Amazing. Had a screw in my tire that was only in my tread. Did not puncture the tire. They removed it at no cost. This is old school, take care of the customer way to do business. To find that now is rare. I insisted they take some money....they gave it to the person who did the work. Great people to do business with.

The service here is great. People are kind and helpful. My right front tire was flat. They helped me get the tire they don’t usually use, and keep my car there while waiting. Definitely will visit here next time.

They always go the extra mile to take care of all your auto needs. Even if they dont  specialize in a certain  repair  they offer suggestions and the best advice. Very professional staff. The owner Jay, the managers Chris and  Ken as well as the mechanics are all knowledgeable and do an excellent job. I love this place.  I recommend it 100%. They are the best!

Great guys! They were able to quickly diagnose a problem Id been having with one of my tires losing air. A mechanic Id previously brought it to didnt. Grand Tire fixed the corroded rim and Im no longer afraid to drive my car! Oh, and I was surprised at the cost, very reasonable!

I highly recommend this shop! For starters, Im not a novice when it comes to cars. Ive been bringing my two vehicles for years and they have shown to be very reliable, puntual and reasonable in their prices. Dealerships have tried to find more than there is when I need to take my cars for a reason but when I come here for 2nd inspection, Ive been shown there is no there there. And in one occasion their price resulted in my savings for ONE THOUSAND dollars !! compared to the same repair quoted with another big shop.

About 7-9 months ago Ive completed alignment at this Goodyear. Mechanic told me that he can not do alignment unless Ill replace a cam bolt. I paid extra for cam bolt. Ive never asked him to give me an old one because I trusted him. Today Ive completed an alignment at different place and I was told that I need to replace a cam bolt, I asked show me at which tire and it was the same right front wheel! Wow! I asked why. Ive done that recently. He said previously whoever was replacing it they put just regular plain bolt not a cam Bolt. Thats why my new tires worn that fast and car pulled right slightly. BTW Im in sears now. Here is the picture of regular bolt which meant to be CAM BOLT. Beware of this place. Customer Service is good they smiling and act like professionals. But in appear they can screw you pretty bad. And you will pay a lot of many to fix consequences.

Recently upgraded the entire suspension on my 06 Mustang GT Convertible and needed the alignment checked. Called around to some local shops and this Goodyear location seemed to be the cheapest. The tech who did the alignment did a great job. My brake pedal seemed soft prior to coming here and when I got the car back after the alignment the brakes pressure was perfect. Im certain he took care of that for me no charge. Ive taken 2 of my other cars here previously and they have always done good work and fast. Don and Chris are cool fellas. So far all the work theyve done on my vehicles were flawless and problem free. I have never had to come back for warranty work. It was always done right the first time. Great place, fair prices, fast work. Will definitely be back.

I have been bringing my cars to this shop for several years and will continue to do so. They are honest and do great work. I have had several major repairs done to my high mileage vehicles in addition to purchasing tires and getting regular oil changes at Grand Tire & Auto. Don, the owner is very knowledgeable along with Ken who I have known forever. All the repairs are done correctly and my cars run fantastic. I drive all the way in from Grayslake, IL and witness a waiting room full of satisfied return customers just like myself everytime I am there. They are capable of doing every repair imaginable and save me a significant of money compared to going to the car dealership. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Came in for a tire leak repair with no customers waiting, and they took a little over two hours to tell me it couldnt be fixed. Wouldnt tell me what I could do and kept insisting on opening a credit card with them.

Terrible place. I bought 4 tires about 16 mos ago and had to return 3 times. The first two times they told me I had bad sensors in two tires, now this is an auto that only had a nail in a tire and never had a sensor light go off ever. So they clipped me for over $200 for sensors along with the tires and the tire pressure indicator light never turned off. They told me it should reset and to return if it didnt. My personal mechanic told me this was all BS and I was scammed. I didnt bring it back because I was busy, didnt want to deal with them anymore, and figured with new tires I didnt have to worry about the dash light.Well now both my rear tires stopped holding air so I had to bring it back. They told me I had another bad sensor but couldnt tell me if it was one of the ones they replaced because they never wrote down which ones they did. It wasnt on my receipt and not in their records. So they wanted to charge me $125 for a new sensor and then charge me for fixing the two tires, which were under warranty, they said one was a rim leak and one had a nail in it which I never saw.When I asked the guy what are the odds of three sensors going bad at once all he could do was mumble. I think the entire thing was a scam and replacing sensor lights, probably even breaking them, is their way of making their money. I still dont have a working sensor light in my dash, its still on all the time cause Im not going to give these BS artists my money again.This is my third go around with a Goodyear shop. The last time it was a Goodyear in Lincolnwood IL. that tried talking me into a $700 muffler job, when I went to my mechanic he said all I needed was a $20 tail pipe. 5 years later I passed another emissions test. This same mechanic, a personal friend, told me this tire thing is also a scam.I let them know what I think, believe me. Now Im warning all of you. Id never go to this place or any Goodyear for anything.
