I never asked for a price when i came in on an oil change on my audi and i think the guy took total advantage of me not asking so for juat an oil change i payed $140???? I was floored...how is an oil change $140..ok i het it it requires synthetic but that doesnt justify that much for just an oil change....avoid this place and keep the money in your wallet!!

Ive been coming to this jiffy lube for over 7 years, using two different cars, while living in Lincoln Square. On Saturday, I spent near $400 to replace the cabin air filter, to do a tire rotation, to do an oil change, and to replace the battery. When the work was completed and I drove off the lot, I noticed they forgot to attach an oil change sticker to my windshield. I drove back just about when they were closing and had them print me out one. That was an honest mistake I understand that, but the fact that I couldnt start my car for work the next morning was NOT....particularly after replacing my battery with a new battery. I checked under the hood of my car and noticed the terminals were loosely connected. It really just sounds like they were doing their best to rush to get me out of the service center by forgetting to tack on the oil change sticker and forgetting to tighten the terminals to the new battery (if it even is new). I called the service center today to notify them that they forgot not only attach a sticker on that day but that they also botched a $190 battery change because my car wouldnt start with a new battery. I was told that the machine must not have been working for the print out that day, which is not true because I still got the print when I drove back before closing. The new battery with allegedly a two year warranty seems to have stopped working on the next day I needed my car. The agent did answer after hours which I do appreciate but he was very unapologetic for the botched job and hung up abruptly after we agreed on when I could come in for a replacement.

I was initially pleased, because the workers were pleasant and efficient. However, there were several errors made during the oil change, and we are unlikely to return to this location. The air filter wasnt replaced correctly, and so the glove compartment dampener was also reinstalled incorrectly. Workers spilled oil on our battery, and they failed to replace the tire air valve after checking the pressure. Bummer because this is a very convenient location. Ah well.

Something has gone downhill at this location within the last year or so. Prior to that I had no issue. However, just a few months ago I went for a quck $40 service. I go up to pay and they are charging me for the $40 plus and a new battery. I never said I wanted my battery changed. They had to go and take it out. Very sneaky.I figured that was a fluke so I gave them another try. WRONG!!! I go to get another simple task done. They bring my car into the bay..then move it out and bring others in front of me..then when they bring it back into the bay 20 min later they are taking the tire off and this wasnt necessary at all. After seeing all of this, I tell them to just put everything back together so that I can leave. Then they had the audacity to try and charge me for doing nothing.I said no, you didnt do anything. Then they said yes you are right we didnt do anything. Seriously? You try to charge me for doing nothing?? Not cool at all.VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WONT BE BACK!!

The whole staff was great, Luis took the time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. They got me in and out in less than 20 min thx guys

I have been coming to this location for the past 6months for both of my vehicles. Skeptical at first because the business had changed but once I tried coming back about 6 months ago I found the team of mechanics to be very professional - i can tell that Bryan the Manager has been well versed in leading a team - the other 2 young men worked well together communicating about what my car needed and Ronin offered me an opportunity to come back in between oil changes to top off my fluids.One of the other services I used was emissions - it went decently well even though there were tons of cars in line - the staff that morning was doing their best to accommodate all the customers as quickly as possible.Im glad I tried this location again even though the business had changed.

Jose and Colin were very helpful during the whole process, giving me additional information, going above and beyond to keep their employees safe, and even helped me figure out which fuse I blew so I could fix the radio.

These guys did a great job - Jiffy Lube can do a lot more than just change your oil. They helped check my car battery and rotated the tires, and found a nail in one of the tires.

Solid experience, first time at this location. Very friendly team and was in and out efficiently. Walked through some specs of my car that were interesting to know since this was my first service with my car. Learned of additional services they perform there which I didnt know they did. Reasonable pricing as well. 6 cyl engine, full synthetic for under $100

There were a great team working at this location before, they were good. Unfortunately I cant say the same about the fellas working at this same location now. Sorry Guys, you need to improve a lot.

Friendly & quick service . The only problem is that they try to sell you over priced extra items when you can literally get it at the store for 1/4 the cost . But that’s at every jiffy lube and it’s just business.

Quick repair needed on my battery connection, was in and out in fifteen minutes. Good covid precautions, friendly staff who were very accommodating, and overall price was extremely reasonable. Definitely a good experience and would visit this location again.

Fast service, polite and informative people!

They are doing their best. Seating in outside and spread apart. Service is fast and they even wiped down my dash and steering wheel before returning my car to me. Great job!

We needed to call them because. Our low tire light came on when we started driving. On the image it showed all 4 tires. Since our Mini dealership is in Glencoe. Its too far for this to be done. So, we called the closest location. To see what times they are open on Christmas Eve? No one came to the phone to tell us. So, my sister went back on Saturday to have it done. Just to put air in all 4 tires. So, this symbol on the console turns off. Jiffy Lube Locations is everywhere in the city which helps us versus driving all the way to Glencoe for the very same procedure. Jiffy Lube is trusted business in our family.

I had a great experience here! I dont expect much from an oil change place but the workers here were so kind and went over everything with me. When you get your oil changed, they inspect your car, top off your fluids and make sure everything is good to go. I will definitely come back and I will definitely recommend people go here.

Ok so you need a oil change but you dont want to get ripped off. These guys have improved a ton in that regard I mean actually telling what you need actually checking the fluids to see if thier are issues. OMG actually taking care of the customer. But they can be a bit pricey. Used to be much worse before different management. They do good work for oil changes but you pay a little more than you have too. But they do check your stuff to see if you need anything. I mean actually check and be honest. Good oeople.

Brought in my old but worthy car for an oil change. Was told belts were worn, wasnt surprised. Also, well past time to flush/change transmission fluid. The processes were explained well and questions answered.Walked out confident these couple items were now taken care of.

The actual in person customer service was great but I was very disappointed when I got into my car and noticed staff had went through my glove compartment and left some of the contents on the passenger seat and they also got leaves all over my floor rugs. When I came to Jiffy Lube, my car rugs were completely clean as I vacuumed yesterday so to see the blatant disregard to my property was extremely off putting.

My wife goes to this Jiffy Lube for oil changes because of great reviews, speedy service, good customer service. Im not sure if this is a good place to have your brakes done though.Last week they told my wife she needed new rotors and pads on rear brakes. Needed to be done soon. Gave her an estimate and $50 off coupon. When talking about it later we realized we had done brakes on the care not too long ago. After digging up the receipt for service, we could see we we had rotor and pads replaced just a little over a year ago, by our neighborhood mechanic. So we brought the car back to Petes Auto Clinic, who said our rear brakes are in great shape, that he doesnt think well need to be replacing anything for another year or two.Jiffy Lube also said that we needed front brakes and pads too. Pete, our guy, looked at the front brakes and said they are in OK shape, that we could go another one or two oil changes before needing to do this.I would say they may be a little too eager to suggest brake repair.

Friendly, quick, social distance service

It’s a most expensive place but not solve your problem. And they will find millions way to charge you more. They give me problems say need 300$ to fix and brought to other shop they said no need to fix anything .... lol

They are very professional and patient and they caters to minor needs of your car. Pricing could be better but still not bad for Chicagos cost of living.

Recently moved jobs so was looking for a new Jiffy Lube to start taking my car to. Found this particular location and saw they good reviews on Google Maps. Took my car there on a Wed at lunch time and was lucky that it wasnt busy and was able to pull the car right into the bay. The service was friendly as they updated my file for my new car and did a standard oil change in about 15-20 minutes. Very happy with the results.

Went for an oil change, greeted me with a warm welcome showing me the coffeemaker & pointing the way to the bathroom. Unfortunately, my door handle broke & I was prepaired for a fight. My car is 18 yrs old. As soon as Louis (store manager) heard about it he asked me if I could come back another day to take care of it, I said Of course I will. And they did fix it. 5 stars

Ive never written a review before but due to extent of what happened, I feel I must warn everyone. The back story is my bf has a 2004 Honda civic that isnt in the greatest shape but does function and work properly. His heat and air didnt work and while we went to this jiffy to get an oil change, we asked them about being able to fix it so that he will have heat for the winter. They insisted that they couldnt fix the problem and told us there were minor leaks as well (which we werent aware of). The lady who was helping us and checking us out told us this and even gave us a card to her friend who can fix our issues. We didnt go to this person as we werent sure we could afford to fix these issues so left and went our way. Last weekend we had to get another oil change and decided to go to another jiffy lube as we didnt feel comfortable going back to this one. Turns out not only could jiffy fix the issues with the heat, there were also no leaks!! Was she trying to scam us? Probably but Im very disappointed that this person at jiffy lube tried to take advantage of us instead of helping us. Im not saying dont ever go to this jiffy lube but be careful!

Must admit i’ve heard nothing but bad things when it come to Jiffy Lubes. However I was pleasantly surprised & very impressed with the customer service and work done at THIS Jiffy Lube location. Super fast & friendly service! I was greeted at the door which surprises me but I was so glad I didn’t have to try to drive over that scary hole in the floor lol. The gentleman then took me to their (AC) waiting room. It was nice & clean. I was offered complimentary fresh coffee and water while I waited. There were car facts posted everywhere it was awesome. The TV was set on a “Jiffy Lube” channel that listed pricing for the services they offer as well as videos on the importance of maintaining you vehicle. I’m really glad I decided to stop at this location. They checked my tires, cleaned my windshield & offered free complimentary top off if my oil or fluids run low. The price was the same as what I would have paid at my regular shop so that was a definite plus. I was in and out within 15 min. I think I may just switch over to THIS place from now on. Just GREAT!

Went in for an oil change about 30-45 minutes before closing. The oil change was very quick and affordable. Caesar pointed out my brakes need replacing, showed me what he meant, and provided a written estimate with no pressure to commit. Ill double check my records to see how recently my brakes were last replaced (if ever - they may be the originals with 40K miles on them) and get some other estimates, but Ill likely be back to take advantage of the courteous and professional service offered here.

Ive been here a few times to get my oil changed and I dont have any bad things to say. They take my car immediately and Im out the door in 15 minutes. They charge a fair price and are courteous.

Great service fast

Ive been going to this location for my oil change for several years now. The service is pretty good most of the times, except with some staff there who probably think youre nuts and you have no clue about cars. I understand that they should get as much business as possible, but at times they put you in this awkward situation where they bombard you with bunch of recommendations that youve apparently been ignoring and and try to save you from imminent disasters. Well, most of the staff are friendly and nice, Id still recommend this place for their fast service.

I just left this place, I did go for oil change and ended with globe compartment broke, they said it was broken when I got there, not true I know very well my car it wasnt broke. They didnt take responsibility for it. No more business with this guys. Am so mad, and the guy who did the job a totally lier

The crew here is consistently professional and efficient even at really busy times. I never feel the pushy hard sell when they try to upsell you on services like they do at other Jiffy Lube locations.Service is always efficient and polite Ive had to go in between oil changes to refill the windshield washer fluid or check my tire pressure

I came in today when my tire pressure light came on. The staff was super efficient and friendly! I was in and out in about 15 minutes!. I have used Jiffy lube and can say I have always had a great experience!

Very friendly and dedicated personel. I asked them if they can show me the old filter which was no problem and they also had no problem with me supplying my own premiun oil and filter I trust in and gave me a very fair price for the labour. Will go there again and also bring my company car there from now on. I am an engineer myself and they are the first auto service job in Chicago I trust

Really good service. Went in for a Signature Oil Change and I dont believe they vacuumed my floors. I can do myself though. My bill felt a little steep at around $58 for high mileage oil, but none the less, the job is done and car runs well.

The manager seams nice and honest I changed the oil at another locations and they tried to change me close to $50.00 for a cabin air filter ...I would recommend this particular location

Sadly I left this place with an ugly scratch on my drivers door. Realized that later that day bc the crew of Jiffy Lube courteously opened the door for me on the way out of the facility!!?? I should have figured on place, that something isnt right.

My oil got changed, the staff was nice, but they didnt air up my tires like they said they did.

A+ customer service and speed. They dont push you into unneeded work and will diagnose issues free of charge.
