DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. All 4 of my tires was different brands and they was so weak. AFTER A WEEK OF THEM PUTTING ON MY RIMS N TIRES MY WHOLE TIRE WAS SPLIT OPEN AND I HAD 2 NAILS IN BOTH TIRES. And they CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. (2021)

Don’t go here this guy is a crook. I went in to get a tire changed and he cross thread one of my lug nuts to the point I had to break it off. He tried to charge me $120 to take it off on top of the tire charge. I usually don’t go to hole in the wall places like this. I head straight to professional places and now this confirms why. Thank God for youtube! I should have done it myself in the first place.

Do not go here to get your car fixed. They will put your life in danger. I went here to get my brakes pads and rotors replaced. A week later my brakes went out while I was driving. I had to make a quick turn to keep from hitting another vehicle.When I spoke with the owner he gave me much attitude but said they will fix it and give me a call when its completed. I waited 5 hours no returned call. I went back and saw my car was sitting to the side with the windows down during the rain. The inside of my car was soaked. I spoke with the owner to see if I could now take my car. He did not want to talk to me because he was eating lunch. I asked if it was fixed, he said yes. I ask what was wrong he did not respond and just told me my keys was on the wall.I spoke with one of the other workers who was nice and he has always been nice to me. He stated there was too much fluid in the caliber which means the brake fluid was leaking.My car is now jumping when I accelerate I did not have this problem before.Do not I repeat do not get your car fixed here especially if you are a woman. You do not want to put your life in danger and have your brakes go out on you or have them to do more damage to your car which will cost you more money.Just go to Goodyear on 87th street or the shop next door to this one. The cheap price is not worth putting your life in jeopardy and being disrespected when your paying. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!THIS SHOP NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN. THEY DO NOT RESPECT US OR OUR DOLLAR OR PUTTING OUR LIVES IN JEOPARDY. This place is a disaster. DO NOT COME HERE FOR BUSINESS!!! They con me out of $800 for some bogus rims they simply wanted to get rid of. I’m making a police report right at this moment. I have been back and forth with them since they put the rims on my vehicle. The rims were rusted and cracked which caused me to have to get replace broken calipers. They took the rims back but don’t want to refund my money. The very day they put rims on car my caliper broke and caused a flat because the rim was cracked.

The Better Business Bureau should be contacted about this tire shop they are advertising for selling used tires and they are in fact selling you plugged and repaired tires at the price of a used tire when it SHOULD BE CHEAPER! The tires are bald no tread and they dont give u a refund! Only exchange for another plugged or repaired tire! Used tires and refurbished tires are NOT THE SAME !

Quick tire repair prices are fair

I went there on a flat & a guy says he didnt have my size but offered a slightly bigger size to get me through and said that I could come back and exchange when they get a shipment of tires my size. Ive been going back and forth for 2 and 1/2 months and just gotten a run around and they never replace the tire and the tire was sobad it had to be aired up every day it has been fixed twice and still was a bad tire. I dont care how bad the emergency is I will never return to that place!

Decent prices. Got 4 tires installed and suppose to have been balanced. But after checking noticed not one weight installed on tires. Pretty sure no spin balancing was performed.

Although they were really busy, which is great for their business. They changed our rotors on the car, and they did a fantastic job and we appreciate them for that. And they were so respectful and we thank them for the quick service and they checked all four tires. And their prices are very reasonable 👍

Very rude and unprofessional workers. I DO NOT recommend this place for ANY OTHER mechanical repairs other than the changing and repairing of tires. When performing other mechanical jobs they tend to have a complete and utter lack of respect for your time. Hence, prolonged waits because of laxed environment created by lazy workers. Also the prices of other mechanical repairs are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I repeat, I DO NOT recommend this shop for anything other than changing and repairing tires. That is all. Thank you

I will tell you they are truly excellent. Had an issue with my car took it to them for an inspection, they identified the problem and told me where to get the parts and they would install. The price was very reasonable. loved them because they put a rush job on it when I said I had to leave for my sons bday party. I would highly recommend them to anyone :-)

Theyre ok, theyll give you a good price on fixing a rim and replacing a tire. The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is, on average they seem to charge 5 to 10 bucks more than other rim shops. They do good work though.

Quick and inexpensive for tires. The do other automotive repairs but I just needed a tire repair.

I brought my Volvo in for a bent rim. Volvo Orland Park recommended a replacement, which would have cost me $500. Ridiculous, right?$80 and 25 minutes, the rim was repaired. No issues thereafter, and a 30-day warranty. The office might not be the fanciest, and the location might raise an eyebrow, but don’t let those things deter you. The service is impeccable, and the price-point is unbeatable.Efficient. Professional. Convenient. So glad I found this place!

I was in and out in under a half hour and my tire was patched/plugged in under 30 mins and less than 30 dollars. Great service.

The owner Rio is dismissive and because of their location they draw business but its not due to integrity or their product merely serving those desperate and in a jam. Dont go if you desire a fair exchange of value.They put the wrong tires on my car and I had to get a wheel alignment. At the time I didnt know that my car was pulling and wheel vibrating because of the wrong tire replacements. They blamed me, were hostile, rude and dismissive. DONT GO! DONT GO! DONT GO!Sometimes saving a few dollars cost more in the long run.My tires are 205/55/R16

Reasonable prices

Hit a pothole and tire completely blew out before the skyway toll bridge. Called them at 8:40pm to see if they can fix it and the guy said they close at 9 even though website says 10:30. There was also a lot of background noise and I told him I couldn’t hear him and he just hung up on me.

They charged $20 for fixing a slow leak. They told me it was leaking from the rim and had to take the tire off the rim to fix it on 10-29-19. When I got in my car the next day 10-30-19 my censor was back on in my car for tire pressure so I went back up to the place so they could redo the tire. As soon as he put air In the tire the censor went off so that mean they did not fix the tire properly but I didn’t have the receipt but I showed him where I paid for it with my debit card from my online account he would not redo the tire and wanted me to pay another $20. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

So I went here to get a tire replaced cause I had ran over a nail and 4 days later the same wheel has a flat, the tire they sold me was no good. When I called them to get a replacement they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Very disappointed that I spent $50 for a bogus tire. This place is a scam DO NOT GO HERE!

If you need a bent or cracked rim repaired than this is the best place to go. They fixed a crack in my rim that other shops said couldnt be fixed for a great price. It only took them about 20 minutes to fix it. Im very satisfied with the service and I highly recommend them.

They have great used tires at low prices. They also do great mechanical work like brakes and rotors for low prices. I think they only charge $35 to install the brake pads.

I cracked a rim and got a new tire and my rim fixed the next day the tire was flat they stripped my lugs and tried to charge me to take the lock off my rims even though I had the key just stay away from them you say you have 1 problem they find one million more.

These people are thieves! I misplaced my debit card and these people has swiped my card left and right. Haven’t been here in a month, turned around and got a charge yesterday and was never at the shop.
