This weekend I used Carrectly for some detailing on my car. I have a little one, so naturally my car is a bit messy with crumbs and spills. From the easy scheduling to picking up my car, it was seemless. When Ive had to drop my car off at other detail spots, I usually have to plan a ride with a friend. The concierge at Carrectly takes out that inconvenience. Everyone was polite, professional and Im very satisfied with the results. Ive attached before and after pictures to show the awesome work.

The check engine light came on right before I had to take my car for the emissions test. Carrectly guys inspected the car, determined and fixed the problem, so I was able to pass the test with no problems. The price was fair and the service exceptional. Moreover, they picked up and dropped off my car at the scheduled time, so I didnt have to drive around Chicago looking for an available mechanic. They even offered to take the car to the emissions testing facility for me, which tells me they are confident in their repairs and stand by their work. Overall, Ive been satisfied with their service and will be recommending them to my friends.

Vlad and the team at Carrectly did a great job. Communication and ease simplicity were the reason we were attracted to us. They picked up our car the morning of which made it a breeze. While we were at it they also detailed the Tesla which came back better than when I bought it. Great work.

Vasili and the team at Carrectly were great. After requesting a quote we confirmed our date/time by text. On the day of, there was great communication that morning. I had to be on a work call at the time they arrived - so I left the car unlocked and left the keys on the seat. They were able to get access to the car, and even left a company car in my street parking spot to reserve it. That night the communication continued to be great and let me know when the car would arrive and I was able to come out and my car was back exactly where I left it, but looked completely new.Vasili walked me through everything they did and even advised us to air dry the mats to avoid any odors that might happen. He took great pride in their work and it showed.I will definitely be using Carrectly again and would recommend them to anyone else

I had my car shipped in an open trailer cross country. It hadnt seen a detail in probably 5 years. Submitted a request on Thursday night around 8 PM, got a confirmation within an hour, and my car was picked up at 11 AM and delivered by 6:30 PM, SO bright and shiny. I thought there were some things they wouldnt be able to do (stickers basically baked onto the leather doors, stains, etc) but it seriously made my 2007 car look like it came off the dealership.Got the Showroom Detail done. Will absolutely be using again.

Sketchiest place I have ever done business with. Dishonest people.We scheduled a pickup for a 10am oil change on my wifes car. Several hours later, they call me and recommend replacing the starter, which sometimes turns over a bit more than expected but always starts. It wasnt urgent and I decided not to get it done at that time. They pushed me with a sales pitch on it and I told them thank you for the information, but well hold off on that for now. Shortly after that, they called my wife and told her that the car needed a totally different repair. They never mentioned the first issue to my wife, and they never mentioned the second issue to me. My wife put them on speaker and I listened to the most dishonest obfuscation Ive ever heard a mechanic give. It was obvious they were trying to confuse my wife and pressure her into an expensive repair that had somehow materialized out of nowhere AFTER the oil change and inspection had already been completed and they had already called me about a totally different issue and given a similarly transparent sales pitch. We regret ever using their services and we immediately took the car elsewhere after getting it back from them as we dont trust anything that theyve touched after our experience with them.In summary, this business is highly dishonest and manipulative. They are probably fine to clean cars and do detail work, but they should not be used for oil changes or repairs.

Overall, the customer service was great and the communication was fantastic. My overall experience was amazing, and I would definitely recommend using this service!The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because I was initially quoted for the service and was promised a $50 discount since I was referred. When the final invoice came, my discount was only $15, not $50. The first time I called and asked about it, they explained why my discount was smaller. The second time I called, I got the $50 discount. (Normally the $35 difference wouldnt have been a big deal but I budgeted carefully for the discounted price).But aside from that, their service was convenient, impeccable, they were punctual, professional, took care of my car as if it was their own, and patiently and thoroughly answered every single question I asked! Mike was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. Yes, I will be going back to them again!

I use and will continue using Carrectly for all my auto cleaning needs. From headlight polishing to ozone treatments and interior details theyve done an excellent job. Their pick up and drop off service is awesome and their staff is very professional. 4 stars only because I see space for a little bit of improvement. For example, when they polished the headlights, there was still some residue from the cleaning agent that wasnt sanded/cleaned properly and over time its degrading.

I just got my car back and I am soo impressed! It looks brand new, and it was SO easy, I didn’t even have to leave my apartment. I highly recommend, the free pickup and delivery is such a nice bonus especially in the city.

Hello,I had them repair my front window shield from rock cracks. They did an excellent job taking my car and replacing the whole window! Im glad I did it on a Friday so I had the whole weekend for it to adjust to the new window. Very happy I went with them!

Disappointing experience. I selected based on great reviews. Perhaps the difference was the age of my car - which is a classic. When I arrived to pick up the car, nothing had been done to the entire headliner. I had to wait for that to be cleaned. When I got home - I noticed a 4inch by 4inch patch of carpet had been torn.

All of the employees I interacted with were incredibly professional and my car looked great when they brought it back.

Amazing service however slightly expensive because of it. Unfortunately the price I received in my invoice was higher than what I was told it would be.EDIT: I was contacted just a few minutes after posting this review via email that my invoice was updated. Updated my review to be 5/5 stars from 4/5 stars.

I was skeptical about this place, but I was mostly happy with the service. I was nervous about handing my keys to a stranger, however, Michael was so friendly (and very handsome) that I felt comfortable with it. I thought my issue was in my suspension so they did some diagnostics and figured out the noise was actually my brakes. Cost me more than I could really afford and took longer than I expected, but they were really helpful. Honestly, its worth it just for the great service. Ill most likely use them again and will recommend!

I purchased an interior car detailing for my car. I have two dogs who shed a lot, and I could not get the dog hair out, knowing I would need a professional. Carrectly was super flexible with scheduling leading up to the appointment, as we had to reschedule a few times, gave me a call and communicated by texting so I could follow up with them during the work day, and did a fantastic job on my car. There is basically no dog hair in my car, which is no small feat! The seats also had no stains on them when I got the car back (I have cream leather interior where every little spot shows). Particularly if you have a dog, would 10/10 recommend this company. Also super convenient that they do pick up and drop offs. Very professional crew and will use them again. Only other thing I would add is when I put out a request on Yelp for a car detailer, they were the first to respond and answer all my questions.

Today was my first time using Carrectly. I’m not typically one to leave reviews, but my experience here was so phenomenal that I had to. Let’s start with the ease of having your vehicle picked up and dropped off for you; as a mom with two young kids, this means me not having to drive there, remove car seats, and either wait around with my children or Uber back home with them and then back to pick up the car. HUGE perk! But beyond that is the outstanding job they did detailing our vehicle. As I mentioned, 2 kids, which means our 4Runner has seen it’s fair share of spills, crumbs, etc. But Carrectly left our vehicle looking showroom new. I feel like it’s a brand new car. Thank you so much to the staff there!

Wow!! I just got my car back today, it’s showroom quality. I got a wash/wax and engine detailing. They picked up my car and dropped it off. Amazingly convenient!! I will go back in the spring and get another wash and wax. They treat your car like it’s their own.

Best experience for a full detail ! I never write reviews but they were amazing , pick up & drop off was so smooth and worked out perfect since I’m a mom of 4 , so you can imagine it can sometimes get messy and even when you say no drinks or snacks they somehow still end up in the car . They left my car looking immaculate and I’m so happy that I went with my gut after reading the reviews on here . Definitely will be using them again & will recommend them to everyone I know .But now there really is no drinks or snacks allowed in my car lol , & my new seat covers are being put in to preserve the amazing job that was done .

Carrectly KILLED it! My wifes car was not recognizable when we got it back! They did an outstanding job and the concierge service is really great. They picked the car up at my house and dropped it back off to me at a store I was at which made it incredibly convenient.I also love the modern day use of technology to make the experience more intuitive! You can book your appointment and service online at their website, you can text back and forth at anytime for status on your car, and you get an email with an invoice to pay online with a debit/credit card or you can use your Google pay account.This is the only service that well use from now on for a car detail. Wow, what a seriously awesome experience from start to finish. Picked up my car and had them do a full showroom detailing. At the end of the day they brought it back and spoke with me at length about all of the tricky spots on my car and anything they werent able to buff out. But really really superb job, my jaw dropped after driving what felt like a completely new car to me!Unfortunately my car got totaled a few days later but hey, it was nice while it lasted! You cant be disappointed with them.

Carrectly exceeds in both convenience and results. I requested an interior detail, and they sent out a concierge to pick up my car in the morning and returned it before 5pm immaculate. I couldnt find a speck of dust or dirt even in the hardest-to-clean areas. The steering wheel and glossy surfaces were shined, and the car felt brand new. My only complaint was that there was some confusion in scheduling because the confirmation email they send says they will usually coordinate the pick-up the evening before, but they didnt reach out with an ETA until 20 minutes before pick-up. 5 stars well-earned and despite the scheduling hiccup.

I wanted an interior detailing for my car. It was easy to schedule, get a quote and contact the business via text. I loved that they are willing to pick up and drop off your car for you. My car was very clean inside and they even found a bluetooth ear piece and audio jack I thought I had lost. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

This place is amazing! I did not recognize my car when they brought it back - its so clean to the point that I wondered if they had reupholstered the seats. My toddler, now 5 year old, had wrecked the seats (and somehow even the roof of the car) over the years with chocolate milk, mud, suckers, and a wide assortment of sticky things. Carrectly somehow got out dark stains (so many stains...so many) that were over a year old. They also picked up my car and dropped it off...it was so incredibly easy. I wish I had done this sooner.

I discovered Carrectly looking for a great detailing last year. When concierge picked up my Q5, he noticed an oil change was due. Decided to try their regular maintenance packet which includes synthetic oil change and is 30% cheaper than Fletcher Jones service! Theyve been picking up my vehicle since then and will continue to maintain in the future. Professional, convenient service at great prices... you usually cannot find all in one place.

I really could not be happier with my Carrectly experience. I submitted a request for an interior detail on a Saturday and was contacted to schedule it for either the same day or Monday. They were so easy to communicate with and the whole process was very no fuss. A Carrectly employee came to pick up the car that Monday morning and returned it to me later that evening. They did a fantastic job - every crevice was cleaned, all carpets shampooed and stained removed, etc. I was really impressed. They sent me an invoice two days later. It honestly could not have been easier, more hassle-free, and stress-free. This is exactly how car services should be done!!!

I had not detailed my car for over 2 years. Occasional interior washes here and there, but it had gotten pretty filthy. Working for a General Contractor, you get a ton of dirt, salt, dust and whatever else you can think of, from job sites. Carrectly took my car around lunch time and had it finished before 5pm, and it came back great, no more salt stains or dirt.Since it was cold outside, they told me that it might take a bit for all of the humidity to get completely removed, so they had the heater blowing in the car for some time and told me to make sure to not turn it off right away when i got home. Which isnt a bid deal, but it goes to show that they care about their customers and product, not just washing the car and turning it over.Outside of that they did a great job cleaning the car, inside and out, as well as the engine. Definitely going back for a detail, and the occasional wash.Very reasonable on price as well!

EVERYONE needs to use Carrectly in Chicago.. This service is beyond words. Everyone has been to a car wash but NOTHING like this.. They pick up your car AND drop it off. Professional and reliable, this group is the real deal. I have a short haired red heeler who had covered my back seat in white dog hair (even with the seat covers on). I wish I had a before picture to justify the after.. Take my word. They are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.. Dont bother doing car washes the old fashion way, go with Carrectly, you wont regret it.

Absolutely EXCELLENT service! I almost never write reviews, but they are extraordinary. They were incredibly helpful and responsive as I kept changing the appointment (due entirely to my own schedule issues). They picked up my car in Hyde Park midday and had it back before I was out of work at 5. They even added on a last-minute gas fill-up service when I realized my gas was low. The interior cleaning service performed was more than reasonably priced and the best quality job Ive ever seen done. They truly are the best and Ill absolutely be using them regularly in the future!

My car had flood damage to the interior and I couldnt find a mechanic, body shop, or dealership that wanted to deal with it. I turned to Carrectly, and they took on the research process - letting me get back to my life in the meantime. The Carrectly team was very communicative and thorough, laying out my options and talking me through each decision. My car had another unrelated issue the day they were picking it up, and they took care of that too. Highly recommend!

What an incredibly innovative company. The ease and convenience was what initially made me decide to give them a try. Everything was so seamless! Someone came to pick up my car and while they were doing an interior deep clean, I was able to relax and enjoy my free time. They returned my car exactly around the time they quoted me that they would be done. I was absolutely blown away by how clean my car was. It looked even better than new! They did an incredible job. Everyone I interacted with at Carrectly was extremely friendly and accomodating. I cannot wait to use their other services soon. I plan to refer my friends and family to them. If youre on the fence about using Carrectly, dont be; your car will thank you and you wont regret it!

They did an AMAZING JOB. I needed the Showroom detail done pretty last minute, and they were able to switch a few cars around to fit me in. I ended up trading in my car shortly after receiving the detail. The dealership asked me where I got it done, and guessed that it probably cost me about $600. After tip, I paid $300 and the car truly looked brand new.

I wish I had known about Carrectly before I picked up my blue Tesla Model 3. After noticing a couple of rock chips on my hood, I decided to research for a place that installs PPF. There are plenty of installers in Chicago but I wanted to go to a reliable shop. I read all the positive reviews on Yelp and they even pick up your car, work on it and return to you! Also noticed they had worked on numerous Model 3s. So, I decided to call Vlad who took time to explain the options that were available for me to choose from. Next day, they picked up my car and I met a friendly concierge who explained all the options and steps. I chose to have the entire hood, front bumper, head lights, front fenders, side mirrors, front pillars, rear bumper, door edges and the rocker panels covered with PPF. They returned it two days later and the car looked 100% better than the day I picked it up at the Tesla showroom. WOW! I might return to do chrome delete. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This is a concierge car service meaning that theyll go through most any length to make sure that your car can be serviced, detailed, etc.That of course comes with a cost and standard labor prices for the Chicago area apply which can be $100 and up.that said the added convenience of someone picking up and dropping off your car in a crowded city is an enticing offer.I had my car detailed at an exorbitant cost compared to most average jobs. I have to say I am impressed with the professionalism and service that I received given I had extraordinary conditions attached to my detailing. my car was extremely dirty and has actually never been detailed in 10 years. they went out of their way to make sure that I understood that they would be extra costs associated with my service because of the level of stains and dirt accumulated in my carpets.The fact that they went out of their way to communicate directly to me means something in todays service industry. while I cant say much for the idea that concierge and bespoke service is now just a conversation more than the competition it put my mind at ease

I used Carrectly to fix my emissions so I could renew my registration (neither of these things happened because this shop is terrible). They replaced my oxygen sensor, catalytic converter, and tire sensor and ALL of them stopped working immediately after they were repaired. My tire sensor light is on and my OBD scanner shows a code for the catalytic converter. This was $1,000 worth of work on my car that I cant get back. Each and every part they replaced on my car has failed. I doubt they even did the work. The person who answers the phone kept saying its because my car has high miles. That isnt good enough for me and shouldnt be good enough for any auto company. It shows how low their standards are. They did replace the catalytic converter after the initial replacement, free of charge, but guess what?! ITS STILL BROKEN AND I CANT PASS EMISSIONS. Getting to talk to a Manager is impossible. They have youths answering the phone who dont know anything about cars. At the beginning of this, they told me that theyre able to fix emissions problems 90% of the time and thats simply not true. Now that we know my car is rejecting a non-OEM catalytic convertor, the next step would be to replace the catalytic converter with an OEM part. Heres the thing: It wasnt my decision to put a non-OEM catalytic convertor on my car, the mechanic suggested it. I called to ask if I could get an OEM catalytic converter and simply pay the difference in price: (OEM part cost) - (non-OEM part cost) = what I should pay. They wanted me to pay for the OEM part and labor, despite the fact I already paid $1,000 to fix this problem. The kicker? If I bring my car back to the shop and they take the bad non-OEM catalytic converter off my car, the shop would get a new non-OEM catalytic converter from their parts company because its under warranty. However, they want me to pay in full for the OEM catalytic converter and labor. That is, theyd get a free non-OEM catalytic and Id have to pay for something I already paid for, just a few months ago. This is the worst customer service Ive experienced and I regret going here . (They also charged $100 more for the o2 sensor than when I had it replaced at a different shop 2 years ago). Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

How did I not know about this place years ago. I work in fast pace environment and washing my car is not on my list of priorities. Thankfully Carrectly took care of that task for me. They were curious, professional, on time, etc. I would highly recommend them!

I purchased a brand new Subaru Crosstrek 2020 several weeks ago and got rear ended after only 2 weeks of enjoying it! Thankfully, no one was hurt, but my brand new bumper now had cracks & holes! I was dreading the phone calls and paperwork usually involved in getting any post-accident repairs completed, but I called Carrectly for an estimate and their service beyond exceeded my expectations. After providing them with my claim info and VIN, they were able to order a new bumper and had my car back within 3 days!! They also pick up and return the car for you, so if you have a hectic work schedule, this is absolutely the ideal service for you! I wish the accident had never happened, but Carrectly ensured that the process that followed was seamless and returned my car looking brand new again! Great service!!!

I needed some minor body work done to my car and had also been putting off getting an oil change. I hate having to take my car in to get estimates and dealing with annoying salesmen and Carrectly saved me from all of that. I ordered a standard service package with detailing and got an estimate on a sizable ding in my fender. I was shocked at how reasonable their prices were given the convenience of free pick-up, drop-off and a one-stop shop! They picked my car up from my house, were extremely polite and professional, and had an estimate back to me later that day. They had to order parts for the body work so they did the service, returned my car until the parts arrived, then picked it up and returned it again. They did such a good job on the detailing and body work. I didnt realize how dirty my car was until I had it detailed and I now it looks brand new! I definitely plan on doing all of my regular maintenance here going forward and getting a periodic detailing, Im so pleased with the results. Thank you!

The absolute worst detail experience ever. Legal action is being pursued as of 4/6/20. This company was hired to detail a company owned BMW M5. Upon delivery of the vehicle, there were holograms throughout the entire exterior. These were not there before drop-off and they were created from not properly buffing the vehicle. Vlad(the shop coordinator) was fully aware of this situation and offered to pay for half the damage they caused ($450), which was not acceptable, as a complete paint correction to fix the damaged finish was estimated at $900. Please email directly for pictures and screen shots to show they acknowledged this major fault. Stay away!

I’m impressed with the promptness, efficiency, and quality of work by Carrectly. All I had to do was to make a call and book online. Vladimir came over on time to pick the keys, took my car from garage and got a wonderful washing/cleaning job done. He then parked the car back at garage, sent me the photos and came by to drop the keys. All within 1.5 hours. Thank you Carrectly!

I generally dont take the time to post reviews but this experience deserves it. They picked up the car from our building on a Saturday morning and returned it 3 hours earlier than expected. The car looks better than new and the attention to detail was better than anything Ive ever seen. I was able to spend a summer Saturday with my family instead of running around town for car work. The company owner dropped off the car and spent extra time explaining things to me. I cant say enough good things about this company, we will definitely use their service again.

I have been using Carrectly for quite some time now for my Mercedes S500 and GL320. I am a busy working mom with kids, and I dont have time to sit and wait at the dealership. They pick up my car and return it once it is all done. I trust them with my oil change and any other tune ups. With two little kids, my cars get dirty pretty quickly. Lots of spills and mud all the time. They have done detail cleaning few times, and my car looks like new every time they are done. Recently one of my kids ripped the upholstery in the back seat, and Carrectly did an amazing job replacing it. I dont trust anyone else with my cars and I would definetly recommend Carrectly. I broke my car side mirror right before Thanksgiving. I panic and was calling auto shops all around town to try to have it fix since the holiday was right around the corner and of course everyone was fully booked.My work schedule is intense and I don’t have time to drive around town and consult different auto shop one by one. Then, I came across Carrectly on google and thought I’d give it a shot since it has many good reviews on both google and yelp. After speaking to Vladimir, I sent him photos of the damage and he was able to find the parts, compare prices, explained to me what needs to be done,then give me a quote in a timely manner. He ordered the parts for me right away after I give him permission to proceed.The repairing process was slightly delayed due to the holiday, but however Vladimir makes it really easy and convenient for me and even throw in complimentary service due to the delay. He didn’t have to, but he did! They are actually a concierge service that eliminates all the hassles that comes with owning a car and are really willing to work around my 9-5 schedule.
