I bought my car there and serviced it there. I moved to MA and found a dealership here for service. Nothing at all like Berman. I will no longer do business at this dealership.I am not able to find my locks for tires. I went to the MA dealership and they said they could replace the lock key for $70. I called Berman, spoke to Brandon in the parts department and he suggest I call the company that makes the lock sets and buy from them for about $11.Brandon from Berman was a gentleman, professional, customer focused. He should be praised for his customers service skills. Thank you Brandon.

BEWARE OF CAR SERVICE DEPT. It was our own fault, left sunglasses in there but we’ve taken the car to get serviced before in non official dealerships and it was never an issue.Took it in for maintenance spending over $2k only to get it back with the sunglasses stolen. Also had to put the car mats back myself afterwards because they just left it all hanging in the trunk.Contacted manager Mark Yalda and he didn’t care. Emailed me and said he’d call but didn’t and said they use a 3rd party anyways so can’t be responsible, not taking any accountability whatsoever so just know you’re not getting serviced by actual Infiniti or Berman people. Not sure what else they’re using 3rd party for but if this is their response to everything, I guess they are not responsible for much.The only reason for 2 stars is because our rep was very thorough for the maintenance process, before we found out there was a stolen item and he helped with putting the mats back in place after seeing it was thrown all over the trunk.Drive a little further and pay another Infiniti dealership who would actually have accountability and care theft is happening in their business.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location since they have made the move to Kedzie. Carlos took in my concern. I came in with a tire pressure light. I waited for almost 3 hours without Carlos coming in to check on me or to give me an update on the service of my tire. I texted and asked, still nothing. I went up to the desk and then and only then did he call back to the technician to find out what was wrong. After twenty additional minutes, due to the tech not answering the call, Carlos comes to tell me that there were problems with both front tires AND THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TIRES!!! He did not offer a loaner and when asked said he had none. When I asked what the options were, he said that they could put the donut on and that I could go to a Firestone to see if they had the tire. The department wouldn’t get the tire for three days if I waited. I had to ask him to call another Infiniti to see if they had the tire.I am thoroughly disappointed. The quality of service and availability of parts is extremely poor. I do not even want to come back here to service my vehicle. This is supposed to be a luxury car and therefore the service should match. I walked away today feeling very poorly treated and do not wish to return here. I spend hard earned money for these expensive parts and labor charges to be kept waiting and given proper customer service.

I had a nice experience here for an oil change. However, I was quoted 90 minutes wait time, and it ended up being 180 minutes. Minus 1 star for that. Otherwise, service was friendly.

These guys are super shady. Beware. The car listed online was shockingly never available for a test drive. They claimed a manager was driving it.. then a part guys.. When it did finally show, it had 10k+ miles more than listed. And even with additional miles, after a long ramble about cars being priced to sell, they offered us a price that was 8k higher than the (starting) price listed for the car online. No clue what these guys are up to, but the priority is not selling cars. Save yourself a whole lot of trouble and make the drive to Hoffman Estates Infinity. Way better service, attitude and no shade.
