I’ve been to this location several times in the past with my daughter and granddaughter. I had a 4:15 appointment on Sunday afternoon. Just got a regular manicure. Today after looking at my nails closer, the polish is already coming off and not smooth. I felt like maybe the polish was old. I called and spoke with receptionist. I told her the situation. She flat out said there was nothing they could do and I said, you don’t even want to see my nails? She said she was sorry and they cannot do anything. Very poor customer service on their part and I’m out $35.00 plus $7.00 tip. Won’t be going there again!The owner very graciously gave me a complimentary re-do of my nails. Rose and Linda, the nail techs, were also very kind and apologetic. Will definitely return to this salon…. Thanks Aaron!!

Super nice staff. Unfortunately I was a walk in and received any technician for my pedicure. Nails aren’t straight. I could have done a better job myself. Manicure was fine. First time at this location. Might be my last.

I have been here 3 times.. First time I was a walk in and it was not relaxing..the technician was handling a few people at once. I made an appointment the next time and it was great. I had an appointment tonight..the girl was very involved in conversation with her colleagues.. looking at them while chatting...and subsequently hurting me..a few times..I had to ask her to please stop digging her thumbnail into my toe. Not sure if I will go back.

Hello! I had my sns manicure done with Leo and he was great. Showed me my nails and asked if I liked the shape as well as the color before he moved forward. He was quick and friendly. Thanks Leo!

I went in today with my daughter, she wanted sns and I was getting a fill in and color change. My daughter keeps her nails short because she plays the cello, the lady put length on her nails even tho she was asked not to, and the color wasn’t correct. When I called to say something the lady was rude and told me my daughter asked for it even though she didn’t… my nail tech made me bleed, and didn’t keep the shape I asked her too, my fingers look like little sausages now. I was charged for services I didn’t even want. I should have went to the rapid run location that I prefer but was crunched for time. Lesson learned and will never return to this location. Very rude and unprofessional service.

There was some confusion with my appointment. But they fit me in right away and Linda did a wonderful job. I will be returning

By far the worst pedicure I have ever received, and unfortunately due to the lighting I didn’t realize how bad until I got home. The technician was not though in the slightest, I asked her to trim my nails and fix my cuticles multiple times and was ignored.In less than 24 hours an entire nail chipped off because so much polish was on my skin taking a shower caused it to chip.I wish I knew the technicians name because I will give the place another try but will never go to the same person.

I went to this salon for the first time last weekend and had an acrylic fill in and a toe polish done. I have been getting the same services done for about 4 years but had to go somewhere different due to my salon being closed. I was charged an outrageous amount of money for just a toe polish change and fill in, double what my salon charges. I thought she did a decent job I paid and went on with it. 7 days after my appointment my toe polish turned brown and one of my nails popped off and the rest looked like they had been growing out for weeks. When I called to get them fixed they said it was no problem but when showing up for my appointment the new nail tech told me I’d have to re pay for everything! I asked to speak to the manager and he was not in so I asked her to give him my number she asked why and I told her I wanted to speak to him so she said “he too busy”. I had her fix the broken nail and left. I will never go back to this salon again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

I was unhappy with my $60 jelly pedi for my daughter and I. First the guy put the jelly and the Dissolving in at the same time then Im then he put too much water in my daughter so it didnt gel up. My daughters nail tech was rude 😒😑 and he was the one who checked me out and refused to give me a receipt. Honestly I paid $302.00 and I was happy with my service.

Very nice and clean, did an okay job on nails. I was in town for a few weeks and needed nails done. While there I had eyebrows done, worst mistake, day after and still hurts, red as hell, burnt me bad.

David did a wonderful and relaxing spa pedicure and matched my fingernails perfectly to my toe color

I know what you’re thinking...Yes, I a man, visited this nail salon and yes “I” received a pedicure. With full transparency, this was easily one of the best pedicures I have gotten! The nail tech I had made sure the water temp was to my liking and even adjusted the water after she started to ensure if never got cooler than I wanted. The service I purchased was fairly priced however the service and overall care from Aaron and his team was beyond average. Thank you for earning a long time customer!

I had a scheduled appointment that I called in an hour and a half ahead of time for, when I arrived I waited 25 minutes to then be seated in a chair. I then was left with my feet soaking in a tub until they got around to me. I noticed people just walking in, were seated and serviced within 10 minutes. This is not the way professional customer service operates. Very disappointed, I will not be back to this particular salon.

**** REVISED: in response to their response I did go to their location they just put my name in the book wrong. They put my name in under Brianne (which is still spelled wrong) and my google account goes by a different name. I know which location I went to.I came in today to get SNS, I’ve been here before but had mixed emotions on if I wanted to return or not. I felt very rushed throughout my process. It definitely did not get me the salon vibe and I felt like a burden to them. He was very harsh brushing my nails off with the brush when dusty, he kept making “jokes” about how short my nails are (which aren’t that short), he didn’t offer me any cuticle oil or lotion, or even ask me what kind of shape I wanted.

I usually go somewhere else, but after the covid 19 thing & re opening they couldnt get me in as quick. So I decided to try this place. I will say, everything was great. No problems until a few days shy of being only 2 weeks after getting my nails done. It started with one nail lifting at the top. It was so bad that when i was doing things it would bend & hurt. So I had to cut itt! That thing came right off. The whole thing! Then as each day passed more did the same. So exactly 2 weeks & 3 days Im down to a total of 4 nails left & Ive never had this happen. Not only the lifting. But the whole nail came off with ease. No soaking or picking to get the rest off. I got long acrylic gel coffin nails. I called & was very clear. The girl put me on hold & comes back to say...Im sorry but any thing after 2 weeks . we cant cover that. She then said , but come in & we will re paint them!!! Im like omg she wasnt listening at all. She went & told the owner/manager that my nail polish came off! Shes American too! So I then, re explained everything. She didnt go back to tell the manager. She just said oh well make an appointment & maybe we can fix them ! Im like...how are u gonna fix them? At this point its not fixable. Plus if she was listening. The nail trouble started just before 2 weeks. So at this point. Im tell her. No Im gonna go somewhere else. Also if u want gel nail color...they only have literally like 20-30 colors to choose from! Super disappointing. Oh also I didnt notice until I left that the girl left clumps of acrylic under my nails. U will see in the pictures.

I have known Aaron for a very long time and have equally been a customer for the same amount of time. No matter the technician you are seen by, Aaron and his staff have always remained respectful and any minor incidents (cracked or chipped nails, peeling of polish etc) have been taken care of in a timely and PROFESSIONAL manner. The salon is always clean with clipping tools always taken care of and cleaned properly. During Covid, the cleaning was taken serious even further with the rigorous cleaning and providing of mask for customers. If you are looking for a new location for a manicure/pedicure then I heavily suggest US Nails By Aaron.

Aaron is very professional and takes pride in the quality of the services provided. He is willing to correct any issues! Lily is wonderful! Very gentle and great at what she does! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you for your excellent customer service! I will be back!

Awful for the first time since I have been going there. Waited almost an hour to be told they didnt have anyone available.

I have been going regularly to the U.S. Nail location at 6125 Harrison Avenue since they opened. Before that, Aaron, the manager, has been doing my nails for about 15 years at other locations. The reason that they have a large clientele is because they are first rate! Aaron is professional and the best in the business!I had my nails done tonight and, while I was there, a very rude woman came in stating that her nails turned black several days after having them done at this location. She was aggressive and wouldnt listen to reason. Aaron calmly told her that perhaps chlorine or another chemical most likely made this happen . She had been on her honeymoon. Aaron stated that he would redo her nails at no charge or take them off, if she preferred. She insisted that she now wanted them taken off and wanted a full refund also. Aaron has always stood behind his work! No one wants customers like this lady! Id say good riddance!

Great job, they where very kind & our nails looked amazing! 4 stars just due to some leftover residue under my sms nails, not sure if this is common here or not. Thank you we will be back!

Amazing staff and great work

Aaron has been my nail tech for at least six years. He is very professional and has done very well branching out and starting his own places. From the store design to the way it is run, everything is top notch! He even came and talked to my business class about entrepreneurship and did a great job!

Nail fell off after paying for sns. When I went back in to have nail fixed was made to wait a long period of time for them to fix it . So money hungry they couldn’t fix their screw up when I came in I was made to wait .

I had been to this salon before to get my nails done and thought they did a good job. I was looking for a place to get a quick pedicure for me and my daughter. I called to make sure they were open and was told yes with no other details. After driving 20 minutes to get there, the receptionist told me they were only taking appointments. Not sure why they wouldn’t have told me that on the phone when I called. Just disappointed!

Easy to make appointments, clean, comfortable, relaxing.

I have been going here for about a year now and have never had a problem until tonight. My technician did an absolute horrible job. She kept cutting my skin and one is pretty deep. There is SNS surrounding my nails and she messed up the color pattern (a normal color with a glitter on the ring finger). The shape was supposed to be coffin and she was going to charge me for that until Aaron came over and fixed the shape to what I asked for. She got glitter in the top coat and knew this yet didn’t fix it so there is now glitter all over my black nails. I have never paid over $55 for my nails there and tonight I was charged $65 to which I asked to use the student discount and was given a dirty look almost as if she didn’t believe I was a student. I was charged for a full set of tips when that isn’t what I received even after asking why I was being charged for it. About 45-50 minutes after I left the salon, already extremely mad about the service, one of my nails cracked. The ONLY reason I am not giving a 1-star review is because Aaron is the nicest person and best nail tech I know. I just can’t believe my favorite salon did such a bad job. I will not be going back unless I get Aaron.

Unfortunately after 2 years of business, I will be going elsewhere. The lack of respect from a loyal customer from the owner is very sad. I reached out to the owner directly to discuss the disorganization of the company and errors on scheduling, we did not receive any empathy or resolution, except being told they don’t need drama. It’s very disappointing considering I have sat and listened to his disapproval of employees and previous clients and supported the business, when there have been previous errors. I considered the owner a friend. I will no longer trust this place to perform nail services. If you are looking for a nail tech in the area, please consider looking away from any US Nails location, as they own several. Your business will not be appreciated. Aaron is disingenuous and appears to only care about himself. He treated me as if my loyalty meant nothing and my business doesn’t matter.

Today was my first time trying this salon and my technician was a woman named Kay. She was amazing! Best massage during a mani/pedi that I have ever had. My nails are short because I just took acrylics off and they look amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and was extremely patient through out the entire process. I’m very impressed.

I absolutely love this place!! Its very Clean,Beautiful and Relaxing. Its only been my 4th time here and I go see Aaron. I love that he always makes great recommendations for my nails. I get sns powder and they also have a huge selection of colors to choose from. Go see them you dont know what your missing!!

I’ve never had a problem getting what I wanted here, everyone I’ve talked to is always nice and enjoyable. Although tonight I left without my mani or pedi being completed. I was told 8 times they were out of what I wanted, I even tried changing colors, and the lady I had kept laughing in my face every time I changed my color, or she would bring a color that was completely off of what I wanted. I’m very disappointed in the service I had there tonight and I will not be returning

I had three nails come off and it hadnt even been two weeks. Paid $70 for that. Poor job.
