I’m changing my review because it was only one experience that was a misunderstanding. Perillo has always did a great job with the work done to my car. I was frustrated because the warranty company has several numbers I had to call to get to the correct one. It has taken awhile to figure out where this review was so I can edit. Thanks for always giving me the best experience.

Great service. However, the loaner vehicle process was practically signing your life away. I made an appointment 2wks in advance due to the shortage of vehicles and almost left without one bc they didnt see my name. I had to clarify that I had called the day before and was reassured there was a loaner for me. This part of the experience was something I couldve lived without.

Sebastian did a great job finding the exact model I wanted! He kept in touch with me through the whole process of tracking my vehicle from leaving the factory to arriving at the dealer. I could not be happier with the service I received.Good job Perillo Bmw 👍👍👍

This dealership is quite professional, efficient and clean with its maintenance services. Chris Doko, the service rep, is very courteous and did a good job of keeping me posted on the service update. I would recommend this place for BMW owners in Chicago.

The service department is built for volume and not focused on quality of the client experience. If you have expectations from your experience at other bmw dealerships please leave them at the door if you decide to use this shop. Fortunately for Perillo they are the only BMW shop in downtown Chicago.I am not a car mechanic, that said I assume the actual work done is satisfactory - but does it really matter if you leave feeling disrespected. I have been in contact with management on multiple occasions over the past several years so this is not an issue of poor communication - they just don’t care.Please review your client experience from the client’s first point of contact to retrieving the vehicle - strive to meet and exceed established best practices seen across the BMW brand in the USA and globally.

I had my X5 serviced this week and the customer service from Brad I. and the team was excellent. He was friendly and professional, gave me a fair quote that he stuck to, and was flexible with my need to pick up the car. I only did the quick drive back to the condo, but don’t anticipate any trouble with the service performed once I can get out on the highway for a proper drive. Before taking the car there, I read a number of glowing reviews for sales and poor ones for service. My experience was the opposite of those reviews, and I’m glad to have Brad and team helping me with my car service. Highly recommended.

I needed 2 scratches and a some minor dings fixed. My contact person reponded irregularly -- sometimes quickly and sometimes I had to reach out with him when he missed call deadlines. When I finally got my car back (at the very end of their quote time) the car had some debris (small trash) inside. Poor service for a place that charges above-market prices. Additionally, the smaller scratch had not even been attended to.Worst of all, the next day I opened the trunk to find a giant hole and exposed electrical (see pictures). None of this was noted ahead of time, and we have entered a long weekend so my fix time will be, at best, many days from now. I can assuredly say I will not be using this collision center again.

Have been waiting for a loaner for 20 minutes! Cant get my hear around how a service organization can be so unconcerned about customers time!--Update-- I found the manager after waiting for a while and mentioned the wait. He immediately took action to get the car down, which showed up in a manner of minutes. He also had my car detailed for the inconvenience, which was pretty cool. Clearly demonstrated commitment to the service side -- Much appreciated!

The service tried to charge me for no work done and they showed no courtesy to give me jump at negative outside temperatures but instead suggested replcement of the starter motor out of warranty so they can make $1K profit on my expence.I did leave the car in theirgarage to warm up for the day but picked it up declinig the service.Privately owned shop meantime ordered a new battery which replaced the original one -parts and labour -fraction of what Perillo BMW wouldve strip from me.It seems the dealership administration has a unwritten policy to make up income this way and loose reputation forever.Dont get me wrong,here. Ive bought a vehicle from them,bought parts, had car service under warranty. But beyond that-I wasnt happy.And it could have been the service advisor greed to get the buck,or worse ineptitude...either way Ill think twice before I reach out to them again.Thats it!

I bought my 2013 BMW 750i from Perillo BMW in Chicago. I had a good purchasing experience and excellent experiences with thier service department. I needed some minor work done a few months later and was referred to the body shop to get the work done. I spoke with the manager Jay about a quote and he said he would get back to me. I never heard back and every time I called there, he was out of the office. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with this dealership and ended up taking my car to Gold Coast Auto Body for the repairs.

Let me start by saying bunch of lairs!!WHEN I GOT THERE THERE IS NO SIGN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A FLAG...I own a mb cls. My brother in law recommended this place, after my wife was in accident but he told me that they do very good work but he also told me that they might take longer than 30 days to complete the job but your car will be back to perfection. I called juan which is the manger and told him that he has 30 days to fix my car because the insurance wont pay after that for rental he said no problem and it will be done with in the 30 day period. Took the car there and never hear from them I call and juan disappeared oh he is out the office oh he is out for training I go there after 35 days and my car hasnt been touched there waiting for parts I asked for a loaner and they tell me even if I own a bmw they wont give me a car. Now I went nuts and the body shop manger PAT tells them to get me a rental and he will pay for 2 days I said what are you talking about this car easy take another month to put together and it sure did my car was by them for almost three month and their excuse was that because my insurance adjuster did the first estimate at my was thats why they didnt know what the car needs.Every week the same lie oh your car will be ready on Friday they call my Thursday the part didnt or I didnt come in they had to pay for the rental and I should be glad that their pay for because Im the one thats not doing my job. They charged the insurance 22k for the job and they told my that they fix Bentley and Lamborghini so my car didnt mean anything to them. I told them that I was done talking to them and my lawyer will Handel from her on and they put my car back together in 1 week. I called the owner and sent him text messages he opened them and didnt even take the time as a business owner to acknowledge the problem. No Im thinking the car will be in good shape after my wife picked it up while I was out of town. I drive the car once I get back and there something wrong, I took the car to Mercedes dealer and they came back with a bill for $10,000 in repairs in the same area from the accident and I sent to the body shop and respond was that stuff was wear and tear and it had nothing to do with the accident. LONG REVIEW BUT WANTED FOR EVERYONE TO SEE WHAT KIND OF SCAM THERE RUNNING OVER THERE.These guys are scam and liars dont waist your time!!My other Mercedes had a much bigger accident and I costed 14k to fix by euro collision!!THE PICTURES ARW AFTER 35 DAYS SITTING IN THERE SHOP!!!wow
