviews!! I have been to a lot of nail salons in this area and they are by far the best. They are extremely thorough and their pricing is fair - the same or better than others. I continue to go back here after bad experiences elsewhere! I would give this salon a 5!

It was not my first pick to get my nails done but after the fact I couldnt be happier I went here! I got the gel polish and there are still no chips and it has almost been a week! Most other places chip within that time so I am very happy with the services. I will be going back for sure!

DO NOT go here. I went here once with a friend to get a full set. The lady doing my nails put the nails on WAY TOO THIN. I told her I didnt like them and they would break. I asked her if she could put a thicker layer of acrylic on. She said, No, my clients love how I do my nails. You will see.Well guess what? The very next day, one of the nails broke. I went back to the salon to have it fixed. When the offensive nail tech fixed it, she put the acrylic on ENTIRELY too thick. To the point where it was extremely painful for me to remove.Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to waste your money and be treated horribly.

Aweful experience! New to the area and trying to find a new place for my nails. I had Tina, she was nice enough but rushed through the entire thing. My nails are naturally long and strong and she sanded them down until they were weak and brittle, not to mention she tore up my cuticles until they were raw. Never going there again!

Beautiful nails, excellent service. I drive 30 minutes across town to have Tina do my nails twice a month. I have been to Hyde Park and downtown, and they dont compare. I am very impressed with Kenwood Nails.

She pulled off the polish that was loose at the nail base. When she did, she ripped my nail off, which meant a nail extension that wouldnt have been necessary if she hadnt ripped it off. Of course the ripping caused pain. Then she had the nerve to ASK for a tip. First of all, she didnt deserve one, secondly you never ask for a tip.

It was absolutely wonderful! Mr. Tony gives excellent service!!

Theyve turned me away twice for two designs I wanted. Apparently they dont do leopard or any seasonal designs so I had to go somewhere else. Ill leave 3 stars for avg since I feel a nail shop should be able to do designs on nails.

Ive been coming here off and on for about 10 years. The people are efficient; on the rare occasion I have a problem, they fix it right up. they are not usually the warmest crew, but I trust them and think their location and prices are great.

They rush through my nails. They Nick around my nails and act like that is normal. My nail chipped that night. Didnt want to waste my time to go back.

I have been here many times before and they have done an amazing job. I come every 2 to 3 weeks and take my mother and have never had any problems. Today I got the worst pedicure and manicure I have ever received. My nail tech, Mike, hardly put any effort into the job he was doing. He Didnt acknowledge me when I spoke to him. I left and was able to go home and remove twice as much dead skin from my feet than he did at the salon. He cut my cuticles while they were dry and did an overall sloppy job when it came to the polish. I spent more time sitting in my chair and waiting than he spent on me. I spoke with the manager and she offered to redo then but after already being there for over 2 hours that was not an option for me she told me I could come in next time and they would take care of it at no cost and then she walked away to give me a receipt stating that and comes back to hand me a discount card that says 5% off. Which is less than the tip I gave the gentleman working on my nails. I gave the card to my mother to use because I was fed up and decided Ill start going somewhere else. When my mother was finished they refused to accept the 5%discount even though I was paying for hers as well. I gave them the coupon back and kindly let them know neither of us would be returning. 3 weeks ago I would have given this place a 5 star rating. I will no longer recommend this place but if you do decide to go make sure you ask for someone other than Mike.

Worst nail experience ever..Came in to get two nails repaired and instantly felt like they didnt want to fix them.The man and two women started arguing (loudly)in their language.The shorter older lady was very rude and rushed me off to the man when a lady came in for a pedicure.The man proceeded to tell me that she was mad because they get paid by commission and she rather do her feet than my two nails even though I was a paying customer who arrived first. My nails are barely filed around the cuticles/ lumpy/misshaped..Steer clear of this place!!!!

My bff and I went for mani/pedis. The pedicures were ok, although the woman that did my feet was a bit rough and my left heel hurt for a couple of days. I decided to get a full set of acrylics. I havent had a set for a while. She was nice enough, but my nails are awful. One of my nails is VERY obviously crooked (filed that way) and they have began peeling after only 4 days. Im very disappointed. She also made fun of my crooked middle finger (runs in our family). I would def not recommend them to anyone.
