James Major and Leonard Curtis, overcharged me for a 2019 Chevy Trax with over 19,000 on it. I have really good credit. I should’ve received a way better offer.They never discussed any numbers with me. Scott, the finance person, was on the phone with someone else and trying to conduct business with me! When I got home I realized this wasn’t a good deal for a first time buyer.They didn’t take my bank account info or verified check stubs!! They don’t even have anything set in black and white stating they don’t have a return policy!I’m trying to give the car back today as of 8/10/2021. I haven’t had this vehicle over 48 hrs! But he stated he can do a trade in for a new car! Make that make sense! I’m not paying for two cars!The finance company hasn’t approved it as of it. They don’t know if it’s Chase or Wells Fargo! The deal isn’t closed yet! The bank never confirmed anything with me yet! The finance department haven’t contacted me as of 8/10/2021!But they won’t take the truck back but want to give me a trade in for a brand new car! Make it make sense! Don’t trust this car lot! FrfrWhy can’t I return it?

I came in not sure what the outcome would be but Cleveland was the most helpful and understanding salesman. He was knowledgeable on the car. Had to go through many changes to get things done . There was a scratch on the car , an extra key and another scratch on the car that David was reluctant to take care of. I did not like that at all. They did take care of the long scratch and the key but only touched up the other scratch. The sales staff that they had when I brought my first eqiunox was very good and I had no issues . I did not like my experience this time. The only way I can be satisfied is to take care of the other scratch on the car.

Great experience!!! Despite reading some negative reviews before visiting the dealership, I had quite the opposite experience. When we first walked in, we were greeted cordially by Russell Cage and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. Russell actually listened to what was important to us and helped us narrow down to a couple of options. After test driving both vehicles we found the vehicle that was best matched for us. With there being a shortage of new vehicles out there, Kingdom worked hard in finding the trim package that we wanted and were prepared for our 2nd visit. Imagine being in and out of a dealership on a Saturday in less then 2 hours from beginning to end. Great job Kingdom team! Keep up the great work.
